Description

集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统及具有该系统的墙板
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统及具有该系统的墙板。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
门套线是包裹墙体的柔和性装饰线条,就是门套的压条、卡条、等部分。主要制作材质有塑钢、高分子、木塑、密度板、原木、石膏、镁铝合金,大理石等。现有门套线仅起到装饰作用,并没有布线功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统及具有该系统的墙板,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将弱电电线与强电电线设置于主体结构中所导致的线路维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,包括门套线、弱电电线以及强电电线,所述门套线包括若干段数量相同的门套线主体以及门套线盖子,所述若干段门套线主体共同围设成框状;每段所述的门套线主体设置有至少一个第一线槽以及至少一个第二线槽,所述第一线槽内嵌置有所述的弱电电线,所述第二线槽内嵌置有所述的强电电线,所述第一线槽与第二线槽相互电气隔离;所述门套线盖子与所述门套线主体可拆卸连接,并盖罩所述线槽。
进一步地,所述门套线还包括线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板上具有卡扣结构,所述线槽盖板的卡扣结构与所述第一线槽、所述第二线槽的槽口卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述第一线槽与第二线槽的槽口均设有卡扣,所述线槽盖板上开设有卡槽;所述第一线槽、第二线槽的卡扣与所述线槽盖板上的卡槽卡扣连接。

本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的门套线系统,将弱电电线以及强电电线集中收纳于门套线内,在实现门套线装饰作用的同时还实现了线路与主体结构分离(SI分离)。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。 同时,第一线槽与第二线槽相互电气隔离,从而避免了门套线内的弱电电线与强电电线相互干扰。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

如图1至图3所示,为本发明的较佳实施例,提供了一种集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统100,包括门套线1、弱电电线2以及强电电线3。其中,所述门套线1包括若干段数量相同的门套线主体10以及门套线盖子12,所述若干段门套线主体10共同围设成框状。
每段门套线主体10设置有至少一个第一线槽101以及至少一个第二线槽102,所述第一线槽101内嵌置有所述的弱电电线2,所述第二线槽102内嵌置有所述的强电电线3,所述第一线槽101与第二线槽102相互电气隔离,一般而言,强电电线3的直径要比弱电电线2的直径大,所以第二线槽102的宽度大于第一线槽101的宽度。
具体的,请参见图4至图6,上述门套线系统还包括线槽盖板11,所述线槽盖板11的一侧面具有卡扣结构,该卡扣结构与所述第一线槽101的槽口、第二线槽102的槽口卡扣连接,所述门套线盖子12与所述门套线主体10可拆卸连接,并盖罩所述线槽盖板11。为了便于制作,本实施例的第一线槽101、第二线槽102均与门套线主体10一体成型。

为了实现门套线主体10与门套线盖子12的可拆卸连接,所述门套线主体10上相对的两侧位置开设有卡槽103,所述门套线盖子12相对的两侧设置有卡扣121,所述门套线盖子12的卡扣121与所述门套线主体10上的卡槽103卡扣连接。通过门套线盖子12盖罩于门套线主体10上,可以将线槽内的电线、线槽盖板11等部件密封起来,使这些部件与外界环境隔绝,避免了外界环境对门套线内部的影响,同时,门套线盖子12的外表面为装饰面,可以起到门套线1本身的装饰作用。
优选的,上述门套线主体10、线槽盖板11以及门套线盖子12均由塑料制成。其通过注塑成型,当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为上述门套线主体10、线槽盖板11以及门套线盖子12的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。通过该材料制作的门套线主体10具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
请参见图9,本实施例还提供了一种墙板,包括墙体以及门套线系统,所述墙体具有门口,所述门套线系统安装于所述墙体门口的周缘。
为了将门套线1安装于墙体200上,上述门套线系统的门套线主体通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装固定在所述墙体的侧面上。
具体地,请参见图10,墙体200上安装有一安装条4,安装条4上沿其长度方向开设有卡槽41,门套线主体10的底面设置有一横截面呈T型的凸条103,门套线主体10的凸条103能卡入安装条4的卡槽41内,从而实现门套线主体10与墙体200的便捷安装。
此外,请参见图11,所述门套线主体10上还开设有安装槽104,所述安装槽104内开设与墙体200固定的安装孔。通过于安装孔内拧入螺钉5,可以将门套线1安装于墙体200上。
本实施例的门套线系统,将弱电电线以及强电电线集中收纳于门套线内,在实现门套线装饰作用的同时还实现了线路与主体结构分离(SI分离)。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。 同时,第一线槽与第二线槽相互电气隔离,从而避免了门套线内的弱电电线与强电电线相互干扰。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,包括门套线、弱电电线以及强电电线,所述门套线包括若干段数量相同的门套线主体以及门套线盖子,所述若干段门套线主体共同围设成框状;每段所述的门套线主体设置有至少一个第一线槽以及至少一个第二线槽,所述第一线槽内嵌置有所述的弱电电线,所述第二线槽内嵌置有所述的强电电线,所述第一线槽与第二线槽相互电气隔离;所述门套线盖子与所述门套线主体可拆卸连接,并盖罩所述线槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述门套线还包括线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板上具有卡扣结构,所述线槽盖板的卡扣结构与所述第一线槽、所述第二线槽的槽口卡扣连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述第一线槽与第二线槽的槽口均设有卡扣,所述线槽盖板上开设有卡槽;所述第一线槽、第二线槽的卡扣与所述线槽盖板上的卡槽卡扣连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述门套线主体上相对的两侧位置开设有卡槽,所述门套线盖子相对的两侧设置有卡扣,所述门套线盖子的卡扣与所述门套线主体上的卡槽卡扣连接;所述的门套线主体的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述弱电电线包括网线、电话线、有线电视线中的一种或至少两种。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述第一线槽和/或第二线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,或者沿其长度方向开设或形成有若干间隔分布的空隙。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述门套线主体上还开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内开设与墙体固定的安装孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的集成有弱电与强电电线的门套线系统,其特征在于,所述门套线还包括用于安装在墙板上的安装条,所述安装条上设置有卡扣结构,所述门套线主体也设置有卡扣结构,所述安装条与门套线主体卡扣连接。
  9. 一种墙板,包括墙体,所述墙体具有门口,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的门套线系统,所述门套线系统安装于所述墙体门口的周缘。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的墙板,其特征在于,所述门套线系统的门套线主体通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装固定在所述墙体的侧面上。
