Description

一种踢脚线
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种踢脚线。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
踢脚线是装修时用的专用词语。在居室设计中,阴角线、腰线、踢脚线起着视觉的平衡作用,利用它们的线形感觉及材质、色彩等在室内相互呼应,可以起到较好的美化装饰效果。踢脚线的另一个作用是它的保护功能。踢脚线,顾名思义就是脚踢得着的墙面区域,所以较易受到冲击。做踢脚线可以更好地使墙体和地面之间结合牢固,减少墙体变形,避免外力碰撞造成破坏。另外,踢脚线也比较容易擦洗,如果拖地溅上脏水,擦洗非常方便。然而,现有的踢脚线并没有布线功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有布设线路功能的踢脚线。
本发明实施例提供了一种踢脚线,包括踢脚线主体以及踢脚线盖子,所述踢脚线主体设置有用于嵌置某一类线缆的至少一个第一线槽;所述踢脚线盖子与所述踢脚线主体卡扣连接,并盖罩所述第一线槽。
进一步地,所述踢脚线还包括第一线槽盖板,所述第一线槽盖板与所述第一线槽的槽口卡扣连接。
进一步地,所述踢脚线还包括第二线槽盖板,踢脚线主体上还开设有用于嵌置另一类线缆的至少一个第二线槽,所述第二线槽盖板与所述第二线槽的槽口卡扣连接;所述第一线槽与第二线槽相互电气隔离;所述踢脚线盖子与所述踢脚线主体卡扣连接,并盖罩所述第二线槽盖板。
进一步地,第一线槽的侧壁沿其长度方向连续延伸或者开设有若干空隙。
进一步地,所述第二线槽的侧壁沿其长度方向连续延伸或者开设有若干空隙。
进一步地,所述第一线槽与第二线槽的槽口均设有卡位,所述第一线槽盖板上设置有数量与第一线槽相同的卡扣,所述第一线槽盖板上的各个卡扣分别与对应的第一线槽的卡位相卡扣。
进一步地,所述踢脚线主体由塑料制成。
进一步地,所述踢脚线主体上设置有用于与墙体固定的连接部或安装孔。
进一步地,所述踢脚线主体的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,还提供了一种踢脚线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备踢脚线主体的材料,所述踢脚线主体的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂;
制备出与所述踢脚线主体的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用塑料材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述踢脚线主体。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的踢脚线,其内部具有收纳电线的线槽,可以将电线集中于踢脚线内,在实现踢脚线本身功能的同时还实现了线路与主体结构分离。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,为本发明的实施例一,提供了一种踢脚线1,包括踢脚线主体10以及踢脚线盖子13。
请参见图2,上述踢脚线主体10设置有用于嵌置某一类线缆的至少一个第一线槽101以及用于嵌置另一类线缆的至少一个第二线槽102,进一步地,请参见图3,第一线槽101的两侧壁沿其长度方向开设有若干空隙。从而可节省材料,也便于线缆的安装与拆卸。同样的,第二线槽102的两侧壁也沿其度方向开设有若干空隙(图中未示出)。
所述第一线槽101与第二线槽102相互电气隔离,从而能防止两类不同的线缆相互干扰。为了便于制作,本实施例的第一线槽101、第二线槽102均与踢脚线主体10一体成型。
所述踢脚线盖子13与所述踢脚线主体10卡扣连接,并盖罩所述第一线槽101与第二线槽102,为了防止线缆松脱出线槽,上述第一线槽101、第二线槽102的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度且小于各自嵌置的线缆的直径,第一线槽101、第二线槽102的槽壁具有弹性,线缆能通过按压的方式嵌入于第一线槽101与第二线槽102内。
因为踢脚线盖子13与踢脚线主体10均是可拆卸的卡扣连接,所以,当踢脚线1内的线路需要维修或更换时,揭开踢脚线盖子13即可对线路进行维修或更换。
上述踢脚线主体10上设置有用于与墙体固定的连接部、卡接部或安装孔。踢脚线主体10的底部开设有螺纹孔,踢脚线主体10通过螺钉固定在墙体上。当然,请参见图4,还可以在踢脚线主体10的底面设置卡扣103或者卡槽,本实施例以设置卡扣103为例,然后将踢脚线主体10的卡扣103与预先安装固定在主体结构上的安装座进行卡扣连接。
于本实施例中,所述踢脚线主体10以及踢脚线盖子13均由塑料制成,其通过注塑成型,当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。
本实施例还提供了一种踢脚线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
制备踢脚线主体的材料,所述踢脚线主体10的制作材料包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂;
制备出与所述踢脚线主体10的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用上述材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述踢脚线主体10。
本发明的踢脚线1,其内部具有收纳电线的线槽,可以将电线集中于踢脚线1内,实现了线路与主体结构分离。克服了传统预埋线路维修时需开凿楼板、墙体的弊端,减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种踢脚线1,包括踢脚线主体10、第一线槽盖板11、第二线槽盖板12以及踢脚线盖子13。
请参见图5至图7,上述踢脚线主体10设置有用于嵌置某一类线缆的至少一个第一线槽101以及用于嵌置另一类线缆的至少一个第二线槽102,所述第一线槽101与第二线槽102相互电气隔离,从而能防止两类不同的线缆相互干扰。为了便于制作,本实施例的第一线槽101、第二线槽102均与踢脚线主体10一体成型。
上述第一线槽盖板11与所述第一线槽101的槽口卡扣连接,所述第二线槽盖板12与所述第二线槽102的槽口卡扣连接;所述踢脚线盖子13与所述踢脚线主体10卡扣连接,并盖罩所述第一线槽盖板11与第二线槽盖板12,为了防止线缆松脱出线槽,上述第一线槽101、第二线槽102的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度且小于各自嵌置的线缆的直径,第一线槽101、第二线槽102的槽壁具有弹性,线缆能通过按压的方式嵌入于第一线槽101与第二线槽102内。
具体地,所述第一线槽101的侧壁沿其长度方向连续延伸;所述第二线槽102的侧壁沿其长度方向连续延伸。
具体地,所述第一线槽101与第二线槽102的槽口均设有卡位,所述第一线槽盖板11上设置有数量与第一线槽101相同的卡扣,所述第一线槽盖板11上的各个卡扣分别与对应的第一线槽101的卡位相卡扣。
因为第一线槽盖板11与第一线槽101、第二线槽盖板12与第二线槽102、踢脚线盖子13与踢脚线主体10均是可拆卸的卡扣连接,所以,当踢脚线1内的线路需要维修或更换时,揭开踢脚线盖子13以及第一线槽盖板11或第二线槽盖12即可对线路进行维修或更换。
于本实施例中,所述踢脚线主体10、第一线槽盖板11、第二线槽盖板12以及踢脚线盖子13均由塑料制成,其通过注塑成型,当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述踢脚线还包括第一线槽盖板,所述第一线槽盖板与所述第一线槽的槽口卡扣连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述踢脚线还包括第二线槽盖板,踢脚线主体上还开设有用于嵌置另一类线缆的至少一个第二线槽,所述第二线槽盖板与所述第二线槽的槽口卡扣连接;所述第一线槽与第二线槽相互电气隔离;所述踢脚线盖子与所述踢脚线主体卡扣连接,并盖罩所述第二线槽盖板。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述第一线槽的侧壁沿其长度方向连续延伸或者开设有若干空隙。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述第二线槽的侧壁沿其长度方向连续延伸或者开设有若干空隙。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述第一线槽与第二线槽的槽口均设有卡位,所述第一线槽盖板上设置有数量与第一线槽相同的卡扣,所述第一线槽盖板上的各个卡扣分别与对应的第一线槽的卡位相卡扣。
  7. 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述踢脚线主体由塑料制成。
  8. 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述踢脚线主体上设置有用于与墙体固定的连接部或安装孔。
  9. 如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的踢脚线,其特征在于,所述踢脚线主体的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
  10. 一种如权利要求1至8所述的踢脚线的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    制备踢脚线主体的材料,所述踢脚线主体的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂;
    制备出与所述踢脚线主体的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用塑料材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述踢脚线主体。
