可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水管、弱电电线均与主体结构分离的住宅,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将管线设置于主体结构中所导致的管线维修时会损坏主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种水管、弱电电线均与主体结构分离的住宅,该住宅包括主体结构、若干水管以及若干弱电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;其特征在于,
所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,所述住宅还包括若干水管固定组件;所述水管固定组件固定在所述墙板的纵向凹槽内,部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有所述水管固定组件,所述天花吊顶内的水管固定组件内固定有所述水管,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内;
所述住宅还包括踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件,所述墙板的纵向凹槽内固定有所述弱电布线件,所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,所述门套线围设于门口周缘,所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽,所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸并嵌置于所述墙板的纵向凹槽的弱电布线件内。
进一步地,所述天花吊顶还包括灯槽式天花吊顶和平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述客厅顶板安装有所述灯槽式吊顶,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述水管通过所述客厅顶部的灯槽式式天花吊顶延伸至所述卧室走廊顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管与所述管线接口对接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管均与所述管线接口相接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的水管与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜以及配电箱,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶,所述玄关底部设置有所述踢脚线;户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述水管通过所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内,所述弱电电线接入所述配电箱后,从所述配电箱引出,并向下延伸至所述玄关底部的踢脚线内,所述踢脚线内的弱电电线延伸至所述客厅底部的踢脚线内。
进一步地,所述弱电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置电线的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣;所述踢脚线与门套线均包括固定座及盖子,所述固定座设置有用于嵌置电线的线槽,所述盖子与所述固定座卡扣连接,并盖罩所述固定座的线槽,所述弱电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙;所述踢脚线与门套线的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙;
所述底座与盖板均由木塑复合材料制成,所述木塑复合材料采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括若干装饰板,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预留有空隙,所述水管固定组件固定在装饰板之间的空隙内,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述空隙内的水管固定组件内;所述空隙内固定有所述弱电布线件,所述踢脚线及门套线内的部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸并嵌置于所述空隙内的弱电布线件内。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶、房间底部具有踢脚线、房间门口周缘设置有门套线、房间的墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,从而可以将水管布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板上的纵向凹槽向下延伸至水龙头位置,而弱电电线则布设于踢脚线、门套线内。可见,弱电电线及水管均与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
本发明通过管线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,管线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图8所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种水管、弱电电线均与主体结构分离的住宅,该住宅包括主体结构、若干水管4以及若干弱电电线5,所述主体结构包括墙板1以及楼层板2,所述墙板1竖向设置,若干墙板1围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口3,所述楼层板2盖设于所述墙板1顶部。具体地,本实施例的房间包括玄关100、客厅200、卧室300、卧室走廊400、整体卫生间500、整体厨房600以及生活阳台700。在实际应用中,弱电电线5是网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆。上述墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11,至于纵向凹槽11的数量以及规格,可以根据实际需要预先在墙板1成型前确定。
上述住宅还包括踢脚线6与门套线7,所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内固定有所述弱电布线件8,所述踢脚线6安装于所述墙板1底部,所述门套线7围设于门口3周缘,所述门口3底部位置的门套线7与所述踢脚线6相对接,所述踢脚线6内设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5的线槽611,门套线7内设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5的线槽711。所述弱电电线5嵌置于所述门套线的线槽711内,并且,部分或全部弱电电线5向上延伸并嵌置于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11的弱电布线件8内。
所述弱电布线件8包括底座81与盖板82,所述底座81上设置有嵌置弱电电线5的线槽811,所述盖板82的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板82盖封所述线槽811,并与所述底座81卡扣。
具体地,请参见图5a,所述踢脚线6包括固定座61及盖子63,所述固定座61设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5的线槽611,所述盖子63与所述固定座61卡扣连接,并盖罩所述固定座61的线槽611。在实际应用中,请参见图5b,也可以增加线槽盖板62来提供弱电电线5的密封程度,所述线槽盖板62与所述线槽611的槽口卡扣连接。
请参见7a,所述门套线7包括固定座71及盖子73,固定座71的整体呈L形。所述固定座71设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5的线槽711,所述盖子73与所述固定座71卡扣连接,并盖罩所述线槽711。在实际应用中,请参见图7b,也可以增加线槽盖板72来提供弱电电线5的密封程度,所述线槽盖板72与所述线槽711的槽口卡扣连接。
部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,为了用于固定水管4,所述住宅还包括水管固定组件10。所述水管固定组件10固定在所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内,所述天花吊顶内安装有水管4,部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的水管固定组件10上。本实施例的弱电布线件8中的线槽911的大小与数量可根据实际需要作出变换,在此不再赘述。
本实施例提供两种固定水管方式:
请参见图11,其中一种方式是设置水管卡紧组件15,所述水管卡紧组件15包括底板151、卡托152、上盖153以及螺钉154,所述底板151与上盖153的形状均与所述纵向凹槽11的形状相匹配;所述底板151通过螺钉154固定安装于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述卡托152固定在所述底板151的顶面上,所述卡托152具有弹性卡持部1521,所述水管4嵌置于所述弹性卡持部1521内,所述上盖153卡扣于所述底板151的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管4。
请参见图12,另一种方式是水管压紧组件16,所述水管压紧组件16包括压板161以及螺钉162,所述压板161中间位置设置有压槽1611,所述压槽1611的形状与所述水管4的形状相匹配,所述压板161的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉162穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述纵向凹槽11的槽底上,优化地,为了填充压板161与纵向凹槽11内壁之间的缝隙,可以在缝隙内嵌入填充条163。
为了便于制作以及成型,所述弱电布线件8的底座81、盖板82均由木塑复合材料注塑成型,当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座81、盖板82、底座91、盖板92的制作材料提供了一种优选的木塑复合材料,该木塑复合材料所采用的配方按照以下重量份配制:聚乙烯45份,木粉47份、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份、硬脂酸锌1份、色粉2份、叔丁基对苯二酚0.6份、抗紫外线吸收剂UV-1130 0.8份、硬脂酸0.6份以及润滑剂1份;通过上述的木塑复合材料制作的底座、盖板具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性和抗老化能力,延长使用寿命,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
在实际应用中,请参见图9,所述弱电布线件8、踢脚线6、门套线7这三个部件中的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图10,上述部件的线槽的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙,从而在便于拆卸电线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。
本实施例采用螺钉固定弱电布线件8,所述底座81、底座91的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔,于安装孔内拧入螺钉,可使底座81、底座91固定在墙板1的纵向凹槽11内。
请参见图13及图14,本实施例为了适应不同的场所,提供了两种结构形式的天花吊顶,包括灯槽式天花吊顶13a以及平铺式天花吊顶13b,其中,灯槽式天花吊顶13a包括龙骨架131a,龙骨架131a的侧面扣合有盖子132a,龙骨架131a外侧还延伸出灯槽133a,所述灯槽133a内安装有装明装置134a。所述平铺式天花吊顶13b包括悬板131b以及吊杆132b,悬板131b上方安装有弱电布线件8和水管固定组件。
请继续参见图14,所述住宅还包括入户的门口3、玄关柜101以及弱电配电箱102,所述玄关100顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶13b,所述玄关100底部设置有所述的踢脚线6;户外的管线穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103的孔洞1031进入所述玄关100,所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,所述弱电配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;所述水管4通过所述平铺式天花吊顶13b延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶13a内,所述管线中的弱电电线5接入所述弱电配电箱后102,从所述弱电配电箱102引出,并向下延伸至所述玄关100底部的踢脚线6内,所述踢脚线6内的弱电电线5延伸至所述客厅200底部的踢脚线6内。
卧室走廊400连通所述客厅200以及卧室300,所述卧室走廊400的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶13b,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内布设有水管4,整体卫生间500具有管线接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的部分或全部水管4与所述管线接口对接。
所述整体厨房600具有管线接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的部分或全部水管4均与所述管线接口相接。
生活阳台700位于所述整体厨房600外侧,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内部分的水管4与所述整体厨房600的管线接口相接,另一部分的水管4通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽11内的水管固定组件10内。
在实际应用中,弱电电线5的引出位置需要接插座,而水管4引出位置需要接水龙头,由于仅设置纵向凹槽11不能在水平方向调节插座或水龙头的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装插座或水龙头时,所以,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,本实施例的墙板1上还开设有至少一个横向凹槽12,所述横向凹槽12与所述纵向凹槽11相互连通;所述水管4、弱电布线件8均能固定安装在所述横向凹槽12内。
具体的,请一同参见图15,上述弱电布线件8包括纵向弱电布线件8a以及横向弱电布线件8b,所述纵向弱电布线件8a固定于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述横向弱电布线件8b固定于所述横向凹槽12内。所述纵向弱电布线件8a的底座81侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽811连通,另一端与底座81外部连通;部分或所有的弱电电线5通过所述纵向弱电布线件8a的穿孔伸出所述纵向弱电布线件8a外面,并伸入所述横向弱电布线件8b的线槽811内; 或者,所述纵向弱电布线件8a的一端与一转角连接器50的一端相对接,所述转角连接器50的另一端与所述横向弱电布线件8b的一端相对接;部分或所有的弱电电线5穿过所述转角连接器50,并伸入所述横向弱电布线件8b的线槽811内。
本实施例的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶,房间底部具有踢脚线6、房间门口3周缘设置有门套线7、房间的墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11以及纵向凹槽12,从而可以将水管4布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至水龙头位置,而弱电电线5则布设于踢脚线6、门套线7内。可见,弱电电线5以及水管4均与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。

请一同参见图16,本实施例的墙板可以是普通的墙板1’,本实施例的住宅还包括若干装饰板17,装饰板17固定安装在墙板1’上,相邻装饰板17之间预有空隙18,所述住宅还包括水管固定组件10;所述水管固定组件10固定在所述装饰板17与装饰板17之间的空隙内(图中未示出),部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有水管4,部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于所述空隙18内的水管固定组件10内;部分或全部弱电电线5向上延伸并嵌置于所述空隙18内的弱电布线件8内。

- 一种水管、弱电电线均与主体结构分离的住宅,所述住宅包括主体结构、若干水管以及若干弱电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;其特征在于,
所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,所述住宅还包括若干水管固定组件;所述水管固定组件固定在所述墙板的纵向凹槽内,部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有所述水管固定组件,所述天花吊顶内的水管固定组件内固定有所述水管,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内;
所述住宅还包括踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件,所述墙板的纵向凹槽内固定有所述弱电布线件,所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,所述门套线围设于门口周缘,所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽,所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸并嵌置于所述墙板的纵向凹槽的弱电布线件内。 - 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述天花吊顶还包括灯槽式天花吊顶和平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述客厅顶板安装有所述灯槽式吊顶,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述水管通过所述客厅顶部的灯槽式式天花吊顶延伸至所述卧室走廊顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。

- 如权利要求1或2所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管均与所述管线接口相接。
- 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的水管与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,并嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。
