Abstract

本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如水管、强电电线(例如,火线、零线、地线等电力线缆)、弱电电线(例如,网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆)多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将管线设置于主体结构中所导致的管线维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:

S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内安装强电布线件及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于墙板纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内,将天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。

进一步地,还包括以下步骤:
制备整体卫生间以及整体厨房,所述整体卫生间以及整体厨房均具有管线接口;
将所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线、水管与所述整体卫生间的管线接口相接,将所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线、水管与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接。
进一步地,还包括以下步骤:
于所述整体厨房外侧建造生活阳台,所述生活阳台的墙板在成型时形成有纵向凹槽,楼层板在成型时形成有凹槽;将一部分的强电电线、水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,所述强电电线嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内,所述水管通过水管固定组件固定在墙板上。
进一步地,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
建造入户门口以及玄关,并制备玄关柜、配电箱以及平铺式天花吊顶;
将平铺式天花吊顶安装在所述玄关顶部;将户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,将所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,使所述配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;
将所述管线中的水管通过所述平铺式天花吊顶后,延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内;
将所述管线中的强电电线接入所述配电箱,然后从所述配电箱引出,向上延伸至所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶内,并延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
进一步地,所述步骤40中,制备所述强电布线件包括以下步骤:
制备底座与盖板,于所述底座上开设或成型出有嵌置线缆的线槽,于所述盖板的一侧面开设或形成卡扣结构,所述强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙;
所述天花吊顶采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,还提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板、楼层板以及装饰板;
S20、制备或购买水管以及强电电线;
S30、制备天花吊顶、强电布线件及水管固定组件;
S40、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
S50、于部分或所有的所述房间的墙板上安装若干块装饰板,相邻的两块装饰板之间预留有空隙,于所述空隙内安装所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;
S60、于所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装上所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于空隙内的强电布线件内,将天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于空隙内的水管固定组件内。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,在该住宅的房间顶部设置天花吊顶、房间的墙板上设置纵向凹槽或者墙板上的装饰板之间具有间隙,从而可以将水管、强电电线布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板上的纵向凹槽或装饰板之间的间隙向下延伸至插座以及水龙头位置。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,可以将强电电线以及水管与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过管线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,管线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板公模,所述墙板公模呈板状,所述墙板公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;制备墙板1,所述墙板1在浇筑时采用所述墙板公模造型,成型后,请参见图1,墙板1的侧面形成纵向凹槽11。
S20、制备楼层板公模,所述楼层板公模呈板状,所述楼层板公模上设置有至少一条凸条;制备楼层板,所述楼层板2在浇筑时采用所述楼层板公模造型,成型后,楼层板2的侧面形成凹槽21。
S30、制备或购买水管4、强电电线5,请参见图2,其中,强电电线5是火线、零线、地线等电力线缆。
S40、请参见图2及图3,制备强电布线件6、水管固定组件7、灯槽式天花吊顶8。
其中,制备所述强电布线件6包括以下步骤:
制备底座61与盖板62,于所述底座61上开设或成型出有嵌置线缆的线槽611,于所述盖板62的一侧面开设或形成卡扣结构。强电布线件6
为了便于制作以及成型,强电布线件6的底座61、盖板62均由塑料制成,也可通过注塑成型。当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座61、盖板62的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、一定量的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的底座、盖板具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
在实际应用中,请参见图12,强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图13,上述强电布线件的线槽的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。
S50、在施工现场,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间。
S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置所述灯槽式天花吊顶8,灯槽式天花吊顶8包括龙骨架81,龙骨架81的侧面扣合有盖子82,龙骨架81外侧还延伸出灯槽83,所述灯槽83内安装有照明装置84。于所述灯槽式天花吊顶8内安装所述强电布线件6以及水管固定组件7,于所述强电布线件6内装入强电电线5,于水管固定组件7内装入水管4;于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内安装强电布线件6及水管固定组件7,于所述强电布线件6内装入强电电线5,于所述水管固定组件7内装入水管4;将灯槽式天花吊顶8内的部分或全部强电电线5向下延伸并收纳于纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件6内,将灯槽式天花吊顶8内的部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽11内的水管固定组件7内。
于所述楼层板2上的凹槽21内固定上强电布线件6,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,将部分的所述强电电线5从所述灯槽式天花吊顶8向外延伸,并布设于所述楼层板2凹槽21的强电布线件6内。
优选地,上述步骤S10中制备的墙板公模还具有至少一条横向凸条,所述横向凸条与纵向凸条相交错,请图1,成型后的墙板1侧面上同时具有相互交错的纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12。
具体地,下面本实施例将结合住宅的各类房间,对施工及管线布置的过程作进一步描述,其过程包括以下步骤:
1、请参见图5至7,建造入户的门口3、玄关100、客厅200、卧室300以及卧室走廊400;
2、制备灯槽式天花吊顶8、平铺式天花吊顶9、天花装饰线14、具有管线接口的整体卫生间500、具有管线接口的整体厨房600、玄关柜101、配电箱102。于所述整体厨房600外侧建造生活阳台700,所述生活阳台700的墙板1在成型时形成有纵向凹槽11,楼层板2在成型时形成有凹槽21。
优选的,本发明中的灯槽式天花吊顶8及平铺式天花吊顶9可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
3、请参见图8,将平铺式天花吊顶9安装在所述玄关100顶部;将户外的管线穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103进入所述玄关100,将所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,使所述配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;平铺式天花吊顶9包括悬板91以及吊杆92,悬板91上安装有强电布线件6,悬板91上方的墙板1上安装有水管固定组件。
将所述管线中的水管4通过所述平铺式天花吊顶9后,延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶8内,将管线中的强电电线5接入所述配电箱102,然后从所述配电箱102引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关100顶部的平铺式天花吊顶9内,并延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶8内。
4、将灯槽式天花吊顶8固定于客厅200顶部,将天花装饰线14安装于所述卧室300的墙板1与楼层板2的相接处;于所述灯槽式天花吊顶8以及天花装饰线14内装入强电布线5,所述灯槽式天花吊顶8或所述天花装饰线14内的部分或全部强电电线5向下延伸,并收纳于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件6内。
5、将所述平铺式天花吊顶9安装在所述卧室走廊400的顶部,于所述平铺式天花吊顶9内布设所述强电布线件6以及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件6内装入强电电线5,于所述水管固定组件7内装入水管4,然后,将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的强电电线5与灯槽式天花吊顶8内的强电电线5相接,将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的水管4与灯槽式天花吊顶8内的水管4相接。
6、将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的部分或全部强电电线5与水管4与所述整体卫生间500的管线接口相接,将所述平铺式天花吊顶9内的部分或全部强电电线5与水管4与所述整体厨房600的管线接口相接。
7、将一部分的强电电线5与水管4通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,所述强电电线5嵌置于所述纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件6内,所述水管4通过水管固定组件7固定在墙板1上。
具体地,本实施例为了将水管4固定在纵向凹槽11内,提供两种水管固定组件7的形式:
请参见图9,为水管固定组件7的其中一种形式,水管卡紧组件15。所述水管卡紧组件15包括底板151、卡托152、上盖153以及螺钉154,所述底板151与上盖153的形状均与所述纵向凹槽11的形状相匹配;所述底板151通过螺钉154固定安装于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述卡托152固定在所述底板151的顶面上,所述卡托152具有弹性卡持部1521,所述水管4嵌置于所述弹性卡持部1521内,所述上盖153卡扣于所述底板151的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管4。
请参见图10,为水管固定组件7的另一种形式,水管压紧组件16,所述水管压紧组件16包括压板161以及螺钉162,所述压板161中间位置设置有压槽1611,所述压槽1611的形状与所述水管4的形状相匹配,所述压板161的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉162穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述纵向凹槽11的槽底上,优化地,为了填充压板161与纵向凹槽11内壁之间的缝隙,可以在缝隙内嵌入填充条163。
本实施例的施工方法,在住宅的房间顶部设置天花吊顶、房间的墙板1上设置纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将水管4以及强电电线5布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至插座以及水龙头位置。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,可以将强电电线5、水管4与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过管线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,管线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

请参见图11,本实施例提供了一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,除以下内容外,本实施例与实施例一相同。
S10、制备墙板1’、楼层板2以及装饰板17;
S20、制备或购买水管4以及强电电线5;
S30、制备天花吊顶、强电布线件6、水管固定组件7;
S40、在施工现场,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1’上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间;
S50、于部分或所有的所述房间的墙板1’上安装若干块装饰板17,相邻的两块装饰板17之间预留有空隙18,于所述间隙18内安装所述强电布线件6以及水管固定组件7;
S60、于所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装上所述强电布线件6以及水管固定组件7,于所述强电布线件6内装入强电电线5,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线5向下延伸并收纳于间隙18内的强电布线件6内,将天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管4向下延伸并固定于间隙18内的水管固定组件7内。

- 一种水管、强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板,所述墙板的侧面在成型过程中形成纵向凹槽;
S20、制备楼层板;
S30、制备或购买水管以及强电电线;
S40、制备天花吊顶、强电布线件及水管固定组件;
S50、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
S60、于部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置天花吊顶,于所述天花吊顶内安装所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内安装强电布线件及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管;将天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于墙板纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内,将天花吊顶内的部分或全部水管向下延伸并固定于纵向凹槽内的水管固定组件内。 - 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中还包括以下步骤:制备公模,所述公模呈板状,所述公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;所述墙板在浇筑时采用所述公模造型。
- 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S20中还包括以下步骤:于楼层板成型过程中形成凹槽;所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:于所述楼层板上的凹槽内固定强电布线件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,将部分的所述强电电线从所述天花吊顶向外延伸,并布设于所述楼层板凹槽的强电布线件内。
- 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S40中制备的天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶,所述步骤S50中搭建的房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述步骤S40还包括以下步骤:制备天花装饰线;
所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:
将灯槽式天花吊顶固定于客厅顶部,将天花装饰线安装于所述卧室的墙板与楼层板的相接处;于所述灯槽式天花吊顶以及天花装饰线内装入强电布线件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,所述灯槽式天花吊顶或所述天花装饰线内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸,并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。 - 如权利要求4所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S40中制备的天花吊顶包括平铺式天花吊顶,所述步骤S50中搭建的房间包括卧室走廊,所述步骤S60中还包括以下步骤:
将所述平铺式天花吊顶安装在所述卧室走廊的顶部,于所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设所述强电布线件以及水管固定组件,于所述强电布线件内装入强电电线,于所述水管固定组件内装入水管,然后,将所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电布线件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电布线件相接,将所述平铺式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的水管固定组件相接。 - 如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:

于所述整体厨房外侧建造生活阳台,所述生活阳台的墙板在成型时形成有纵向凹槽,楼层板在成型时形成有凹槽;将一部分的强电电线、水管通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,所述强电电线嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内,所述水管通过水管固定组件固定在墙板上。 - 如权利要求4所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
