进一步地,所述房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶,所述客厅顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶,所述灯槽式天花吊顶内固定有所述强电布线件,所述住宅还包括天花装饰线,所述卧室的墙板与楼层板的相接处安装有所述的天花装饰线,所述天花装饰线内嵌置有所述的强电布线件,所述灯槽式天花吊顶以及天花装饰线的强电布线件内收纳有所述强电电线,所述灯槽式天花吊顶或所述天花装饰线内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
进一步地,所述天花吊顶还包括平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设有所述强电布线件,所述强电布线件内嵌置有所述的强电电线;所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电布线件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电布线件相接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与所述管线接口对接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与所述管线接口相接。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的强电电线与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,所述强电电线嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
进一步地,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜以及强电配电箱,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶,户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述强电配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述管线中的强电电线接入所述强电配电箱后,从所述强电配电箱引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶内,并延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
进一步地,所述强电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置线缆的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣;所述底座和/或盖板的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,还提供了一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及强电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;所述住宅还包括装饰板,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,装饰板之间之间预设有空隙,所述住宅还包括强电布线件;所述强电布线件固定在空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙内的强电布线件内。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶、房间的墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,从而可以将强电电线布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板上的纵向凹槽向下延伸至插座位置,从而实现了强电电线与房间的主体结构分离(SI分离),克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过强电电线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,强电电线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1及图2所示,为本发明提供的实施例一,提供了一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及种强电电线5b,所述主体结构包括墙板1以及楼层板2,所述墙板1竖向设置,若干墙板1围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口3,所述楼层板2盖设于所述墙板1顶部。具体地,本实施例的房间包括玄关100、客厅200、卧室300、卧室走廊400、整体卫生间500、整体厨房600以及生活阳台700。
在实际应用中,强电电线5b是火线、零线、地线等电力线缆。
上述墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11,至于纵向凹槽11的数量以及规格,可以根据实际需要预先在墙板1成型前确定。
部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,为了用于固定管线,请参见3,所述住宅还包括强电布线件9。所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件9,所述强电布线件9的线槽911内收纳有强电电线5b,所述强电布线件9固定在所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内,部分或全部强电电线5b向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件9内。本实施例的强电布线件9的线槽911的大小与数量可根据实际需要作出变换,在此不再赘述。
为了便于制作以及成型,强电布线件9的底座91、盖板92均由塑料制成,也可通过注塑成型。当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座91、盖板92的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的底座91、盖板92具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
本实施例采用螺钉固定强电布线件9,所述底座91的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔,于安装孔内拧入螺钉,可使底座91固定在墙板1的纵向凹槽11内。
优化地,请继续请参图2,由于楼层板2上需要安装吊灯以及风扇等电器,可在楼层板2上设凹槽21,所述楼层板2上的凹槽21内固定有强电布线件9;部分的所述强电电线5b从所述天花吊顶向外延伸并布设于所述楼层板2凹槽21的强电布线件9内。
请参见图4及图5,本实施例为了适应不同的场所,提供了两种结构形式的天花吊顶,包括灯槽式天花吊顶13a以及平铺式天花吊顶13b,其中,灯槽式天花吊顶13a包括龙骨架131a,龙骨架131a的侧面扣合有盖子132a,龙骨架131a外侧还延伸出灯槽133a,所述灯槽133a内安装有装明装置134a。所述平铺式天花吊顶13b包括悬板131b以及吊杆132b,悬板131b上安装有强电布线件9。
请继续参见图5,所述住宅还包括入户的门口3、玄关柜101以及强电配电箱102,所述玄关100顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶13b,所述户外的强电电线5b穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103的孔洞1031进入所述玄关100,所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,所述强电配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;所述强电电线5b接入所述强电配电箱102后,从所述强电配电箱102引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关100顶部的平铺式天花吊顶13b内,并延伸至所述客厅200顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内13a。
所述客厅20顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶13a,灯槽式天花吊顶13a内设置有强电布线件9,强电布线件9内嵌置有强电电线5b。请参见图6,所述住宅还包括天花装饰线14,所述卧室300的墙板1与楼层板2的相接处安装有所述的天花装饰线14,天花装饰线14包括固定安装于墙板1以及楼层板2上的底座141以及盖子142,底座141内设置有用于嵌置强电电线5b的线槽1411,盖子142与底座141卡扣连接。所述天花装饰线14内嵌置有所述的强电布线件9,所述灯槽式天花吊顶13a以及天花装饰线14内的强电布线件9内收纳有所述强电电线5b。灯槽式天花吊顶13a或天花装饰线14内的部分或全部强电电线5b向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件9内。
在实际应用中,请参见图7a,所述强电布线件9的线槽911的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图7b ,上述线槽911的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间隔分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。同样的,天花装饰线14的线槽1411的侧壁出也可设置成相样的结构。
卧室走廊400连通所述客厅200以及卧室300,所述卧室走廊400的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶13b,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内布设有所述强电布线件9,所述强电布线件9内嵌置有所述的强电电线5b;所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的强电布线件9与灯槽式天花吊顶13a内的强电布线件9相接。
整体卫生间500具有管线接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的部分或全部强电电线5b与所述管线接口对接。
所述整体厨房600具有管线接口,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内的部分或全部强电电线5b与所述管线接口相接。
生活阳台700位于所述整体厨房600外侧,所述平铺式天花吊顶13b内部的强电电线5b与所述整体厨房600的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线5b通过所述整体厨房600上方的楼层板2的凹槽21往所述生活阳台700方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板1后,通过墙板1的纵向凹槽11向下延伸,所述强电电线5b嵌置于所述纵向凹槽11内的强电布线件9内。
在实际应用中,强电电线5b的引出位置需要接插座,由于仅设置纵向凹槽11不能在水平方向调节插座的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装插座时,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,请参见图8,本实施例的墙板1上还开设有至少一个横向凹槽12,所述横向凹槽12与所述纵向凹槽11相互连通;所述强电布线件9固定安装在所述横向凹槽12内。
具体的,上述强电布线件9包括纵向强电布线件9a以及横向强电布线件9b,所述纵向强电布线件9a固定于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述横向强电布线件9b固定于所述横向凹槽12内;所述纵向强电布线件9a的底座91侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽911连通,另一端与底座91外部连通;部分或所有的强电电线5b通过所述纵向强电布线件9a的穿孔伸出所述纵向强电布线件9a外面,并伸入所述横向强电布线件9b的线槽911内;或者,所述纵向强电布线件9a下端具有端口,所述端口与一转角连接器的一端相对接,所述转角连接器的另一端与所述横向强电布线件9b的一端口相对接;部分或所有的强电电线5b穿过所述转角连接器,并伸入所述横向强电布线件9b的线槽911内。
本实施例的住宅,其房间的顶部具有天花吊顶、房间的墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将强电电线5b布设于天花吊顶内然后通过墙板1上的纵向凹槽11向下延伸至插座位置,从而实现了强电电线5b与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了强电电线5b与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过强电电线5b与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,强电电线5b及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。
请参见图10,为本发明提供的实施例二,提供了一强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,本实施例除以下内容与实施例一不同外,其他内容均与实施一相同。
本实施例的墙板可以是普通的墙板1’,本实施例的住宅还包括装饰板17,所述装饰板17固定安装在所述墙板1’上,相邻的两块装饰板17之间预有空隙18,所述住宅还包括强电布线件9;所述强电布线件9固定在装饰板17与装饰板17之间的空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件9,所述强电布线件9内收纳有强电电线5b;部分或全部强电电线5b向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙18内的强电布线件9内。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及强电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部,其特征在于,
    所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,所述住宅还包括强电布线件,部分或所有的所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有所述强电布线件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线;所述墙板的纵向凹槽内固定有所述强电布线件,部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述楼层板上设置有凹槽,所述楼层板上的凹槽内固定有所述强电布线件;部分的所述强电电线从所述天花吊顶向外延伸并布设于所述楼层板凹槽的强电布线件内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述房间包括客厅以及卧室,所述天花吊顶包括灯槽式天花吊顶,所述客厅顶部安装有所述的灯槽式天花吊顶,所述灯槽式天花吊顶内固定有所述强电布线件,所述住宅还包括天花装饰线,所述卧室的墙板与楼层板的相接处安装有所述的天花装饰线,所述天花装饰线内嵌置有所述的强电布线件,所述灯槽式天花吊顶以及天花装饰线的强电布线件内收纳有所述强电电线,所述灯槽式天花吊顶或所述天花装饰线内的部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述天花吊顶还包括平铺式天花吊顶,所述住宅还包括用于连通所述客厅以及卧室的卧室走廊,所述卧室走廊的顶部安装有的所述平铺式天花吊顶,所述平铺式天花吊顶内布设有所述强电布线件,所述强电布线件内嵌置有所述的强电电线;所述平铺式天花吊顶内的强电布线件与灯槽式天花吊顶内的强电布线件相接。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体卫生间,所述整体卫生间具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与所述管线接口对接。
  6. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括整体厨房,所述整体厨房具有管线接口,所述天花吊顶内的部分或全部强电电线与所述管线接口相接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括生活阳台,所述生活阳台位于所述整体厨房外侧,所述天花吊顶内部分的强电电线与所述整体厨房的管线接口相接,另一部分的强电电线通过所述整体厨房上方的楼层板的凹槽往所述生活阳台方向延伸,并且,穿过墙板后,通过墙板的纵向凹槽向下延伸,所述强电电线嵌置于所述纵向凹槽内的强电布线件内。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜以及强电配电箱,所述玄关顶部设置有平铺式天花吊顶,户外的管线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述强电配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述管线中的强电电线接入所述强电配电箱后,从所述强电配电箱引出,并向上延伸至所述玄关顶部的平铺式天花吊顶内,并延伸至所述客厅顶部的灯槽式天花吊顶内。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置线缆的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣;所述底座和/或盖板的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
  10. 一种强电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及强电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;其特征在于,
    所述住宅还包括装饰板,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预设有空隙,所述住宅还包括强电布线件;所述强电布线件固定在所述空隙内,部分或所有所述房间顶部设置有天花吊顶,所述天花吊顶内安装有强电布线件,所述强电布线件内收纳有强电电线;部分或全部强电电线向下延伸并收纳于所述空隙内的强电布线件内。
