Description

一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法
本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的弱电电线,多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将弱电电线设置于主体结构中所导致的弱电电线维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板,所述墙板的侧面在成型过程中形成纵向凹槽;
S20、制备楼层板;
S30、制备或购买弱电电线;
S40、制备踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件;其中,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽;
S50、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
S60、于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内固定所述弱电布线件,将所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,并于门口周缘布设门套线;将所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接;
S70、将所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且,将部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸,嵌置于所述墙板的纵向凹槽的弱电布线件内。
进一步地,所述步骤S10中还包括以下步骤:制备公模,所述公模呈板状,所述公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;所述墙板在浇筑时采用所述公模造型。

S60、将所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且,将部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸,嵌置于所述间隙内的弱电布线件内。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,在该住宅的房间底部设置踢脚线、房间门口周缘设置门套线、房间的墙板上设置纵向凹槽,从而可以将弱电电线则布设于踢脚线、门套线内。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,实现了弱电电线与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋弱电电线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了弱电电线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过弱电电线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,弱电电线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、制备墙板公模,所述墙板公模呈板状,所述墙板公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;制备墙板1,所述墙板1在浇筑时采用所述墙板公模造型,成型后,请参见图1,墙板1的侧面形成纵向凹槽11。
S20、制备或购买弱电电线5a;请参见图2,弱电电线5a是网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆。
S30、请参见图3至图5,制备踢脚线6、门套线7、弱电布线件8;其中,所述踢脚线6以及门套线7内分别开设或成型出用于嵌置弱电电线5a的线槽611、线槽711。
其中,制备所述弱电布线件8包括以下步骤:
制备底座81与盖板82,于所述底座81上开设或成型出有嵌置线缆的线槽811,于所述盖板82的一侧面开设或形成卡扣结构。
请参见图3a及图3b,所述踢脚线6的制备包括以下步骤:
制备固定座61以及盖子63,于所述固定座61开设或成型出至少一个线槽611,于所述盖子63与所述固定座61上开设或成型出两者相互卡扣的结构。
进一步地,踢脚线6的制备还包括以下步骤
制备线槽盖板62,于所述线槽611的槽口开设或成型出与线槽盖板62相互卡扣结构。
请参见图4b及图4c,门套线7的制备过程与踢脚线6的制备过程相同,在此不再赘述。
在实际应用中,请参见图5a,所述弱电布线件8、踢脚线6、门套线7这三个部件中的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图5b ,上述部件的线槽的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间距分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。
为了便于制作以及成型,所述弱电布线件8的底座81、盖板82均由塑料制成,可通过注塑成型。当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座81、盖板82的制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂相同质量的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的底座81、盖板82具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
S40、在施工现场,请参见图7,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间。
S50、于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内固定所述弱电布线件8,将所述踢脚线6安装于所述墙板1底部,并于门口3周缘布设门套线7;将所述门口3底部位置的门套线7与所述踢脚线6相对接。
S60、将所述弱电电线5a嵌置于所述踢脚线6的线槽611以及门套线7的线槽711内,并且,将部分或全部弱电电线5a向上延伸,嵌置于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11的弱电布线件8内。
优化地,上述步骤S10中制备的墙板公模还具有至少一条横向凸条,所述横向凸条与纵向凸条相交错,请图8,成型后的墙板1侧面上同时具有相互交错的纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12。
具体地,下面本实施例将结合住宅的各类房间,对施工及管线布置的过程作进一步描述,其过程包括以下步骤:
1、请参见图9,建造入户的门口3、玄关100、客厅200、卧室300以及卧室走廊400。
2、制备整体卫生间500、整体厨房600、玄关柜101、弱电配电箱102。于所述整体厨房600外侧建造生活阳台700。
3、请参见图10,于所述玄关100底部安装所述的踢脚线6;将户外的弱电电线穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103进入所述玄关100,将所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,使所述弱电配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;将弱电电线5a接入所述弱电配电箱102,然后从所述弱电配电箱102引出,并向下延伸并接入所述玄关100底部的踢脚线6内;将所述踢脚线6内的弱电电线5a延伸至所述客厅200底部的踢脚线6内。
本实施例的施工方法,在住宅的房间底部设置踢脚线6、房间门口3周缘设置门套线7、房间的墙板1上设置纵向凹槽11以及横向凹槽12,从而可以将弱电电线5a则布设于踢脚线6、门套线7、纵向凹槽11的弱电布线件8以及横向凹槽12的弱电布线件8内。可见,通过本发明的施工方法,可以将弱电电线5a与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋弱电电线5a维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了弱电电线5a与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过弱电电线5a与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,弱电电线5a及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。
实施例二:
[根据细则91更正 15.08.2018] 
请参见图11,本实施例提供了一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,除以下内容外,本实施例与实施例一相同。
S10、制备墙板1’、楼层板2以及装饰板17;
S20、制备或购买弱电电线5a;
S30、制踢脚线6、门套线7以及弱电布线件8;其中,所述踢脚线6以及门套线7内分别设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5a的线槽;
S40、在施工现场,将楼层板2盖设于若干墙板1’上,搭建成具有门口3的至少一个房间;
S50、于部分或所有的所述房间的墙板1’安装上装饰板,并且使相邻的两块装饰板17之间相隔一定间隙18;
S60、于所述间隙18内固定所述弱电布线件5a,将所述踢脚线6安装于所述墙板1’底部侧面上,并于门口3周缘布设门套线7;将所述门口3底部位置的门套线7与所述踢脚线6相对接;
S70、将所述弱电电线5a嵌置于所述踢脚线6以及门套线7的线槽内,并且,将部分或全部弱电电线5a向上延伸,嵌置于所述间隙18内的弱电布线件8内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备墙板,所述墙板的侧面在成型过程中形成纵向凹槽;
    S20、制备楼层板;
    S30、制备或购买弱电电线;
    S40、制备踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件;其中,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽;
    S50、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
    S60、于所述墙板的纵向凹槽内固定所述弱电布线件,将所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,并于门口周缘布设门套线;将所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接;
    S70、将所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且,将部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸,嵌置于所述墙板的纵向凹槽的弱电布线件内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S10中还包括以下步骤:制备公模,所述公模呈板状,所述公模上设置有至少一条纵向凸条;所述墙板在浇筑时采用所述公模造型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的施工方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    建造入户门口、玄关以及客厅,并制备玄关柜以及弱电配电箱;
    于所述玄关以及客厅的底部安装所述的踢脚线;将户外的弱电电线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,将所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,使所述弱电配电箱位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;
    将所述弱电电线接入所述弱电配电箱,然后从所述弱电配电箱引出,并向下延伸并接入所述玄关底部的踢脚线内;
    将所述踢脚线内的弱电电线延伸至所述客厅底部的踢脚线内。
  4. 如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤20中:
    制备所述弱电布线件包括以下步骤:
    制备底座与盖板,于所述底座上开设或成型出有嵌置线缆的线槽,于所述盖板的一侧面开设或形成卡扣结构;
    所述踢脚线与门套线均的制备均包括以下步骤:
    制备固定座以及盖子,于所述固定座开设或成型出至少一个线槽,于所述盖子与所述固定座上开设或成型出两者相互卡扣的结构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的施工方法,其特征在于,所述底座和/或盖板的制作方法还包括以下步骤:
    制备所述底座和/或盖板的材料,所述材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂;
    制备出与所述底座和/或盖板的形状相配合的金属模具,然后采用所述材料并结合所述金属模具注塑出所述底座和/或盖板。
  6. 一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S10、制备墙板、楼层板以及装饰板;
    S20、制备或购买弱电电线;
    S30、制备踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件;其中,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽;
    S40、在施工现场,将楼层板盖设于若干墙板上,搭建成具有门口的至少一个房间;
    S50、于部分或所有的所述房间的墙板上安装上装饰板,并且使相邻的两块装饰板之间相隔有一段间隙,于所述间隙内固定所述弱电布线件,将所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,并于门口周缘布设门套线;将所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接;
    S60、将所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且,将部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸,嵌置于所述间隙内的弱电布线件内。
