目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设管线,如网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的弱电电线,多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。

本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的住宅,其房间底部具有踢脚线、房间门口周缘设置有门套线、房间的墙板上设置有纵向凹槽,纵向凹槽内固定有弱电布线件,从而可以将弱电电线则布设于踢脚线、门套线以及纵向凹槽内。从而实现了弱电电线与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋弱电电线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了弱电电线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过弱电电线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,弱电电线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1及图2所示,为本发明提供的实施例一,提供了一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及弱电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板1以及楼层板2,所述墙板1竖向设置,若干墙板1围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口3,所述楼层板2盖设于所述墙板1顶部。具体地,本实施例的房间包括玄关100、客厅200、卧室300、卧室走廊400、整体卫生间500、整体厨房600以及生活阳台700。
在实际应用中,弱电电线5a是网线、电话线、数字电视线等用于传输信息的线缆。
上述墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11,至于纵向凹槽11的数量以及规格,可以根据实际需要预先在墙板1成型前确定。
请参见图3至图5c,上述住宅还包括踢脚线6、门套线7以及弱电布线件8。所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11内固定有所述弱电布线件8,所述踢脚线6安装于所述墙板1底部,所述门套线7围设于门口3周缘,所述门口3底部位置的门套线7与所述踢脚线6相对接,所述踢脚线6内设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5a的线槽611,门套线7内设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5a的线槽711。所述弱电电线5a嵌置于所述线槽611、线槽711内,并且,部分或全部弱电电线5a向上延伸并嵌置于所述墙板1的纵向凹槽11的弱电布线件8内。
请参见图3,所述弱电布线件8包括底座81与盖板82,所述底座81上设置有嵌置弱电电线5a的线槽811,所述盖板82的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板82盖封所述线槽811,并与所述底座81卡扣。
具体地,请参见图4a,所述踢脚线6包括固定座61以及盖子63,所述固定座61设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5a的至少一个线槽611,所述盖子63与所述固定座61卡扣连接,并盖罩线槽611。进一步地,请参见图4b,本实施例的踢脚线还包括线槽盖板62,所述线槽盖板62与所述线槽611的槽口卡扣连接,盖子63盖罩线槽盖板62。
请参见图5a及5b,所述门套线7包括固定座71以及盖子73,固定座71的整体呈L形。所述固定座71设置有用于嵌置弱电电线5a的至少一个线槽711,所述盖子73与所述固定座71卡扣连接,并盖罩所述线槽。进一步地,请参见图5c,线槽盖板72所述线槽盖板72与所述线槽711的槽口卡扣连接;
为了便于制作以及成型,所述弱电布线件8的底座81、盖板82均由塑料制成,可通过注塑成型,当然,在实际应用中,也可能采用其他材料,如木材等切割成型。本实施例为底座81、盖板82制作材料提供了一种优选的材料,该材料的配方包括一定量的PVC(聚氯乙烯)基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂,通过该材料制作的底座、盖板具有一定的结构强度,有效地保证了产品的耐用性,并且其质量较轻,便于生产和安装。
本实施例采用螺钉固定弱电布线件8,所述底座81、底座91的中间位置设置安装槽,所述安装槽的底部开设有用于与墙板凹槽固定的安装孔,于安装孔内拧入螺钉,可使底座81固定在墙板1的纵向凹槽11内。
在实际应用中,请参见图6a,所述弱电布线件8、踢脚线6、门套线7这三个部件中的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体,从而可以使相邻的线缆得到更好的电气隔离。请参见图6b ,上述部件的线槽的侧壁也可以沿其长度方向开设有若干间隔分布的空隙,从而在固定管线的同时可以节省材料以及减轻产品重量。
请参见图7,所述住宅还包括入户的门口3、玄关柜101以及弱电配电箱102,所述玄关100底部设置有所述的踢脚线6;户外的弱电电线穿过所述入户门口3上方的横梁103的孔洞1031进入所述玄关100,所述玄关柜101靠近所述玄关100的墙板1,所述弱电配电箱102位于所述玄关柜101背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜101内;弱电电线5a接入所述弱电配电箱后102,从所述弱电配电箱102引出,并向下延伸至所述玄关100底部的踢脚线6内,所述踢脚线6内的弱电电线5a延伸至所述客厅200底部的踢脚线6内。
在实际应用中,弱电电线5a的引出位置需要接插座,由于仅设置纵向凹槽11不能在水平方向调节插座的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装插座时,所以,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,请参见图8,本实施例的墙板1上还开设有至少一个横向凹槽12,所述横向凹槽12与所述纵向凹槽11相互连通;弱电布线件8能固定安装在所述横向凹槽12内。
具体的,上述弱电布线件8包括纵向弱电布线件8a以及横向弱电布线件8b,所述纵向弱电布线件8a固定于所述纵向凹槽11内,所述横向弱电布线件8b固定于所述横向凹槽12内。所述纵向弱电布线件8a的底座81侧面上开设有穿孔,所述穿孔的一端与其上的线槽811连通,另一端与底座81外部连通;部分或所有的弱电电线5a通过所述纵向弱电布线件8a的穿孔伸出所述纵向弱电布线件8a外面,并伸入所述横向弱电布线件8b的线槽811内; 或者,所述纵向弱电布线件8a下端具有端口,所述端口与一转角连接器的一端相对接,所述转角连接器的另一端与所述横向强弱电布线件8b的一端口相对接;部分或所有的弱电电线5a穿过所述转角连接器,并伸入所述横向弱电布线件8b的线槽811内。
本实施例的住宅,其房间底部具有踢脚线6、房间门口3周缘设置有门套线7、房间的墙板1上设置有纵向凹槽11以及槽向凹槽12,从而可以将弱电电线5a则布设于踢脚线6、门套线7、纵向凹槽11的弱电布线件8以及槽向凹槽12的弱电布线件8内。从而,实现了弱电电线5a与房间的主体结构分离,克服了传统预埋弱电电线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了弱电电线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。
通过弱电电线与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,管线及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。
请参见图9,为本发明提供的实施例二,提供了一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,本实施例除以下内容与实施例一不同外,其他内容均与实施一相同。
本实施例的墙板可以是普通的墙板1’,本实施例的住宅还包括装饰板17,所述装饰板17固定安装于所述墙板1’上,相邻的两块装饰板17之间预有空隙18。
所述住宅还包括踢脚线6、门套线7以及弱电布线件8,所述空隙18内固定有所述弱电布线件8,所述踢脚线6安装于所述墙板1底部,所述门套线7围设于门口3周缘,所述门口3底部位置的门套线7与所述踢脚线6相对接,所述踢脚线6以及门套线7内均嵌置有所述弱电布线件8,所述弱电电线5a嵌置于所述踢脚线6以及门套线7的弱电布线件8内,并且,部分或全部弱电电线5a向上延伸并嵌置于所述空隙18内的弱电布线件8内。

Claims (6)
- 一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及弱电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;其特征在于,
所述墙板上设置有纵向凹槽;
所述住宅还包括踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件,所述墙板的纵向凹槽内固定有所述弱电布线件,所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,所述门套线围设于门口周缘,所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽,所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且,部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸并嵌置于所述墙板的纵向凹槽的弱电布线件内。 - 如权利要求1所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述住宅还包括入户门口、玄关、玄关柜、弱电配电箱以及强电配电箱,所述玄关底部设置有所述的踢脚线;户外的弱电电线穿过所述入户门口上方的横梁进入所述玄关,所述玄关柜靠近所述玄关的墙板,所述弱电配电箱以及强电配电箱均位于所述玄关柜背面,并嵌入所述玄关柜内;所述弱电电线接入所述弱电配电箱后,从所述弱电配电箱引出,并向下延伸至所述玄关底部的踢脚线内,所述踢脚线内的弱电电线延伸至所述客厅底部的踢脚线内。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件包括底座与盖板,所述底座上设置有嵌置线缆的线槽,所述盖板的一侧面具有卡扣结构,所述盖板盖封所述线槽,并与所述底座卡扣;所述踢脚线与门套线均包括固定座以及盖子,所述固定座设置有用于嵌置线缆的至少一个线槽,所述盖子与所述固定座卡扣连接,并盖罩所述线槽。
- 如权利要求1或3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述弱电布线件以及强电布线件的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间隔分布的空隙;所述踢脚线与门套线的线槽的侧壁为连续延伸的壁体或者沿线槽的长度方向开设有若干间隔分布的空隙。
- 如权利要求3所述的住宅,其特征在于,所述弱电布线的底座以及盖板的制作材料包括一定量的PVC基体树脂、与PVC基体树脂质量相同的木材粉末、PVC基体树脂质量的1.5%-2%的发泡剂、PVC基体树脂质量的40%的碳酸钙、PVC基体树脂质量的4%的稳定剂以及PVC基体树脂质量的0.7%-1%的润滑剂。
- 一种弱电电线与主体结构分离的住宅,包括主体结构以及弱电电线,所述主体结构包括墙板以及楼层板,所述墙板竖向设置,若干墙板围成至少一个房间,所述房间至少有一个门口,所述楼层板盖设于所述墙板顶部;其特征在于,所述住宅还包括装饰板、踢脚线、门套线以及弱电布线件,所述装饰板固定安装于所述墙板上,相邻的两块装饰板之间预设有空隙,所述空隙内固定有所述弱电布线件,所述踢脚线安装于所述墙板底部,所述门套线围设于门口周缘,所述门口底部位置的门套线与所述踢脚线相对接,所述踢脚线以及门套线内均设置有用于嵌置弱电电线的线槽,所述弱电电线嵌置于所述踢脚线以及门套线的线槽内,并且,部分或全部弱电电线向上延伸并嵌置于所述空隙内的弱电布线件内。
