Abstract

一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,包括:龙骨架(1)、吊顶底板(2)、至少两根吊杆(3)、强电布线件(4)及强电电线(5)。将强电布线件(4)安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板(100)上。该天花吊顶系统克服了现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了强电电线检修的难度和成本。

Description

一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
天花吊顶在现在家装中,根据装修位置来区分,可以分为厨卫吊顶,客厅卧室吊顶,走廊吊顶等类型,按材质来分可以分为石膏天花吊顶,塑钢天花吊顶,玻璃天花吊顶,金属天花吊顶等。天花吊顶的功用从最开始的遮丑,发展到现今的美观、隔音等众多功能,如今天的花吊顶线条简洁流畅,造型美观,色泽优雅,并且有古铜、黄金、红、蓝、奶白等颜色;规格恰好与住宅的宽度相吻合,与大理石、铝合金门窗等材料连接浑然一体,高雅华丽,为适静的居室环境锦上添花。然而,现有的天花吊顶并没有布线功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,旨在解决现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中,从而在维修管线时会损害主体结构的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的,一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,包括:
龙骨架、吊顶底板及至少两根吊杆;
至少两根所述吊杆的一端与楼层板连接,另一端与龙骨架连接,使所述龙骨架水平悬吊于楼层板的下方;
所述吊顶底板固定在所述龙骨架的底部;
强电布线件安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板上,所述强电布线件内装有强电电线。
进一步地,所述强电布线件安装在天花吊顶内的墙板上或龙骨架上。
进一步地,所述强电布线件通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装在天花吊顶内。
进一步地,所述强电布线件包括强电布线件主体及强电线槽盖板,所述强电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的至少一个强电线槽,所述强电线槽盖板与所述强电线槽的槽口卡扣连接,所述强电线槽的槽壁沿强电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
进一步地,所述吊顶底板采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,将强电布线件安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板上,克服了现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了强电电线检修的难度和成本。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1及图2所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,包括龙骨架1、吊顶底板2及至少两根吊杆3。
至少两根吊杆3的一端与楼层板100连接,另一端与龙骨架1连接,使龙骨架1水平悬吊于楼层板100的下方,吊顶底板2固定在龙骨架1的底部。
强电布线件4安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板100上,强电布线件4内装有强电电线5。
工作电压在交流24V以上为强电,以下为弱电。强电电线一般指交流电电压在 24V以上的输电导线,包括火线、零线、地线等。
可以理解的,上述强电布线件4不仅可以安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板100上,也可以安装在天花吊顶内的墙板200上,还可安装在龙骨架1上,并通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式进行固定,只需满足稳定、不易脱落即可。
强电布线件4包括强电布线件主体41及强电线槽盖板,强电布线件主体41上设置有用于嵌置强电电线5的至少一个强电线槽,强电线槽盖板与强电线槽的槽口卡扣连接。进一步地,为了节省材料,强电线槽的槽壁411可沿嵌置电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
优选的,本发明中的吊顶底板2可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
本实施例中的安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,将强电布线件安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板上,克服了现有技术中将强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了强电电线检修的难度和成本。
通过线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

  1. 一种安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统包括:
    龙骨架、吊顶底板及至少两根吊杆;
    至少两根所述吊杆的一端与楼层板连接,另一端与龙骨架连接,使所述龙骨架水平悬吊于楼层板的下方;
    所述吊顶底板固定在所述龙骨架的底部;
    强电布线件安装在天花吊顶内的楼层板上,所述强电布线件内装有强电电线。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件安装在天花吊顶内的墙板上或龙骨架上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件通过螺钉、粘接或卡扣的方式安装在天花吊顶内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件包括强电布线件主体及强电线槽盖板,所述强电布线件主体上设置有用于嵌置强电电线的至少一个强电线槽,所述强电线槽盖板与所述强电线槽的槽口卡扣连接,所述强电线槽的槽壁沿强电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的安装有强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶底板采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
