推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用预埋方式,设备管线,如弱电电线与强电电线多预埋于主体结构墙板和楼板中,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。

发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题为提供一种安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,旨在解决现有技术中将水管、强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中,从而在维修管线时会损害主体结构的问题。

优选的,本发明中的吊顶底板2及吊顶侧板3可选用PVC发泡木塑材料,该PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份,将上述的混合物通过混合机混合均匀后直接加入到螺杆挤出机中,在160~170℃挤出成型即可。
本实施例中的安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,将水管安置件安装在天花吊顶内的墙板上,将强电布线件安装在第一子龙骨架的底部,克服了现有技术中将水管、强电电线埋在房屋的主体结构中的问题,实现了支撑体与填充体的分离,降低了水管、强电电线检修的难度和成本。并且,本发明在拆除吊顶底板后就能看到电线和水管,只需一步操作后就能开始对水管及强电电线进行检修,提高了检修的效率。
通过水管、线路与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管、线路及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统包括:
    龙骨架、吊顶底板及吊顶侧板,其中,所述龙骨架包括第一子龙骨架及龙骨架横杆;
    所述第一子龙骨架安装在墙板与楼层板的拐角处,其在竖直方向的截面为L型,L型的一端与楼层板固定连接,另一端与墙板固定连接;
    所述龙骨架横杆固定在第一子龙骨架下方的墙板上,且其长度方向与墙板所在平面平行;
    所述吊顶侧板安装在第一子龙骨架的侧面,所述吊顶底板靠近墙板的一端与所述龙骨架横杆连接,远离墙板的一端与所述吊顶侧板的底端连接;
    第一子龙骨架与龙骨架横杆之间的墙板上安装有水管安置件,所述水管安置件内放置有水管,第一子龙骨架的底部安装有强电布线件,所述强电布线件内装有强电电线。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶侧板的底端设有向上弯折的弯钩状卡件,所述吊顶底板远离墙板的一端设有向下弯折的弯钩状卡件,所述吊顶侧板中向上弯折的弯钩状卡件与所述吊顶底板中向下弯折的弯钩状卡件卡接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述第一子龙骨架的侧面设有至少两个卡槽,所述吊顶侧板上设有与所述卡槽数量对应的卡件,所述吊顶侧板的卡件卡接在所述第一子龙骨架对应的卡槽中。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述水管安置件中设有用于安放水管的槽体,所述槽体的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,且槽壁具有弹性。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述强电布线件中设有用于安放强电电线的线槽,所述线槽的槽口宽度小于槽内宽度,且槽壁具有弹性,所述线槽的槽壁沿强电电线的长度方向开设若干间隔。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的安装有水管及强电电线的天花吊顶系统,其特征在于,所述吊顶底板远离墙板的一侧设有遮挡件,所述吊顶侧板与所述遮挡件之间安装有照明装置;
    所述吊顶底板及所述吊顶侧板采用PVC发泡木塑材料制成,所述PVC发泡木塑材料通过如下重量配比的原料生产加工而成:聚氯乙烯(PVC):100份;木质化植物纤维:15-20份;活性轻钙:10-20份;锌钙复合稳定剂:7-10份,复配型发泡剂:1-3份,润滑剂OPE蜡:1.5-2份;复合润滑剂:0.5-1份,发泡调节剂:3-8份。
