为达上述目的,本公开第二方面实施例提出了一种防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置,包括:获取模块,用于驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取终端设备的第一信息;判断模块,用于根据所述第一信息,判断所述终端设备是否被遗忘在车内;提醒模块,用于在判断出所述终端设备被遗忘在车内时,发出提醒信息,其中,所述提醒信息用于提示所述终端设备被遗落在车内。
根据本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置,驾驶员离开驾驶位时,通过获取模块获取终端设备的第一信息,并通过判断模块根据第一信息,判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,如果判断出终端设备被遗忘在车内时,则通过提醒模块发出提醒信息,其中, 提醒信息用于提示终端设备被遗落在车内。由此,能够在用户下车时,防止用户将终端设备遗落在车内,从而解决了用户下车用终端设备时而终端设备被锁在车内的困扰,也解决了用户下次解锁车门时,因为没有终端设备而不能解锁车门的问题,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
为达到上述目的,本公开第三方面实施例提出了一种防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统包括:本公开第二方面实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置。
本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统,通过上述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置,能够在用户下车时,防止用户将终端设备遗落在车内,从而解决了用户下车用终端设备时而终端设备被锁在车内的困扰,也解决了用户下次解锁车门时,因为没有终端设备而不能解锁车门的问题,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
另外,根据本公开上述实施例提出的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:
在本公开的一个实施例中,上述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统还包括:终端设备和车身控制模块BCM;所述终端设备,用于向所述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置发送第一信息;所述BCM,用于接收所述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置发送的提醒信息,并将所述提醒信息发送给仪表盘;所述仪表盘,用于执行所述提醒信息发出提醒。

下面详细描述本公开的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本公开,而不能理解为对本公开的限制。
下面参考附图描述本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法、装置、系统和车辆。
图1是根据本公开一个实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法的流程图。在本公开的一个实施例中,终端设备可为集成有蓝牙钥匙功能的移动终端,且该终端设备可为手机、平板电脑或掌上电脑等。
如图1所示,本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取终端设备的第一信息。其中,第一信息可包括终端设备接入车内的无线接入的信号强度和终端设备的运动信息中的一种或两种。
其中,获取终端设备的第一信息之前,还可包括接收熄火指示信号和车门状态指示信号,并根据熄火指示信号和状态指示信号,确定车辆处于熄火且车门打开状态。
例如,用户将车辆停止后,可先利用车钥匙将该车辆熄火,即使整车处于OFF档电,并将车门打开准备下车。此时,车辆的钥匙控制器可接收到车辆的BCM(Body Control Module,车身控制器)发送的熄火指示信号和车门状态指示信号,并根据可该熄火指示信号和状态指示信号确定该车辆当前所处的状态。当确定该车辆当前处于熄火且车门打开的状态时(即,驾驶员可能正在离开驾驶位)。该车辆的钥匙控制器可通过终端设备的第一信息。
在本公开的其他实施例中,当车辆当前处于熄火且车门打开的状态时,可控制驾驶位上的重量传感器开始工作,以检测驾驶员是否离开驾驶位,并在驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取移动终端的第一信息。
S2,根据第一信息,判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内。
S3,如果判断出终端设备被遗忘在车内,则发出提醒信息,其中,提醒信息用于提示终端设备被遗落在车内。
其中,如果第一信息为终端设备接入车内的无线接入的信号强度,则根据第一信息判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,可包括将信号强度与预设的强度范围比较,如果信号强度处于强度范围内,则确定终端设备被遗忘在车内。其中,预设的强度范围可根据实际情况进行标定。
另外,上述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法还包括,如果判断出终端设备未被遗忘在车内时,向车身控制模块BCM发送闭锁指令以驱动门锁电机执行闭锁指令锁闭车门。其中,在向BCM发送闭锁指令的同时,还可向BCM发送指示信息,以指示报警装置发出锁闭提醒。
例如,当确定车辆当前处于熄火且车门打开的状态时(即,驾驶员可能正在离开驾驶位)。该车辆的钥匙控制器可开始检测用户手机的蓝牙信号,以获取用户手机的蓝牙信号的强度。然后该车辆的钥匙控制器可根据用户手机的蓝牙信号的强度判断手机是否被遗忘在车内,其中,如果手机的蓝牙信号的强度处于预设的强度范围内,则可判断手机被遗忘在车内,如果手机的蓝牙信号的强度不在预设的强度范围内,则可判断手机此时已经不在车 内,即被用户从车内带离了。
如果判断手机在车外,则当用户按下车门上的微动开关闭锁时,该车辆的钥匙控制器将会发送闭锁信号给车身控制模块BCM,而后车身控制模块BCM将会驱动门锁电机以控制车辆闭锁,另外,该车辆的钥匙控制器向车身控制模块BCM发送闭锁信号的同时,还可向车身控制模块BCM发送指示信息,以使车身控制模块BCM控制车辆内置的蜂鸣器(即,报警装置)发出声音,以告知用户车门闭锁成功。
如果判断手机在车内,则当用户按下车门上的微动开关闭锁时,该车辆的钥匙控制器将不会发送闭锁信号给车身控制模块BCM以控制车辆闭锁,而是通过车身控制模块BCM向仪表盘发出提醒信息(例如,请勿把手机遗落在车内),以提醒用户手机被遗落在了车内。而后,如果该车辆的钥匙控制器检测到用户打开车门拿走手机后,关门,则可通过车身控制模块BCM控制车辆闭锁,并控制车辆内置的蜂鸣器发出声音,以告知用户车门已闭锁。
为了进一步提高用户的使用体验,在本公开的实施例中,车辆的钥匙控制器在获取到用户手机的蓝牙信号的强度后,还可通过车身控制模块BCM检测车门是否处于闭合未锁闭状态,并在检测到车门处于闭合未锁闭状态时,根据用户手机的蓝牙信号的强度判断手机是否被遗忘在车内。
另外,在本公开的一个实施例中,第一信息为终端设备的运动信息,则根据第一信息,判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,可包括根据运动信息,判断终端设备处于静止状态,如果终端设备处于静止状态,则确定终端设备被遗忘在车内。其中,在获取终端设备的第一信息之前,还包括向终端设备发送请求信息,以请求终端设备的运动信息。
例如,当确定车辆当前处于熄火且车门打开的状态时。该车辆的钥匙控制器可向用户的手机发送请求信息,以请求手机的运动信息。当车身控制模块BCM检测到车门处于闭合未锁闭状态时(说明用户此时有可能已经下车,并准备锁闭车门离开),可生成相关的车身状态信息并将其发送至该车辆的钥匙控制器。该车辆的钥匙控制器在接收到该车身状态信息后,可根据用户手机的运动信息判断手机是否被遗忘在车内,其中,如果手机在用户身边,则用户在开门下车的过程中,陀螺仪会采集到手机的运动轨迹,此时手机处于运动状态,如果手机不在用户身边,则用户开门下车的过程中,手机没有运动轨迹,陀螺仪采集到手机处于静止的状态。
如果判断手机在用户身边,则当用户按下车门上的微动开关闭锁时,该车辆的钥匙控制器将会发送闭锁信号给车身控制模块BCM,而后车身控制模块BCM将会驱动门锁电机以控制车辆闭锁,并控制车辆内置的蜂鸣器发出声音,以告知用户车门闭锁成功。
如果判断手机不在用户身边,则当用户按下车门上的微动开关闭锁时,该车辆的钥匙控制器将不会发送闭锁信号给车身控制模块BCM以控制车辆闭锁,而是通过车身控制模块 BCM向仪表盘发出提醒信息(例如,请勿把手机遗落在车内),以提醒用户手机被遗落在了车内。而后,如果该车辆的钥匙控制器检测到用户打开车门拿走手机后,关门,则可通过车身控制模块BCM控制车辆闭锁,并控制车辆内置的蜂鸣器发出声音,以告知用户车门已闭锁。
为了进一步提升判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内的准确性,第一信息可包括终端设备接入车内的无线接入的信号强度和终端设备的运动信息,则根据第一信息判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,可包括判断信号强度是否处于预设的强度范围内,同时根据运动信息判断终端设备是否处于静止状态,如果信号强度处于强度范围内,且终端设备处于静止状态,则确定终端设备被遗忘在车内。
例如,当确定车辆当前处于熄火且车门打开的状态时。该车辆的钥匙控制器可开始检测用户手机的蓝牙信号以获取用户手机的蓝牙信号的强度,同时可向用户的手机发送请求信息以请求手机的运动信息。当车身控制模块BCM检测到车门处于闭合未锁闭状态时,可生成相关的车身状态信息并将其发送至该车辆的钥匙控制器。该车辆的钥匙控制器在接收到该车身状态信息后,可根据用户手机蓝牙信号的强度和运动信息判断手机是否被遗忘在车内,其中,如果手机的信号强度处于预设的强度范围内,且手机处于静止状态,则可判断手机被遗忘在了车内。
综上,根据本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法,驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取终端设备的第一信息,并根据第一信息断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,如果判断出终端设备被遗忘在车内,则向仪表盘发出提醒信息,其中,提醒信息用于提示终端设备被遗落在车内。由此,能够在用户下车时,防止用户将终端设备遗落在车内,从而解决了用户下车用终端设备时而终端设备被锁在车内的困扰,也解决了用户下次解锁车门时,因为没有终端设备而不能解锁车门的问题,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
图2是根据本公开一个实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置的方框示意图。
如图2所示,本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置包括:获取模块100、判断模块200和提醒模块300。
其中,获取模块100用于驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取终端设备的第一信息。
判断模块200用于根据第一信息,判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内。
提醒模块300用于在判断出终端设备被遗忘在车内时,发出提醒信息,其中,提醒信息用于提示终端设备被遗落在车内。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置中未披露的细节,请参照本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法中所披露的细节,具体这里不再赘述。
综上,根据本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置,驾驶员离开驾驶位时, 通过获取模块获取终端设备的第一信息,并通过判断模块根据第一信息,判断终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,如果判断出终端设备被遗忘在车内时,则通过提醒模块向仪表盘发出提醒信息,其中,提醒信息用于提示终端设备被遗落在车内。由此,能够在用户下车时,防止用户将终端设备遗落在车内,从而解决了用户下车用终端设备时而终端设备被锁在车内的困扰,也解决了用户下次解锁车门时,因为没有终端设备而不能解锁车门的问题,进而提高了用户的使用体验。
为了实现上述实施例,如图3所示,本公开还提出一种防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统1000,其包括上述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置。
在本公开的一个实施例中,上述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统1000,还可包括终端设备和车身控制模块BCM。
其中,终端设备用于向防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置发送第一信息。
BCM用于接收防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置向仪表盘发送的提醒信息,并将提醒信息发送给仪表盘,以使仪表盘执行提醒信息发出提醒。
本公开实施例的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统,通过上述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置,能够在用户下车时,防止用户将终端设备遗落在车内,从而解决了用户下车用终端设备时而终端设备被锁在车内的困扰,也解决了用户下次解锁车门时,因为没有终端设备而不能解锁车门的问题,进而提高了用户的使用体验。

Claims (10)
- 一种防止终端设备遗落在车辆的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取终端设备的第一信息;根据所述第一信息,判断所述终端设备是否被遗忘在车内;如果判断出所述终端设备被遗忘在车内,则发出提醒信息,其中,所述提醒信息用于提示所述终端设备被遗落在车内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端设备的第一信息之前,还包括:接收熄火指示信号和所述车门状态指示信号;根据所述熄火指示信号和所述状态指示信号,确定所述车辆处于熄火且车门打开状态。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息为所述终端设备接入车内的无线接入的信号强度;则根据所述第一信息,判断所述终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,包括:将所述信号强度与预设的强度范围比较,如果所述信号强度处于所述强度范围内,则确定所述终端设备被遗忘在车内。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息为所述终端设备的运动信息;则根据所述第一信息,判断所述终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,包括:根据所述运动信息,判断所述终端设备处于静止状态,如果所述终端设备处于静止状态,则确定所述终端设备被遗忘在车内。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息包括:所述终端设备接入车内的无线接入的信号强度和所述终端设备的运动信息,则根据所述第一信息,判断所述终端设备是否被遗忘在车内,包括:判断所述信号强度是否处于预设的强度范围内;根据所述运动信息,判断所述终端设备是否处于静止状态;如果所述信号强度处于所述强度范围内,且所述终端设备处于静止状态,则确定所述终端设备被遗忘在车内。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端设备的第一信息之前,还包括:向所述终端设备发送请求信息,以请求所述终端设备的运动信息。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备为集成有蓝牙钥匙功能的移动终端。
- 一种防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置,其特征在于,包括:获取模块,用于驾驶员离开驾驶位时,获取终端设备的第一信息;判断模块,用于根据所述第一信息,判断所述终端设备是否被遗忘在车内;提醒模块,用于在判断出所述终端设备被遗忘在车内时,发出提醒信息,其中,所述提醒信息用于提示所述终端设备被遗落在车内。
- 一种防止终端设备遗落在车辆的系统,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求8所述的防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:终端设备和车身控制模块BCM;所述终端设备,用于向所述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置发送第一信息;所述BCM,用于接收所述防止终端设备遗落在车辆的装置发送的提醒信息,并将所述提醒信息发送给仪表盘;所述仪表盘,用于执行所述提醒信息发出提醒。
