Description
本发明涉及为一体表面贴合设备技术领域,特别涉及一种贴合装置及贴合方法。
现有的用于将柔性面板(例如,柔性显示屏、柔性触控传感器、柔性保护膜等)贴合到盖板上的贴合装置一般包括一个移动平台,该移动平台用于承载柔性面板并能够带动柔性面板移动以使柔性面板与盖板贴合,由于移动平台需要有导轨及驱动电机等元件,因此现有的贴合装置的结构比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种贴合装置及贴合方法。
本发明实施方式的将柔性面板贴合到盖板上的贴合装置包括:
面板载具,所述面板载具包括:
气囊;及
气囊夹持件,所述气囊夹持件开设有收容空间,所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件连接并封闭所述收容空间的一端,所述气囊形成收容腔或所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件共同形成收容腔,所述气囊包括组成所述收容腔的内壁的第一壁及与所述第一壁相背的第二壁,所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上;及
用于承载所述盖板并与所述气囊夹持件结合的盖板载具,所述盖板载具与所述气囊夹持件结合时,所述盖板与所述柔性面板相对,所述盖板载具、所述气囊、及所述气囊夹持件共同形成抽气腔,所述抽气腔中的气体能够被抽取和/或所述收容腔能够被充气至所述收容腔内的第一气压大于所述抽气腔内的第二气压,以使所述气囊朝所述盖板载具运动而带动所述柔性面板与所述盖板贴合。
本发明实施方式的柔性面板与盖板的贴合方法包括:
提供一贴合装置;所述贴合装置包括面板载具及盖板载具;所述面板载具包括气囊及气囊夹持件,所述气囊夹持件开设有收容空间,所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件连接并封闭所述收容空间的一端,所述气囊形成收容腔或所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件共同形成收容腔,所述气囊包括组成所述收容腔的内壁的第一壁及与所述第一壁相背的第二壁;所述盖板载具用于与所述气囊夹持件结合;
将所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上;
将所述盖板承载在所述盖板载具上;
将所述盖板载具与所述气囊夹持件结合以使所述盖板与所述柔性面板对应、及使所述盖板载具、所述气囊、及所述气囊夹持件共同形成抽气腔;及
抽取所述抽气腔中的气体和/或向所述收容腔充气至所述收容腔内的第一气压大于所述抽气腔内的第二气压,以使所述气囊朝所述盖板载具运动而带动所述柔性面板与所述盖板贴合。
本发明实施方式的贴合装置通过控制收容腔内的第一气压大于抽气腔内的第二气压,气囊会发生形变并朝盖板一侧运动并带动设置在气囊上的柔性面板朝盖板运动,从而使柔性面板贴合在盖板上,因此不需要额外设置一个用于支撑柔性面板并带动柔性面板移动的装置,从而本发明实施方式的贴合装置的结构更简单。

气囊11封闭收容空间121的一端包括:气囊11封闭住气囊夹持件12的一端(如图2所示);或,气囊11位于收容空间121内并将收容空间121分隔成两个不连通的腔体(如图1及图3所示)。收容腔101可以为封闭的腔体(如图4所示)或者收容腔101可以与空气连通(如图1所示)。柔性面板201设置在第二壁112上时,柔性面板201与第二壁112贴合,柔性面板201可以吸附、粘接在气囊20上。盖板202可以吸附、粘接在盖板载具20上;或者,盖板载具20可以夹持住盖板202以使盖板202固定在盖板载具20上。
贴合装置100可以开设有与抽气腔102连通的抽气口103,具体地,抽气口103可以开设在面板载具10上或盖板载具20上,抽气口103与抽气装置(例如抽气泵)连接,抽气装置可以抽取抽气腔102内的气体至收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压。贴合装置100可以开设有与收容腔101连通的充气口104,具体地,当收容腔101为封闭的腔体时,充气口104开设在能够与收容腔101连通的气囊夹持件12上;当收容腔101为与空气连通的腔体时,收容腔101与空气连通的开口可以为充气口104。充气口104与充气装置(例如充气泵)连接,充气装置可以向收容腔101充气至收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压。当收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压时,气囊11会发生形变并朝盖板20一侧运动并带动设置在气囊11上的柔性面板201朝盖板202运动,从而使柔性面板201贴合在盖板202上。柔性面板201可以为柔性显示屏、柔性触控传感器、柔性保护膜中的任意一种。盖板202可以为平面形状的盖板或曲面形状的盖板。
本发明实施方式的贴合装置100通过控制收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压,气囊11会发生形变并朝盖板20一侧运动并带动设置在气囊11上的柔性面板201朝盖板202运动,从而使柔性面板201贴合在盖板202上,因此不需要额外设置一个用于支撑柔性面板201并带动柔性面板201移动的装置,从而本发明实施方式的贴合装置 100的结构更简单。

面板载具10包括气囊11及气囊夹持件12。
气囊夹持件12包括相背的夹持件顶面122及夹持件底面123,气囊夹持件12开设有贯穿夹持件顶面122及夹持件底面123的通孔121,通孔121为收容空间121。气囊夹持件12在夹持件顶面122上设置有第一定位件128,第一定位件128可以为定位凸起或定位凹槽。气囊夹持件12可以为端面呈“回”字形的柱状结构。在其他实施方式中,第一定位件128也可以设置在连接夹持件顶面122及夹持件底面123的侧面129上。
气囊11包括第一壁111、与第一壁111相背的第二壁112、连接第一壁111及第二壁112的侧壁115。气囊11被划分为承载区113及环绕承载区113的结合区114。第一壁111、第二壁112及侧壁115共同围成气囊腔116。承载区113位于气囊11的中心位置,结合区114为气囊11的四周的边缘区域,结合区114沿夹持件底面123的投影呈环形。第一壁111及第二壁112均连接承载区113及结合区114。结合区114可以通过粘接的方式与夹持件底面123结合并封闭气囊夹持件12的夹持件底面123的一端。当结合区114与夹持件底面123结合时,第二壁112与夹持件底面123相抵触,气囊11能够伸入通孔121内,并且第二壁112能够穿过通孔121并从通孔121内凸出。第一壁111可伸入通孔121并朝面板载具10的方向凹陷并形成收容腔101,第一壁111为收容腔101的内壁。柔性面板201承载在承载区113并位于第二壁112上。本实施方式的气囊11在沿承载区113的中心至结合区114的方向上,气囊腔116的厚度逐渐增大,其中气囊腔116的厚度是指气囊腔116充气后的厚度。气囊11受到力的作用时能够产生弹性形变,气囊11可以由橡胶、硅胶及生胶等软质弹性材料而制成。在其他实施方式中,结合区114可以通过紧固件105固定在夹持件底面123上,紧固件105包括螺栓、压板。
盖板载具20包括盖板夹具23及上盖24。
上盖24能够拆卸地安装在气囊夹持件12上。上盖24包括与夹持件顶面122配合的上盖底面241,上盖24形成有贯穿下盖底面241的上盖腔体242。上盖24在上盖底面241上设置有与第一定位件128配合的第二定位件25,例如,当第一定位件128为定位凸起时,第二定位件25为定位凹槽;当第一定位件128为定位凹槽时,第二定位件25为定位凸起。本实施方式的上盖24为一体结构。在其他实施方式中,上盖24可以为分体结构。
盖板夹具23包括相背的夹具底面232,夹具底面232形成有安装部21,安装部21可以为与盖板202匹配的定位槽,此时,安装部21较佳地安装曲面形状的盖板202。盖板夹具23收容在上盖腔体242内。盖板202能够安装到安装部21上。在其他实施方式中,安 装部21还可以为夹具底面232的一部分,此时,安装部21较佳地安装平面形状的盖板202。
当收容有盖板夹具23的上盖24安装在气囊夹持件12上时,上盖底面241与夹持件顶面122配合,第二定位件25与第一定位件128配合,上盖腔体242与收容空间121连通,盖板202与设置在气囊11上的柔性面板201对应,上盖24、盖板夹具23、气囊11、及气囊夹持件12共同形成抽气腔102。
抽气腔102可以为封闭的腔体,上盖24还形成有与抽气腔102连通的抽气口103。抽气装置的气管与抽气口103连接并能够抽取抽气腔102内的空气,以使收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压,以使气囊11朝盖板载具20运动而带动柔性面板201与盖板202贴合。在其他实施方式中,抽气口103还可以开设在气囊夹持件12上。
充气装置的气管可以套设在侧面129上,以使充气装置的气管能够与收容腔101形成封闭的腔体。充气装置能够向收容腔101内充气至收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压,以使气囊11朝盖板载具20运动而带动柔性面板201与盖板202贴合。
当收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压时,气囊11在第一气压与第二气压的作用下会受到朝向抽气腔102一侧的合力,气囊11在该合力作用下会朝抽气腔102一侧变形并使承载区113朝抽气腔102一侧运动,从而承载区113会带动设置在承载区113上的柔性面板201朝盖板202运动并使柔性面板201贴合在盖板202上。由于结合区114与夹持件底面123结合并固定在夹持件底面123上,在第一气压及第二气压作用下,气囊11上越远离结合区114的承载区113产生的位移越大。一般地,承载区113的中心位置产生的位移最大,当柔性面板201设置在承载区113的中心位置上(柔性面板201的中心位置与承载区113的中心位置对应时)时,柔性面板201的中心首先与盖板202接触并与盖板202贴合在一起,接着柔性面板201自中心朝边缘逐渐贴合在盖板202上,柔性面板201逐渐贴合在盖板202上能够避免柔性面板201与盖板202之间产生气泡。在其他实施方式中,当柔性面板201的端部设置在承载区113的中心位置上时,与承载区113的中心位置对应的柔性面板201的端部首先与盖板202接触并与盖板202贴合在一起,接着柔性面板201沿朝另一端的方向逐渐贴合在盖板202上。
本发明实施方式的贴合装置100通过控制收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压,气囊11会发生形变并朝盖板20一侧运动并带动设置在气囊11上的柔性面板201朝盖板202运动,从而使柔性面板201贴合在盖板202上,因此不需要额外设置一个用于支撑柔性面板201并带动柔性面板201移动的装置,从而本发明实施方式的贴合装置100的结构更简单。
本发明实施方式的贴合装置100还具有以下有益效果:在沿承载区113的中心至结合区114的方向上气囊腔116的厚度逐渐增大,使承载区113的中心在相同的气压下产生的 形变更大。
请参阅图3,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的气囊夹持件12包括位于通孔121内的内表面124,内表面124开设有安装槽125,气囊11伸入通孔121内,结合区114安装在安装槽125内。结合区114可以通过粘接的方式固定在安装槽125内,此时,气囊11及气囊夹持件12共同形成收容腔101。气囊夹持件12的靠近夹持件底面123一端可以开设有与收容腔101连通的充气口104。本实施方式的气囊11与气囊夹持件12共同形成收容腔101,便于在气囊夹持件12上开设与收容腔101连通的充气口104,从而便于充气装置与充气口104连接。在其他实施方式中,安装槽125可以替换为在内表面124朝通孔121中心延伸形成的台阶,结合区114可通过粘接的方式固定在台阶上;或者,结合区114可通过紧固件固定在台阶上。在其他实施方式中,安装槽125可以替换为贯穿内表面124及侧面129的通孔,只要满足结合区114能够设置并密封住该通孔即可。在其他实施方式中,收容空间121也可以不为通孔,例如,气囊夹持件12的夹持件底面123的一端可以为封闭端。
请参阅图1,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的气囊夹持件12可包括底座126及盖体127。底座126包括相背的底座顶面1263及底座底面1264,底座126开设有贯穿底座顶面1263及底座底面1264的底座通孔1261。盖体127包括相背的盖体底面1272及盖体顶面1273,此时,盖体顶面1273为夹持件顶面122,盖体127开设有贯穿盖体底面1272及盖体顶面1273的盖体通孔1271。盖体127能够安装在底座126上,当盖体127安装在底座126上时,盖体通孔1271与底座通孔1261连通并共同形成收容空间121。气囊11伸入盖体通孔1271内,结合区114夹在底座126与盖体127之间。气囊11与底座126共同形成收容腔101。底座126可以开设有与收容腔101连通的充气口104。
具体地,第一壁111与底座顶面1263结合,第二壁112与盖体底面1272结合,结合区114可以通过紧固件105固定在底座126与盖体127之间。第一壁111与底座顶面1263之间还可以设置粘胶将第一壁111与底座顶面1263粘接在一起,以避免收容腔101内的气体从第一壁111与底座顶面1263之间泄露到贴合装置100外;第二壁112与盖体底面1272还可以设置粘胶将第二壁112与盖体底面1272粘接在一起,以避免收容腔101内的气体从第二壁112与盖体底面1272之间泄露到贴合装置100外。
本实施方式的气囊11的结合区114夹在底座126与盖体127之间,从而便于将气囊11固定在气囊夹持件12上。同时,气囊11与底座126共同形成收容腔101,便于在底座126上开设与收容腔101连通的充气口104,从而便于充气装置与充气口104连接。
请参阅图4,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的气囊夹持件12可包括底座126及盖体127。底座126包括相背的底座顶面1263及底座底面1264,底座126开设有贯穿底座顶 面1263的底座凹槽1262。盖体127包括相背的盖体底面1272及盖体顶面1273,此时,盖体顶面1273为夹持件顶面122,盖体127开设有贯穿盖体底面1272及盖体顶面1273的盖体通孔1271。盖体127能够安装在底座126上,当盖体127安装在底座126上时,盖体通孔1271与底座凹槽1262连通并共同形成收容空间121。气囊11伸入盖体通孔1271内,结合区114夹在底座126与盖体127之间。气囊11与底座126共同形成收容腔101。底座126可以开设有与收容腔101连通的充气口104。
具体地,第一壁111与底座顶面1263结合,第二壁112与盖体底面1272结合,结合区114可以通过紧固件105固定在底座126与盖体127之间。第一壁111与底座顶面1263之间还可以设置粘胶将第一壁111与底座顶面1263粘接在一起,以避免收容腔101内的气体从第一壁111与底座顶面1263之间泄露到贴合装置100外;第二壁112与盖体底面1272还可以设置粘胶将第二壁112与盖体底面1272粘接在一起,以避免收容腔101内的气体从第二壁112与盖体底面1272之间泄露到贴合装置100外。
本实施方式的气囊11的结合区114夹在底座126与盖体127之间,从而便于将气囊11固定在气囊夹持件12上。同时,气囊11与底座126共同形成收容腔101,便于在底座126上开设与收容腔101连通的充气口104,从而便于充气装置与充气口104连接。
请参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,贴合装置100还包括气管117,气管117设置在气囊腔116内,气管117的一端穿过第二壁112并与承载区113对应,另一端从侧壁115或第一壁112穿出。其中,气管117的数量可以为一根、两个、三根或任意多根。气管117的远离承载区113的一端与抽气装置连接,当抽气装置抽取气管117内的气体至气管117内的气管气压小于抽气腔102内的第二气压时,在气管气压及第二气压作用下,柔性面板201能够吸附在气管117及气囊11上。本实施方式贴合装置100通过控制气管117内的气管气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将柔性面板201吸附并固定在气囊11上或能够使柔性面板201与气囊11分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将柔性面板201安装到气囊11上或将柔性面板201从气囊11上拆卸下来。
请参阅图6及图7,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的第二壁112包括第一子外壁1121及第二子外壁1122,第一子外壁1121位于气囊腔116外,第二子外壁1122、侧壁115及第一壁111共同形成气囊腔116。第一子外壁1121设置在第二子外壁1122的远离气囊腔116的一侧,第一子外壁1121与第二子外壁1122连接并共同形成有腔体1123,第一子外壁1121开设有与腔体1123连通的多个吸风口1124。贴合装置100还包括气管117,气管117设置在气囊腔116内,气管117的一端穿过第二子外壁1122并与腔体1123连通,另一端从侧壁115或第一壁112穿出。气管117的远离承载区113的一端与抽气装置连接,当抽气装置抽取气管117内的气体至腔体1123内的腔体气压小于抽气腔102内的第二气压时, 在腔体气压及第二气压作用下,柔性面板201能够吸附在吸风口1124及第一子外壁1121上。
具体地,吸风口1124的可以数量为多个,气管117的数量可以为一根。由于多个吸风口1124均与腔体1123连通,因而每个吸风口1124的气压均相同。
本实施方式贴合装置100通过控制腔体1123内的腔体气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将柔性面板201吸附并固定在气囊11上或能够使柔性面板201与气囊11分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将柔性面板201安装到气囊11上或将柔性面板201从气囊11上拆卸下来。
请参阅图8,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的安装部21开设有贯穿盖板夹具23及上盖24的吸附孔22,当吸附孔22的第三气压小于第二气压时,盖板202能够吸附在吸附孔22上。吸附孔22的远离安装部21的一端与抽气装置连接,当抽气装置抽取吸附孔22内的其他至第三气压小于第二气压时,盖板202能够吸附在安装部21上。本实施方式安装部21开设有贯穿盖板夹具23及上盖24的吸附孔22,通过控制吸附孔22内的第三气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将盖板202吸附并固定在安装部21上或能够使盖板202与安装部21分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将盖板202安装到盖板夹具23上或将盖板202从盖板夹具23上拆卸下来。
请参阅图9,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的盖板载具20可以为一体结构,盖板载具20包括载具底面206,盖板载具20在载具底面206形成有与气囊12对应的安装部21,安装部21可以为与盖板202匹配的定位槽,盖板202能够安装到安装部21上。此时,载具底面206设置有与第一定位件128匹配的第二定位件25,盖板载具20设置在气囊夹持件12上时,载具底面206与夹持件顶面122配合,第二定位件25与第一定位件128配合,盖板载具20、气囊11、及气囊夹持件12共同形成抽气腔102。在其他实施方式中,安装部21还可以为夹具底面232的一部分,此时,安装部21较佳地安装平面形状的盖板202。盖板载具20设置安装部21便于盖板202安装在盖板载具20的特定位置上,并便于将盖板202设置在与柔性面板201对应的位置上,从而提升柔性面板201与盖板202贴合的精度。
请参阅图10,在某些实施方式中,上述实施方式的盖板载具20可以为一体结构,盖板载具20包括载具底面206,盖板载具20在载具底面206与气囊12对应的安装部21,盖板202能够安装到安装部21上。安装部21开设有贯穿盖板载具20的吸附孔22,当吸附孔22的第三气压小于第二气压时,盖板202能够吸附在吸附孔202上。本实施方式安装部21开设有贯穿盖板载具20的吸附孔22,通过控制吸附孔22内的第三气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将盖板202吸附并固定在安装部21上或能够使盖板202与安装部21分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将盖板202安装到盖板载具20上或将盖板202从 盖板载具20上拆卸下来。
请参阅图11及图12,本发明实施方式的柔性面板201与盖板202的贴合方法包括:
S1,提供一贴合装置100。贴合装置100包括面板载具10及盖板载具20。面板载具10包括气囊11及气囊夹持件12,气囊夹持件12开设有收容空间121,气囊11与气囊夹持件12连接并封闭收容空间121的一端,气囊11与气囊夹持件12共同形成收容腔101,气囊11包括组成收容腔101的内壁的第一壁111及与第一壁111相背的第二壁112。盖板载具20用于与气囊夹持件12结合。
S2,将柔性面板201设置在第二壁112上;
S3,将盖板202承载在盖板载具20上;
S4,将盖板载具20与气囊夹持件12结合以使盖板202与柔性面板201对应、及使盖板载具20、气囊11、及气囊夹持件12共同形成抽气腔102。及
S5,抽取抽气腔102中的气体和/或向收容腔101充气至收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压,以使气囊11朝盖板载具20运动而带动柔性面板201与盖板202贴合。
其中,本实施方式的面板载具10可以为上述实施方式任意一项所述的面板载具10。本实施方式的盖板载具20可以为上述实施方式任意一项所述的盖板载具20。在其他实施方式中,收容腔101也可以由气囊11形成。
本发明实施方式的贴合装置100通过控制收容腔101内的第一气压大于抽气腔102内的第二气压,气囊11会发生形变并朝盖板20一侧运动并带动设置在气囊11上的柔性面板201朝盖板202运动,从而使柔性面板201贴合在盖板202上,因此不需要额外设置一个用于支撑柔性面板201并带动柔性面板201移动的装置,从而本发明实施方式的贴合装置100的结构更简单。

本实施方式的贴合方法通过控制气管117内的气管气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将柔性面板201吸附并固定在气囊11上或能够使柔性面板201与气囊11分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将柔性面板201安装到气囊11上或将柔性面板201从气囊 11上拆卸下来。
请参阅图1及图14,在某些实施方式中,气囊11包括用于承载柔性面板201的承载区113及环绕承载区113的结合区114,结合区114为气囊11的四周的边缘区域,所述将柔性面板201设置在第二壁112上的步骤(S2)包括:
S201,提供一定位治具30,定位治具30包括定位通槽31;
S202,将定位治具30设置在气囊夹持件12上并使定位通槽31与承载区113对应、及使第二壁112伸入定位通槽31内;
S203,将柔性面板201设置在定位通槽31内并使柔性面板201与第二壁112接触;及
S204,将定位治具30从气囊夹持件上12移除以使柔性面板201设置在第二壁112上。
本实施方式通过在气囊夹持件12上设置定位治具30再将柔性面板201通过定位治具30设置在第二壁112上,使柔性面板201的定位更加准确,从而提升柔性面板201的定位精度及柔性面板201与盖板202贴合的精度。
请参阅图15及图16,在某些实施方式中,气囊11包括用于承载柔性面板201的承载区113及环绕承载区113的结合区114,结合区114为气囊11的四周的边缘区域,气囊11还包括连接第一壁111及第二壁112的侧壁115,第一壁111、第二壁112、及侧壁115形成气囊腔116,贴合装置100还包括气管117,气管117设置在气囊腔116内,气管117的一端穿过第一壁111,另一端从侧壁115或第二壁112穿出;所述将柔性面板201设置在第二壁112上的步骤(S2)包括:
S201,提供一定位治具30,定位治具30包括定位通槽31;
S202,将定位治具30设置在气囊夹持件12上并使定位通槽31与承载区113对应、及使第二壁112伸入定位通槽31内;
S203,将柔性面板201设置在定位通槽31内并使柔性面板201与第二壁112接触;
S22,对气管117抽气以使柔性面板201吸附在第二壁112上;及
S204,将定位治具30从气囊夹持件上12移除以使柔性面板201设置在第二壁112上。
具体地,定位治具30包括相背的治具底面32及定位顶面33,定位槽31贯穿治具底面32及定位顶面33。定位底面32设置有与第一定位件128配合的第三定位件34,当定位治具30设置在气囊夹持件12上时,治具底面32与夹持件顶面122配合,并且第三定位件34与第一定位件128配合。通过在定位治具30上设置与第一定位件128配合的第三定位件34,提升了柔性面板201设置在气囊11上的位置精度,从而提升柔性面板201与盖板202贴合的精度。
本实施方式的贴合方法通过在气囊夹持件12上设置定位治具30再将柔性面板201通过定位治具30设置在第二壁112上,使柔性面板201的定位更加准确,从而提升柔性面板 201的定位精度及柔性面板201与盖板202贴合的精度;同时,通过控制气管117内的气管气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将柔性面板201吸附并固定在气囊11上或能够使柔性面板201与气囊11分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将柔性面板201安装到气囊11上或将柔性面板201从气囊11上拆卸下来。
请参阅图17,在某些实施方式中,盖板载具20形成有与气囊11相对的安装部21,安装部21开设有贯穿盖板载具20的吸附孔22,所述将盖板202承载在盖板载具20上的步骤(步骤S3)包括:
S31,将盖板202设置在安装部21上以使盖板202与吸附孔22接触;及
S32,对吸附孔22抽气以将盖板202吸附在盖板载具20上。
具体地,盖板202可以采用夹具夹持并放置到安装部21上;或者,可以将盖板202放置在一个支撑平台上,然后将盖板载具20移动到盖板202上并使盖板202与吸附孔22接触。本实施方式的贴合方法通过控制吸附孔22内的第三气压与第二气压之间的关系能够将盖板202吸附并固定在安装部21上或能够使盖板202与安装部21分离,从而本实施方式的贴合装置100能够快捷地将盖板202安装到盖板载具20上或将盖板202从盖板载具20上拆卸下来。

- 一种将柔性面板贴合到盖板上的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述贴合装置包括:面板载具,所述面板载具包括:气囊;及气囊夹持件,所述气囊夹持件开设有收容空间,所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件连接并封闭所述收容空间的一端,所述气囊形成收容腔或所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件共同形成收容腔,所述气囊包括组成所述收容腔的内壁的第一壁及与所述第一壁相背的第二壁,所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上;及用于承载所述盖板并与所述气囊夹持件结合的盖板载具,所述盖板载具与所述气囊夹持件结合时,所述盖板与所述柔性面板相对,所述盖板载具、所述气囊、及所述气囊夹持件共同形成抽气腔,所述抽气腔中的气体能够被抽取和/或所述收容腔能够被充气至所述收容腔内的第一气压大于所述抽气腔内的第二气压,以使所述气囊朝所述盖板载具运动而带动所述柔性面板与所述盖板贴合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊包括用于承载所述柔性面板的承载区及环绕所述承载区的结合区,所述结合区为所述气囊的四周的边缘区域,所述收容空间为通孔,所述气囊夹持件包括相背的夹持件顶面及夹持件底面,所述气囊伸入所述通孔内,所述结合区与所述夹持件底面结合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊包括用于承载所述柔性面板的承载区及环绕所述承载区的结合区,所述结合区为所述气囊的四周的边缘区域,所述收容空间为通孔,所述气囊夹持件包括夹持件顶面、与所述夹持件顶面相背的夹持件底面、及位于所述通孔内的内表面,所述内表面开设有安装槽,所述气囊伸入所述通孔内,所述结合区安装在所述安装槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊包括用于承载所述柔性面板的承载区及环绕所述承载区的结合区,所述结合区为所述气囊的四周的边缘区域,所述气囊夹持件包括:底座,所述底座开设有底座通孔;及安装在所述底座上的盖体,所述盖体开设有盖体通孔,所述盖体通孔与所述底座通孔连通并共同形成所述收容空间;所述气囊伸入所述盖体通孔内,所述结合区夹在所述底座与所述盖体之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊包括用于承载所述柔性面板的承载区及环绕所述承载区的结合区,所述结合区为所述气囊的四周的边缘区域,所述气囊夹持件包括:底座,所述底座开设有底座凹槽;及安装在所述底座上的盖体,所述盖体开设有盖体通孔,所述盖体通孔与所述底座凹槽连通共同形成所述收容空间;所述气囊伸入所述盖体通孔内,所述结合区夹在所述底座与所述盖体之间。
- 根据权利要求2-5任意一项所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊还包括连接所述第一壁及所述第二壁的侧壁,所述第一壁、第二壁、及所述侧壁形成气囊腔,所述贴合装置还包括气管,所述气管设置在所述气囊腔内,所述气管的一端穿过所述第二壁并与所述承载区对应,另一端从所述侧壁或所述第一壁穿出。
- 根据权利要求6所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,沿所述承载区的中心至所述结合区的方向,所述气囊腔的厚度逐渐增大。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊夹持件上开设有与所述收容腔连通的充气口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述气囊夹持件上设有第一定位件,所述盖板载具上设有与所述第一定位件匹配的第二定位件,所述盖板载具与所述气囊夹持件结合时所述第一定位件与所述第二定位件配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述盖板载具形成有与气囊相对的安装部,所述盖板安装在所述安装部上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述安装部开设有贯穿所述盖板载具的吸附孔,当所述吸附孔的第三气压小于所述第二气压时,所述盖板能够吸附在所述吸附孔上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述盖板载具包括:盖板夹具,所述盖板夹具用于夹持所述盖板;及可拆卸地安装在所述气囊夹持件上的上盖,所述上盖形成有上盖腔体,所述盖板夹具收容在所述上盖腔体内,当收容有所述盖板夹具的所述上盖安装在所述气囊夹持件上时,所述上盖、所述盖板夹具、所述气囊、及所述气囊夹持件共同形成所述抽气腔。
- 根据权利要求12所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述盖板夹具形成有与气囊相对的安装部,所述盖板安装在所述安装部上。
- 根据权利要求13所述的贴合装置,其特征在于,所述安装部开设有贯穿所述盖板夹具及所述上盖的吸附孔,当所述吸附孔的第三气压小于所述第二气压时,所述盖板吸附在所述吸附孔上。
- 一种柔性面板与盖板的贴合方法,其特征在于,包括:提供一贴合装置;所述贴合装置包括面板载具及盖板载具;所述面板载具包括气囊及气囊夹持件,所述气囊夹持件开设有收容空间,所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件连接并封闭所述收容空间的一端,所述气囊形成收容腔或所述气囊与所述气囊夹持件共同形成收容腔,所述气囊包括组成所述收容腔的内壁的第一壁及与所述第一壁相背的第二壁;所述盖板载具用于与所述气囊夹持件结合;将所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上;将所述盖板承载在所述盖板载具上;将所述盖板载具与所述气囊夹持件结合以使所述盖板与所述柔性面板对应、及使所述盖板载具、所述气囊、及所述气囊夹持件共同形成抽气腔;及抽取所述抽气腔中的气体和/或向所述收容腔充气至所述收容腔内的第一气压大于所述抽气腔内的第二气压,以使所述气囊朝所述盖板载具运动而带动所述柔性面板与所述盖板贴合。
- 根据权利要求15所述的贴合方法,其特征在于,所述气囊还包括连接所述第一壁及所述第二壁的侧壁,所述第一壁、第二壁、及所述侧壁形成气囊腔,所述贴合装置还包括气管,所述气管设置在所述气囊腔内,所述气管的一端穿过第一壁,另一端从所述侧壁或所述第二壁穿出;所述将所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上的步骤包括:将所述柔性面板放置到所述第二壁上;及对所述气管抽气以使所述柔性面板吸附在所述第二壁上。
- 根据权利要求15所述的贴合方法,其特征在于,所述气囊包括用于承载所述柔性面板的承载区及环绕所述承载区的结合区,所述结合区为所述气囊的四周的边缘区域,所述将所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上的步骤包括:提供一定位治具,所述定位治具包括定位通槽;将所述定位治具设置在所述气囊夹持件上并使所述定位通槽与所述承载区对应、及使所述第二壁伸入所述定位通槽内;将所述柔性面板设置在所述定位通槽内并使所述柔性面板与所述第二壁接触;及将所述定位治具从所述气囊夹持件上移除以使所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上。
- 根据权利要求15所述的贴合方法,其特征在于,所述气囊包括用于承载所述柔性面板的承载区及环绕所述承载区的结合区,所述结合区为所述气囊的四周的边缘区域,所述气囊还包括连接所述第一壁及所述第二壁的侧壁,所述第一壁、第二壁、及所述侧壁形成气囊腔,所述贴合装置还包括气管,所述气管设置在所述气囊腔内,所述气管的一端穿过第一壁,另一端从所述侧壁或所述第二壁穿出;所述将所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上的步骤包括:提供一定位治具,所述定位治具包括定位通槽;将所述定位治具设置在所述气囊夹持件上并使所述定位通槽与所述承载区对应、及使所述第二壁伸入所述定位通槽内;将所述柔性面板设置在所述定位通槽内并使所述柔性面板与所述第二壁接触;对所述气管抽气以使所述柔性面板吸附在所述第二壁上;及将所述定位治具从所述气囊夹持件上移除以使所述柔性面板设置在所述第二壁上。
- 根据权利要求15所述的贴合方法,其特征在于,所述盖板载具形成有与所述气囊相对的安装部,所述安装部开设有贯穿所述盖板载具的吸附孔,所述将所述盖板承载在所述盖板载具上的步骤包括:将所述盖板设置在所述安装部上以使所述盖板与所述吸附孔接触;及对所述吸附孔抽气以将所述盖板吸附在所述盖板载具上。
