The time until the entire adhesive tape was brought into close contact with the glass plate due to the contact between the center of the adhesive tape and the glass plate was measured to evaluate the wettability of the glass plate. The shorter the time until adherence is, the better the affinity to the glass plate means that it is easier to protect the glass plate in the display and display manufacturing process using the glass plate.
- Time to close is more than 5 seconds (unusable)
- Non-acidic (processability) A laminate of the examples and comparative examples was cut into a size of 50 mm x 100 mm in width x specimens. The silicone release layer was removed at 23 DEG C and 50% relative humidity to produce an adhesive tape having an adhesive film formed on the PET film. The adhesive tape was placed on a glass plate, and the adhesive film was disposed at the top. The maximum load was measured in the state that the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive film was free from dust or particles due to scattering in the pressure-sensitive adhesive when scraped according to the following conditions with the SUS pen (self-manufactured): the higher the maximum load, It means excellent.
- the cross section is circular, the diameter is 1 mm
- the adhesive film of the present invention had excellent initial peel strength and excellent wettability. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive film of the present invention had a low peel strength ratio of the formula (1), excellent re-peeling property, good scattering property and low haze. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive film of the present invention can be used as an adhesive type protective film of an OLED panel.
- Comparative Example 5 containing no polyfunctional acrylate monomer and Comparative Example 6 containing no thermal initiator had poor acidity.
- Comparative Example 7 which does not include a photoinitiator, the peel strength ratio of Formula 1 was high, and the re-peelability was not good.
- Comparative Examples 1 to 4 did not satisfy the ratio of the peel strength of the formula 1 of the present invention or the non-acidity was poor.

Description

60mm/min
(5)헤이즈: 실시예와 비교예의 적층체에서 상기 실리콘 이형층을 제거하여 시편을 제조하였다. 시편에 대해 NIPPON DENSHOKU社의 NDH2000을 사용하여 측정하였다.
