一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车,包括承重装置,安装于所述承重装置下方的转向架(1)及安装于所述转向架(1)下方的车轮(2);所述转向架(1)为两个,沿运输车的运行方向上前后布置;每个所述转向架(1)下面安装四个所述车轮(2);所述承重装置与两个所述转向架(1)分别铰接,通过上述结构,使该运输车运输路线灵活,直线、曲线均可行驶,提高了运输的适应性。

一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车
本申请要求于2017年01月05日提交中国专利局,申请号为201710008532.3、发明名称为“一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车”和于2017年12月26日提交中国专利局,申请号为201711433032.0、发明名称为“一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及物流运输设备领域,特别涉及一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车。
背景技术
目前冶金工厂冷轧或热轧生产线后部工序间的钢卷运输主要采用步进梁、链式运输、托盘运输、汽车运输、火车运输等方式。步进梁和链式运输运行节奏慢、设备维护量大,现在新建钢厂已不采用;托盘运输的运行节奏能够满足高节奏的生产要求,但由于属辊道运输,不适合穿越室外道路的场合。实际上在冶金企业内部,带钢生产线与钢卷库之间、钢卷库与码头之间的钢卷运输都需要穿越公路,如果采用托盘运输方式只能封闭道路,为此多数情况下厂家只能采用汽车运输方式运送钢卷。另一方面托盘运输改变路线时需要借助转盘,运输路线不灵活;汽车运输对道路环境适应性强,可直线、曲线运行并可穿越马路,目前常用于钢卷库之间和钢卷库与码头之间的钢卷运输。但由于这种运输方式属胶轮运输,运行阻力大,对于钢卷这种重载运输,运输过程中能源消耗成本很高,同时对空气环境造成污染,既不节能也不环保。火车运输属有轨运输,运输能力大,环境适应性强,可露天运行,可穿越马路。但由于设备庞大,需要很大的转弯半径,只适于带钢车间生产原料的批量输入和成品的批量输出,无法在冶金工厂内转弯,不适合生产线工序间的钢卷运输。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车。该运输车运输路线灵活,直线、曲线均可行驶,同时节能、环保,适应性大大提高。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种可主动转向的自行驶钢卷运输车,包括承重装置及安装于所述承重装置下方的转向架及安装于所述转向架下方的车轮;所述转向架为两个,沿运输车的运行方向上前后布置;每个所述转向架下面安装四个所述车轮;所述承重装置与两个所述转向架分别铰接。

Claims (1)

  1. 进一步,所述转向架包括:车架,所述车架包括四个车轮安装部,两两设于所述车架的两侧下部,每个所述车轮安装部安装有一个所述车轮;所述车架的中部开设有朝上的轴承安装孔,并且所述轴承安装孔内设有一水平台阶面;关节轴承,所述关节轴承与所述轴承安装孔配合连接,并且所述关节轴承的下底面与所述水平台阶面贴合安装;关节支撑座,所述关节支撑座的下部为轴端,所述轴端可插入所述关节轴承的内圈并与所述关节轴承配合连接;所述关节支撑座的上部为连接部,通过所述连接部,可将所述关节支撑座固定连接于所述承重装置的下方。
    进一步,所述转向架还包括:挡板,所述挡板安装于所述轴端的端部,并且所述挡板的一侧面与所述关节轴承的内圈相抵接。
    进一步,所述转向架还包括:卡板,所述关节支撑座的中部设有凹槽,所述卡板安装于所述车架上方,并且嵌设于所述凹槽内。
    进一步,所述转向架还包括:卡板,所述关节支撑座的中部设有凸起,所述卡板安装于所述车架上方,并且压住所述凸起。
    进一步,所述连接部为法兰盘,所述法兰盘上开设有紧固孔,所述紧固孔随所述法兰盘的转动形成一圆形轨迹;每个所述车架上设有两个所述卡板,所述卡板通过多个卡板螺栓可拆卸的安装于所述车架上表面,多个所述卡板螺栓中的一部分或全部位于所述圆形轨迹的下方。
    进一步,所述钢卷运输车还包括走行电机,所述走行电机至少为两个,并且所述车架两侧的所述车轮中,每侧至少有一个所述车轮与所述走行电机传动连接,每个所述走行电机均为单独控制并驱动与之相连的所述车轮。
    进一步,所述走行电机为减速电机,并且所述走行电机设有制动器及手动释放手柄。
    进一步,在所述车架的上方,设有两个分别位于所述轴承安装孔两侧的耐磨板;在所述承重装置下方对应于所述耐磨板的位置,设有与所述耐磨板数量相同的支撑轮。
    进一步,所述钢卷运输车还包括安装于所述承重装置上的电控柜、车载电源及充电轨,所述车载电源为可充电式供电设备,所述充电轨可与地面上的固定充电端相接,为所述车载电源充电。
    进一步,所述承重装置包括钢卷鞍座及设于所述钢卷鞍座两端的车载电源托架和电控柜托架,所述车载电源和电控柜分别安装于车载电源托架和电控柜托架上;所述
