3、本发明的烘干机架上设置有若干层传送架,并且在烘干机架的尾端设置有转换机构,通过转换机构,能将上层的物料移至下层,在多次传送机构的传送下,可是油边材料尽快地烘干,多层传送架的设计大大减小了整个设备的占地面积,由于横杆所经路径相对减小,能够加快烘干速度及取料速度,提高生产效率。
4、本发明结构新颖、简单,制造成本相对较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1~图7:
如图1和图2所示,一种自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,包括:烘干机架1和设置在烘干机架1前端的取料机构2,所述取料机构2上安装有若干个夹子打开装置22,取料机构2上还安装有驱动装置21,取料机构2在驱动装置21的驱动下进行旋转和移动完成取料工作;所述烘干机架1上还设置有传送机构3, 传送机构3上放置有若干根横杆4,横杆4随着传送装置在烘干机架1上移动,所述横杆4上排列有若干个夹子5;所述烘干机架1后端还设置有转换机构6,取料机构将经过油边处理的油边材料取下,通过烘干机构进行烘干,完成油边材料的取料、烘干机构。
如图3-图5所示,所述取料机构2包括取料机架23,所述若干个夹子打开装置22并排安装在取料机架23上,取料机架23两侧安装有所述驱动装置21以及直线拖板组24,所述直线拖板组24包括竖向直线拖板24a和横向直线拖板24b,竖向直线拖板24a滑动连接在横向直线拖板24b上,所述取料机架23在竖向直线拖板24a的带动下进行竖直方向上的运动,所述取料机架23在横向直线拖板24b的带动下进行水平方向上的运动,在本实施例中,直线拖板组24优选为直线导轨。
驱动装置21包括转向气缸21a和拖板电机21b,拖板电机21b安装在直线拖板组24上驱动直线托板组带动所述取料机构2进行水平和竖直方向上的移动,转向气缸21a固定安装在所述取料机架23上的转向轴25上驱动取料机构2进行旋转,所述转向轴25通过轴承座26滑动安装在竖向直线拖板24a上,横向直线拖板24b的拖板电机21b启动,带动竖向直线拖板24a前后移动,从而带动取料机架23进行前后移动;当竖向直线拖板24a的拖板电机21b启动时,取料机架23在竖向直线拖板24a上进行上下移动;在此过程中,当转向气缸21a启动时,能够驱动取料机架23以转向轴25为轴进行旋转。
夹子打开装置22包括开夹气缸221、开夹指222和横杆夹紧装置223,开夹指222一侧铰接在开夹气缸221的前端,所述取料机构2上设置有横梁27,开夹指222尾端套装在该横梁27上,在本实施例中,取料装置上下两层均设置有夹子打开装置22,上下两侧的开夹指222方向相反,上下两侧的横梁以及控 制电机组合形成所述横杆夹紧装置223,当横杆夹紧装置223感应到夹子5后,横杆夹紧装置223将横杆夹紧固定,此时开夹气缸启动,上下两侧的开夹指分别从夹子的上下两侧将开夹指打开进行取料,开夹气缸221与夹子的数量一一对应,当夹取大块的油边材料时,如图6所示,只需打开边上的夹子,用于夹取油边材料9,中间的夹子5保持原状。
所述烘干机架1包括若干层传送架11,每层传送架11的两侧均安装有所述传送机构3,多层传送架11的设计尽量减小了整个机构的占地面积,同时加长了油边烘干的路径,便于油边材料的烘干。
所述传送机构3包括所述烘干机架1左右两侧的传送带31和传送电机32,传送带31连接所述烘干机架1的前后两端,传送带31前后两端分别缠绕在传送盘33上,传送盘33通过传送盘轴34安装在所述烘干机架1上,所述传送盘33上还安装有所述传送电机32,传送带31在传送电机32的驱动下绕传送盘33做周向运动。位于上层的传送架上的传送带运动方向与位于下层的传送架上的传送带运动方向相反。
所述转换机构6包括转换气缸61,转换气缸61前端设置有机械手62,机械手62在转换气缸61的带动下将烘干机架1上层传送架11上的横杆4撑起并转移到下层的传送架11上,在本实施例中,转换气缸6为升降气缸和有杆气缸,机械手62在升降气缸的带动下在竖直方向上进行升降运动;同时在有杆气缸的带动下完成前后伸缩的运动。当横杆4运动至烘干机架的后端时,机械手62在升降气缸的带动下向上运动,同时在有杆气缸的带动下向前伸至横杆4下方,再将横杆4向上撑起,机械手62向后缩,并向下运动,当运动至靠近下层传送架11上方时,机械手62前伸并下降,将横杆4放置在下层传送架11上,完成横杆4的转移工作。
所述横杆4上设置有若干个挂架41,夹子5包括左夹体51和右夹体52,左夹体51和右夹体52之间靠近尾端处通过夹体轴53连接,夹子5通过夹体轴53安装在所述挂架41上。所述左夹体51或右夹体52尾部固定有加重块54,夹子5未夹取任何物体时,夹子5呈尾部朝下、顶部朝上的状态。如图5所示,当夹取面积较大的油边材料9时,只需打开边上的夹子,夹取油边材料9,中间的夹子保持尾部朝下、顶部朝上的状态,避免干扰边上的夹子夹取油边材料9。
一种自动油边机,如图1所示,包括上述的取料、烘干机构,上料机构7,油边机构8和机体10,机体10设置在所述取料机构2前端,上料机构7、油边机构8滑动安装在机体上,油边材料通过上料机构7上料,经过油边机构8进行油边后,再通过取料机构2转移至烘干机架1上进行烘干处理。所述取料、烘干机构,上料机构以及油边机构均通过控制系统进行控制。
其中,如图7所示,所述油边机构8为皮带递油式油边机头,包括底座电机81,底座电机81顶部设有转向底盘82,所述转向底盘82在底座电机81的驱动下进行旋转,转向底盘82上安装有油边装置88,同时转向底盘82上可拆卸安装有储油盒83。所述油边装置88包括位于储油盒83内的内碟盘84以及设在内碟盘84上方的外碟盘85;所述内碟盘84与外碟盘85之间套设有皮带86;
所述外碟盘85通过外碟盘轴851连接在支撑架87上,外碟盘85可以在外碟盘轴851上自由转动;所述内碟盘84通过内碟盘轴841连接在调速电机811上,内碟盘841通过该调速电机811的带动围绕内碟盘轴841进行旋转工作,并通过皮带86带动外碟盘85围绕外碟盘轴851进行旋转工作;由于内碟盘84位于储油盒83内,当调速电机811启动,内碟盘84旋转时,皮带86被带动进行上下往返转动工作,转动过程中皮带86会粘上皮边油,从而将皮边油刷到油边材料上,完成油边工作。
本发明的工作原理如下:
在控制系统的控制下,上料机构将油边材料上料至油边机机体上,通过油边机构进行油边工作,取料装置在驱动机构驱动下向后移动,同时启动转向气缸,将夹子打开装置方向朝向烘干机构下层传送架上的横杆,并将横杆夹起,固定在横杆夹紧装置处,此时开夹气缸启动,开夹指将夹子打开,夹子上原有油边材料得以落下;取料装置在驱动机构驱动下向前移动,同时转向气缸启动,将夹子方向朝向油边机机体上的油边材料处,开夹气缸启动,开夹指将夹子打开,并将夹子伸入油边材料处,开夹气缸关闭,夹子将油边材料取下;转向气缸启动,取料机构将夹子打开装置方向转为向上方向,并通过驱动机构的驱动在直线拖板上上移和后移,当夹有油边材料的横杆被运送至烘干机架上层的传送架上方时,取料机构将横杆放下,取料机构回归原位,多次重复上述动作,完成油边材料取料过程;当转换机构感应到横杆在传送机构的传送下运动到烘干机构的后端时,转换机构在转换气缸的带动下向上升,同时机械手向前伸出,将上层传送架上的横杆拿起,横杆在升降气缸的带动下向下运动,运动至下层传送架对应位置时,机械手将横杆放在传送架上,完成转换工作,横杆在传送机构的带动下向前运动并完成烘干过程,各个机构重复上述过程,完成油边材料上料-油边-取料-烘干的过程。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于,包括:烘干机架(1)和设置在烘干机架(1)前端的取料机构(2),取料机构(2)上安装有若干个夹子打开装置(22),取料机构(2)上还安装有驱动装置(21),取料机构(2)在驱动装置(21)的驱动下进行移动完成取料工作;所述烘干机架(1)上设置有传送机构(3),传送机构(3)上放置有若干根横杆(4),横杆(4)随着传送装置在烘干机架(1)上移动,所述横杆(4)上排列有若干个夹子(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述取料机构(2)包括取料机架(23),所述若干个夹子打开装置(22)安装在取料机架(23)上,取料机架(23)侧面上安装有所述驱动装置(21)以及直线拖板组(24)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(21)包括转向气缸(21a)和拖板电机(21b),拖板电机(21b)安装在直线拖板组(24)上驱动直线托板组带动所述取料机构(2)进行水平和竖直方向上的移动,转向气缸(21a)固定安装在所述取料机架(23)上的转向轴(25)上驱动取料机构(2)进行旋转,所述转向轴(25)通过轴承座(26)滑动安装在直线拖板组(24)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述夹子打开装置(22)包括开夹气缸(221)、开夹指(222)和横杆夹紧装置(223),开夹指(222)一侧铰接在开夹气缸(221)的前端,所述取料机构(2)上还设置有横梁(27),开夹指(222)尾端套装在该横梁(27)上,当横杆夹紧装置(223)将横杆夹紧固定在所述夹子打开装置(22)后,开夹指(222)在开夹气缸(221)的带动下将夹子(5)打开进行取料。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所 述烘干机架(1)包括若干层传送架(11),每层传送架(11)的两侧均安装有所述传送机构(3)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述传送机构(3)包括所述烘干机架(1)左右两侧的传送带(31)和传送电机(32),传送带(31)连接所述烘干机架(1)的前后两端,传送带(31)前后两端分别张紧在传送盘(33)上,传送盘(33)安装在所述烘干机架(1)上,所述传送电机(32)安装在传送盘(33)上用于驱动传送盘(33)工作。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述烘干机架(1)后端还设置有转换机构(6),转换机构(6)包括转换气缸(61),转换气缸(61)前端设置有机械手(62),机械手(62)在转换气缸(61)的带动下将烘干机架(1)上层传送架(11)上的横杆(4)撑起并转移到下层的传送架(11)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述横杆(4)上设置有若干个挂架(41),夹子(5)包括左夹体(51)和右夹体(52),左夹体(51)和右夹体(52)之间靠近尾端处通过夹体轴(53)连接,夹子(5)通过夹体轴(53)安装在所述挂架(41)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的自动油边机的取料、烘干机构,其特征在于:所述左夹体(51)或右夹体(52)尾部固定有加重块(54),夹子(5)未夹取任何物体时,夹子(5)呈尾部朝下、顶部朝上的状态。
  10. 一种自动油边机,其特征在于:包括权利要求1所述的取料、烘干机构,上料机构(7),油边机构(8)和机体(10),机体(10)设置在所述取料、烘干机构前端,上料机构(7)和油边机构(8)滑动安装在机体(10)上,油边材料通过上料机构(7)上料,经过油边机构(8)进行油边后,再通过取 料机构(2)转移至烘干机架(1)上进行烘干处理。
