如图1所示,本发明的贴膜自动剥离装置,包括送料卷轴单元1、主传动单元2、压辊单元3、贴膜剥离板4、从传动单元5和料带回收单元6,所述送料卷轴单元1、主传动单元2、压辊单元3形成贴膜送料路径,使剥膜前贴膜料带传送到贴膜剥离板4上;所述压辊单元3位于贴膜剥离板1上剥膜前贴膜料带的入口处,所述从传动单元5设置在贴膜剥离板4的下方,用于回收剥膜后贴膜料带;所述从传动单元5、料带回收单元6形成剥膜后贴膜料带回收路径。
本发明还包括承载基板7,所述送料卷轴单元1、主传动单元2、压辊单元3、贴膜剥离板4、从传动单元5和料带回收单元6均安装在承载基板7的侧面,这里的送料卷轴单元1、主传动单元2、压辊单元3、贴膜剥离板4、从传动单元5和料带回收单元6的承载机构不局限于承载基板7的结构形状,能够承载上述各部件的承载座均可以。
所述压辊单元3包括压辊,所述压辊的安装端固定或者可自滚动的安装在承载基板7的侧面上,压辊的安装形式根据贴膜的类型而定,若贴膜为单层时,压辊单元3的压辊采用固定方式安装,压辊有效的与贴膜;当贴膜为多层膜时,压辊单元3的压辊采用自滚动的方式安装,自滚动的方式,能够减少压辊与最上层膜之间的摩擦,防止多层膜之间产生位置偏移,甚至出现气泡的现象,大幅度提高剥离贴膜的质量。
如图2所示,所述送料卷轴单元1包括用于放置贴膜料卷的气胀辊101,所述气胀辊101的端部通过磁制动器102安装在承载基板7的上,所述气胀辊101的端部延伸出承载基板7,并设置有通气端子103,放置贴膜卷后,通过通气端 子103对气胀辊101充气后,能够防止贴膜卷在气胀辊上打滑,安装有磁制动器102,用来调节气胀辊101,在主传动单元下牵引速度,以便进一步使剥膜前贴膜料带张紧,提高剥离贴膜的效果。
如图3、图4及图5所示,所述主传动单元2包括主动辊201、张力调节辊202和驱动电机203,所述主动辊201、张力调节辊202之间的间隙为剥膜前贴膜料带传输通道,所述张力调节辊202用于调节间隙的间距,驱动电机203的输出转轴通过同步带204与主动辊201相联动,张力调节辊202,能够在传送剥膜前贴膜料带时,拉紧贴膜料带,防止剥膜前贴膜料带过松,影响剥离贴膜的效果。
所述主动辊201、张力调节辊202的两端部均安装固定板205上,两块安装固定板205之间设置有连接支撑柱206,支撑柱206为四根,分布在两块安装固定板205的四角之间,能提高主传动单元2的稳定性,能够防止晃动。
所述张力调节辊202包括辊体211、偏心轴承212和调节手柄213,所述辊体211套接在偏心轴承212上,所述调节手柄213安装在偏心轴承212的端部,用于调节偏心轴承212的偏心位置,使用时通过调节手柄213调整偏心轴承的偏心位置后,进行锁紧,固定张力调节辊202的运动轨迹,实现能够在传送剥膜前贴膜料带时,拉紧与主动辊201直径的贴膜料带,防止剥膜前贴膜料带过松,影响剥离贴膜的效果。
所述料带回收单元6包括回收辊601,所述回收辊601通过圆皮带602与主动辊201相联动,所述回收辊601的直径大于主动辊201的直径,回收辊601直径大于主动辊201的直径,以便加快回收剥膜后贴膜料带的速度,并通过圆皮带602打滑实现与主动辊201的同步,保证整个贴膜料带在送料、剥离、回 收三个状态下均为紧绷状态,保证剥膜前贴膜料带、剥膜后贴膜料带传输的可靠性。
所述回收辊601上插接有便于脱料的支撑筋条603,能够在取剥膜后贴膜料带卷时,首先抽出支撑筋条603,便于剥膜后贴膜料带卷从回收辊601上取下。
所述贴膜剥离板4上分布有负压吸附孔401,便于吸附待剥膜的贴膜料带,防止在剥离贴膜时,贴膜料带出现翘起状态,保证位于贴膜料带上表面的贴膜顺利剥离,为了提高吸附的效果,负压吸附孔401可等间隔分布在贴膜剥离板4上。
所述送料卷轴单元1、主传动单元2之间设置有导向辊8,所述导向辊8安装在承载基板7的一侧面上,所述导向辊8用于支撑剥膜前贴膜料带,导向辊8的数量可根据实际需要设定,导向辊8便于贴膜料带平稳顺利的进入主传动单元,并顺利进入送输到贴膜剥离板上,提高送料过程的平稳可靠性。
所述从传动单元5包括若干根从动辊501,各从动辊501在贴膜剥离板4的下方交错分布,实现拉紧剥膜后贴膜料带,保证其可靠的传输,从传动单元5在贴膜剥离板4的底部设置有装饰板,能够保护各从动辊501,保证其正常运行的可靠性。
综上所述,本发明的贴膜自动剥离装置,能够适用于单层或多层贴膜的送料剥离,全自动化剥离,省时省力,提高剥离贴膜的质量,且剥离贴膜合格率高,为后续贴膜工序作出良好的基础,且具有以下优点,
(1)贴膜剥离板的前边沿设置有压辊单元,压辊单元的安装形式根据贴膜的类型而定,若贴膜为单层时,压辊单元的压辊采用固定方式安装,压辊有效的与贴膜;当贴膜为多层膜时,压辊单元的压辊采用自滚动的方式安装,自滚 动的方式,能够减少压辊与最上层膜之间的摩擦,防止多层膜之间产生位置偏移,甚至出现气泡的现象,大幅度提高剥离贴膜的质量;
(2)在主传动单元内增加了张力调节辊,能够在传送剥膜前贴膜料带时,拉紧贴膜料带,防止贴膜料带过松,影响剥离贴膜的效果;
(3)回收辊直径大于主动辊的直径,以便加快回收剥膜后贴膜料带的速度,并通过圆皮带打滑实现与主动辊的同步,保证整个贴膜料带在送料、剥离、回收三个状态下均为紧绷状态;
(4)贴膜剥离板上分布有负压吸附孔,便于吸附待剥膜的贴膜料带,防止在剥离贴膜时,贴膜料带出现翘起状态,保证位于贴膜料带上表面的贴膜顺利剥离;
(5)采用气胀辊放置贴膜卷,能够防止贴膜卷在气胀辊上打滑,并取放方便,并在气胀辊的端部安装有磁制动器,用来调节气胀辊,在主动辊下牵引速度,以便进一步使剥膜前贴膜料带张紧,提高剥离贴膜的效果;
(6)设置有导向辊,便于贴膜料带平稳顺利的进入主传动单元,并顺利进入送输到贴膜剥离板上,提高送料过程的平稳可靠性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:包括送料卷轴单元、主传动单元、压辊单元、贴膜剥离板、从传动单元和料带回收单元,所述送料卷轴单元、主传动单元、压辊单元形成贴膜送料路径;所述压辊单元位于贴膜剥离板上剥膜前贴膜料带的入口处,所述从传动单元设置在贴膜剥离板的下方;所述从传动单元、料带回收单元形成剥膜后贴膜料带回收路径。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:还包括承载基板,所述送料卷轴单元、主传动单元、压辊单元、贴膜剥离板、从传动单元和料带回收单元均安装在承载基板的侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述压辊单元包括压辊,所述压辊的安装端固定或者可自滚动的安装在承载基板的侧面上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述送料卷轴单元包括用于放置贴膜料卷的气胀辊,所述气胀辊的端部通过磁制动器安装在承载基板的上,所述气胀辊的端部延伸出承载基板,并设置有通气端子。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述主传动单元包括主动辊、张力调节辊和驱动电机,所述主动辊、张力调节辊之间的间隙为剥膜前贴膜料带传输通道,所述张力调节辊用于调节间隙的间距,所述驱动电机的输出转轴通过同步带与主动辊相联动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述主动辊、张力调节辊的两端部均安装固定板上,两块安装固定板之间设置有连接支撑柱。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述张力调节辊包括辊体、偏心轴承和调节手柄,所述辊体套接在偏心轴承上,所述调节手柄安装在偏心轴承的端部,用于调节偏心轴承的偏心位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述料带回收单元包括回收辊,所述回收辊通过圆皮带与主动辊相联动,所述回收辊的直径大于主动辊的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述回收辊上插接有便于脱料的支撑筋条。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述贴膜剥离板上分布有负压吸附孔。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述送料卷轴单元、主传动单元之间设置有导向辊,所述导向辊安装在承载基板的一侧面上,所述导向辊用于支撑剥膜前贴膜料带。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种贴膜自动剥离装置,其特征在于:所述从传动单元包括若干根从动辊,各从动辊在贴膜剥离板的下方交错分布。
