Definitions
- the present invention relates to a film sticking apparatus and a sticking method, and more particularly, to an apparatus or the like for sticking an individualized film to an article to be stuck.
- a thin film film such as a polarizing film or a protective film is attached to the surface of the display panel. Therefore, when manufacturing a liquid crystal display or the like, a dedicated attaching device for attaching the film is used. Used.
- Patent Document 1 proposes an apparatus using an arc-shaped sticking head in order to prevent air bubbles from being mixed and distortion inside the film.
- this film sticking apparatus has a sticking head 101 that has a curved surface with a convex film-facing side (holding face) and is rotatable about a support shaft 102, and a horizontal surface. And a panel support 104 on which the panel 103 is placed.
- an adhesive surface protective sheet is temporarily attached to the adhesive surface of the film for the purpose of preventing peeling of the adhesive or scratching of the adhesive surface. For this reason, in pasting the film, it is necessary to peel off the adhesive surface protective sheet from the adhesive surface of the film prior to pasting to the panel.
- the adhesive surface protective sheet 111 is attached to the feeding roller 113 and the winding roller. Since the adhesive surface protection sheet 111 can be fixed so as not to move up and down by being wound around the roller 114, the film 112 and the adhesive surface protection sheet 111 are separated if the film 112 is attracted and pulled up in that state. can do.
- the adhesive surface protective sheet 122 having the same size as the film 121 is temporarily attached to the adhesive surface of the film 121. Compared to the above, there is a problem that the adhesive surface protection sheet 122 is difficult to peel off, and the workability of pasting is lowered.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems in the prior art, and can easily peel the adhesive surface protective sheet from the singulated film, improving the workability of pasting. It aims at providing the film sticking apparatus etc. which can be made.

- the end of the glue surface protective sheet is bent by pressing the end of the glue surface protective sheet from the side of the film pressing part that holds the film and the adhesive surface protective sheet temporarily attached to the film.
- the adhesive part is peeled off from the film and the adhesive surface protective sheet is primarily peeled off; the adhesive head holding the film from which the adhesive surface protective sheet is primarily peeled; and the adhesive surface from the film held on the adhesive head And a peeling portion that peels off the entire protective sheet.
- the adhesive surface protective sheet is peeled off from the film, and the film is attached to an object to be pasted.
- the end portion of the adhesive surface protective sheet is bent and primarily peeled by the pressing portion.
- the protective sheet can be peeled off. For this reason, even if it is an individualized type film, the adhesive surface protection sheet can be easily peeled off, and the workability of application can be improved.
- the pressing portion moves in a direction parallel to the glue surface protective sheet in a state where the end portion of the glue surface protective sheet is pressed in a direction perpendicular to the glue surface protective sheet. According to this, it becomes possible to easily bend the end portion of the adhesive surface protection sheet.
- the end of the glue side protective sheet on the bent side is pressed in a direction toward the end opposite to the end, and the glue side protective sheet is secondarily peeled off. it can. According to this, a peeling wrinkle can be attached to the glue surface protective sheet, and it becomes possible to peel the glue surface protective sheet more easily.
- the peeling portion includes a peeling tape having an adhesive surface on a surface facing the adhesive surface protective sheet, a tape support portion that supports the peeling tape, and a moving mechanism that moves the peeling tape.
- the said sticking head can be moved.

- the end portion 2d of the glue surface protective sheet 2b is bent and primarily peeled by the pressing portion 24 prior to the entire peeling of the glue surface protective sheet 2b.
- the adhesive surface protective sheet 2b can be peeled off starting from the peeled portion (end portion 2d) by the primary peeling. For this reason, even when the glue surface protective sheet 2b having the same size as the film 2 is temporarily attached (see FIG. 28A), or when the end portion of the glue surface protective sheet 2b is deformed (see FIG. 28B).
- the glue surface protective sheet 2b can be easily peeled off, and the glue face protective sheet can be easily peeled in the individualized film.
- the edge part which performed the primary peeling of the glue surface protection sheet 2b is further pressed in the direction which goes to the edge part on the opposite side, and secondary peeling is carried out. Therefore, prior to the entire peeling, the glue surface protective sheet 2b can be peeled off, and the glue surface protective sheet 2b can be more easily peeled off.
- a distance d2 from the height sensor 27 (reference position) to the surface of the adhesive rubber 89 is detected, and the detected distance becomes a constant value (the same value before and after replacement).
- the sticking head 81 is moved up and down. In this way, the height h of the reference position of the sticking head 81 is finely adjusted, and the pressing force of the film 2 in the secondary peeling step or the like is made uniform.
- the height adjustment of the sticking head 81 is preferably performed periodically or when the adhesive rubber 89 is replaced. Further, as a detection method of the distance d2, it is preferable to use a non-contact detection method in order to avoid dust and scratches on the adhesive surface of the adhesive rubber 89. Specifically, laser detection, ultrasonic detection, or the like can be used.
- the film sticking device according to the present invention is applied to sticking a film to a liquid crystal display panel
- the article to be stuck is not particularly limited. Absent.
- the present invention can be applied to a case where a film is attached to a plasma display panel or an object to be attached other than the panel.
- the pressing portion 24 is pressed from below the film 2 while pressing the film 2 from the pressing stage 22 from above.
- the pressing portion 24 may be lowered from above the film 2 while supporting the film 2 from below.
- the shape of the press part 24 is other shapes, such as square plate shape, for example The shape can also be taken.
- the bonding head 81 in the case of secondary peeling of the adhesive surface protection sheet 2b, as shown to FIG. 14B, in the state which stopped the movement of the peeling tape 41, and the bonding head 81 was lowered
- the fixing head 81 may be lowered while the position is fixed, and the peeling tape 41 may be moved to the left in that state.
- the sticking head 81 may be moved horizontally in the right direction while the tape support plate 43 is raised while stopping the movement of the peeling tape 41, or as shown in FIG.
- the peeling tape 41 may be moved leftward while the tape support plate 43 is raised while fixing the horizontal position and the rotation position of the sticking head 81.
- the tape support plate 43 is used as a support portion for supporting the peeling tape 41.
- a guide for guiding the peeling tape 41 is used.
- a tape support part can also be comprised with a roller.
- a frontal semicircular pasting head 81 is used, but as shown in FIG. 25, a frontal round pasting head (cylindrical roller type) is used.
- a sticking head) 81 can also be used.
- the adhesive rubber 89 is attached to the holding surface of the sticking head 81 and the film 2 is held by sticking.
- the suction hole is made in the holding face of the sticking head 81 and the film 2 is sucked. May be held.
