Definitions
- the present invention relates to a seat belt buckle device and a seat belt device, and more particularly, a seat belt having a buckle switch for detecting whether a tongue of a seat belt of an automobile or the like is in a locked state or an unlocked state.
- the present invention relates to a buckle device and a seat belt device.
- buckle devices for seat belts have a buckle switch that detects whether or not the occupant is wearing a seat belt.
- the motor is controlled.
- a fixed contact and a movable contact are provided in the buckle. When the tongue plate is inserted, the movable contact comes into sliding contact with the fixed contact.
- a device that detects a non-wearing state is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the conventional buckle switch 100 shown in FIG. 7 has a switch board 101 provided with a fixed contact 102 on one surface (channel 112 side) and a movable contact (not shown), and slides on the switch board 101. And a slider unit 105.
- the switch substrate 101 is positioned by fitting both ends in the longitudinal direction into the groove portion 111 of the lower case 110, and is disposed along one side wall 113 of the channel 112.
- the connecting portion 106 protruding from the slider portion 105 toward the side wall 113 is engaged with the bifurcated groove 116 of the ejector 115.
- the ejector 115 slides while being guided by the insertion hole 114 of the channel 112 in conjunction with the attachment / detachment operation of the tongue plate (not shown).
- the slider portion 105 slides on the fixed contact 102 of the switch substrate 101 together with the movable contact, and the contact state is switched.
- the channel 112 in which a plurality of buckle operating parts that operate as the tongue plate is inserted and the switch board 101 are fixed to the lower case 110 independently. Therefore, when assembling the buckle switch 100, the relative positions of the channel 112, the switch board 101, and the lower case 110 must be adjusted and assembled, which increases the number of assembly steps. Further, since the channel 112 and the switch substrate 101 are arranged independently, there is a problem that the seat belt buckle device becomes relatively large. Further, since the switch board 101 is fitted and fixed in the groove portion 111 of the lower case 110, wear powder accompanying sliding of the buckle operating parts, sand and dust in the buckle adhere to the switch board 101. However, there is a possibility that the contact resistance is lowered at the switch contact portion (contact between the fixed contact 102 and the movable contact), and a countermeasure has been desired.
- the fixed contact 102 is provided on the channel 112 side of the switch board 101, when wear powder is generated as the buckle operating component slides, the wear powder easily adheres to the fixed contact 102. The problem that the contact resistance decreases due to the biting of foreign matter in the part is likely to occur.
