Claims (13)
- 컨테이너 묶음장치에 있어서,베이스부, 상기 베이스부의 상부면에서 상부방향으로 돌출 형성된 돌출부, 및 상기 베이스부 및 상기 돌출부를 상하방향으로 관통하여 형성된 관통홀을 포함하는 하우징;상기 하우징의 관통홀에 회전가능하게 삽입된 연결부;상기 연결부의 상부에 위치하고, 상단에 위치하는 제 1 컨테이너의 하부 모서리쇠에 삽입되는 상부콘; 및상기 연결부의 하부에 위치하고, 하단에 위치하는 제 2 컨테이너의 상부 모서리쇠에 삽입되는 하부콘을 포함하는 것인 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스부의 상부는 상기 제 1 컨테이너의 하부 모서리쇠에 삽입되고, 상기 베이스부의 하부는 상기 제 2 컨테이너의 상부 모서리쇠에 삽입되는 것인 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 베이스부는 상부 모서리 및 하부 모서리를 따라 챔퍼링된 것인 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부콘은단부에 상부방향으로 돌출형성된 상부 돌출부를 포함하고,상기 하부콘은단부에 하부방향으로 돌출형성된 하부 돌출부를 포함하는 것인 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결부의 둘레면에 위치하는 회전걸림부 및상기 회전걸림부가 삽입되고, 상기 돌출부의 둘레면을 따라 형성된 회전걸림홈을 포함하는 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하부 모서리쇠 또는 상부 모서리쇠 내측으로 삽입되어, 상기 상부콘 또는 하부콘의 회전을 방지하는 체결고정부를 더 포함하는 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 체결고정부는직사각형 형상의 전면판;상기 전면판의 양단부에서 각각 연장 형성되고, 내측방향으로 절곡되어 형성된 제1 경사판 및 제2 경사판;상기 제1 경사판에서 연장 형성되고, 내측방향으로 상기 전면판과 평행하게 절곡되어 형성된 제1 후면판;상기 제2 경사판에서 연장 형성되고, 내측방향으로 상기 전면판과 평행하게 절곡되어 형성된 제2 후면판; 및상기 제1 후면판 및 제2 후면판의 외측면에 각각 위치하고, 외측방향으로 절곡되어 형성되는 절곡고정부를 포함하고,상기 체결고정부는 상기 후면판에서 상기 전면판으로 갈수록 폭이 좁아지도록 형성되는 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 후면판 및 제2 후면판은 단부가 외측방향으로 절곡되어 형성된 그립부를 포함하는 컨테이너 묶음장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 체결고정부는 하기 [수학식 1]을 만족하는 것인 컨테이너 묶음 장치.[수학식 1]B<L≤AL : 전면판에서 후면판까지의 거리A : 잠금위치로 회전된 상부콘 또는 하부콘으로부터 상부 모서리쇠 또는 하부 모서리쇠의 내측면까지의 거리B : 해제위치로 회전된 상부콘 또는 하부콘으로부터 상부 모서리쇠 또는 하부 모서리쇠의 내측면까지의 거리
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 체결고정부는 하기 [수학식 2]를 만족하는 것인 컨테이너 묶음 장치.[수학식 2]C≤M<(C+D)M : 절곡고정부의 일측단부에서 절곡된 부분까지의 거리C : 상부 모서리쇠 또는 하부 모서리쇠의 전면홀의 두께D : 잠금 위치로 회전된 상부콘 또는 하부콘과 해제위치로 회전된 상부콘 또는 하부콘으로부터 상부 모서리쇠 또는 하부 모서리쇠의 전면부 내측면까지의 거리 차이
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 체결고정부는상기 전면판에 결합되고, 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 상부콘의 상부 돌출부에 삽입되고, 상기 상부콘의 상부에 하부면이 접촉되는 콘걸침부를 더 포함하는 것인 컨테이너 묶음 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 체결고정부는상기 전면판에 결합되고, 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 상부콘 또는 하부콘이 삽입되는 콘삽입부를 더 포함하는 것인 컨테이너 묶음 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 체결고정부는 컨테이너와 다른 색으로 도색되는 것인 컨테이너 묶음장치.
