Abstract

本发明公开了一种热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)及其制备方法、用途和制品,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体包含以下组分,以TPU的总重计:22~55wt%的芳香族二异氰酸酯和/或脂环族二异氰酸酯;2~16wt%的扩链剂;30~70wt%的聚酯多元醇。本发明的TPU注塑收缩率可降低至0.2%以下,热分解温度提高至300℃,并可以获得不同硬度的弹性体材料,在3D打印方法中有广阔的应用前景。
