Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、車両の運転席である右前席のドアの内装部材1は、鋼板から形成されたドアパネルの下部の車室側面(左側面)を覆うように取り付けられるものである。内装部材1は、概ね板状に形成され、ドアが閉じられた状態を基準として主面が車幅方向(左右方向)を向く本体部2と、本体部2の周囲に設けられた縁部3とを有する。内装部材1の本体部2の、車幅方向における内方(車室側)を向く側面を表面2Aとする。内装部材1の縁部3は、本体部2に対して車幅方向における外方に配置され、ドアパネルに当接している。
第2実施形態に係るアームレスト装置50は、第1実施形態に係るアームレスト装置10の一部の構成を変形したものである。以下の説明において、アームレスト装置10と同様の構成については同一の符号を付し、説明を省略する。
第3実施形態に係るアームレスト装置60は、第1実施形態に係るアームレスト装置10と比較してスライド機構8の構成が異なる。
第4実施形態に係るアームレスト装置70は、第1実施形態に係るアームレスト装置10と比較してスライド機構8の構成が異なる。図11に示すように、アームレスト装置70では、スライド機構8は、前孔壁18Aに形成されたガイドスリット72と、結合部27の板状部27Bに設けられ、ガイドスリット72に係止される係止部73とを有する。ガイドスリット72は、前孔壁18Aを厚み方向に貫通し、略水平に、直線状に前後に延在している。ガイドスリット72は、上下に距離をおいて2つ形成されている。係止部73は、板状部27Bに突設され、ガイドスリット72を通過する円筒状のボス73Aと、ボス73Aの内孔に挿入され、結合される軸部と、軸部の端部に設けられ、ボス73Aの先端から径方向外方に張り出したフランジとを備えた抜け止め部材73Bとを有する。抜け止め部材73Bは、ガイドスリット72を通過できない大きさに形成され、ガイドスリット72の縁部に係止される。抜け止め部材73Bは、例えばタッピングねじや樹脂製のファスナ(クリップ)等であってよい。ボス73Aがガイドスリット72の延在方向に移動することによって、アームレスト本体9が初期位置と突出位置との間で移動する。
第5実施形態に係るアームレスト装置100は、第1実施形態に係るアームレスト装置10と比較して内装部材1のスイッチ部5及び連結部6と、アームレスト本体9との形状が異なり、他の構成は同じである。
第6実施形態に係るアームレスト装置120は、第1実施形態に係るアームレスト装置10と比較して内装部材1の連結部6及びアームレスト本体9の形状が異なる点と、光源を有する点、スライド機構8の構成が異なる点で相違し、他の構成は同じである。

Claims (17)
- 車両のドアの内側面に設けられた内装部材と、
前記内装部材に、初期位置と、前記初期位置に対して車幅方向における内方かつ前方に位置する突出位置との間で移動可能に支持されたアームレスト本体とを有することを特徴とするアームレスト装置。 - 前記アームレスト本体は、前記初期位置と前記突出位置との間で平行移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記アームレスト本体は、前記初期位置と前記突出位置との間で直線状に平行移動することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記内装部材は、前記ドアの内側面に沿った本体部と、前記本体部から車幅方向における内方に突出したアームレストベース部とを備え、
前記アームレストベース部は、上方を向く載置面を有し、
前記アームレスト本体は、前記載置面上に摺動可能に配置された上壁部を有することを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1つの項に記載のアームレスト装置。 - 前記アームレストベース部は、車幅方向における内側に上下に延びるベース側壁部を有し、
前記アームレスト本体は、前記ベース側壁部と距離をおいて対向する本体側壁部を有し、
前記ベース側壁部及び前記本体側壁部の互いに対向する面の少なくとも一方には、衝突荷重を吸収する荷重吸収部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアームレスト装置。 - 前記荷重吸収部材は、前記ベース側壁部及び前記本体側壁部の互いに対向する面の少なくとも一方に突設され、衝突荷重が加わったときに変形するリブであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記アームレスト本体は、スライド機構を介して前記アームレストベース部に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項4~請求項6のいずれか1つの項に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記スライド機構は、前記アームレスト本体及び前記アームレストベース部の一方に結合されたレールと、前記アームレスト本体及び前記アームレストベース部の他方に結合され、前記レールにスライド移動可能に支持されたスライダとを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記アームレストベース部は、車幅方向における内側に上下に延びるベース側壁部を有し、
前記ベース側壁部には、車幅方向における外側に向けて凹設された凹部が形成され、
前記凹部の車幅方向において内方を向く側面は、前記アームレスト本体の平行移動方向に延在し、前記レールが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のアームレスト装置。 - 前記スライド機構は、前記アームレスト本体及び前記アームレストベース部の一方に結合されたガイドスリーブと、前記アームレスト本体及び前記アームレストベース部の他方に結合され、前記ガイドスリーブにスライド移動可能に支持されたロッドとを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記アームレストベース部は、車幅方向における内側に上下に延びるベース側壁部を有し、
前記ガイドスリーブの大部分は、前記ベース側壁部の車幅方向における外方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のアームレスト装置。 - 前記内装部材の前記本体部には、車幅方向における内方に突出し、スイッチボックスを支持するスイッチ部が設けられ、
前記アームレストベース部は、前記スイッチ部から後方に距離をおいて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4~請求項11のいずれか1つの項に記載のアームレスト装置。 - 前記内装部材には、車幅方向における内方に突出し、スイッチボックスを支持するスイッチ部が設けられ、
前記スイッチ部の車幅方向における内側には、更に車幅方向に突出した延長部を有し、
前記アームレスト本体が前記突出位置にあるときに、前記アームレスト本体の車幅方向における内側部分の前縁が、前記延長部の車幅方向内側における突出端部と前後において連続するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項11のいずれか1つの項に記載のアームレスト装置。 - 前記アームレスト本体が前記突出位置にあるときに、前記アームレスト本体の前記内側部分の車幅方向内方を向く面と前記延長部の前記突出端部の車幅方向内方を向く面とが同一面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記延長部の上部には、上方に開口したポケットが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項13又は請求項14に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記内装部材の前記アームレスト本体と対向する部分には、光源が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項15のいずれか1つの項に記載のアームレスト装置。
- 前記光源は、前記内装部材において、前記初期位置にある前記アームレスト本体の縁部に対向する位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアームレスト装置。
