Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle seat cushion material and a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a vehicle seat cushion material and a vehicle seat having an impregnated layer having a three-dimensional structure.
- a seat cushion provided on a vehicle seat or the like, in order to give a comfortable sitting comfort, it is common to consider body pressure dispersion and tactile sensation for a seated person.
- a polyurethane foam sheet, a polyurethane resin-impregnated cured layer formed on the upper layer of the polyurethane foam sheet and having a corrugated surface shape, and a latex foam sheet formed on the cured layer are provided.
- a seat cushion see, for example, Patent Document 1.
- the three-layer structure seat cushion described in Patent Document 1 is difficult to mold because the density of the latex foam sheet is high. For this reason, there has been a demand for a seat cushion that avoids the use of an intermediate layer such as a latex foam sheet, is excellent in moldability and recyclability, and has good sitting comfort.
- the polyurethane resin impregnated hardened layer described in Patent Document 1 is formed in a corrugated shape, and is disposed only between the upper and lower sides of the polyurethane foam sheet and the latex foam sheet. According to such a configuration, since the rigidity in the pitch direction related to the load input such as start and stop of the vehicle and the rigidity in the roll direction related to the roll load input are low, the load input from the outside can be distributed in a balanced manner. It was difficult.
- the pitch direction refers to a swinging direction around an axis orthogonal to the vehicle traveling direction
- the roll direction refers to a swinging direction about an axis parallel to the vehicle traveling direction.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat cushion material and a vehicle seat that are excellent in moldability and recyclability and have a good sitting comfort. Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat cushion material and a vehicle seat that can increase the rigidity in the pitch direction and the rigidity in the roll direction and disperse the load input from the outside in a balanced manner.
- the problem is that the small pad formed of the resin foam is laminated and integrated on the pressure receiving surface side of the small pad so as to cover the small pad, and is formed of the resin foam.
- An impregnation layer formed on at least a part of the small pad, and the impregnation layer is formed on the pressure-receiving surface and the side surface of the small pad, and the small pad is three-dimensionally covered with the impregnation layer. Is solved.
- the impregnated layer is formed on the pressure receiving surface and the side surface of the small pad to form a three-dimensional structure that surrounds the small pad, and has a spring property. Since the small pad is surrounded by an impregnated layer having a three-dimensional structure, it is bent with respect to the input from the direction perpendicular to the pressure receiving surface and the side surface (front and rear, left and right, etc.) compared to the case where the side surface has no impregnated layer. It becomes difficult to suppress the settling due to aging, and it is possible to improve the sitting comfort even if the thickness and weight are further reduced.
- the rigidity of the small pad can be increased by the impregnated layer having a three-dimensional structure, the density of the resin foam of the small pad can be suppressed and the weight can be reduced.
- a cushion material can be formed by combining a small pad made of resin foam and a pad body, it is excellent in moldability and recyclability.
- the pressure-receiving surface of the small pad is the surface on the side where the pad main body is provided, and the front surface when the small pad is provided on the seat back and the upper surface when the small pad is provided on the seat cushion. means.
- the rigidity of the pitch direction in connection with load inputs such as start and a stop
- the rigidity of the roll direction in connection with the load input of rolling can be improved
- load input can be distributed with sufficient balance.
- the rigidity can be increased, the thickness for obtaining the predetermined rigidity can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
- the protrusions constituting the unevenness are formed in a polygonal cross section.
- the protrusion formed in the small pad is formed in a polygonal cross section, so that the body pressure applied to the small pad can be efficiently dispersed.
- a plurality of irregularities be formed on the side surface of the small pad.
- the rigidity in the pitch direction related to load input such as start and stop is further increased, and the rigidity in the roll direction related to roll load input is further increased.
- the load input can be distributed in a balanced manner. Further, since the rigidity can be increased, the thickness for obtaining the predetermined rigidity can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
- the small pads are preferably formed at a higher density than the pad main body. According to the above configuration, since the small pads are formed with a higher density than the pad main body, the vibration applied to the seat cushion material can be absorbed, thereby suppressing the resonance to the human body and improving the sitting comfort. it can.
- the small pad is formed with a first vent hole formed therethrough, and the pad body is formed with a second vent hole communicating with the first vent hole of the small pad. Also good.
- the first ventilation hole is formed in the small pad, and the second ventilation hole communicating with the first ventilation hole is formed in the pad body that covers the small pad, so that the air permeability of the sheet is increased.
- the body pressure at the lower buttocks can be efficiently dispersed, so that comfort can be improved.
- the small pad may be formed with a section for partitioning in the left-right direction of the sheet.
- the small pad is formed with the dividing portion that divides in the left-right direction of the seat, so that when the seated person moves to the left and right of the seat, it can be deformed so that the small pad follows.
- the cushioning property can be maintained even when the person swings left and right.
- comfort can be improved because the body pressure in the lower buttocks can be efficiently dispersed by the section.
- a vehicle seat comprising a seat cushion and a seat back, and the vehicle seat cushion material provided on the seat cushion or the seat back, wherein the small pad is provided on the seat cushion. Is wider in the seat width direction than the sciatic bone of the seated person seated on the vehicle seat, and when provided on the seat back, is wider in the seat width direction than the waist portion of the seated person seated on the vehicle seat. It is preferable. According to the above configuration, when the small pad is provided on the seat cushion, the lower part of the buttocks of the seated person can be stably supported by the small pad arranged wider in the seat width direction than the seated bone of the seated person.
- the small pad when the small pad is provided on the seat back, the seated person's waist can be stably supported by the small pad arranged wider in the seat width direction than the seated person's waist.
- the small pad since the small pad is arranged wider in the seat width direction than the sciatic bone, it is possible to balance the pressure distribution of the seat cushion, the feeling of bottoming, and the vibration characteristics.
- the vehicle seat cushion material is provided on the seat cushion, and the impregnation layer is formed excluding a front portion of the seat cushion among the side surfaces of the small pad.
- the impregnation layer is formed except for the front portion of the seat cushion, so that the rigidity of the front portion of the seat cushion contacting the thigh of the seated person sitting on the vehicle seat is not increased, Comfort can be improved.
- the vehicle seat cushion material may be provided on the seat back, and the impregnation layer may be formed excluding an upper portion of the seat back among the side surfaces of the small pad. According to the above configuration, since the impregnation layer is formed except for the upper portion of the seat back, the rigidity of the upper portion of the seat back that contacts the upper portion of the waist of the seated person seated on the vehicle seat is not increased, Sitting comfort can be improved.
- the impregnation layer has a three-dimensional structure that surrounds the small pad including the pressure receiving surface and the side surface, and has a spring property. Moreover, according to this invention, the body pressure added to a small pad can be disperse
- the rigidity of the small pad can be further increased, and the load input can be distributed in a balanced manner. Further, since the rigidity can be increased, the thickness for obtaining the predetermined rigidity can be reduced and the weight can be reduced. Moreover, according to this invention, the resonance to a human body can be suppressed and sitting comfort can be made favorable. Moreover, according to this invention, while the air permeability of a sheet
- Comfort can be improved because the body pressure in the lower buttocks can be efficiently distributed.
- lumbar part can be supported stably.
