Definitions
- the present invention relates to a chain bending limit attachment that is attached to a chain and limits the bending of the chain.
- a chain having a structure in which a plurality of link plates are connected so as to be rotatable in series is known.
- Some of these chains include a bending restricting means for restricting the degree of bending of the chain (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the bending restricting means includes a pin projecting from the outer surface of each inner link plate and a long hole formed with a certain length so as to extend in an arc shape in each outer link plate.
- the pin can move only by the length of the long hole by engaging the pin and the long hole, the swing angle of the inner link plate with respect to the outer link plate can be kept within a certain angle. As a result, the bending limit of the chain is set.
- the pins and the long holes constituting the bending restricting means are integrally formed on the inner link plate and the outer link plate. Therefore, when it is desired to change the bending limit of the chain, an inner link plate and an outer link plate must be newly manufactured. For this reason, there exists a problem that the versatility of a chain will become low.

- the first bend limiting member having the first engaging portion and the second bend limiting member having the second engaging portion are separate members, the first bend limiting member and the second bend The restriction member can be exchanged separately. For this reason, the bending limit on the first direction side of the chain and the bending limit on the second direction side of the chain can be changed separately.

- the covered wire 15 is supported by the multi-joint support member 13 via the first and second tubular members 12a and 12b when the moving body 21 reciprocates along one direction (the left-right direction in FIG. 3). Guided. At this time, the bending radius of the bending portion 11a is maintained at a size equal to or larger than a predetermined bending radius R. Further, at this time, a force in the sag direction acts on the portion between the curved portion 11a and the second fixing member 14b in the long guide device 11 due to its own weight. Since this sagging direction is a direction in which the articulated support member 13 is restricted from bending from a straight line, the sagging amount of the long-length guide device 11 is reduced.
- the multi-joint support member 13 When the multi-joint support member 13 reciprocates following the reciprocating movement of the moving body 21, its posture is repeatedly between a linear posture (posture shown in FIG. 10) and a bent posture (posture shown in FIG. 11).
