「(メタ)アクリルアミド」等は、「アクリルアミド及び/又はメタクリルアミド」等と同義であり、以下同様とする。
また、本発明において、「質量%」と「重量%」とは同義であり、「質量部」と「重量部」とは同義である。
また、本発明においては、好ましい態様の2以上の組み合わせは、より好ましい態様である。
本明細書において、式で表される化合物における基の表記に関して、置換あるいは無置換を記していない場合、当該基が更に置換基を有することが可能な場合には、他に特に規定がない限り、無置換の基のみならず置換基を有する基も包含する。例えば、式において、「Rはアルキル基、アリール基又は複素環基を表す」との記載があれば、「Rは無置換アルキル基、置換アルキル基、無置換アリール基、置換アリール基、無置換複素環基又は置換複素環基を表す」ことを意味する。
本発明の爪化粧料は、成分1として、ジアセトンアクリルアミドと、成分2として、イソボルニルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、ジメチルアクリルアミド、ジエチルアクリルアミド、アクリロイルモルホリン、及び、ブトキシジエチレングリコールメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物とを含むことを特徴とする。
本発明の爪化粧料は、マニキュア、ペディキュア等のネイルポリッシュや、ジェルネイルを形成する組成物としてだけでなく、ネイルコート等の爪保護剤としても好適に用いることができる。
本発明の爪化粧料は、人工爪におけるプライマー層、ベース層、カラー層、及び/又は、トップ層のいずれにも好適に用いることができる。中でも、プライマー層又はベース層用爪化粧料として好適に用いることができ、ベース層用爪化粧料としてより好適に用いることができる。
また、本発明の爪化粧料は、光硬化性組成物であることが好ましい。
本発明における詳細な機構は不明であるが、ジアセトンアクリルアミドが、様々な高極性モノマー及び低極性モノマーと相溶可能であり、かつ高い爪密着性を持つモノマーであるため、特定のモノマーとの組み合わせにおいて、協奏的に密着性及び剥離性に優れるものと推定される。
本発明の爪化粧料は、成分1として、ジアセトンアクリルアミドを含む。
ジアセトンアクリルアミドは、下記に記載の化合物であり、英語表記ではDiacetone acrylamideである。
本発明の爪化粧料は、成分2として、イソボルニルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、ジメチルアクリルアミド、ジエチルアクリルアミド、アクリロイルモルホリン、及び、ブトキシジエチレングリコールメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物を含む。成分1と成分2とを併用することにより、密着性及び剥離性に優れる。
また、本発明の爪化粧料は、成分2として、イソボルニルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、ジメチルアクリルアミド、ジエチルアクリルアミド、アクリロイルモルホリン、及び、ブトキシジエチレングリコールメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも2種の化合物を含むことが好ましい。上記態様であると、密着性及び剥離性により優れる。
また、上記モノマーのうち、イソボルニルメタクリレートは爪化粧料の膜強度と耐水性を高める観点で好適であり、また、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、及び、ジメチルアクリルアミドは水素結合による高い膜強度と爪への密着性とを両立する効果があるものと推測され、両者を同時に溶解可能なジアセトンアクリルアミドを使用することで、密着性が最大化されうると推定される。
また、本発明の爪化粧料における成分1と成分2との含有量比(質量比)は、成分1の含有量:成分2の総含有量=5:1~1:5であることが好ましく、4:1~1:4であることがより好ましく、3:1~1:3であることが特に好ましい。
本発明の爪化粧料は、成分1及び成分2以外のエチレン性不飽和化合物を含んでもよい。
成分1及び成分2以外のエチレン性不飽和化合物は、単官能エチレン性不飽和化合物であっても、多官能エチレン性不飽和化合物であってもよいが、単官能エチレン性不飽和化合物であることが好ましい。
また、成分1及び成分2以外のエチレン性不飽和化合物は、分子量2,000未満の化合物であることが好ましく、分子量1,000未満の化合物であることがより好ましい。
成分1及び成分2以外のエチレン性不飽和化合物としては、成分1及び成分2以外の、(メタ)アクリル酸アミド化合物、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル化合物、(メタ)アクリル酸、スチレン化合物、及び、N-ビニルアミド化合物が好ましく挙げられる。
本発明の爪化粧料における成分1及び成分2以外のエチレン性不飽和化合物の含有量は、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、0~50質量部が好ましく、5~40質量部がより好ましく、10~30質量部が更に好ましい。上記範囲であると、硬化物の密着性及び除去性により優れ、また、爪化粧料の製造が容易になる。
本発明の爪化粧料は、光重合開始剤を含有することが好ましく、光ラジカル重合開始剤を含有することがより好ましい。
光重合開始剤としては、公知の光重合開始剤であれば好適に使用することができる。以下に光重合開始剤の具体例を示すが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。

また、光重合開始剤としては、爪化粧料の組成に合わせて適宜選択することができる。具体的には、使用する光重合開始剤を、成分1、成分2、成分1及び成分2以外のエチレン性不飽和化合物、並びに/又は、後述する溶剤に溶解するように選択することが好ましい。
本発明の爪化粧料における光重合開始剤の含有量は、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、0.1~20質量部が好ましく、0.5~15質量部がより好ましく、1~10質量部が特に好ましい。上記範囲であると、硬化物の密着性により優れる。
本発明の爪化粧料は、ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーを含有することが好ましい。ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーを含有することにより、密着性により優れ、また、硬化膜の膜強度に優れる。
本発明に用いられるポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーの重量平均分子量は、2,000以上300,000以下であることが好ましく、3,000以上200,000以下がより好ましく、4,000以上150,000以下であることが更に好ましく、5,000以上100,000以下であることが特に好ましい。上記範囲であると、得られる硬化物の密着性及び経時安定性に優れる。
なお、本発明においては、重量平均分子量が2,000以上5,000未満であるものをオリゴマーといい、重量平均分子量が5,000以上であるものをポリマーというものとする。
本発明におけるポリマー及びオリゴマーの重量平均分子量の測定方法は、ゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフィー法によりポリスチレン標準又はポリエチレンオキサイド標準で測定するものとする。
ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーの種類については、特に制限はなく、公知のポリマー種(ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、ポリ(メタ)アクリル酸アミド、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリウレア、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、ポリスチレン、ポリアルキレン、ポリビニル等)が使用できる。
上記ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーは、ラジカル重合可能な、エチレン性不飽和基を有していることが好ましく、(メタ)アクリル基を有していることがより好ましい。
上記ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーは、以下の式C-1で表される構造を有するポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーであることが好ましく、式C-1で表される構造をポリマー主鎖中に有するポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーであることが特に好ましい。上記態様であると、密着性が特に優れる。

アミノ基としては、1級、2級、3級のいずれのアミノ基でも使用することができるが、ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーの製造しやすさ、得られる硬化膜の密着性及び除去性、並びに、経時安定性の観点から、3級アミノ基であることが好ましい。
ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーにおけるアミノ基、特に3級アミノ基の導入位置としては、側鎖、主鎖内部、主鎖末端のいずれでもよく、2種以上の位置に導入されていてもよい。
3級アミノ基としては、以下の式C-2又は式C-3で表される基であることが好ましい。
式C-3中、RC3は、水素原子又は炭素数1~10のアルキル基を表し、LC2及びLC3はそれぞれ独立に、二価の連結基を表し、RC3、LC2及びLC3よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも2つが互いに連結して環を形成してもよく、波線部分はそれぞれ独立に、他の構造との結合位置を表す。
式C-2におけるLC1としては、単結合、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基(置換基を有してもよく、一部の炭素原子がヘテロ原子で置き換えられてもよい。)、炭素数1~20のアリーレン基(置換基を有してもよく、一部の炭素原子がヘテロ原子で置き換えられてもよい。)が挙げられ、単結合、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基、炭素数2~20のオキシアルキレン基又は炭素数2~20のポリオキシアルキレン基であることが好ましく、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基又は炭素数2~20のポリオキシアルキレン基であることが更に好ましく、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基であることが特に好ましく、炭素数1~10のアルキレン基であることが最も好ましい。
式C-2において、RC1、RC2及びLC1よりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも2つは互いに連結して環を形成してもよい。
式C-3におけるLC2及びLC3としてはそれぞれ独立に、単結合、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基(置換基を有してもよく、一部の炭素原子がヘテロ原子で置き換えられてもよい。)、炭素数1~20のアリーレン基(置換基を有してもよく、一部の炭素原子がヘテロ原子で置き換えられてもよい。)が挙げられ、単結合、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基、炭素数2~20のオキシアルキレン基又は炭素数2~20のポリオキシアルキレン基であることが好ましく、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基又は炭素数2~20のポリオキシアルキレン基であることが更に好ましく、炭素数1~20のアルキレン基であることが特に好ましく、炭素数1~10のアルキレン基であることが最も好ましい。

なお、アミン価の測定方法としては、例えば、試料をビーカーにはかりとり、酢酸を加え、撹拌して溶解させて、測定温度を25℃に調整後、滴定試薬として0.1N過塩素酸酢酸溶液を用いて、滴定装置で滴定することにより、求めることができる。アミン価は、滴定した際に消費される過塩素酸の量を、試料(固形分)1g当たりのモル数で表したものである。

これらポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーは、1種類のみを使用してもよいし、2種以上を混合して使用してもよい。
本発明に用いられる爪化粧料におけるポリマー及びオリゴマーの総含有量は、爪化粧料の全質量に対し、0質量%を超え90質量%が好ましく、5~80質量%がより好ましく、10~60質量%が更に好ましい。上記範囲であると、硬化物の密着性及び除去性により優れる。
水溶性のポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーとしては、蒸留水100gに対して0.1g以上溶解するポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーが好ましく、0.2g以上溶解するポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーがより好ましく、0.5g以上溶解するポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーが特に好ましい。上記範囲の水溶性を有することにより、水を使用した爪化粧料を製造することが容易になる。
カルボン酸(塩)基、スルホン酸(塩)基、リン酸(塩)基、ホスホン酸(塩)基の対カチオンとしては、ナトリウム、カリウム等のアルカリ金属カチオン、カルシウム、マグネシウム等のアルカリ土類金属カチオン、アンモニウムカチオン、ホスホニウムカチオンが好ましく、ナトリウム、カリウム等のアルカリ金属カチオンが特に好ましい。
4級アンモニウム塩基のアンモニウム基のアルキル基としては、メチル基、エチル基が好ましい。また、対アニオンとしては、塩化物イオン、臭化物イオン等のハロゲン化物イオン、硫酸アニオン、硝酸アニオン、リン酸アニオン、スルホン酸アニオン、カルボン酸アニオン、炭酸アニオンが好ましく、ハロゲン化物イオン、スルホン酸アニオン、カルボン酸アニオンが特に好ましい。
カルボン酸アミド基の窒素上の置換基としては、炭素数8以下のアルキル基であることが好ましく、炭素数6以下のアルキル基であることが特に好ましい。
ポリエチレングリコール鎖の連結鎖長としては、2以上が好ましく、4以上が特に好ましい。

本発明に用いられる爪化粧料におけるポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーの含有量は、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、0質量部を超え90質量部が好ましく、5~80質量部がより好ましく、10~60質量部が更に好ましい。上記範囲であると、硬化物の密着性及び除去性により優れる。
本発明の爪化粧料においては、各成分を溶解させる又は爪化粧料の塗りやすさを調整するために、溶剤を含有してもよい。
溶剤としては、1気圧(1013.25hPa)における沸点が50~150℃である溶剤が好ましく、1気圧における沸点が60~140℃である溶剤がより好ましい。上記範囲の沸点を有する溶剤を使用することにより、爪化粧料の濃度変動が抑制でき、塗布後の乾燥が良好になる。
溶剤としては、水;メタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール(2-プロパノール)、1-プロパノール、1-ブタノール、2-ブタノール、t-ブチルアルコール、2-メチル-1-プロパノール、1-メトキシ-2-プロピルアルコール等のアルコール類;ヘキサン、ヘプタン、トルエン、キシレン等の炭化水素類;ジエチルエーテル、ジイソプロピルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメトキシエタン、ジフェニルエーテル等のエーテル類;酢酸メチル、酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、γ-ブチロラクトン等のエステル類;アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、シクロヘキサノン等のケトン類;N,N-ジメチルホルムアミド、N,N-ジメチルアセトアミド、N-メチルピロリドン、N-エチルピロリドン等のアミド類;ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート等のカーボネート類;テトラメチルウレア、1,3-ジメチル-2-イミダゾリジノン等のウレア類;クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、クロロベンゼン等のハロゲン化炭化水素類;トリエチルアミン、酢酸、アセトニトリル、ニトロメタン、ジメチルスルホキシド等の公知の溶剤が挙げられる。
これら溶剤の中でも、水、メタノール、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、1-プロパノール、1-ブタノール、2-ブタノール、t-ブチルアルコール、2-メチル-1-プロパノール、1-メトキシ-2-プロピルアルコール、酢酸、及び/又は、アセトニトリルが好ましく、水、エタノール、イソプロピルアルコール、及び/又は、酢酸がより好ましい。上記溶剤を使用することにより、粘性を低減でき、塗布性を向上させることが可能となる。
本発明の爪化粧料が溶剤を含む場合、本発明の爪化粧料における溶剤の含有量は、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、0質量部を超え80質量部が好ましく、5~70質量部がより好ましく、10~60質量部が更に好ましい。上記範囲であると、爪化粧料の塗布性と乾燥性が良好になる。
また、ジアセトンアクリルアミドと溶剤との混合比率は、溶剤100質量部に対して、ジアセトンアクリルアミドが5~200質量部であることが好ましく、7~150質量部であることがより好ましく、10~100質量部であることが更に好ましい。上記範囲であると、爪化粧料の製造が容易になる。
本発明の爪化粧料には、上記成分の他に、必要に応じて、公知の化合物を添加することができる。具体的には、増感剤、重合禁止剤、顔料、染料、香料、紫外線(UV)吸収剤、抗酸化剤、充填剤、各種エラストマー、可塑剤、増粘剤、チクソトロピー付与剤、シランカップリング剤、チタネートカップリング剤、キレート化剤、難燃剤、界面活性剤等の添加剤が挙げられる。
本発明の爪化粧料を用いた爪化粧料の施術方法は、爪、他の爪化粧料が施された爪、人工爪等の対象物上に本発明の爪化粧料を塗布した後、光照射して硬化物を形成する方法が好ましく挙げられる。
本発明の爪化粧料を対象物上に塗布する方法としては、特に制限はなく、公知の方法により行えばよいが、刷毛や筆等を使用して塗布する方法、スプレー塗布、インクジェット塗布、バーコーター塗布、回転塗布、カーテン塗布、ディップ塗布、エアーナイフ塗布、ブレード塗布、ロール塗布等が挙げられる。
本発明の爪化粧料の対象物上の塗布厚は、用途によって異なるが、硬化後の膜厚として、1nm~1mmが好ましく、10nm~0.5mmがより好ましく、100nm~0.25mmが更に好ましい。上記範囲であると、より良好な密着性と除去性とが実現される。
本発明の爪化粧料を対象物に塗布した後、光照射する方法としては、特に制限はなく、公知の光源(例えば、太陽光、高圧水銀灯、蛍光灯、UVランプ、LED(発光ダイオード)ランプ、LEDレーザー等)を用いた公知の光照射方法(例えば、全面露光、走査露光等)が使用できる。光照射時間は、本発明の爪化粧料が硬化する限り特に制限はない。
対象物上に爪化粧料の硬化物を形成する方法としては、上記の方法を繰り返し実施することもできる。
本発明の爪化粧料を硬化した硬化膜の除去方法は、公知の方法により除去することができる。具体的には、ヤスリ等により研磨する方法、彫刻刀やナイフ等により削る方法、アセトンを湿らせた綿により硬化膜を覆い数分間放置して脆化させた後に棒等で剥離又は砕く方法、特定のpHを有する水溶液に数分間浸漬して脆化させた後にピンセット等で剥離したり棒で押しはがしたりする方法、及び、それらを組み合わせた方法が挙げられる。
特に、本発明の爪化粧料を硬化した硬化膜の爪からの除去方法は、アセトンを湿らせた綿により硬化膜を覆い数分間放置して脆化させた後に棒等で剥離又は砕く方法、特定のpHを有する水溶液に数分間浸漬して脆化させた後にピンセット等で剥離したり棒で押しはがしたりする方法、及び、それらを組み合わせた方法が好ましく挙げられ、特定のpHを有する水溶液に数分間浸漬して脆化させた後にピンセット等で剥離したり棒で押しはがしたりする方法がより好ましく挙げられる。
本発明のネイルアートキットは、本発明の爪化粧料と、それらを爪に施術するための1種以上の道具とを含む。
本発明のネイルアートキットにおける本発明の爪化粧料の好ましい態様は、上述したものと同様である。
爪に施術するための道具の具体例としては、カラー層用又はトップ層用等の本発明の爪化粧料以外の爪化粧料、ファイル等の爪用やすり、爪化粧料を塗布するための平筆等の筆や刷毛、UVライト等の露光装置、拭き取り又は洗浄用液、拭き取り用ワイプ、ネイルブラシ、ダストブラシ、爪の長さ出しに使用するネイルフォーム、アクリル製、ガラス製、金属製又は天然石製等の装飾用ストーン、ネイルシール、グリッターやホログラム等の装飾用パウダー、カッター、へら、スティック、ピンセット、爪同士の接触を防ぐため指の間隔を広げるセパレーター等が挙げられるが、これらに制限されない。
なお、実施例で使用したポリマーP-8、P-9、P-16、P-24及びP-25はそれぞれ、上述したポリマーP-8、P-9、P-16、P-24及びP-25と同じポリマーである。
1.爪化粧料の調製
撹拌装置を備えた容器内に、表4に記載のモノマーを表4に記載の量収容した後、加熱撹拌装置を用いて、モノマーを55℃まで加温し、均一になるまで混合した。次に、別容器にウレタンメタクリレートポリマー(P-8)と光重合開始剤を秤量し、上記モノマー溶液を必要量秤量して混合し、実施例1の爪化粧料を得た。
・ジアセトンアクリルアミド(DAAA、日本化成(株)製):30質量部

〔サンプル作製〕
得られた爪化粧料を、手の爪に対し刷毛で塗布し、塗布性(糸引き、セルフレベリング性)を評価した。
-評価基準-
3:糸引きがなく、10秒後には塗布面の平滑化が十分に進む。
2:やや糸引き感があり、10秒後も塗布面が十分平滑化してきていない。
1:糸引きがあり、10秒後も塗布面が平滑化しない。
〔サンプル作製〕
得られた爪化粧料をポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルム上に膜厚100μm、縦4cm、横4cmで塗布し、紫外線ランプ(36W)を2分間照射し、サンプルを作製した。
各爪化粧料から得られた上記サンプルをテトラヒドロフラン(THF)30g中に24時間浸漬した。これにより、サンプル中のゲル成分以外の成分を、溶媒中に溶解させた。そして、浸漬したサンプルを取り出し、乾燥し、その質量を測定した。そして、以下の式から、サンプル中のゲル化率を算出した。
「ゲル化率」=(浸漬後のサンプルの質量)/(浸漬前のサンプルの質量)×100(%)

3:ゲル化率が80%以上
2:ゲル化率が70%を超え80%未満
1:ゲル化率が70%以下
1.下地層(ベース層)の形成
手の爪に対し、得られた爪化粧料を刷毛にて塗布した後、ジェルネイル専用UV装置(36W)を用いて光硬化(60秒露光)させて、下地層を形成した。形成した下地層の厚さはそれぞれ、約100μmであった。
次いで、得られた下地層に対し、市販のカルジェル#CG-03 フレッシュピンク(モガブルック社製)を刷毛で塗布した後、ジェルネイル専用UV装置紫外線ランプ(36W)で1分間照射した。その後、トップ層として市販のトップジェル(モガブルック社製)を刷毛で塗布し、同様に紫外線ランプ(36W)で2分間照射した。形成したジェルネイル層を目視で観察したところ、完全に硬化していた。カラー層とトップ層とを合わせた膜厚はそれぞれ、約250μmであった。
(1)密着性評価
(1)-1 耐外力
得られた爪/下地層/ジェルネイル層の積層体における密着性を、耐外力の観点から評価した。すなわち、下地層及びジェルネイル層を備えた爪の先端部を、市販のゴムシート上に30回こすり付けた後の先端部の変化を、下記基準に沿って評価した。得られた結果を表4~表7に示す。なお、下地層とジェルネイル層との間における剥離はいずれも確認されなかった。

4:外観に変化が確認されなかった。
3:爪と下地層との間に、若干の剥離が確認された。
2:爪と下地層との間に、一部の剥離が確認され、外観の一部に白化が確認された。
1:爪と下地層との間に、顕著な剥離が確認され、外観の全体に白化が確認された。
また、得られた爪/下地層/ジェルネイル層の積層体における密着性を、耐温水の観点から評価した。すなわち、爪に対して下地層及びジェルネイル層が形成された状態の手を、約40℃の温水で、石鹸を用いずに普通に洗い、洗い終わった後、タオル性素材により拭きとる作業を1日に30回行い、これを7日間継続した後の外観変化を、下記基準に沿って評価した。得られた結果を表4~表7に示す。なお、下地層とジェルネイル層との間における剥離はいずれも確認されなかった。

得られた爪/下地層/ジェルネイル層の積層体における剥離性を評価した。すなわち、下地層及びジェルネイル層が形成された爪に対して、アセトンを含んだ布を巻き付けて15分放置した後、市販のオレンジスティックにて軽く擦り、剥離できるかどうかを確認した。同作業を1サイクルとして、剥離できない場合は、同様のサイクルを繰り返し実施し、剥離するまでに必要なサイクルにて下記基準で評価した。得られた結果を表4~表7に示す。なお、下地層とジェルネイル層との間における剥離はいずれも確認されなかった。

次いで、得られた下地層に対し、カラー層として市販のカルジェル#CG-03 フレッシュピンク(モガブルック社製)を刷毛で塗布・紫外線ランプ(36W)で1分間照射した。その後、トップ層として市販のバイオジェル(タカラベルモント(株)製)を刷毛で塗布し、同様に紫外線ランプ(36W)で2分間照射した。形成したジェルネイル層を目視で観察したところ、完全に硬化していた。カラー層とトップ層とを合わせた膜厚は約250μmであった。

・1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシルフェニルケトン(光重合開始剤、BASF社製IRGACURE184):4.0質量部
・ジフェニル(2,4,6-トリメチルベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキサイド(光重合開始剤、BASF社製ルシリンTPO):4.0質量部
・2-プロパノール:10質量部
得られた実施例29、又は、比較例12の爪化粧料を0.20g、爪状に型取りしたアルミ基材上に刷毛を使って塗布し、紫外線ランプ(36W)を2分間照射した。こうして下地層を形成したアルミ基材を作製した。
硬化膜厚を測定するためにエタノールで下地層表面を洗浄した後、形成した被膜を目視で観察したところ、完全に硬化していた。また、この時の膜厚は、約80μm(±10μm)であった。
下地層を形成したアルミ基材上に、カラー層として市販のカルジェル#CG-03 フレッシュピンク(モガブルック社製)を刷毛で塗布し、紫外線ランプ(36W)で1分間照射した。その後、トップ層として市販のトップジェル(モガブルック社製)を刷毛で塗布し、同様に紫外線ランプ(36W)で2分間照射した。こうして実施例29の爪化粧料を硬化した下地層に有するジェルネイル層を備えたアルミ基材1を作製した。形成したジェルネイル層を目視で観察したところ、完全に硬化していた。カラー層とトップ層とを合わせた膜厚は約250μmであった。
同様にして比較例12の爪化粧料を下地層に用いたアルミ基材2を作製し、上記と同様の方法により密着性と剥離性を評価した。結果を表9に示す。
Claims (12)
- 成分1として、ジアセトンアクリルアミドと、
成分2として、イソボルニルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、ジメチルアクリルアミド、ジエチルアクリルアミド、アクリロイルモルホリン、及び、ブトキシジエチレングリコールメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物とを含むことを特徴とする
爪化粧料。 - 成分2として、イソボルニルメタクリレート、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、ジメチルアクリルアミド、ジエチルアクリルアミド、アクリロイルモルホリン、及び、ブトキシジエチレングリコールメタクリレートよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも2種の化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の爪化粧料。
- 成分2として、イソボルニルメタクリレートと、ヒドロキシエチルアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、及び、ジメチルアクリルアミドよりなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の化合物とを含む、請求項1に記載の爪化粧料。
- 光重合開始剤を更に含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料。
- ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーを更に含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料。
- 前記ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーが、ウレタン結合を有する、請求項5に記載の爪化粧料。
- 前記ポリマー及び/又はオリゴマーが、(メタ)アクリル基を有する、請求項5又は6に記載の爪化粧料。
- 前記ポリマー及びオリゴマーの総含有量が、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、10~60質量部である、請求項5~7のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料。
- 成分1の含有量が、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、1~50質量部である、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料。
- 成分2の総含有量が、爪化粧料100質量部に対し、5~80質量部である、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料。
- 有機溶剤を更に含む、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の爪化粧料を含むことを特徴とするネイルアートキット。
