Abstract

La présente invention comporte : une unité de détection de charge (71) qui détecte, dans une zone de périmètre d'un espace (R) à climatiser, une zone de charge élevée dans laquelle la charge de climatisation pendant l'opération de chauffage est relativement grande, et une zone de charge faible dans laquelle la charge de climatisation est faible ; et une unité de réglage de débit d'air (50) qui, dans un mode de soufflage horizontal, réduit le débit de l'air soufflé vers la zone de charge faible de manière à être inférieur au débit de l'air soufflé vers la zone de charge élevée. En conséquence, tout l'intérieur comprenant la zone de périmètre est climatisé efficacement pendant l'opération de chauffage, et une irrégularité de température intérieure est également supprimée.
