Abstract
Description
ところで、臨床検査データのほとんどは、医療機関に受診した際に発生する。そして、医療機関はカルテ、またはコンピュータ内に臨床検査データを保存する。医療従事者も受診者のために、それらを活用するが、受診者も自分の臨床検査データを利用することを望んでいる。
1時点のデータの場合、受診者は血糖値が高ければ運動を増やしたり食事中のカロリーを減らしたりすることにより健康維持が可能である。具体的には、受診者は血清尿酸値が高ければプリン体を多く含む食品を減らして高尿酸血症を是正することが可能である。また、癌マーカーの増加が著明であれば、受診者は、更に、癌の確定のための検査を受け入れるか判断することが可能である。
また、2時点以上のデータで、時間経過を見ることが可能であれば、受診者は血清尿酸値が増加傾向であれば、これまでより血清尿酸値が高くならないような生活習慣を心がけることが望ましい。また、受診者が癌患者の場合、癌マーカーが次第に増加していれば、癌の更なる治療法を受け入れるべきかを判断する材料となる。
個人の臨床検査データは医療機関のコンピュータに保存されていることが多く、医療従事者(主として医師)は、紙にプリントされた、あるいはディプレイに表示された臨床検査データを参考に診断や治療を行う。臨床検査データを受診者に伝える場合は、単に口頭で伝える場合や、紙やディスプレーに表示されたものを見せるのみの場合もあるが、それでは受診者が忘れやすいため、通常、紙にプリントされた臨床検査データが受診者に手渡されることも多い。ところが、受診者がそのデータを自分のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に取り込みたい場合、受診者が自分のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末にそのデータを手で入力することもできるが、紙にプリントされたデータを手で入力することは面倒であり、また、入力時の誤りが多いという問題がある。
ところで、バーコードを使う方法として、例えば次のような方法が知られている。客が店舗で商品を購入して発送する場合に、個人データである氏名、住所、電話番号等を発送伝票に入力するミスを防いだり手間を省くために、バーコードを利用する方法である(特許文献1)。この方法は、携帯電話においてあらかじめ登録している個人データ(住所、氏名、電話番号等)を携帯電話の液晶画面にバーコードで表示し、店舗の端末(POS)を使用してスキャナーで携帯電話のバーコードをスキャンして読み取り、端末(POS)に個人データを取り込むという方法である。そしてそのバーコードのままの個人データが書き込まれた発送伝票をプリンターで出力するというものである。あるいは、画像認識機能を用いて文字情報に変換して、文字情報が書き込まれた発送伝票をプリンターで出力するというものである。本先行特許文献発明は、あくまでも個人の住所等を対象としており、臨床検査データとは根本的に異なる。臨床検査データはこれらの個人情報とは異なり、個人が記憶できないほど大きく、また、時間とともに変化し、その変化が重要である。更には、臨床検査データの倫理問題は個人の健康や生命に関係するため非常に大きい。
医療機関のコンピュータは外部のコンピュータや電話装置などとの接続を厳密に禁じているからである。その理由は受診者などが持つ外部のデバイスとのデータのやり取りにより、医療機関の内部データが漏洩したり、受診者のデバイスからウイルスが混入したりした経験からである。そのため医療機関全体の診療が困難になる場合も稀ではない。
以上から、本発明は、個人が、医療機関のコンピュータの内部情報に電子的に接続することなく、安全に、個人のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に本人の臨床検査データを手入力以外の方法により入力し、デジタルデータとして保存することを課題とする。
または、医療機関のコンピュータ内で、臨書検査データをバーコード化し、そのバーコードをディスプレーに表示し、それを受診者がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に自ら取り込むシステムである。
具体的には、以下が挙げられる。

受診者の臨床データを出力する方法であって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に、バーコード化され紙媒体に出力された当該受診者の臨床データを取り込むための、以下の(1)の工程を含む、前記方法。
(1)医療機関のコンピュータに保存されている受診者の臨床検査データをバーコード化する工程

受診者の臨床データを出力する方法であって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に自己の臨床データ取り込むための、以下の(1)および(2)の工程を含む、前記方法。
(1)医療機関のコンピュータに保存されている受診者の臨床検査データをバーコード化する工程
(2)工程(1)で得られた当該受診者のバーコードを紙媒体に出力する工程

受診者の臨床データを表示する方法であって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に、バーコード化されディスプレー上に表示された当該受診者の臨床データを取り込むための、以下の(1)の工程を含む、前記方法。
(1)医療機関のコンピュータに保存されている受診者の臨床検査データをバーコード化する工程

受診者の臨床データを表示するシステムであって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に、バーコード化されディスプレー上に表示された当該受診者の臨床データを取り込むための、以下の(1)および(2)の手段を含む、前記システム。
(1)受診者の臨床検査データを保存する医療機関のコンピュータ
(2)前記保存されている受診者の臨床検査データを保存するバーコード化する手段

受診者の臨床データを表示するシステムであって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に自己の臨床データ取り込むための、以下の(1)~(3)の手段を含む、前記システム。
(1)受診者の臨床検査データを保存する医療機関のコンピュータ
(2)前記保存されている受診者の臨床検査データをバーコード化する手段
(3)前記受診者のバーコードをディスプレー上に表示する手段

以下の(1)~(4)の手段を含む、個人の臨床検査データを表示および入力するシステム。
(1)受診者の臨床検査データを保存する医療機関のコンピュータ
(2)前記保存されている個人の臨床検査データをバーコード化する手段
(3)前記受診者のバーコードをディスプレー上に表示する手段
(4)前記ディスプレー上に表示されたバーコードを取り込むための、画像撮影装置を備えたスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末

臨床検査データが、赤血球数、白血球数、血小板数、総蛋白、血糖値、HbA1c、尿酸値、コレステロール、尿所見、心電図、肺機能データからなる群から選ばれる1以上であって、画像データではない、請求項8~13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
(1)手入力によりデータを入力しないため、エラーを生じにくい
(2)個人情報保護などの点から問題がない
現在でも印刷された個人のデータを医師が受診者本人に手渡すことは日常診療で行われており、これをバーコードに変換し手渡すことには個人情報保護の面から問題は生じない。
(3)医療機関のコンピュータと受診者のデバイスを電子的に繋いでいないのでコンピュータ障害が起きにくい。
本発明は、臨床検査データ以外の目的のバーコード使用とは根本的に異なる。第一に、臨床検査データは個人の住所や電話番号などの個人情報とは異なり、個人が記憶できないほど大きい。次に、臨床検査データは時間とともに変化し、その変化が重要である。更には、臨床検査データの倫理問題は個人の健康や生命に関係するため非常に大きい。
本発明は、医療機関のコンピュータ内の臨床検査データをバーコード化し、そのバーコード化されたデータを紙に出力して受診者に手渡すシステムである。受診者はそのバーコード化された臨床検査データを、自らスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に取り込み自己の健康管理のために利用することができる。
また、医療機関側はバーコードを紙に出力する代わりに、ディスプレーに表示して、表示されたバーコードを受診者がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末で撮影し、データを取り込んでも良い。
本発明でいうスマートフォンとは、多機能携帯電話をいう。
本発明でいうウェアラブル端末とは、身につけて持ち歩くことが出来るコンピュータのことをいい、ウェアラブルデバイス、ウェアラブルコンピュータと呼ばれることもある。
臨床検査データの文字や数字データをバーコードに変換し、復元するシステムは既存のものでも良いし、新たに開発したものでも良い。医療機関が個人の臨床検査データをバーコードに変換することは簡単なコンピュータプログラムで可能である。
本願明細書中、バーコードは、特に断らない限りは2次元コードを意味し、線状体で示される狭義の意味のバーコードはもちろんのこと、QRコード(登録商標)をも含む意味で用いられる。
紙に印刷されたバーコードや、医療機関のコンピューター画面に表示されたバーコードをスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に取り込む手段・方法は、既存の手段・方法でもよいし、新たに開発したものでもよい。具体的には、スマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置で撮影し、それをデジタルデータに復元する手段・方法が挙げられる。
臨床検査データとしては、赤血球数、白血球数、血小板数などの血液学的データ、総蛋白、血糖値、HbA1c、尿酸値、コレステロールなどの血液生化学データ、尿たんぱくなどの尿所見、心電図、肺機能データなどの生理学的検査データを含むが、画像データなどは含まない。
図1に、医療機関のコンピュータに保存された個人の臨床試験等の検査データをバーコード化し、受診者にバーコード化された情報を手渡すまでの手順を示す。
(1)医療機関には受診者の臨床検査データを保存するコンピュータがあり、当該保存された臨床検査データをバーコード化するソフトウェアがある。医療機関の職員(多くの場合は医師)は、バーコード化された臨床検査データを紙に印刷する。この時、生の臨床検査データ(バーコード化されていないデータ)も同時に印刷してもよいし、しなくてもよい。
(2)図1のように、医療機関の職員はバーコードの印刷された紙を受診者に手渡す。
(3)図1のように、医療機関の職員はバーコードをディスプレー上に表示し、それを受診者が直接、自分のスマートフォンで撮影することもできる。この図はスマートフォンの場合を示すが、スマートフォンのかわりにウェアラブル端末を用いても良い。
また、医療機関側はバーコードを紙に出力する代わりに、ディスプレーに表示して、表示されたバーコードを受診者がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末で撮影し、データを取り込む方法であってもよい。

- 受診者の臨床データを出力する方法であって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に、バーコード化され紙媒体に出力された当該受診者の臨床データを取り込むための、以下の(1)の工程を含む、前記方法。
(1)医療機関のコンピュータに保存されている受診者の臨床検査データをバーコード化する工程 - 受診者の臨床データを出力する方法であって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に自己の臨床データ取り込むための、以下の(1)および(2)の工程を含む、前記方法。
(1)医療機関のコンピュータに保存されている受診者の臨床検査データをバーコード化する工程

(2)前記保存されている受診者の臨床検査データを保存するバーコード化する手段 - 受診者の臨床データを表示するシステムであって、受診者本人がスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末の画像撮影装置を介して自己のスマートフォンまたはウェアラブル端末に自己の臨床データ取り込むための、以下の(1)~(3)の手段を含む、前記システム。
