ECU40は、前輪の回転速度を検出して対応する回転速度信号を出力する速度センサ41f、及び後輪の回転速度を検出して対応する回転速度信号を出力する速度センサ41rから受信した回転速度信号に基づき、モータ11の駆動や、込め弁13及び側弛め弁14の開閉状態等を制御する。
周面に沿って移動する。このとき、3つの遊星歯車34は、太陽歯車33が回転する方向と同方向に内歯車31内を回転移動する。3つの遊星歯車34は遊星キャリア32に組み込まれているため、遊星キャリア32は、3つの遊星歯車34と一体で内歯車31内を回転移動するようになっている。これにより、遊星キャリア32と一体で回転する偏心シャフト18は、太陽歯車33と同方向に回転するようになっている。なお、本実施形態に係る遊星歯車機構30は、モータ11の出力軸11cの回転数が約1/5になって偏心シャフト18から出力される一方、モータ11の出力軸11cのトルクが約5倍になって偏心シャフト18から出力されるような減速比になっている。すなわち、例えば、モータ11が15000rpm(回転/分)で回転しているときには、出力軸11cは3000rpmで回転し、モータ11が20000rpmで回転しているときには、出力軸11cは4000rpmで回転する。また、モータ11の出力軸11cで10N・cmであったトルクは、偏心シャフト18では50N・cmとなる。
図7は、2チャンネルのABS液圧ユニットを示す斜視図であり、図8は、2チャンネルのABS液圧ユニットからハウジングを取り外した側面図である。2チャンネルのABS液圧ユニット200は、液圧回路1を2系統有しているという構成が液圧回路1を1系統のみ有している1チャンネルのABS液圧ユニット100と異なっており、前輪だけでなく後輪にもABS制御を実行可能になっている。
Claims (6)
- 液圧ブレーキのアンチロックブレーキ制御を行うためのABS液圧ユニットにおいて、
液圧ブレーキを制動させるための液圧回路内に設けられたポンプ及びバルブと、
前記ポンプを作動させるためのモータと、
前記ポンプ、前記バルブ、及び前記モータが組み込まれるブロックと、
前記モータ及び前記バルブを制御するための制御基板と、を備え、
前記ブロックは、前記モータ及び前記バルブが組み込まれる第1の面、及び前記第1の面と交わる第2の面を有し、
前記制御基板は、前記第2の面に沿って延在するとともに前記モータとの間に前記バルブが位置するように配置され、前記第1の面に沿って延びる配線を介して前記モータ及び前記バルブと電気的に接続されたことを特徴とするABS液圧ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載のABS液圧ユニットにおいて、
前記ブロックは、前記液圧回路とは別個の第2の液圧回路を有し、前記第2の液圧回路内に設けられた第2のバルブは、前記制御基板との間に前記モータが位置するように、前記第1の面に組み込まれたことを特徴とするABS液圧ユニット。 - 請求項1または2に記載のABS液圧ユニットにおいて、
前記配線は複数の配線が合わさって設けられており、前記モータと前記バルブとで共用されたことを特徴とするABS液圧ユニット。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のABS液圧ユニットにおいて、
前記配線は複数の配線が合わさって設けられており、前記バルブ及び前記第2のバルブとで共用されたことを特徴とするABS液圧ユニット。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のABS液圧ユニットにおいて、
前記配線は、フレキシブル配線であることを特徴とするABS液圧ユニット。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のABS液圧ユニットにおいて、
前記モータは、遊星歯車機構を介して前記ポンプを作動させることを特徴とするABS液圧ユニット。
