目前商用车底盘要求安装符合法规的前下防护装置,前下防护装置需要满足大受力承载的要求,但现有的前下防护装置无法满足多方位,承受复杂载荷的要求,且现有的前下防护装置,安装起来十分不便。
发明内容

可以理解的是,第二法兰板221、左侧板222和右侧板223、连接板224以及承力件225都可以为钢板制成,相连接的各个部件之间可以以焊接的方式进行连接。
根据本发明的汽车底盘防护装置100,通过设置车架连接座22可以满足车辆的防撞要求,能将正前方、前上方、前下方、左右侧面任意方向上的外力进行合理分解,在汽车出现意外情况下,能够多方位受力,将多方向作用力彻底地传递到车架上,能够满足汽车在碰撞时的综合受力承载的要求。同时,车架连接座22结构紧凑、安装方便,节约了设计空间,提高了车辆的安全性。
如图5-7所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,第二法兰板221的前端面上凸出有定位销40,第一法兰板211的后端面上设有与定位销40匹配的凹部(未示出)。设置定位销40可以方便第二法兰板221和第一法兰板211的定位和安装,同时,定位销40也起到了抗剪切的作用,使第一法兰板211和第二法兰板221连接的更加牢固,在收到撞击时,不易发生相对位移。
如图5、图7所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,连接板224可以包括:本体部2241、左折边2242以及右折边2243,左折边2242向后弯折并与左侧板222连接,右折边2243向后弯折并与右侧板223连接,例如左折边2242与左侧板222焊接,右折边2243与右侧板223焊接。由此,在车架连接座22受力时,可以有效地将外力通过连接板224传递到车架连接板300上。
如图5、图7所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,承力件225的横截面可以为U形,承力件225的开口端与第二法兰板221的后端面连接。由此,在承力件225起到上下承力的作用的同时,可以减少承力件225制造时的用料,节约生产成本。
如图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,横梁连接座21可以进一步包括左立板212、右立板213以及加强槽板214。左立板212和右立板213间隔设置在第一法兰板211的前端面上,左立板212和右立板213与第一法兰板211的前端面垂直。加强槽板214的后端 与左立板212和右立板213连接,加强槽板211的前端设有用于安装横梁10的安装槽215。横梁10可以被焊接在安装槽215内。由此,可以提高横梁10的受力承载能力。
如图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,座体组件20可以为多个。由此,可以更有利于横梁10收到了力传导至座体组件20和车架连接板300上。
如图4所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,左立板212和右立板213的上端分别设有与第二法兰板221上端匹配的挂钩50。在装配时,将横梁连接座21通过挂钩50挂在第二法兰板221上端,然后在用螺栓31将第一法兰211和第二法兰221进行锁紧即可,装配更加方便。进一步地,根据本发明的一个实施例,左立板212和右立板213上均设有至少两个挂钩50。
如图8所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,横梁10可以包括:第一槽钢11、第二槽钢12以及第三槽钢13。
具体而言,第一槽钢11的开口和第二槽钢11的开口相对焊接。第三槽钢13的开口端与第一槽钢11的内底壁焊接,第三槽钢13的外底壁与第二槽钢12的内底壁焊接。由此,可以形成一个完整的高强度的矩形钢管。进一步地,第三槽钢13的开口由底部向上逐渐变大。在制作横梁10时,可以首先将第三槽钢12的外底壁与第二槽钢12焊接,然后再将第一槽钢11和第二槽钢12开口相对焊接,最后再将第一槽钢11与第三槽钢13的开口端焊接,例如,可以通过塞焊的方式将一槽钢11与第三槽钢13的开口端焊接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,包括:
    横梁;以及
    座体组件,所述座体组件包括:横梁连接座和车架连接座,所述横梁连接座与所述横梁连接,且包括倾斜地设在所述横梁后侧的第一法兰板:所述车架连接座包括:
    第二法兰板,所述第二法兰板的前端面与所述第一法兰板的后端面贴靠,并与所述第一法兰通过螺栓连接;
    左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板和所述右侧板间隔设置在第二法兰的后端面上,所述左侧板和所述右侧板与所述第二法兰的后端面垂直,所述左侧板和所述右侧板上分别设有相对的安装孔;
    连接板,所述连接板的左端与所述左侧板连接,所述连接板的右端与所述右侧板连接,所述连接板邻近所述左侧板和所述右侧板的前端设置;以及
    承力件,所述承力件设在所述第二法兰板的后端面上并位于所述左侧板和所述右侧板内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述第二法兰板的所述前端面上凸出有定位销,所述第一法兰板的后端面上设有与所述定位销匹配的凹部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述连接板包括:
    本体部;以及
    左折边和右折边,所述左折边向后弯折并与所述左侧板连接,所述右折边向后弯折并与所述右侧板连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述承力件的横截面为U形,所述承力件的开口端与所述第二法兰板的后端面连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述横梁连接座进一步包括:
    左立板和右立板,所述左立板和所述右立板间隔设置在第一法兰板的前端面上,所述左立板和所述右立板与所述第一法兰板的前端面垂直;以及
    加强槽板,所述加强槽板的后端与所述左立板和右立板连接,所述加强槽板的前端设有用于安装所述横梁的安装槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述座体组件为多个。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述左立板和所述右立板 的上端分别设有与所述第二法兰板上端匹配的挂钩。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述左立板和所述右立板上均设有至少两个所述挂钩。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述横梁包括:
    第一槽钢和第二槽钢,所述第一槽钢的开口和所述第二槽钢的开口相对焊接;以及
    第三槽钢,所述第三槽钢的开口端与所述第一槽钢的内底壁焊接,所述第三槽钢的外底壁与所述第二槽钢的内底壁焊接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的汽车底盘防护装置,其特征在于,所述第三槽钢的开口由底部向上逐渐变大。
