Definitions
- the present invention is a crimped yarn made of fibers containing at least a part of a low water-absorbing polyamide, and even in products that have passed through the dyeing process, there is no generation of wrinkles or wrinkles, the product quality is good, and high stretch
- the present invention relates to a polyamide crimped yarn that provides a woven or knitted fabric having properties.
- polyamide fibers are softer and better in touch than polyester, and are widely used for clothing.
- Polyurethane-based elastic yarns are often used for the former elastic fibers.
- polyurethane-based elastic yarns have problems in dyeability and light resistance, so that they are covered with a fiber yarn made of nylon 6 or nylon 66. Generally, it is used after applying. For this reason, there remain problems such as an increase in the mass of the product, an increase in covering processing costs, a product cost of the polyurethane elastic yarn, and a heavy fabric weight.
- such a polyamide fiber has excellent crimpability in the state of the raw yarn and processed yarn, and even if a good stretch can be obtained, in the wet heat process of scouring or dyeing woven or knitted fabric.
- tension is applied to the woven or knitted fabric in the wet heat process because wrinkles unique to polyamide fibers are likely to occur and wrinkles generated in the wet heat process are difficult to remove in the dry heat process of the heat setting process. Processing while giving is necessary.
- tension is applied to the woven or knitted fabric in the moist heat process, the crimps of the raw yarn and the processed yarn cannot be sufficiently expressed, resulting in a woven or knitted fabric with poor stretchability. .
- Patent Document 3 proposes a material having a good warp-stretched polyamide and good stretchability and recoverability in fabrics, but polyamide tends to swell with water, and is a process of scouring / relaxation and dyeing. The wrinkles and wrinkles are likely to occur, and the stretch falls because it is usually stretched and processed. If the working tension is lowered to increase the stretch, relatively high stretch properties can be obtained, but it is difficult to improve the quality of wrinkles and wrinkles.
- JP 2000-27031 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-193521 JP 2003-129352 A
- the present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems, and the object of the present invention is to sufficiently exhibit the stretchability of a crimped yarn in a woven or knitted fabric using a fiber containing a low water-absorbing polyamide.

- the fiber is a fiber in which two types of polyamide having a viscosity difference of 0.03 or more and 0.15 or less are bonded to a side-by-side type.
- a woven or knitted fabric containing at least a part of the polyamide crimped yarn can be knitted and woven, and the scouring and dyeing process is performed on the woven or knitted fabric by liquid flow processing.
- the woven or knitted fabric obtained from the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention contains at least 40% by mass or more of a low water absorption polyamide having an average water absorption of 5% or less at a temperature of 30 ° C. and a relative humidity of 90% RH. It includes a false twisted yarn of side-by-side type composite yarn containing polyamide as one component, and the elongation rate at the time of 14.7 N / 5 cm load in the fabric warp direction is 20% or more, and the elongation recovery rate in the fabric warp direction is 80% or more. It is a polyamide high stretch fabric characterized by being.
- the polyamide high-stretch fabric is characterized by being laminated or coated.
- the low-water-absorbent polyamide includes at least a part of a side-by-side type composite yarn having nylon 610 or a copolymer thereof as one component.
- Polyamide high stretch fabric includes at least a part of a side-by-side type composite yarn having nylon 610 or a copolymer thereof as one component.
- the elongation rate when the load of 14.7 N / 5 cm in the weft direction is 20% or more.
- a polyamide wrinkle capable of imparting stretchability and flexibility capable of sufficiently expressing the stretchability of a crimped yarn in a woven or knitted fabric
- a crimped yarn can be obtained, and in particular, by using the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention, it becomes possible to obtain a woven or knitted fabric having high stretchability in the warp direction, which was difficult with conventional polyamide fabrics.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention is a crimped yarn comprising fibers containing at least 40% by mass of a low water-absorbent polyamide having an average water absorption of 5% or less at a temperature of 30 ° C. and a relative humidity of 90% RH, This is a polyamide crimped yarn having a stretch elongation of 100% or more.
- a fiber containing at least 40% by mass of a low water absorption polyamide having an average water absorption of 5% or less when the temperature is 30 ° C., the relative humidity is 90% RH, and the treatment time is 24 hours is used. It is necessary.
- a fiber containing 40% by mass or more of a low water-absorbing polyamide having an average water absorption of 5% or less swelling under wet heat conditions such as a scouring process and a dyeing process is small, and elongation of the knitted or knitted fabric at these processes is reduced. Get smaller. This is because it becomes possible to pass through a process such as a scouring process and a dyeing process without applying excessive tension to the woven or knitted fabric.
- a fiber containing a low water-absorbing polyamide may be used as a part of the crimped yarn, or 100% by mass.
- the fiber contains a low water-absorbing polyamide having an average water absorption of 5% or less.
- the average water absorption exceeds 5%, swelling during scouring and dyeing processing increases, and the stretch product (woven / knitted fabric) described above ) Cannot be obtained. If it is about the normal polyester, no tarmi is generated in the scouring or dyeing process, so the lower limit of the average water absorption may be about 0.4%, which is equivalent to that of normal polyester.
- the expansion / contraction rate of the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention is 100% or more. If the stretch / elongation rate is less than 100%, sufficient stretchability cannot be obtained in the product (woven or knitted fabric). In order to develop stretch properties, it is preferable to use a high crimped yarn. However, in order to substantially obtain a crimped yarn having a value of 400% or more in terms of the stretch elongation rate that can be imparted to the crimped yarn. In addition, the yarn permeability in the yarn making or false twisting process may be reduced, and the quality may not be stable. Therefore, the preferable range of the expansion / contraction elongation rate is 150% or more and 400% or less.
- the stretch / elongation rate is a method for measuring the stretchability of a crimped yarn whose numerical value varies greatly depending on processing conditions.
- a wet heat treatment applied with a load assuming the inside of a fabric (woven or knitted fabric) structure is used as a treatment condition for the stretch elongation rate. To do. A detailed measurement method will be described later.
- a method for obtaining a crimped yarn having a stretch elongation rate of 100% or more in a side-by-side type composite spinning, a method using a combination of polymers having a difference in viscosity or a difference in shrinkage, or a processing that strongly imparts crimps to the fiber after spinning.
- a high crimped yarn can be obtained by applying (false twist or indentation crimp), and a method using these two in combination is effective.
- the side-by-side type composite spinning since the fiber has a helical crimped shape when the crimp is developed, the stretch effect may not be exhibited by false twisting. In order to effectively express this crimp, it is preferable to adjust the twist coefficient of false twist to 20000 or more and 35000 or less.
- the crimp elongation rate is 25% or more in the crimped yarn.
- the stretch elongation rate described above is an index for determining the potential of the crimped yarn, but as described above, in the dyeing process after weaving and knitting, polyamide is wrinkled due to its unique swelling. In consideration of the quality and processability of the process, it is generally processed with a relatively high tension.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention in a woven or knitted structure
- the expression of contraction is suppressed, and the designed high extensibility becomes difficult to obtain.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention as described above, it is difficult to cause deterioration in quality such as wrinkles that are likely to occur in polyamide and deterioration in process passability. Therefore, the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention within the structure of the woven or knitted product after dyeing can be sufficiently crimped by performing an appropriate dyeing method such as appropriately controlling the processing tension in the processing step. This makes it possible to achieve a desired elongation characteristic in a woven or knitted fabric. In order to obtain high elongation characteristics, it is important to maintain a high crimp of 25% or more in the crimp elongation ratio of the crimped yarn extracted from the woven or knitted product.
- the low water-absorbing polyamide used for at least a part of the fibers constituting the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention is, for example, nylon 210 obtained by a combination of a dicarboxylic acid unit having a sebacic acid unit as a main component and a diamine unit.
- nylon 210 obtained by a combination of a dicarboxylic acid unit having a sebacic acid unit as a main component and a diamine unit.
- nylon 410, nylon 510, nylon 610, nylon 710, nylon 810, nylon 910, nylon 1010, nylon 1110 and nylon 1210 are more preferable.
- nylon 610 is most preferably used because it has a stable polymerization property, little yellowing of the crimped yarn, and good dyeability.
- sebacic acid can be produced, for example, by refining from seeds of castor oil, and is positioned as a plant-derived raw material.
- Dicarboxylic acids that constitute dicarboxylic acid units other than sebacic acid units include oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, pimelic acid, suberic acid, azelaic acid, phthalic acid, isophthalic acid, and terephthalic acid. These can be blended as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
- dicarboxylic acids are also preferably derived from plants.
- the copolymerization amount of dicarboxylic acid units other than the sebacic acid units is preferably 0 to 40 mol% or less, more preferably 0 to 20 mol%, still more preferably 0 to 10 mol%, based on all dicarboxylic acid units.
- the diamine constituting the diamine unit include diamines having 2 or more carbon atoms, preferably diamines having 4 to 12 carbon atoms. Specific examples include putrescine, 1,5-pentanediamine, hexamethylenediamine, and trimethylenediamine. , Nonanediamine, methylpentanediamine, phenylenediamine, ethambutol and the like. These diamines are also preferably derived from plants.
- the fibers constituting the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention preferably have a wet heat crimp maintenance rate of 30% or more and a dry heat crimp maintenance rate of preferably 50% or more. Dry heat crimp maintenance rate / wet heat crimp It is preferable that the crimp maintenance factor ratio indicated by the crimp maintenance factor is 1.0 or more and 1.7 or less.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention has a wet heat crimp maintenance rate of preferably 30% or more and a dry heat crimp maintenance rate of preferably 50% or more. Dry heat crimp maintenance rate / wet heat crimp maintenance rate It is preferable that the crimp retention ratio shown by is 1.0 or more and 1.7 or less.
- the wet heat crimp maintenance rate and the dry heat crimp maintenance rate are defined as a fabric (with respect to a crimp that is maximally exhibited in a wet heat state and a dry heat state when the crimped yarn is a single crimped yarn. This is a guideline indicating how much the crimping properties of the crimped yarn can be maintained during scouring and dyeing in the woven and knitted state, and wet heat and dry heat treatment in a dry heat set.
- the wet heat crimp retention rate of the polyamide crimped yarn is 30% or more.
- the dry heat crimp retention rate of the polyamide crimped yarn is preferably 50% or more. Similar to the wet heat crimp retention rate, if the dry heat crimp retention rate is also less than 50%, the stretch tends to be insufficient. From such a viewpoint, a more preferable range of the wet heat crimp retention rate is 40% or more, and a more preferable range of the dry heat crimp retention rate is 70% or more.
- the dry heat crimp maintenance rate, and the dry heat crimp maintenance rate / wet heat crimp maintenance rate include 40% by mass or less of a low water absorption polyamide, It can be achieved by using a crimped yarn having a high stretch elongation rate, and further includes a method of adjusting the conditions by appropriately using a fiber structure bonded to a side-by-side type or crimping such as false twist. .
- the crimp maintenance ratio ratio represented by the dry heat crimp maintenance ratio / wet heat crimp maintenance ratio is 1.0 or more and 1.7 or less.
- the crimp retention rate ratio is preferably a value that is close to the dry heat and wet heat crimp retention rate ratios, but as described above, the polyamide fiber has a high form-setting property in the wet heat treatment.
- the mixed proportion of the low water-absorbing polyamide in the side-by-side type composite yarn needs to be 40% by mass or more as described above. If the usage ratio of the low water-absorbing polyamide is less than 40% by mass, the effect of crimping at the time of scouring, dyeing and set processing as described above is reduced, and the quality of the product (woven or knitted fabric) is deteriorated.
- the low water-absorbing polyamide can be used alone in the crimped yarn, but when the low water-absorbing polyamide is expensive, the product cost can be reduced by reducing the use ratio.
- the mixing ratio of the low water-absorbing polyamide is preferably in the range of 40% by mass to 80% by mass. Furthermore, in the case of the side-by-side type, considering the crimpability, a preferable mixing ratio of the low water-absorbing polyamide is 40% by mass or more and 70% by mass or less.
- the fiber containing the low water-absorbing polyamide that constitutes the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention is preferably a fiber in which two types of polyamide having a difference in viscosity are bonded to a side-by-side type.
- a difference in viscosity or shrinkage is created between the polymers used, and the crimp of the fiber itself is increased.
- the low water-absorbing polymers are high in cost and becomes very expensive when it is made into a single fiber, but by using a side-by-side fiber structure, the proportion of the expensive polymer can be reduced, Since the price of the fiber can be kept low, it becomes a strong point in addition to the stretch performance.
- the viscosity difference between one polymer and the other polymer is preferably 0.03 or more and 0.15 or less. If the difference in viscosity is less than 0.03, the effect of crimping due to the difference in viscosity is small, and if the difference in viscosity is greater than 0.15, poor bonding between polyamide polymers and poor spinning occur, resulting in quality problems. There is a case.
- the soft texture is maintained and the texture of the knitted or knitted fabric is also solid. Further, by setting the strength to 2.0 cN / dtex or more, it is possible to maintain passability and product strength in a higher-order process.
- nylon 610 or a copolymer thereof is used as a high-viscosity polymer and nylon 6 is used as a low-viscosity polymer from the viewpoint of stretch performance, product cost, spinnability, and high-order passability.
- nylon 6 is used as a low-viscosity polymer from the viewpoint of stretch performance, product cost, spinnability, and high-order passability.
- 66 or a copolymer thereof is preferably used.
- two types of polyamide having a difference in viscosity are melt-spun with a side-by-side type spinneret, and at this time, it can be melt-spun with a usual side-by-side type spinneret using a conventional compound spinning device. Then, the spun yarn is cooled and solidified, and after applying an oil agent, it is preferably wound off at a speed of 4000 m / min or more to obtain a highly oriented undrawn yarn.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention By subjecting the obtained highly oriented undrawn yarn to false twisting, the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention as described above is obtained, but considering the productivity and the crimped state, the number of false twists is determined.
- the range of the twist coefficient to be performed is preferably 20000 or more and 35000 or less.
- the fiber containing the low water-absorbing polyamide used in the present invention can be obtained by selecting a predetermined polymer with a conventionally known single yarn or side-by-side composite yarn die and performing melt composite spinning,
- the UY / DT method which is a two-step method in which an undrawn yarn is obtained and then drawn, or the OSP method in which a drawn yarn is obtained in one step can be used.
- the semi-drawn yarn POY may be used.
- the polyamide crimped yarn containing the low water-absorbing polyamide of the present invention is a false twisted yarn produced by false twisting. It has been conventionally known that a high crimp can be imparted by performing false twisting on a polyamide fiber yarn, but heat treatment is high from a low temperature region by false twisting on a fiber containing a low water absorption polyamide. Polyamide with low water absorption because crimps appear, high crimps can be maintained without lowering the quality of the woven or knitted fabric in the scouring or dyeing process, and high stretch properties can be imparted to the woven or knitted fabric. It is preferable to use a false twist crimped yarn made of fibers containing.
- the actual crimp which is the fiber form before wet heat drying heat treatment
- the latent crimp that appears after shrinkage also increases. Larger stretches can be imparted to crimps and woven or knitted fabrics that are larger than crimped yarns made of fibers that use water-absorbing polyamide alone.
- the use of fibers containing a low water-absorbing polyamide reduces the quality of wrinkles and other wrinkles in knitted and knitted fabrics because of low setability in the wet heat process. This is because the reduction can be improved by the dry heat process, and therefore, it is preferable to produce the liquid flow by a liquid flow process that allows higher crimp expression.
- the liquid flow processing step it is more preferable to set a liquid dyeing machine, a nozzle and processing conditions of a type having a low tensile tension to the woven or knitted fabric during processing.
- the use of the knitted or knitted fabric containing the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention has less sagging due to wetness, so that the fabric is stretched without excessively pulling the fabric. Heat setting.
- the warp direction elongation rate of the woven fabric is 20% or more. Further, if the elongation rate in the warp direction, which was a particularly difficult problem with the conventional method, is too large, high-order passability, product quality degradation, and fabric elongation recovery rate are reduced.
- the stretch rate in the warp direction of the fabric is 20% or more when loaded with 14.7 N / 5 cm, and the stretch recovery rate in the warp direction is 80% or more. It becomes possible to produce a fabric having a certain good stretchability.
- a more preferable range is that the stretch rate in the warp direction of the fabric is 25% or more and 40% or less while maintaining the stretch recovery rate of 80% or more. It is more preferable that the rate of elongation in the weft direction is 20% or more.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention is expected to be expensive, the polyamide crimped yarn is used only as a warp, and a high stretch is imparted in the warp direction of the fabric, and the conventional high By using the crimped yarn, it is possible to obtain a woven fabric which is relatively inexpensive and has a high stretch in the weft direction.
- the stretchability of the woven fabric may be deteriorated by laminating or coating, it is preferable to appropriately select a processing method for laminating or coating.
- a processing method for laminating or coating Specifically, the selection of the laminating material and coating material to be used, and the tension applied to the fabric at the time of processing, the method of dropping the processing tension while checking the quality, the bonding method of the laminate is not a full adhesion, but a dot Examples thereof include a method for partial adhesion such as adhesion, and a method for partial coating of a coating.
- Lamination is a dry laminating method in which a reactive adhesive is applied to a film or fabric, or both of the film and fabric, dried or semi-dried, bonded and pressure-bonded, or a film or fabric coated with an adhesive, or Both the coating film and the woven fabric are laminated by a method such as a wet laminating method in which the coating and the woven fabric are bonded and pressed without drying.
- the reactivity may be imparted by mixing a crosslinking agent in the resin film in advance, and the laminate may be laminated by thermocompression bonding with the woven fabric. After laminating the film and the woven fabric, the release support is released to obtain a moisture-permeable waterproof woven fabric.
- the obtained moisture-permeable waterproof fabric may be subjected to a water-repellent treatment using a fluorine-based water repellent, a silicon-based water repellent, or the like, if necessary. If you use it as a clothing material by laminating like this, outdoor work such as fishing, mountaineering clothes, ski-related wear, windbreaker, athletic wear, golf wear, rainwear, casual coat, etc. It can also be used for clothes, gloves and shoes.
- the laminate adhesion form of the woven fabric and the film is partial, but it is preferably distributed uniformly throughout, and specifically, a mesh shape or a dot shape is preferred. If the distribution of the adhesive is uneven, there may be a portion where condensation is likely to occur, or a portion where excessive swelling or breakage of the membrane is likely to occur, resulting in a decrease in waterproofness. Moreover, it is preferable to distribute over the whole for the role of water absorption swelling suppression and a strength support. When the dots are stacked, the area per dot is desirably 0.01 to 10 mm 2 from the viewpoint of performance balance.
- the shape of a dot is not specifically limited, The thing of all shapes, such as the shape enclosed by each of a straight line and a circular arc, or these combination, can be used suitably.
- a reactive adhesive solution is applied to the side of the film to be laminated or the fabric side by gravure coating, spray coating, curtain coating, or the like so as to have a desired thickness and application form.
- the adhesive is preferably applied in the form of dots or lines.
- Lamination is performed by a method such as a wet laminating method.
- the pressing after the woven fabrics are bonded is performed under appropriate temperature and pressure conditions so as not to crush the adhesive applied in the form of dots or meshes and reduce the moisture permeability.
- the wet heat crimp retention rate is preferably 30% or more in order to make the crimped yarn difficult to crimp with wet heat set such as scouring and dyeing.
- the dry heat crimp retention rate is preferably 50% or more.
- the ratio of the crimp maintenance ratio expressed by the dry heat crimp maintenance ratio / the wet heat crimp maintenance ratio is relatively small compared to the dry heat processing process in terms of crimping in the wet heat processing process. It is preferable that it is 1.0 or more and 1.7 or less.
- the processed yarn crimp in a state where the load is applied in the moist heat process and the crimp is extended is lower than the processed yarn crimp expressed without load. Compared to this, polyester has a small reduction in crimp in the wet heat process under load. Even a woven fabric using the processed yarn of the present invention has an effect of suppressing a reduction in crimping due to wet heat.
- the polyamide crimped yarn of the present invention can be suitably used for sports clothing that requires stretchability, outdoors, and clothing applications such as pants and innerwear.

At 80 min./min., And stretched to 80% of the elongation rate (80% when the elongation rate when stretching to 14.7 N is 100%) and held for 1 minute.
- JISL1096A method constant speed elongation method: 2010 version

Abstract
