図6は筐体10の背面カバー11を下方から視た斜視図であり、図7は筐体10の正面図である。背面カバー11には背壁上に立設されるリブ38によって第2通気路31が形成される。第2通気路31は仕切カバー12により一壁面である前壁を形成され、円形の中央部31cから両側方に延びる分岐路31d、31eが設けられる。第2吸気口32に面した中央部31c内にシロッコファン34が配され、分岐路31d、31eはシロッコファン34の排気側で分岐する。分岐路31d、31eは仕切カバー12よりも外側に延び、端部に前面を開放した開口部33a、33bが形成される。また、仕切カバー12には分岐路31d、31eに臨む後述する第2イオン発生器35a、35bがそれぞれ取り付けられる。
図8、図9は第1イオン発生器25の斜視図及び正面断面図を示している。なお、後述する第2イオン発生器35a、35bも第1イオン発生器25と同様に構成される。第1イオン発生器25は絶縁体から成るハウジング125により覆われる。ハウジング125内には駆動基板127及び電極基板127aが収納される。

図13は遮蔽板15の背面側を示す斜視図である。図14は遮蔽板15を外した状態を示す筐体10の斜視図である。遮蔽板15の背面側には一対の支持部15bが設けられ、コ字型の支持棒15aの両端が支持部15bに回転可能に支持されている。また、遮蔽板15の背面下部の両側部には金属部材からなる金属部15cが設けられ、背面上部の両側部には第1取付部15dが設けられている。

Claims (5)
- クロスフローファンを内装して筐体の下面から吸い込んだ空気を前方に吹出す第1通気路と、第1通気路の上方に配されるとともにシロッコファンを内装して前記筺体の前面から吸い込んだ空気を前記シロッコファンの排気側で分岐して両側方に吹出す第2通気路と、第1通気路の前記クロスフローファンに配される第1イオン発生器と、第2通気路の分岐した後の各経路にそれぞれ配される第2イオン発生器とを備えることを特徴とする空気調和機。
- 第1通気路及び第2通気路は前方が下がる仕切壁を介して仕切られ、第1通気路から前方斜め下方に空気を吹出すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
- 第1イオン発生器が前記仕切壁に開口した第1開口部を介して第1通気路内に突出して固定され、第1イオン発生器に電力を供給する第1コネクタが前記仕切壁上に設けた第1ガイド部の案内によりスライド可能に配され、第1コネクタをスライドして第1イオン発生器に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気調和機。
- 前記筺体の前方に所定の隙間を介して配される遮蔽板が第2通気路の吸気口と対向して設けられ、第1通気路の吹出口が前記遮蔽板の下方に配されることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
- 第2通気路の一壁面を形成するカバー部材を備え、第2イオン発生器が前記カバー部材に開口した第2開口部を介して第2通気路内に突出して固定され、第2イオン発生器に電力を供給する第2コネクタが前記カバー部材上に設けた第2ガイド部の案内によりスライド可能に配され、第2コネクタをスライドして第2イオン発生器に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1~請求項4のいずれかに記載の空気調和機。
