Abstract
Description
図1は第1実施形態の、本発明の係止構造を用いた紙製段ボールシートからなるトレイ10を示す。容器であるトレイ10は底壁(第1壁)12と側壁(第2壁)13と端壁34とからなる上端が開口した箱であり、上端開口の一部が桟板38により覆われている。なお、紙製段ボールシートは、表ライナと裏ライナとの間に波状の中しんを配設した周知の構造である。
図8に第2実施形態のトレイ10を示す。第1実施形態のトレイ10と同一の要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。このトレイ10では、係止受部23と切抜部27とを側壁13および折込片30の境界部分に形成している点で第1実施形態と相違する。この第2実施形態では、折込片30が第1壁に該当し、側壁13は第2壁に該当し、ロック片44が第3壁に該当する。また、係止凹部48をロック片44の外端縁45に形成している。なお、第2実施形態では切抜部27を設けない構成としてもよい。
図9に第3実施形態のトレイ50を示す。このトレイ50では、底壁(第1壁)51の長辺に側壁(第2壁)52が連設され、短辺に端壁53が連設されている。底壁51と側壁52との境界部分には、係止受部55と切抜部56と側壁用折曲線(第1の折曲線)54とが形成されている。底壁51と端壁53との境界部分には端壁用折曲線(第2の折曲線)57が設けられている。端壁53の両外側縁には矩形のロック片(第3壁)58が連設されている。ロック片58と端壁53との境界部分にはロック片用折曲線59が設けられている。ロック片58の内側角部には側壁52に向かって突出する係止片60が形成され、係止片60とロック片58の外端縁との間には係止凹部61が形成されている。
図10から図12に第4実施形態のトレイ10を示す。図10および図11に示すように、このトレイ10では、スタッキング用の段積孔36および段積突起42と、折込片30を位置決めする差込片32および差込孔40を設けていない点で、第1実施形態と大きく相違する。なお、第1実施形態のトレイ10と同一の要素には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
図13および図14に第5実施形態のトレイ100を示す。このトレイ100は、側壁104に傾斜壁部(コーナー部)106を設けて、側壁104と端壁119とで囲まれた物品の収容部101を平面視八角形状に形成している。また、端壁119から傾斜壁部106にかけて桟板123を架設することにより、収容部101内に桟板123が突出しないようにした点で、各実施形態と大きく相違する。

- 第1壁と、
前記第1壁に連続し、前記第1壁に対して折り曲げられる第2壁と、
前記第2壁の内側面に沿って配置される第3壁と、
前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間の折曲線上にある分岐点から前記第1壁上を前記第3壁側へ延びる第1傾斜線と、前記分岐点から前記第2壁上を前記第3壁側へ延びる第2傾斜線と、前記第1傾斜線の先端と前記第2傾斜線の先端とにかけて延びる切断部とで区画され、組立状態で前記第1壁および前記第2壁にかけて傾斜して延びる係止受部と、
前記第3壁に形成され、組立状態で前記係止受部の前記切断部側に係止する係止部と
を備えることを特徴とする係止構造。 - 第1壁と、
前記第1壁に連続し、前記第1壁に対して折り曲げられる第2壁と、
前記第2壁の内側面に沿って配置される第3壁と
を備えた容器であって、
前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間の折曲線上にある分岐点から前記第1壁上を前記第3壁側へ延び、前記折曲線に対して傾斜する第1傾斜線と、
前記分岐点から前記第2壁上を前記第3壁側へ延び、前記折曲線に対して傾斜する第2傾斜線と、
前記第1傾斜線の先端と前記第2傾斜線の先端とにかけて延びる切断部と、
前記第1傾斜線と前記第2傾斜線と前記切断部との間に形成され、組立状態で前記第1壁および前記第2壁にかけて傾斜して延びる係止受部と、
前記第3壁に形成され、前記第3壁を前記第2壁の内側面に沿うように組み立てることにより前記係止受部の前記切断部側に係止する係止部と
を備えることを特徴とする容器。 - 前記係止受部の前記切断部側に隣接し、組立時に前記第3壁の角部が落とし込まれる切抜部を設け、前記切抜部の縁で前記切断部の一部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記第1壁である底壁と、
前記底壁の対向する2辺に連設された前記第2壁である一対の側壁と、
前記底壁の対向する他の2辺に連設された一対の端壁と、
前記端壁に連設され、組立状態の前記側壁と前記端壁とで形成される上端の一部を覆う桟板と、
前記桟板に連設された前記第3壁であるロック片と
を備え、
前記桟板に対して前記ロック片を折り曲げた状態で、前記端壁に対して前記桟板を折り曲げることにより、前記ロック片を前記側壁の内側面に配置し、前記係止部を前記係止受部の前記切断部側に回動させて係止するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の容器。 - 底壁と、前記底壁の対向する2辺に連設された一対の側壁と、前記底壁の対向する他の2辺に連設された一対の端壁と、前記端壁に連設され組立状態で前記側壁と前記端壁とで形成される上端の一部を覆う桟板と、前記桟板に連設され組立状態で前記側壁の内側面に沿って配置することにより係止されるロック片とを備える容器のブランクを組み立てる製函装置であって、
前記底壁の外周部に位置し、前記底壁に対して前記側壁を折り曲げる側壁折曲部と、前記底壁に対して前記端壁を折り曲げる端壁折曲部と、前記桟板に対して前記ロック片を折り曲げるロック片折曲部とを有するガイド枠と、
前記ガイド枠の内外にかけて進退可能に配設され、前記底壁を押圧して前記ブランクを前記ガイド枠内に押し込み、前記各折曲部によって前記側壁、前記端壁および前記ロック片を折り曲げる押込部材と、
前記側壁折曲部側に移動可能に配設され、前記ロック片を内向きに押圧して前記側壁の内面側に位置決めする位置決め部材と、
前記端壁折曲部側に移動可能に配設され、前記端壁に対して前記桟板を折り曲げ、前記ロック片を前記側壁の内側面に回動させて係止させる回動部材と
を備えることを特徴とする製函装置。 - 前記ガイド枠の底側に移動可能に配設され、前記底壁の底面側を受ける受け部材を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製函装置。
