Abstract

La présente invention concerne une boîte (3, 38) ou couvercle (2) de matière en feuille de carton, un flan et un procédé de fabrication de boîte à partir du flan, comportant une paroi centrale (4) et quatre parois latérales (5, 8) opposées deux à deux, perpendiculaires et reliées respectivement par des lignes de jonction (10, 11) à la paroi centrale. Une paroi latérale (5) est fixée à chacune des parois latérales (8) adjacentes par encliquetage d'une languette (15) solidaire d'un côté respectif (12) de la paroi latérale (5) dans une ouverture (9) correspondante de la paroi latérale (8) adjacente en vis à vis, l'ouverture (9) étant formée par une fente (19) dirigée vers la languette (15) et comprenant un double pliage (22) formé par deux lignes en biais de part et d'autre par rapport à la ligne de jonction (11) correspondante, formant un pan triangulaire (24) ou sensiblement triangulaire à cheval sur la ligne de jonction (11) de sorte à former l'ouverture lors du pliage à 90° des parois latérales.
