Definitions
- the present invention relates to an Asahi Glow dial plate and an automobile meter provided with the Asahi Glow dial plate.
- the Asahi Glow dial 501 made of synthetic resin has a center 505 of the Asahi Gumi pattern 503 formed on the surface thereof in an indicator such as a speedometer or a fuel gauge. It almost coincides with the center 507 of the shaft through hole 502. That is, all the grooves 509 face the center 507 of the shaft through hole 502. Therefore, there is a problem that the Asahi light pattern 503 is artificially felt, and the appearance is uncomfortable. This is because, in the hairline processing in which the Asahi light weight is applied to the metal plate, fine lines are linearly applied like hair, and thus these lines generally intersect.
- the hairline weight of the metal plate is performed by stroking a brush (width of about 2 mm) that gives the hairline weight while slightly rotating the dial. Accordingly, the basis weight having a width intersects with a part of the basis weight of adjacent strokes.
- the Asahi light pattern 503 in the synthetic resin Asahi dial plate 501 is formed by transferring a plurality of radially extending grooves centered on one point cut into the molding die to the surface. Lines do not intersect. This is considered to cause a sense of incongruity in the metallic texture of the synthetic resin Asahi dial plate 501.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and the purpose thereof is not as artificial as the Asahi Glow dial plate and the Asahi Glow dial plate which can stably give a good-looking Asahi Gumi pattern as a metallic tone dial plate.
- An object of the present invention is to provide an automotive meter equipped with the same.
- a plurality of grooves forming an Asahi pattern provided on the dial so as to extend in a radial direction are provided radially about positions different from the central axis of the shaft through hole.
- the Asahi dial plate is characterized in that at least some of the plurality of grooves forming the Asahi pattern provided on the dial plate are provided so as to intersect with other grooves.
- a plurality of grooves forming the Asahi pattern provided on the dial are provided along a first groove provided radially with the central axis of the shaft through hole as a center and a straight line that does not pass through the central axis. And a second groove.
- a plurality of grooves forming the Asahi light pattern provided on the dial as described above are arranged along a straight line that does not pass through the first groove provided radially with a center different from the central axis of the shaft through hole.
- An automobile meter comprising the Asahi dial plate of any one of the above configurations (1) to (4).
- the Asahi Glow dial plate and the automobile meter equipped with the Asahi Glow dial plate according to the present invention it is possible to stably provide an Asahi Gumi pattern that is not artificial and has a good appearance as a metallic tone dial.

Abstract
