Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine ABS résistante à la chaleur formée par moulage par soufflage et un procédé de préparation correspondant. La composition comprend 100 parties en masse d'une composition A de résine de styrène et 20 à 40 parties en masse d'un agent B résistant à la chaleur, ledit agent B résistant à la chaleur étant un quadripolymère N-phénylmaléimide-α-méthylstyrène-acrylonitrile-styrène. Le procédé de préparation de la composition de résine ABS comprend les étapes suivantes : pesée des composants en parties en masse; mélange poussé des composants dans un mélangeur haute vitesse, afin d'obtenir un mélange ; introduction du mélange dans une extrudeuse à double vis via un orifice d'alimentation principal et extrusion à l'état fondu, refroidissement, séchage et découpage en cubes pour obtenir la composition de résine ABS. Un produit élaboré par moulage par soufflage selon la présente invention présente une qualité de surface souhaitable et des performances de résistance à la chaleur, la température de ramollissement Vicat est supérieure à 110 °C et par conséquent, le produit peut répondre aux exigences de résistance à la chaleur de la technique de post-traitement de peinture par pulvérisation des pièces pour l'automobile et être employé dans des environnements agressifs. En outre, le produit préparé par moulage par soufflage possède une résistance élevée aux chocs.
