- thermoplastic resin fiber polyethylene terephthalate
- these fibers may be used alone, but two or more kinds of fibers selected from these may be contained. Since the fibrillated fibers are easy to form a dense structure that effectively shields the leakage of carbon dioxide from the gaps between the fibers, the highly fibrous layered hydrophilic fibrous material is used as the first layer.
- the main component is preferably.
- As a hydrophilic fibrous substance which advanced fibrillation highly N pulp (coniferous pulp), L pulp (hardwood pulp), an aramid fiber, an acrylic fiber, etc. are mentioned, for example.
- these fibers may be used independently, 2 or more types of fibers chosen from these may be contained.
- the first layer is a highly fibrillated cellulose pulp such as N pulp (conifer pulp) or L pulp (hardwood pulp).

- a fibrous material having a Canadian freeness of less than 150 ml as the main component of the first layer, the gap between the fibrous materials of the first layer can be refined with a fibrillated fibrous material. it can.
- the Canadian standard freeness of the entire fibrous material constituting the first layer is less than 150 ml. If the Canadian standard freeness is low, the first layer can be a dense layer with fine voids between the fibrous materials, and the first layer should exhibit high gas barrier properties. Can do.
- the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material is preferably 100 ml or less, more preferably 90 ml or less, particularly preferably 30 ml or less, because the gas shielding property of the first layer can be further improved. is there.
- the lower limit of the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material there is no particular limitation on the lower limit of the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material, but when the base material for heat exchange is made by leaving some gaps between the fibrous materials of the first layer, heat exchange is performed. From the standpoint that the moisture permeability of the base paper can be improved and the efficiency of production in the first layer papermaking, the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material should be 10 ml or more preferable.
- the basis weight of the first layer is preferably 15 g / m 2 or more, more preferably 20 g / m 2 or more, and further preferably 25 g / m 2 or more. On the other hand, it is 50 g / m 2 or less, more preferably 40 g / m 2 or less, and still more preferably 35 g / m 2 or less.
- the first layer can be provided with a shielding property with a high carbon dioxide shielding property, for example, a shielding property of 35% or more.

- the first layer having a high carbon dioxide shielding rate exhibits high gas shielding properties.
- the moisture permeability and heat transfer property of the heat exchange base paper can be improved.
- the basis weight of the first layer is preferably 15 to 40 g / m 2 and the basis weight of the second layer is preferably in the range of 5 to 20 g / m 2 .
- the first layer preferably has a high gas shielding property, and the carbon dioxide shielding rate is preferably 35% or more. More preferably, it is 60% or more, More preferably, it is 70% or more.
- the carbon dioxide shielding rate is low, even when the total heat exchange element is used, the carbon dioxide leakage from the heat exchange base paper tends to increase, and the effective ventilation rate required as the element tends to decrease.
- the leakage of carbon dioxide through the heat exchange base paper is largely shielded, and by setting it to 70% or more, the leakage of carbon dioxide is further greatly shielded. As a result, it is possible to effectively ventilate the heat exchange device by preventing re-inflow of dirty components from the exhaust.
- the second layer in the present invention contains a fibrous substance.
- the fibrous substance include N pulp (conifer pulp), L pulp (hardwood pulp), bagasse, wheat straw, reed, papyrus, bamboo, mokumen, kenaf, roselle, asa, flax, ramie, jude, hemp, saizale asa, Manila Asa, palm, banana, thermoplastic resin fiber (polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polylactic acid (PLA), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), liquid crystal polyester, nylon 6 (N6), nylon 66 (N66), nylon 11 (N11), nylon 12 (N12), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), fiber made of thermoplastic resin such as polystyrene (PS)), recycled fiber ( Viscose rayon, copper Ammonia rayon), and the like.
- thermoplastic resin fiber polyethylene terephthalate (PET),
- Nanofibers having a fiber diameter of less than 1000 nm made of thermoplastic resin are defined later, but this is not included in the definition of “fibrous material” contained in the second layer.
- cellulose pulp such as N pulp (conifer pulp) and L pulp (hardwood pulp) is preferable because it is easy to handle as papermaking fibers and has excellent papermaking properties.
- These fibers can be appropriately fibrillated by using a beater, a disc refiner, a deluxe refiner, a Jordan, a grinder, a bead mill, a high-pressure homogenizer, or the like.
- the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material contained in the second layer is 150 ml or more. If the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material is less than 150 ml, sufficient voids cannot be formed between the fibrous materials in the second layer, and high moisture permeability is exhibited when used as a heat exchange base paper. I can't do that.
- the reason why high moisture permeability cannot be exhibited when a base paper for heat exchange is used when sufficient gaps between the fibrous materials cannot be formed in the second layer is that the gaps in the second layer This is because if the layer is made too small, the movement of moisture in the layer is only aggregation and transpiration, and the mobility of moisture becomes small.
- the Canadian standard freeness of the fibrous material of the second layer is less than 150 ml, the paper degree in the wet state is reduced due to the refinement of the pulp, and the processability is inferior when used as a heat exchange base paper. Become.

Moreover, it is preferable to set it as 1 nm or more from balance with productivity. More preferably, it is 100 nm or more.
- Nanofibers are made of a thermoplastic polymer, and examples of the thermoplastic polymer include polyester, polyamide, polyolefin and the like as main components.
- polyester examples include polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), polylactic acid (PLA), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), and liquid crystal polyester.
- polyamide examples include nylon 6 (N6), nylon 66 (N66), nylon 11 (N11), nylon 12 (N12), and the like.
- polyolefin examples include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polystyrene (PS). Among these polymers, water is easily absorbed, and when the fibrous material is cellulose pulp, polyamide is preferable from the viewpoint of affinity with cellulose pulp, and nylon 6 is particularly preferable.
- components other than polyamide may be copolymerized or mixed.
- Nanofibers can be produced, for example, by the method described in JP-A-2005-299069 (paragraphs [0045] to [0057], paragraphs [0114] to [0117], etc.). Specifically, it is as follows.
- a method for producing “polymer alloy fiber”, which is a raw material for producing nanofibers will be described.

This is put into a hopper of a spinning device, is made into an alloy melt in the melting part, is spun by discharge from a nozzle hole arranged in a spinning pack in a heat insulation spin block, and then cooled and solidified by chimney to form a yarn. The yarn is passed through the bundling oiling guide, the first take-up roller, and the second take-up roller and taken up by a winder to obtain a fiber.
- a polymer alloy fiber which has a sea island structure is obtained. Further, this is treated with a solvent or a chemical solution to remove sea components, and nanofibers used in the present invention are obtained.

- the diameter of the nanofiber is almost determined by the size of the island component in the polymer alloy fiber that is the nanofiber precursor, the distribution of the island size is designed according to the desired fiber diameter distribution of the nanofiber. Is done. For this reason, kneading of the polymer to be alloyed is very important, and in the present invention, high kneading is preferably performed by a kneading extruder, a stationary kneader, or the like.
- the nanofibers are closely packed in the voids between the fibrous materials, and a layer having high moisture permeability is formed by capillary action. be able to. Moisture aggregates on the surface of the base paper, penetrates from the front surface to the back surface, and diverges on the back surface, thereby causing moisture permeation.
