Description
この発明は、多孔質シートに親水性高分子水溶液を塗布又は含浸により塗工した親水性高分子加工シートからなる全熱交換器用シートである。この全熱交換器用シートとは、全熱交換器で、熱交換に使用されるシートをいう。
それぞれのシートについて、JIS L 1099に記載のB−2法により、30℃の空気を循環させた環境で、水温23℃に設定して測定した24時間あたりの透湿度(g/m2・24h)の結果を表1に示す。
紙パルプ技術協会規格JAPAN TAPPI紙パルプ試験方法「紙及び板紙−平滑度及び透気度試験方法−第2部:王研法」に従い、それぞれのシートの透気度を、旭精工(株)製:王研式透気度試験機KG1−55を用いて測定した。
室温20℃、湿度65%RHの雰囲気下で、100mm×100mmの大きさに切り出したそれぞれのシートを上部29.9℃、下部22.3℃の試験板(50mm×50mm)に挟み、60秒間の熱流をカトーテック(株)製:精密迅速熱物性測定装置:KES−F7 THERMO LABOIIを用いて測定した。その値から熱伝導率を計算した。
室温20度、湿度65%RHの雰囲気下で、一晩放置して調湿したシートを、15mm幅の短冊状に裁断し、それぞれのシートの縦方向(MD)と横方向(TD)の引張強度を(株)東洋ボールドウィン製、万能試験機:UTM−IIIを用いて測定した。
上記と同様に調湿したシートを、オートマティクマイクロメーター(ハイブリッジ製作所(株)製)にて、それぞれのシートについて幅方向10点で厚みを測定し平均値を算出した。
次に、それぞれの全熱交換器用シートの作成方法について説明する。
(実施例1)
親水性繊維としてレーヨンパルプが100重量%の層と、レーヨンパルプ50重量%と非親水性繊維であるポリエチレン繊維を50重量%含む層を、等量で二層抄き合わせた混抄不織布(親水性繊維:非親水性繊維=75重量%:25重量%;中尾製紙(株)製:MPE−5−35、坪量35g/m2、厚さ71.0μm)に、セルロース濃度が4.8重量%のビスコースをロールコーターにより塗布し、濃度11%の硫酸水溶液浴に連続的に浸漬させてセルロースを再生させ、その後、水洗工程を経て、各々0.6重量%の水酸化ナトリウムと硫化ナトリウムとの混合水溶液浴により脱硫処理を行い、0.6重量%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液浴により漂白処理を行って、十分水洗後乾燥させて親水性高分子加工シートを得た。このシートのセルロース塗工量を、使用した原紙との重量比較により求めたところ、6.3g/m2で、厚さは75.0μmであった。このシートを、全熱交換器用シートとして用いて、上記の試験を行った。その結果を表1及び表2に示す。
実施例1において、セルロース濃度2.9重量%のビスコースを同様に塗布し、同様の手順によりセルロース塗工量3.0g/m2の親水性高分子加工シートを得た。その測定結果を表1及び表2に示す。
親水性繊維100%で、木材パルプとマニラ麻とからなる混抄紙(日本大昭和板紙(株)製:ケーク原紙A、坪量20g/m2、厚さ41.2μm)に、セルロース濃度7.5重量%のビスコースを実施例1と同様に塗布して、同様の処理を行い、セルロース塗工量11.2g/m2、厚さ50.9μmの親水性高分子加工シートを得た。その測定結果を表1に示す。
親水性繊維として木材パルプを100%含有する、片面をカレンダー処理された片艶クラフト紙(城山製紙(株)製:OP、坪量65g/m2、厚さ91.3μm)に、セルロース濃度が4.8重量%のビスコースを実施例1と同様に塗布して、同様の処理を行い、セルロース塗工量2.2g/m2、厚さ94.0μmの親水性高分子加工シートを得た。その測定結果を表1に示す。
疎水性繊維として、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを芯とし、ポリエチレンで芯の周囲を覆った複合繊維からなる不織布(ユニチカ(株)製:エルベス、厚さ104.5μm)に、実施例1と同様の手順により、セルロース濃度4.8重量%のビスコースを塗布して、同様の硫酸酸性浴にてセルロースを凝固再生させ、脱硫処理と漂白処理を行ってセルロース皮膜が剥離したシートを得た。
実施例1において、ビスコースの代わりに、カルボニル基を有するポリビニルアルコール(日本酢ビ・ポバール(株)製:DF−17)の15重量%水溶液95部と架橋剤として10重量%アジピン酸ジヒドラジド水溶液5部からなる混合水溶液をロールコーターにて塗布し、100℃で30分間加熱乾燥することで架橋剤を反応させ、ポリビニルアルコール塗工量が14.7g/m2、厚さ93.6μmである親水性高分子加工シートを得た。その測定結果を表1に示す。
実施例1で得た親水性高分子加工シートを、スルファミン酸グアニジン系難燃剤((株)三和ケミカル製:アピノン−101)の20重量%水溶液に浸漬し、乾燥することで、難燃剤含有量が22.9重量%の難燃処理した親水性高分子加工シートを得た。そのシートについて、JIS A 1322の「建築用薄物材料の難燃性試験方法」に従って難燃性試験を行い、炭化長、残炎、残じんを観測した結果、防炎2級と判定された。
実施例1と同様にして親水性高分子加工シートを得る過程で、乾燥前にワックスエマルジョン系撥水剤(ジョンソンポリマー(株)製:ジョンワックス26:固形分25重量%)を水で希釈して固形分濃度を5重量%とした液に浸漬し、プレスロールで絞って乾燥することで、撥水剤付着量が1.2g/m2の耐水処理した親水性高分子加工シートを得た。そのシートと実施例1で得られたシートについて、JAPAN TAPPI 紙パルプ試験方法「紙及び板紙−撥水性試験方法」に従って、傾斜した第に試験片を貼り付け、そこに水滴を落として流下の跡を観察し、表3の基準により判定する撥水試験を行ったところ、それぞれ本実施例のシートはR4、実施例1のシートはR0と判定された。親水性高分子加工シートの製造中であるため、大量の耐水化剤を担持させることは難しいが、わずかな担持量でもR4の撥水度が得られた。
実施例4において用いる片艶クラフト紙を、厚さがより薄い片艶クラフト紙(城山製紙(株)製:OP、坪量35g/m2、厚さ53μm)に変えた以外は実施例4と同様の処理を行い、セルロース塗工量2.5g/m2、厚さ52μmの親水性高分子加工シートを得た。この親水性高分子加工シートについて、実施例4と同様に透湿度、透気度の測定を行うとともに、実施例6と同様の難燃性試験を行った。その結果を表4に示す。また、処理を行う前の原紙についての測定結果を同様に表4に示す。
実施例8で得た親水性高分子加工シートを、リン酸アンモニウム及びスルファミン酸アンモニウムの混合品(日華化学(株)製、ニッカファイノン900)の20重量%水溶液に浸漬し、マングルで搾った後、乾燥することで、難燃剤含有量9.6重量%の難燃処理した親水性高分子加工シートを得た。実施例8と同様に行った測定結果を表4に示す。
実施例8で得た親水性高分子加工シートを、塩化リチウム(本荘ケミカル(株)製)の20重量%水溶液に浸漬し、マングルで搾った後、乾燥することで、吸湿剤含有量12.4重量%の吸湿処理した親水性高分子加工シートを得た。実施例8と同様に行ったその測定結果を表4に示す。
パルプ−麻混合不織布(日本大昭和板紙(株)製:FB−18:坪量18g/m2、厚さ51μm)に、セルロース濃度9.1%ビスコース(レンゴー(株)製)と粉末水酸化アルミニウム(日本軽金属(株)製:BF013)とを重量比100:5で混合したスラリーを、実施例1におけるビスコースの代わりとして実施例1と同様に塗布、処理を行い、セルロース塗工量11g/m2、水酸化アルミニウム塗工量6g/m2である難燃処理した親水性加工シートを得た。JIS A 1322に準拠して実施例6と同様に難燃性を測定したところ、防炎2級と判定された。
片艶クラフト紙(城山製紙(株)製:OP、坪量35g/m2、厚さ53μm)にポリビニルアルコール((株)クラレ製:PVA−117完全ケン化)8重量%水溶液をロールコーターで塗布し、乾燥することで、ポリビニルアルコール塗工量2.7g/m2、透気度15,000秒/100cc、透湿度20,000g/m2/24hの親水性高分子加工シートを得た。
実施例12で用いた片艶クラフト紙に、ケン化度約88%のポリビニルアルコール(日本合成(株)製、ゴーセランL−3266)15重量%をロールコーターで塗布し、乾燥した後、塩化リチウムの20重量%水溶液に浸漬し、乾燥させた。その結果、ポリビニルアルコール塗工量11g/m2、吸湿剤含有量10.8重量%、透気度30,000秒/100cc、透湿度48,000g/m2/24hの親水性高分子加工シートを得た。
実施例9で得た親水性高分子加工シートと、段成形した片艶クラフト紙(城山製紙(株)製:OP、坪量65g/m2)とを貼り合わせ、図3により例示される静止型全熱交換器(190mm×190mm×350mm, 134段)を作成した。JIS B 8628に準拠し、熱交換率を測定したところ、全熱交換率は74%であった。
実施例10で得た親水性高分子加工シートを用いた以外は、実施例14と同様に行い静止型全熱交換器を作成し、熱交換率を測定したところ、全熱交換率は82%であった。

Claims (7)
- 親水性繊維を30重量%以上100重量%以下含有する多孔質シートに、ビスコースを塗工し、前記多孔質シートの表面、内部、又はその両方でビスコースからセルロースを再生させて前記多孔質シートの孔を塞いだ再生セルロース加工シートからなる、全熱交換器用シート。
- 上記再生セルロースの上記多孔質シート上における塗工量が、0.5g/m2以上30g/m2以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の全熱交換器用シート。
- 上記再生セルロース加工シートを難燃処理した、請求項1又は2に記載の全熱交換器用シート。
- 上記再生セルロース加工シートを耐水処理した、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の全熱交換器用シート。
- 上記再生セルロース加工シートを吸湿処理した、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の全熱交換器用シート。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の全熱交換器用シートを、温度、湿度、又はその両方が異なる二種類の気流を仕切る仕切り材として用いた全熱交換素子。
- 請求項6に記載の全熱交換素子を用いた全熱交換器。
