Claims (9)
- 全熱交換素子用仕切部材であって、基材となる多孔質シートが熱融着性成分を含み、前記多孔質シート上に前記多孔質シートと熱接着された極細繊維層を備え、前記多孔質シートと熱接着された前記極細繊維層に透湿性物質を含侵または塗工し、水不溶化したことを特徴とする全熱交換素子用仕切部材。
- 全熱交換素子用仕切部材であって、基材となる多孔質シート上に極細繊維層を備え、前記極細繊維層に、透湿性物質を含浸または塗工し、水不溶化し、前記透湿性物質として、第四級アンモニウム基を備えた薬剤を用いたことを特徴とする全熱交換素子用仕切部材。
- 全熱交換素子用仕切部材であって、基材となる多孔質シート上に極細繊維層を備え、前記極細繊維層に、透湿性物質を含浸または塗工し、水不溶化し、前記多孔質シートが外層に熱融着可能な低融点成分を、内層に高融点成分を用いた芯鞘型複合繊維で構成されていることを特徴とする全熱交換素子用仕切部材。
- 前記全熱交換素子用仕切部材として、平均孔径が15μm以上100μm以下で、厚みが20μm以上500μm以下の前記多孔質シートと、平均孔径が0.01μm以上10μm以下で厚みが0.5μm以上20μm以下の前記極細繊維層とを積層した構成を特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の全熱交換素子用仕切部材。
- 前記全熱交換素子用仕切部材として、前記多孔質シートが熱融着性成分を含み、前記多孔質シートと前記透湿性物質が含侵または塗工された極細繊維層とが熱接着されたことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の全熱交換素子用仕切部材。
- 前記多孔質シートが熱融着性成分を含み、前記熱融着性成分として、親水基を有するポリマーを用いた構成を特徴する請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の全熱交換素子用仕切部材。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の全熱交換素子用仕切部材を用いた全熱交換素子。
- 請求項7に記載の全熱交換素子を用いた全熱交換形換気装置。
- 前記全熱交換素子用仕切部材の前記透湿性物質は、親水性の有機低分子化合物を含浸または塗工後、重合させることにより高分子化し、水不溶化したことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の全熱交換素子用仕切部材の製造方法。
