- the processing unit 41 of the management device 40 that has acquired the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A stores the identification information PSN having the same unique name CN as the unique name CN of the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A acquired from the work machine 1.
- the information stored in the unit 42 is searched.
- the processing unit 41 reads the identification information PSN from the storage unit 42.
- the processing unit 41 compares the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A acquired from the work machine 1 with the read identification information PSN. If the two are different, the processing unit 41 identifies the engine controller 21A obtained by the work machine 1 using the identification information PSN stored in the storage unit 42 and having the same unique name CN as the identification information of the engine controller 21A. The changed history is stored in the information PSN. In this way, when the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A is changed, the changed identification information PSN is added to the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A stored in the storage unit 42 of the management device 40 and stored.
- the rewriting of the identification information PSN has been described by taking the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A as an example, but the rewriting of the identification information PSN is the same for the pump controller 21B and the monitor 22 and the like.
- the processing device 20 of the work machine 1 rewrites and changes the identification information PSN in the storage unit 20M in the same manner as when the identification information PSN of the engine controller 21A is rewritten.
- the identification information PSN is transmitted to the management device 40. Next, a processing procedure of the management method according to the present embodiment will be described.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a processing procedure of the management method according to the present embodiment.
- the processing unit 20C of the processing device 20 illustrated in FIG. 2 identifies the electronic devices such as the engine controller 21A, the pump controller 21B, and the monitor 22 that are connected to the processing unit 20 via the in-vehicle signal line 30.
- Request information PSN The electronic device or the like that has received the request processes its own identification information PSN, the identification information PSN of the sub-electronic device that is communicably connected to itself, and the identification information PSN of the component to be controlled via the in-vehicle signal line 30.
- the processing unit 20C acquires the transmitted identification information PSN.
- the identification information PSN requested by the processing unit 20C and acquired from the electronic device or the like includes at least an assembly product number A and a hardware serial number B as a plurality of information, and further includes a hardware product number C and software. At least one of the product number D and the software version number E may be included. Furthermore, in addition to these information, new information may be included.
- the management device 40 can change a plurality of types of information included in the identification information PSN acquired by the processing device 20 by remote operation via the communication device 103 and the communication unit 34 of the work machine 1 shown in FIG. it can. In addition, the management device 40 may change the electronic device or the like for which the processing device 20 of the work machine 1 acquires the identification information PSN via the communication unit 34 of the work machine 1. In this way, the management device 40 can easily change the type of the identification information PSN transmitted from the work machine 1 operating at a remote site.
- the processing unit 20C identifies at the timing when the key switch 32 shown in FIG.
- the information PSN is requested, and the identification information PSN is acquired via the signal line 30.
- Software such as electronic equipment is normally changed when the key switch 32 is OFF.
- the timing for replacing the electronic device or the like is usually when the key switch 32 is OFF.
- step S103 the processing unit 20C collates the acquired identification information PSN with the identification information PSN in the storage unit 20M using the unique name CN. That is, the processing unit 20C compares the acquired identification information PSN with the identification information PSN of the storage unit 20M having the same unique name CN. If the acquired identification information PSN does not exist in the storage unit 20M in step S104 (No in step S104), the processing unit 20C stores the acquired identification information PSN in the storage unit 20M in step S105, and acquires the acquired identification information. The PSN is transmitted to the management device 40 shown in FIG. The order in which the identification information PSN is stored in the storage unit 20M and the transmission of the identification information PSN to the management device 40 does not matter.
- step S104 when the acquired identification information PSN exists in the storage unit 20M (step S104, Yes), the process proceeds to step S106.
- step S106 when the acquired identification information PSN is different from the identification information PSN of the storage unit 20M having the same unique name CN (No in step S106), the processing unit 20C acquired in step S105.
- the identification information PSN is stored in the storage unit 20M. Specifically, the processing unit 20C rewrites and updates the identification information PSN in the storage unit 20M with the acquired identification information PSN. Further, in step S105, the processing unit 20C transmits the identification information PSN to the management device 40 illustrated in FIG.
- step S106 when the acquired identification information PSN is the same as the identification information PSN of the storage unit 20M having the same unique name CN (step S106, Yes), the management method according to the present embodiment is processed. Ends.
- the processing device 20 of the work machine 1 can promptly transmit the change to the management device 40 when any change occurs in the electronic device or the like included in the work machine 1.
- the device 40 can reliably and quickly grasp the change history of the electronic device or the like included in the work machine 1.
- electronic devices for controlling the devices such as the engine controller 21A and the pump controller 21B, may also store identification information PSN of the devices controlled by them.
- the management device 40 is an electronic device provided in the work machine 1 by rewriting the identification number of the device to be controlled in response to the change.
- the change history of the device to be controlled can be grasped reliably and promptly.
- the work machine processing apparatus 20 may notify the operator of this by, for example, displaying the change on the monitor 22. Further, the processing device 20 of the work machine 1 has previously had the identification information PSN. However, if the identification information PSN does not exist for a predetermined period, the corresponding electronic device or the like is removed from the work machine 1. The identification information PSN may be deleted from the storage unit 20M, and a message to that effect may be transmitted to the management device 40.
