本发明公开一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:1)松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度70-85℃下进行松弛,调节布料张力;2)预定:在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm;3)染色:对预定后的布料进行染色,根据布料纤维控制染色温度,染色升降温小于或等于1度/分钟;4)成定:在温度180℃对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型,整体花型对位尺寸控制在于0.3-0.5CM之内。本发明使用于制作高档提花弹性三层面料,改善了三层面料在弹性方面上使用的局限性,具有手感柔软弹性好,布面细腻,对脚趾无挤压作用,制作的鞋子给人一种轻松无约束的感觉,工艺技术上一次织成鞋型。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种布料染色工艺, 尤其涉及一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工 艺 背景技术
普通提花染色工艺: 预定一一染色一一成定。
185-190°C预定, 100-130°C染色, 170-185°C成定。
普通提花直接预定染色按风格成定, 成型织物测试成品后缩率延伸性、 大 小尺寸是否附合要求, 根据实际要求来设定工艺路线。 因此该工艺无法应用在 弹性提花三层网布上。
三层网布包括由以纱线经编方式织成的上表层面部、 下表层底部和连接于 二者之间的中间层。 织物的疏松、 厚薄程度取决于上层面部与下层底部之间连 接纱线与编织方式, 所谓弹性提花三层网布即在面部用 50D-150D涤、 锦纶纤维 或复合纤维 (麻灰) 包覆 40D氨纶、 70D氨纶、 100D氨纶(涤 /锦 +氨纶) 包覆 纱 +中间层 (涤 /锦单丝) +底部普通 (、涤 /锦) 纤维 +氨纶生产, 并且在面部或面 底俩面上进行提花。 织造过程坯布纵向要比成品图案小 l-1.5cm, 织造卷取处必 须用标准大管芯包装。 发明内容
本发明的发明目的在与解决现有技术的问题, 提供一种染色效果好、 成品 率高的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺。
为了实现上述发明目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为:
1、 一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺, 包括以下步骤:
1 )松弛精炼: 将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度 70-85 °C下进行松弛, 调节布料张力, 较之前染缸精炼工艺节能 30% , 提升坯布清洁度降低含油率;
2 )预定: 在温度 185-200 °C对松弛后的布料纵向进行微拉, 横向门幅根据 说 明 书 图型设定标准门幅定型, 纵向敫拉至花型比成品图案花型小 1.5-2cm (因染缸里 转动张力会拉大尺寸长度), 提升整体布面延伸稳定性;
3 )染色: 对预定后的布料进行染色, 把关染色转速控制尺寸, 根据布料纤 维控制染色温度, 染色升降温小于或等于 1度 /分钟;
4 )成定: 在温度 18CTC对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型, 横向门幅根据图型 设定标准门幅定型, 整体花型对位尺寸控制在于 0.3-0.5CM之内。
其中,
步骤 1 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 10Y/分钟(定型机链条走动的速度, 布在 烘箱里烘的时间长短);
步骤 2 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 5-8Y/分钟;
步骤 3 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 250-300 Y/分钟(布在染缸里转动的速度); 步骤 4 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 5-8Y/分钟。
其中, 步骤 1 ) 通过水洗进行精炼, 水洗液中含纯碱 3%、 乳化剂 3% , 冰 醋酸 0.5% , 同时调整 PH值在 6-7之间。 (跟织物 (布料 ) 百分比)
其中, 步骤 2 ) 中预定具体为先剪齐布头, 后接导布, 导布长度大于 10米, 然后对布料切边定型, 在温度 185 °C -200 °C对布料进行纵向微拉定型, 横向门幅 根据图型设定标准门幅, 纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小 1.5-2cm。
本发明的有益效果为: 通过选材织造、 特殊染整工艺 (松弛精炼一预定一 染色一成定), 使用于制作高档提花弹性三层面料, ?丈善了三层面料在弹性方面 上使用的局限性, 具有手感柔软弹性好, 布面细腻, 对脚趾无挤压作用, 本发 明制作的鞋子给人一种轻松无约束的感觉, 工艺技术上一次织成鞋型, 既对生 态环保, 又简化了鞋面生产流程, 提高了生产效率, 降低了生产成本, 给人一 种全新绿色健康的舒适。 具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式详予说明。
本发明弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺包括以下步骤: 说 明 书
1 )松弛精炼: 将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度 70-85 °C下进行松弛, 通过水洗进行精炼, 水洗液中含纯碱 3%、 乳化剂 3% , 冰醋酸 0.5%, 同时调整 PH值在 6-7之间, 控制布料行进速度在 10Y/分钟, 吸水量 30kg压力, 调节布 料张力, 较之前染缸精炼工艺节能 30%, 提升坯布清洁度降低含油率;
2 )预定: 对松弛后布料的布头剪齐后接导布, 导布长度大于 10 米, 后对 布料切边定型, 在温度 185 °C -200 °C对布料进行纵向微拉定型, 横向门幅根据图 型设定标准门幅, 纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小 1.5-2cm, 设备张力小于 lkg, 控制布料行进速度在 5-8Y/分钟, 本发明该步驟不可缩定(缩定会出现细 纹, 进缸后容易出现因细纹产生的皱印), 所以只能敖拉定型 (在花型设计时必须 预算设定好坯布纵向尺寸大小 (比原图案小 l-1.5cm ), 经松驰精炼后纵向尺寸 大小 (小 1.5-2.5cm ), 预定微拉后纵向尺寸大小 (比原图案小 l-2cm ), 染色进 缸后因转动后产生的纵向尺寸大小 (0.5-lcm), 成定时按原图案大小符合, 必须 根据大小尺寸排定;
3 )染色: 采用大喷嘴染缸, 浴比 1 : 15 , PH值 4-5, 喷压 33PA, 对预定后 的布料进行染色保温 40-60分钟, 控制布料行进速度在 250-300Y/分钟, 染色温 度: 锦纶 100-105 °C, 涤纶 130-135 °C, 涤锦 120 °C , 染色升降温小于或等于 1 度 /分钟, 转速不能过快, 温度根据纤维而定, 有锦纶混织温度不要超过 120度 染色, 不然会容易出现缸皱, 染色过程中必须加抗皱剂;
4 )成定: 在温度 180°C , 车速 5-8Y, 风力 1800转, 张力 lkg, 上风 80%, 下风 50%相对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型, 横向门幅根据图型设定标准门幅定 型, 整体花型对位尺寸控制在于 0.3-0.5CM之内。

1 )松弛精炼: 将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度 70-85 °C下进行松弛, 调节布料张力;
2 )预定: 在温度 185 °C-200°C对布料进行纵向微拉定型, 纵向微拉至花型 比成品图案花型小 1.5-2cm;
3 )染色: 对预定后的布料进行染色, 根据布料纤维控制染色温度, 染色升 降温小于或等于 1;!/分钟;
4 )成定: 在温度 18CTC对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型, 整体花型对位尺寸 控制在于 0.3-0.5CM之内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺, 其特征在于, 步骤 1 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 10Y/分钟;
步骤 2 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 5-8Y/分钟;
步骤 3 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 250-300Y/分钟;
步骤 4 ) 中控制布料行进速度在 5-8Y/分钟。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺, 其特征在于, 步 骤 1 )通过水洗进行精炼, 与布料质量百分比,水洗液中含纯碱 3%、乳化剂 3%, 水醋酸 0.5 % , 同时调整 PH值在 6-7之间。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺, 其特征在于, 步 骤 2 ) 中预定具体为先剪齐布头, 后接导布, 导布长度大于 10米, 然后对布料 切边定型, 在温度 185 °C -200 °C对布料进行纵向微拉定型, 纵向微拉至花型比成 品图案花型小 1.5-2cm。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺, 其特征在于, 包 括以下步骤:
1 )松弛精炼: 将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度 70-85 °C下进行松弛, 通过水洗进行精炼, 与布料质量百分比, 水洗液中含純碱 3%、 乳化剂 3%, 冰 醋酸 0.5% , 同时调整 PH值在 6-7之间, 控制布料行进速度在 10Y/分钟, 吸水 量 30kg压力, 调节布料张力; 权 利 要 求 书
