本发明公开了一种无荧光环保型婴幼儿服饰专用粘合衬的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:基布织造、溢流松式前处理、水浴处理、热熔胶涂层处理、烘培处理、卷绕送检处理。本发明以经纬向采用30D/24F涤纶低弹丝经平纹织造而成。经高温高压碱减量加工,配以高级有机硅阴离子微乳液处理,实现了超级柔软的效果,轻、薄、软,有弹性。无荧光柔软处理,采用无荧光PA胶经双点涂层而成。产品不含荧光,手感柔软,可广泛用于内衣、家居服、婴童装的服装制作。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及粘合衬制备工艺的技术领域,特别是一种无荧光环保型婴幼儿服饰专用粘合衬的制备工艺的技术领域。
【背景技术】
随着消费行为的日趋成熟,人们不再只满足服装的“遮体”“美饰”,更有对服装健康和卫生安全性能的要求。婴幼儿服装作为服装体系中的一个特殊组成部分,其对服装的卫生安全性指标要求更高。荧光剂对人体是有一定的害处的及影响的:荧光剂是致癌物,还能导致过敏,而且宝宝皮肤薄,有的宝宝身上有湿疹经常抓破而且喜欢吃衣服,很容易在身体内沉积下来,对身体的影响也是长时间后才会显现的。对于婴幼儿来说,含荧光剂的衣服、口水巾、尿布、尿不湿都会带来严重影响。因此,无荧光环保型是婴幼儿服饰的发展趋势,而与之相匹配的粘合衬市场十分巨大。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种无荧光环保型婴幼儿服饰专用粘合衬的制备工艺,能够使粘合衬实现超级柔软的效果,轻、薄、软,有弹性,无荧光柔软处理,产品不含荧光,手感柔软,可广泛用于内衣、家居服、婴童装的服装制作。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种无荧光环保型婴幼儿服饰专用粘合衬的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:基布织造:以涤纶低弹丝为经纱,以涤纶低弹丝为纬纱,将经纱和纬纱在经编机中采用平纹织造后形成基布;
步骤二:溢流松式前处理:对基布进行预烘预缩处理,然后在高温高压溢流机的控制下对基布进行松弛预缩定型处理,温度为50~60℃,环境湿度为30~40%,所述高温高压溢流机包括密封加压槽、收放涨紧辊、对流热风喷头、平幅整形辊,所述收放涨紧辊的数量有两个,所述收放涨紧辊设置在密封加压槽内的左右两侧,所述基布的两端卷绕在收放涨紧辊,所述收放涨紧辊的旋转方向一致,所述对流热风喷头的数量有多个,所述对流热风喷头均匀分布在密封加压槽内的上下两侧,所述平幅整形辊设置在收放涨紧辊之间,所述平幅整形辊的两端通过升降支柱与密封加压槽相连,所述平幅整形辊的两端设置有整形定位电眼,所述收放涨紧辊为主动辊,所述平幅整形辊为从动辊,所述密封加压槽内设置有加湿器;
步骤三:水浴处理:将基布浸没在添加有碱、精练剂和双氧水的水浴液中进行水浴处理,水浴温度为30~35℃,水浴时间20~30min,水浴过程中采用超声波震荡加速反应,取出基布沥干水分,将基布浸没在高级有机硅阴离子微乳液中进行水浴处理,水浴温度为50~60℃,搅拌加速反应,水浴时间20~30min,使得基布的表面形成保护膜层,取出基布悬挂,用20~30℃的清水喷淋清洗基布表面残留溶液,最后脱水并整理定型;
步骤四:热熔胶涂层处理:采用圆网将硅油中性乳液和无荧光PA胶进行双点涂层形成热熔胶层,所述无荧光PA胶在生产过程中加入了抗氧化剂,冷却后,然后将基布送入烘房;
步骤五:烘培处理:将基布经过三个烘房烘干,第一烘房的温度为70~80℃,烘干时间为6~8分钟,第二烘房的温度为100~120℃,烘干时间为4~5分钟,第三烘房的温度为150~160℃,烘干时间为2~4分钟,烘干过程中对基布进行紫外灯不间断照射处理;
步骤六:卷绕送检处理:将基布经切边计长后进行卷绕,对卷绕后的布卷进行人工终检,并将质量、外观均合格的产品进行打包形成无荧光环保型婴幼儿服饰专用粘合衬成品。
作为优选,所述步骤一中经纱采用30D/24F涤纶低弹丝,所述纬纱采用30D/24F涤纶低弹丝,所述经纱为前梳纱,所述纬纱为后梳纱,所述经纱和纬纱均为满穿编织。
作为优选,所述步骤三中的碱为氢氧化钠、精炼剂为有机硅氧烷聚合物。
作为优选,所述步骤四中采用硅油中性乳液作为热熔胶底胶层,采用无荧光PA胶作为热熔胶的面胶层。
作为优选,所述步骤四中圆网的目数为CP60,圆网的孔径为0.22~0.24mm,圆网的厚度为0.14~0.16mm。

步骤一:基布织造:以涤纶低弹丝为经纱,以涤纶低弹丝为纬纱,将经纱和纬纱在经编机中采用平纹织造后形成基布;
步骤二:溢流松式前处理:对基布进行预烘预缩处理,然后在高温高压溢流机的控制下对基布进行松弛预缩定型处理,温度为50~60℃,环境湿度为30~40%,所述高温高压溢流机包括密封加压槽(1)、收放涨紧辊(2)、对流热风喷头(3)、平幅整形辊(4),所述收放涨紧辊(2)的数量有两个,所述收放涨紧辊(2)设置在密封加压槽(1)内的左右两侧,所述基布的两端卷绕在收放涨紧辊(2),所述收放涨紧辊(2)的旋转方向一致,所述对流热风喷头(3)的数量有多个,所述对流热风喷头(3)均匀分布在密封加压槽(1)内的上下两侧,所述平幅整形辊(4)设置在收放涨紧辊(2)之间,所述平幅整形辊(4)的两端通过升降支柱(5)与密封加压槽(1)相连,所述平幅整形辊(4)的两端设置有整形定位电眼(6),所述收放涨紧辊(2)为主动辊,所述平幅整形辊(4)为从动辊,所述密封加压槽(1)内设置有加湿器;
