Abstract

本发明公开一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:1)松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度70-85℃下进行松弛,调节布料张力;2)预定:在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm;3)染色:对预定后的布料进行染色,根据布料纤维控制染色温度,染色升降温小于或等于1度/分钟;4)成定:在温度180℃对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型,整体花型对位尺寸控制在于0.3-0.5CM之内。本发明使用于制作高档提花弹性三层面料,改善了三层面料在弹性方面上使用的局限性,具有手感柔软弹性好,布面细腻,对脚趾无挤压作用,制作的鞋子给人一种轻松无约束的感觉,工艺技术上一次织成鞋型。

Description

一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种布料染色工艺,尤其涉及一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺。 
背景技术
普通提花染色工艺:预定——染色——成定。 
185-190℃预定,100-130℃染色,170-185℃成定。 
普通提花直接预定染色按风格成定,成型织物测试成品后缩率延伸性、大小尺寸是否附合要求,根据实际要求来设定工艺路线。因此该工艺无法应用在弹性提花三层网布上。 
三层网布包括由以纱线经编方式织成的上表层面部、下表层底部和连接于二者之间的中间层。织物的疏松、厚薄程度取决于上层面部与下层底部之间连接纱线与编织方式,所谓弹性提花三层网布即在面部用50D-150D涤、锦纶纤维或复合纤维(麻灰)包覆40D氨纶、70D氨纶、100D氨纶(涤/锦+氨纶)包覆纱+中间层(涤/锦单丝)+底部普通(涤/锦)纤维+氨纶生产,并且在面部或面底俩面上进行提花。织造过程坯布纵向要比成品图案小1-1.5cm,织造卷取处必须用标准大管芯包装。 
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在与解决现有技术的问题,提供一种染色效果好、成品率高的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺。 
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为: 
1、一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,包括以下步骤: 
1)松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度70-85℃下进行松弛,调节布料张力,较之前染缸精炼工艺节能30%,提升坯布清洁度降低含油率; 
2)预定:在温度185-200℃对松弛后的布料纵向进行微拉,横向门幅根据 图型设定标准门幅定型,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm(因染缸里转动张力会拉大尺寸长度),提升整体布面延伸稳定性; 
3)染色:对预定后的布料进行染色,把关染色转速控制尺寸,根据布料纤维控制染色温度,染色升降温小于或等于1度/分钟; 
4)成定:在温度180℃对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型,横向门幅根据图型设定标准门幅定型,整体花型对位尺寸控制在于0.3-0.5CM之内。 
其中, 
步骤1)中控制布料行进速度在10Y/分钟(定型机链条走动的速度,布在烘箱里烘的时间长短); 
步骤2)中控制布料行进速度在5-8Y/分钟; 
步骤3)中控制布料行进速度在250-300Y/分钟(布在染缸里转动的速度); 
步骤4)中控制布料行进速度在5-8Y/分钟。 
其中,步骤1)通过水洗进行精炼,水洗液中含纯碱3%、乳化剂3%,冰醋酸0.5%,同时调整pH值在6-7之间。(跟织物(布料)百分比) 
其中,步骤2)中预定具体为先剪齐布头,后接导布,导布长度大于10米,然后对布料切边定型,在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,横向门幅根据图型设定标准门幅,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm。 
本发明的有益效果为:通过选材织造、特殊染整工艺(松弛精炼—预定—染色—成定),使用于制作高档提花弹性三层面料,改善了三层面料在弹性方面上使用的局限性,具有手感柔软弹性好,布面细腻,对脚趾无挤压作用,本发明制作的鞋子给人一种轻松无约束的感觉,工艺技术上一次织成鞋型,既对生态环保,又简化了鞋面生产流程,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,给人一种全新绿色健康的舒适。 
具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式详予说明。 
本发明弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺包括以下步骤: 
1)松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度70-85℃下进行松弛,通过水洗进行精炼,水洗液中含纯碱3%、乳化剂3%,冰醋酸0.5%,同时调整pH值在6-7之间,控制布料行进速度在10Y/分钟,吸水量30kg压力,调节布料张力,较之前染缸精炼工艺节能30%,提升坯布清洁度降低含油率; 
2)预定:对松弛后布料的布头剪齐后接导布,导布长度大于10米,后对布料切边定型,在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,横向门幅根据图型设定标准门幅,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm,设备张力小于1kg,控制布料行进速度在5-8Y/分钟,本发明该步骤不可缩定(缩定会出现细纹,进缸后容易出现因细纹产生的皱印),所以只能微拉定型(在花型设计时必须预算设定好坯布纵向尺寸大小(比原图案小1-1.5cm),经松驰精炼后纵向尺寸大小(小1.5-2.5cm),预定微拉后纵向尺寸大小(比原图案小1-2cm),染色进缸后因转动后产生的纵向尺寸大小(0.5-1cm),成定时按原图案大小符合,必须根据大小尺寸排定; 
3)染色:采用大喷嘴染缸,浴比1:15,pH值4-5,喷压33PA,对预定后的布料进行染色保温40-60分钟,控制布料行进速度在250-300Y/分钟,染色温度:锦纶100-105℃,涤纶130-135℃,涤锦120℃,染色升降温小于或等于1度/分钟,转速不能过快,温度根据纤维而定,有锦纶混织温度不要超过120度染色,不然会容易出现缸皱,染色过程中必须加抗皱剂; 
4)成定:在温度180℃,车速5-8Y,风力1800转,张力1kg,上风80%,下风50%相对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型,横向门幅根据图型设定标准门幅定型,整体花型对位尺寸控制在于0.3-0.5CM之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 
1)松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度70-85℃下进行松弛,调节布料张力; 
2)预定:在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm; 
3)染色:对预定后的布料进行染色,根据布料纤维控制染色温度,染色升降温小于或等于1度/分钟; 
4)成定:在温度180℃对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型,整体花型对位尺寸控制在于0.3-0.5CM之内。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,其特征在于, 
步骤1)中控制布料行进速度在10Y/分钟; 
步骤2)中控制布料行进速度在5-8Y/分钟; 
步骤3)中控制布料行进速度在250-300Y/分钟; 
步骤4)中控制布料行进速度在5-8Y/分钟。 
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)通过水洗进行精炼,与布料质量百分比,水洗液中含纯碱3%、乳化剂3%,冰醋酸0.5%,同时调整pH值在6-7之间。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,其特征在于,步骤2)中预定具体为先剪齐布头,后接导布,导布长度大于10米,然后对布料切边定型,在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm。 
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性提花三层网布的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 
1)松弛精炼:将准备染色的弹性提花三层网布在温度70-85℃下进行松弛,通过水洗进行精炼,与布料质量百分比,水洗液中含纯碱3%、乳化剂3%,冰醋酸0.5%,同时调整pH值在6-7之间,控制布料行进速度在10Y/分钟,吸水量30kg压力,调节布料张力; 
2)预定:对松弛后布料的布头剪齐后接导布,导布长度大于10米,后对布料切边定型,在温度185℃-200℃对布料进行纵向微拉定型,纵向微拉至花型比成品图案花型小1.5-2cm;设备张力小于1kg,控制布料行进速度在5-6Y/分钟; 
3)染色:采用大喷嘴染缸,浴比1:15,pH值4-5,喷压33PA,对预定后的布料进行染色保温40-60分钟,控制布料行进速度在250-300Y/分钟,染色温度:锦纶100-105℃,涤纶130-135℃,涤锦120℃,染色升降温小于或等于1度/分钟; 
4)成定:在温度180℃,车速6Y,风力1800转,张力2kg,上风80%,下风50%相对染色后的布料进行尺寸定型,整体花型对位尺寸控制在于0.3-0.5CM之内。
