Abstract
Description
図11に示すように、電線保護管501は、スリット503が軸線方向の全長に沿って設けられ、スリット503を開いてワイヤハーネス(電線)505に側方より被せて取り付けられる。スリット503を有する電線保護管501は、内部に挿通されるワイヤハーネス505に対して軸線方向に位置決めするために、粘着テープ507を用いてワイヤハーネス505に固定される場合がある。また、粘着テープ507は、スリット503の口開きを防止するためにも電線保護管501に巻かれる。
また、電線保護管501とワイヤハーネス505の取付作業は、電線保護管501の先端部の内周側のワイヤハーネス505に巻きつけられた粘着テープ507が、切欠509を通して電線保護管501の外周面に引き出され、引き出された粘着テープ507がチューブ外周面に巻き付けられて行われる。このため、切欠509を通して電線保護管501の外周面に粘着テープ507を引き出しながら、電線保護管501とワイヤハーネス505を軸線方向に位置決めしなければならず、取付作業性がよくないという問題があった。
(1) 内方が電線挿通空間となる筒状の電線保護管と、前記電線保護管に設けられて前記電線挿通空間に挿通された電線が導出される電線導出開口部と、前記電線導出開口部の近傍における前記電線保護管を覆ってモールド成形された環状被覆部と一体に成形されると共に、前記電線導出開口部から導出される前記電線が載置される電線固定板を有する電線固定部材と、を備える電線保護部材。
また、電線が載置される電線固定板は、電線導出開口部の外側に突出されて電線の導出方向に沿って延在している。そこで、作業者は電線固定板に電線を添わせた状態にして、粘着テープ等による一括巻き付け作業を行うだけでよい。これにより、作業者は熟練を要さずに、電線と電線保護管を容易に固定することが可能となる。
また、上記構成の電線保護部材は、それぞれ同一の電線固定部材を備えた一対の電線保護管の保護管末端開口部同士を突き合わせて使用することができる。即ち、一方の電線保護管の保護管末端開口部から導出された幹線としての電線は、他方の電線保護管の保護管末端開口部へ導入されて挿通される。この際、幹線に対して直交する方向に曲げられて分岐された支線は、上下に配置される一対の支線固定部の間に挟まれる。この支線を挟む一対の支線固定部は、粘着テープ等によって巻き付けられて固定される。従って、一方の電線保護管の保護管末端開口部から導出された電線から幹線と直交方向に分岐された支線は、これら上下に配置される電線固定部材の支線固定部によって挟まれて確実に固定される。これにより、幹線から支線を分岐させる分岐部においても、作業者が熟練を要しない容易な作業で、電線保護管に対して支線を高精度に位置決めできる。また、一方の電線保護管に固着した電線固定部材の支線固定部と、他方の電線保護管に固着した電線固定部材の支線固定部とは、分離しているので、作業者が支線を幹線から分岐させる作業を容易にすることができる。
従って、この電線保護部材によれば、幹線から分岐される支線の分岐位置を電線保護管に対して高精度に位置決めできる。また、幹線固定部に固定される前には、他の電線保護管が電線保護部材と分離されているので、支線を幹線から容易な作業で分岐させることができる。
また、支線の分岐作業も、電線保護管から他の電線保護管へ挿入される前、保護管末端開口部から導出された電線の一部である所定の本数の支線が、支線固定部に載置されるように曲げられることで容易に行える。保護管末端開口部で曲げられて電線固定部材の支線固定部に載置された支線は、支線固定部と共に外周に粘着テープ等が巻き付けられて固定される。
図1に示すように、本発明の第1実施形態に係る電線保護部材11は、自動車等に設けられるワイヤハーネス13に好適に用いられる。本第1実施形態の電線保護部材11は、図2に示すように、内方が電線挿通空間27となる円筒状の電線保護管15と、電線導出開口部としての保護管末端開口部31と、電線固定部材17と、を備える。
また、本実施形態に係る電線保護管15には、電線29を挿入するためのスリットが形成されていないが、軸線25に沿う方向で電線保護管15の全長に渡ってスリットが形成されていてもよいことは云うまでもない。
環状被覆部33は、保護管末端開口部31の近傍における電線保護管15を覆ってモールド成形されて固着する。本実施形態において、環状被覆部33は、外周溝23と共に隣接する大径部19を覆って、電線保護管15の保護管末端開口部31の近傍の外周面にモールド成形される。
電線固定部材17は、電線保護管15と共に、後述の成形型70(図4参照)に入れられることでモールド成形される。なお、環状被覆部33は、少なくとも2つ以上の大径部19に亘りモールドされる。なお、電線保護管15にスリットが形成される場合には、この環状被覆部33にもスリットが形成される。これにより、環状被覆部33は、断面がC字状となって開放される。
本第1実施形態に係る電線保護部材11では、保護管末端開口部31の近傍における電線保護管15には、電線固定部材17の環状被覆部33がモールド成形により固着される。この環状被覆部33には、電線固定板35が一体に成形されており、保護管末端開口部31から導出されて電線固定板35に載置された電線29は、電線固定板35と共に外周に粘着テープ37が巻き付けられて、電線固定板35に固定される。電線29が固定される電線固定部材17の電線固定板35は、一体に成形された環状被覆部33がモールド成形されて電線保護管15に固着しているので、電線保護管15に対する電線29の相対移動が高い強度で規制される。これにより、電線保護管15に挿通された電線29は、電線保護管15に対して、高精度に位置決めされる。
図3に示すように、上述した電線保護部材11を成形するには、先ず、電線保護管15に中子79が挿入される。
中子79は、電線保護管15の内径に略同一で挿入可能となった軸体81で構成される。中子79は、成形型70にセットされる前の電線保護管15に軸体81が挿入される。これにより、高温となった成形樹脂の注入圧力によっても電線保護管15が潰れなくなる。
そして、図5に示すように、成形型70の型開きされた上型73と下型75から成形品を取り出して、ゲート74からスプルー76及びランナー78を除去することで、電線保護部材11の製造が完了する。
低圧射出装置90は、ポリプロピレン等の合成樹脂等を加熱して溶融するヒータが設けられた加熱筒91と、加熱筒91の溶融樹脂を図示しないノズルから射出するプランジャ93と、プランジャ93を前進させる射出シリンダ95と、射出シリンダ95を駆動するハンドル97と、加熱筒91の加熱温度を所望の温度に保持する温調器99と、を有し、これらが台座96に立設する支柱94に支持される。
なお、本実施形態では、成形型70が水平割型のものについて説明したが、成形型70は垂直割型であってもよい。
図7の(a)に示すように、本第2実施形態においても、電線保護管15に設けられて電線挿通空間27に挿通された電線29が導出される電線導出開口部は、電線保護管15の少なくとも延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部31である。そして、本第2実施形態において、環状被覆部33と一体に成形される電線固定部材42の支線固定部(電線固定板)43は、電線保護管15の軸線25に直交する方向に延在する矩形状に形成されている。
図8の(a)に示すように、本第3実施形態においても、電線保護管15に設けられて電線挿通空間27に挿通された電線29が導出される電線導出開口部は、電線保護管15の少なくとも延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部31である。そして、本第3実施形態において、環状被覆部33と一体に成形される電線固定部材52の電線固定板53は、電線保護管15の軸線25に沿う方向に延在する幹線固定部55と電線保護管15の軸線25に交差する方向に延在する支線固定部57を有するL字形状に形成されている。
従って、本第3実施形態の電線保護部材51によれば、幹線32から分岐される支線30の分岐位置を電線保護管15に対して高精度に位置決めできる。また、幹線固定部55に固定される際には、他の電線保護管49が電線保護部材51と分離されているので、支線30を幹線32から容易な作業で分岐させることができる。
図9の(a)に示すように、本第4実施形態においても、電線保護管15に設けられて電線挿通空間27に挿通された電線29が導出される電線導出開口部は、電線保護管15の少なくとも延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部31である。そして、本第4実施形態において、環状被覆部33と一体に成形される電線固定部材59の電線固定板54は、電線保護管15の軸線25に交差する方向に延在する支線固定部58と、支線固定部58を挟んで電線保護管15と同軸心の他の電線保護管49の保護管末端開口部31の近傍を覆ってモールド成形された他の環状被覆部33Aとを有する。
図10の(a)に示すように、本第5実施形態の電線保護部材61に係る電線保護管15に設けられて電線挿通空間27に挿通された電線29が導出される電線導出開口部である保護管中途開口部60が、電線保護管15の延在方向中途部の管壁63に穿設されている。
本第5実施形態に係る電線固定部材62は、図10の(b)に示すように、保護管中途開口部60を挟んで電線保護管15の外周面にモールド成形された一対の環状被覆部65と、これら環状被覆部65と一体に成形された矩形状の電線固定板64とを有する。電線固定板64は、基端側が一対の環状被覆部65に連結されて電線保護管15の軸線25に直交する方向に延在している。
[1] 内方が電線挿通空間27となる筒状の電線保護管15と、前記電線保護管15に設けられて前記電線挿通空間27に挿通された電線29が導出される電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31と、前記電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31の近傍における前記電線保護管15を覆ってモールド成形された環状被覆部33と一体に成形されると共に、前記電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31から導出される前記電線29が載置される電線固定板35を有する電線固定部材17と、を備える電線保護部材11。
[2] 上記[1]の構成の電線保護部材41であって、前記電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31が、前記電線保護管15の延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部31であり、前記電線固定部材42の電線固定板(支線固定部)43が、前記電線保護管15の軸線25に直交する方向に延在する支線固定部43である電線保護部材41。
[3] 上記[1]の構成の電線保護部材51であって、前記電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31が、前記電線保護管15の延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部31であり、前記電線固定部材52の電線固定板53が、前記電線保護管15の軸線25に沿う方向に延在する幹線固定部55と前記電線保護管15の軸線25に交差する方向に延在する支線固定部57を有する電線保護部材51。
[4] 上記[1]の構成の電線保護部材56であって、前記電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31が、前記電線保護管15の延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部31であり、前記電線固定部材59の電線固定板(支線固定部)58が、前記電線保護管15の軸線25に交差する方向に延在する支線固定部58と、前記支線固定部58を挟んで前記電線保護管15と同軸心の他の電線保護管49の電線導出開口部(保護管末端開口部)31の近傍を覆ってモールド成形された他の環状被覆部33Aとを有する電線保護部材56。
[5] 上記[1]の構成の電線保護部材61であって、前記電線導出開口部(保護管中途開口部)60が、前記電線保護管15の延在方向中途部の管壁63に穿設された保護管中途開口部60であり、前記電線固定部材62が、前記保護管中途開口部60を挟んで前記電線保護管15にモールド成形された一対の前記環状被覆部65と一体に成形された前記電線固定板64を有する電線保護部材61。

- 内方が電線挿通空間となる筒状の電線保護管と、
前記電線保護管に設けられて前記電線挿通空間に挿通された電線が導出される電線導出開口部と、
前記電線導出開口部の近傍における前記電線保護管を覆ってモールド成形された環状被覆部と一体に成形されると共に、前記電線導出開口部から導出される前記電線が載置される電線固定板を有する電線固定部材と、を備える電線保護部材。 - 前記電線導出開口部が、前記電線保護管の延在方向一端側の保護管末端開口部であり、
