Abstract

本発明による加熱処理炉を用いた有用貴金属等の回収方法は、予め加熱処理炉内の下方に備えられた所定量の木片又は木炭等の熱源材を、発火手段を介して発火燃焼させて加熱処理炉内の温度を上昇させ、その後加熱処理炉内の処理反応部の温度の計測値を読込む工程と、加熱処理炉から排出される加熱処理炉内排ガスを、再燃焼炉を介して再燃焼させつつ再燃焼炉に設けられた燃焼温度センサーにより再燃焼炉内の温度の計測値を読込む工程と、再燃焼炉を介して再燃焼した再燃焼炉内排ガスを排ガス誘引装置を介して誘引する工程と、少なくとも加熱処理炉内の処理反応部の温度の計測値と再燃焼炉内の温度の計測値を温度管理制御装置にて処理する工程とからなり、その後排ガス誘引装置により負圧状態の雰囲気下に置かれた加熱処理炉内に、加熱処理炉の複数の空気導入体から温度管理制御装置を介して燃焼用の酸素等の空気導入量を調整しつつ導入することにより、処理反応部の温度を温度管理制御装置を介して予め定めた温度の雰囲気下に均一保持して所定時間維持しつつ処理反応部に収納された基板等の有用貴金属類及び/又はセラミック類を具備する可燃性部材を有した有機廃棄物を不完全燃焼雰囲気下で加熱処理して可燃性部材が酸化した有機廃棄物を取り出し可能とするものである。
