Description

纸币处理设备及其出入钞机构
本申请要求于 2013 年 3 月 29 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201310108591.X, 发明名称为 "纸币处理设备及其出入妙机构" 的中国专利申 请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及纸币处理技术领域, 尤其涉及一种纸币处理设备的出入妙机 构。 本发明还涉及一种具有上述出入妙机构的纸币处理设备。
背景技术 随着经济的不断发展, 纸币的处理量越来越大,人们对于纸币处理设备的 处理能力的要求也随之提高。目前普遍使用的纸币处理设备的主要功能包括取 款、 存款和转账等等, 而在这些操作中, 纸币处理设备主要通过其出入妙机构 实现纸币的输入和输出。
上述出入妙机构主要包括壳体、 挡板、 侧板、 底板、 压板、 推妙板、 分妙 机构和出妙输送机构。 壳体为出入妙机构的安装基石出; 挡板设置于壳体上, 且 可上下移动; 压板用于支撑纸币, 压板和推妙板均能够相对于底板移动; 分妙 机构和出妙输送机构分别位于底板的两侧, 分妙机构一般采用分妙轮; 推妙板 位于压板上靠近出妙输送机构的一端。顾客进行存款操作时,将纸币放置于壳 体、底板和压板围成的空间内 ,然后分妙机构将纸币分离成单张纸币进行输送, 单张纸币经过纸币鉴别器后,合格的纸币进入纸币暂存装置, 不合格的纸币则 输送至出妙输送机构,出妙输送机构将这些纸币输送至底板与挡板形成的空间 内; 顾客进行取款操作时,妙箱中的纸币通过纸币输送通道经纸币鉴别器和出 妙输送机构堆叠至底板与挡板形成的空间内。 当需要输出的纸币堆叠完成后, 压板移动至挡板附近,挡板即可向上移动或向下移动, 以使推妙板与压板共同 将纸币推动至出入妙口。 上述挡板移动时, 需采用马达、 皮带以及齿轮等动力机构带动, 致使整个 出入妙机构的结构较为复杂。 另外, 上述出妙输送机构主要包括分妙轮, 而分 妙轮的工作亦需要较为复杂的机构驱动, 同样导致出入妙机构的结构较为复 杂。
综上所述,如何解决纸币处理设备的出入妙机构结构较为复杂的问题, 已 成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纸币处理设备的出入妙机构,该出入妙机构的结 构较为简单。本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有上述出入妙机构的纸币处理设 备。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种纸币处理设备的出入妙机构,包括壳体和挡板,所述挡板为弹性挡片 , 所述弹性挡片的一端相对于所述壳体固定, 另一端为自由端,且所述弹性挡片 位于纸币的输出行程内。
优选地, 在上述出入妙机构中, 所述弹性挡片包括第一挡片和第二挡片, 所述第一挡片的固定端和所述第二挡片的固定端相对设置,且所述第一挡片的 自由端和所述第二挡片的自由端均位于纸币的输出行程内。
优选地,在上述出入妙机构中, 所述第一挡片朝向所述出入妙机构的推妙 板的表面与所述第二挡片朝向所述推妙板的表面位于同一平面内。
优选地,在上述出入妙机构中,所述出入妙机构的出妙输送机构包括叶轮 , 所述出入妙机构的推妙板能够位于所述叶轮的叶片侧部以形成挡妙机构。
优选地, 在上述出入妙机构中, 所述出入妙机构的压板的底部和 /或所述 出入妙机构的推妙板的底部与所述出入妙机构的底板之间具有曲线型挡妙缝。
优选地, 在上述出入妙机构中, 所述曲线型挡妙缝为矩形波纹型挡妙缝。 优选地,在上述出入妙机构中, 所述出入妙机构的压板上具有分妙轮容置 槽, 所述出入妙机构的分妙轮穿过所述分妙轮容置槽, 以形成外露于所述分妙 轮容置槽的触妙部。
优选地, 在上述出入妙机构中, 所述壳体上具有第一导向槽, 所述出入妙 机构的压板通过所述第一导向槽与所述壳体滑动配合。
优选地, 在上述出入妙机构中, 所述壳体上具有第二导向槽, 所述出入妙 机构的推妙板通过所述第二导向槽与所述壳体滑动配合。
在上述技术方案中 ,本发明提供的纸币处理设备的出入妙机构包括壳体和 挡板, 挡板为弹性挡片, 该弹性挡片的一端相对于壳体固定, 其另一端为自由 端, 且该弹性挡片位于纸币的输出行程内。 该出入妙机构工作时, 纸币由出妙 输送机构输出后落在弹性挡片上,弹性挡片为纸币提供支撑力,当出妙完毕后, 纸币在推妙板的推力作用下向弹性挡片施加推力,此时弹性挡片将发生塑性变 形,使得纸币与推妙板一起经过该弹性挡片, 或使得推妙板通过该弹性挡片回 复初始位置, 进而进入后续操作。
通过上述描述可知, 本发明提供的出入妙机构将挡板设置为弹性挡片,相 比于背景技术中所介绍的内容, 纸币通过挡板时无需驱动机构带动该挡板升 降, 仅依靠弹性挡片本身的弹性变形即可保证纸币顺利通过。 显然, 上述出入 妙机构省去驱动挡板升降的驱动机构, 其结构较为简单。
本发明还提供了一种纸币处理设备, 包括出入妙机构, 所述出入妙机构为 如上述任一项所述的出入妙机构。 由于上述出入妙机构具有上述技术效果, 具

具体实施方式 本发明的核心是提供一种纸币处理设备的出入妙机构,该出入妙机构的结 构较为简单。本发明的另一核心是提供一种具有上述出入妙机构的纸币处理设 备。
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明提供的技术方案,下面将结合 附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种纸币处理设备的出入妙机构,该出入妙机构能够 应用于自动取款机、 自动存取款机等纸币处理设备中, 下文以该出入妙机构应 如图 1所示, 上述自动存取款机包括显示装置 2、 外壳 3、 卡和明细表处 理装置 4、 输入装置 5、 纸币处理装置 6和主体控制器 7, 外壳 3上具有出入 妙口 1。 显示装置 2用于显示各种交易的详细信息及选择项的画面等; 外壳 3 为整个自动存取款机的安装基础;卡和明细表处理装置 4主要用于读取卡的信 息和发行明细表;输入装置 5是用户输入必要信息的装置,其主要包括键盘等; 纸币处理装置 6基于用户的出入币操作,收纳投入到出入妙口 1的纸币或从出 入妙口 1放出纸币; 主体控制器 7用于对自动存取款机进行整体控制, 其主要 通过对传感器等发出的信号进行处理,以此准确控制自动存取款机中的各个零 部件的工作状态。
如图 2所示, 上述纸币处理装置 6主要包括出入妙机构 11、 纸币鉴别器 12、 纸币输送通道 13、 纸币暂存装置 14、 金库 15、 存款妙箱 16和循环妙箱 17, 存款妙箱 16和循环妙箱 17均设置于金库 15内。 客户在存款过程中, 首 先将纸币放入出入妙机构 11 内, 出入妙机构 11 中的纸币通过纸币输送通道 13进入纸币鉴别器 12中, 其中鉴定为合格的纸币被送入纸币暂存装置 14中, 而鉴定为不合格的纸币则回到出入妙机构 11 中并返还给客户; 当所有的纸币 鉴定完毕后, 纸币暂存装置 14 中的合格纸币经过纸币输送通道 13 穿过金库 15上的输送口进入存款妙箱 16内。 客户需要取款时, 循环妙箱 17中的纸币 被输送至纸币鉴别器 12中, 并进一步被输送至出入妙机构 11内, 并最终由客 户取出。 当然, 在具体实施时, 上述存款妙箱 16和循环妙箱 17还可以替换使 用, 两者的数目根据具体使用场合灵活设置即可。
如图 3和图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供的出入妙机构主要包括壳体 25、 侧板 21、 入妙输送通道 34、 分妙机构、 出妙输送通道 26、 出妙输送机构、 推 妙板 28、 底板 29和压板 32, 壳体 25上具有出入妙口 22。 壳体 25是整个出 入妙机构的安装基础, 侧板 21、 入妙输送通道 34、 分妙机构、 出妙输送通道 26、 出妙输送机构、 推妙板 28、 底板 29、 挡板和压板 32均设置于壳体 25上; 侧板 21用于定位分妙机构, 同时其能够为客户放置于该出入妙机构中的纸币 提供限位作用; 入妙输送通道 34主要由输送轮组成, 这些输送轮由驱动装置 带动后转动; 分妙机构用于将整叠的纸币分离为单张纸币以便于输送, 其一般 采用分妙轮 33; 出妙输送通道 26用于将客户需要取的纸币或经过纸币鉴别器 鉴定为不合格的纸币输送至出入妙口 22处; 出妙输送机构与出妙输送通道 26 相邻设置, 出妙输送机构能够将纸币由出妙输送通道 26输送至底板 29上, 并 由挡板阻挡, 该出妙输送机构可采用分妙轮机构; 推妙板 28和压板 32均能够 在驱动装置的带动下相对于底板 29移动,具体地,两者可与底板 29滑动配合。
如图 4所示, 客户需要存款时, 出入妙口 22处的闸门打开, 客户将纸币 放置于侧板 21、 底板 29和压板 32围成的空间内, 放妙完毕后, 压板 32向纸 币加压, 分妙轮 33处的压力传感器发出信号, 使得分妙轮 33进入工作状态, 进而将纸币分离成单张纸币且不断地由入妙输送通道 34 输送至纸币鉴别器 中; 经鉴别后, 不合格的纸币将由出妙输送通道 26和出妙输送机构输送至底 板 29和挡板形成的空间内 , 此时推妙板 28位于靠近出妙输送机构的一侧; 如 图 5和图 6所示,当所有纸币都鉴别完后,压板 32和推妙板 28均向挡板移动, 且当压板 32到达挡板处时, 传感器即可发出信号, 使得压板 32停止移动, 而 推妙板 28继续移动, 当其推动纸币与压板 32接触时, 压板 32继续沿着推妙 板 28的移动方向移向侧板 21 ; 由于侧板 21处设置有分妙轮 33 , 所以当压板 32与分妙轮 33接触后, 分妙轮 33处的压力传感器即发出信号, 使得推妙板 28和压板 32均停止移动, 同时, 出入妙口 22处的闸门即可打开, 以便客户 取回不合格的纸币。
客户需要存款时,循环妙箱中的纸币直接进入纸币鉴别器,合格的纸币即 可通过出妙输送通道和出妙输送机构抵达挡板和底板 29形成的空间内, 剩下 的过程则与上述存款时的过程相似, 此处不再贅述。
本发明的关键改进点在于,上述挡板为弹性挡片,该弹性挡片可为一整片, 其一端相对于壳体 25固定, 另一端为自由端, 该自由端受外力作用后能够发 生弯曲,且弹性挡片位于纸币的输出行程内, 该输出行程是指纸币由出妙输送 机构输出后移向出入妙口 22的这一段距离。
在上述出入妙机构的工作过程中,纸币由出妙输送机构输出后将落在弹性 挡片上, 弹性挡片为纸币提供支撑力, 当出妙完毕后, 纸币在推妙板 28的推 力作用下向弹性挡片施加推力, 此时弹性挡片将发生塑性变形,使得纸币与推 妙板 28—起经过该弹性挡片, 并与压板 32共同移向侧板 21 , 或使得推妙板 28通过该弹性挡片回复初始位置, 进而进行后续操作。
通过上述描述可知,本发明实施例提供的出入妙机构将挡板设置为弹性挡 片,相比于背景技术中所介绍的内容, 纸币通过挡板时无需驱动机构带动该挡 板升降, 仅依靠弹性挡片本身的弹性即可保证纸币和推妙板顺利通过。 显然, 上述出入妙机构省去了驱动机构, 其结构较为简单。
如图 3-6所示, 进一步的技术方案中, 上述弹性挡片包括第一挡片 24和 第二挡片 31 , 第一挡片 24的固定端和第二挡片 31的固定端相对设置, 具体 地, 第一挡片 24可直接固定于壳体的顶部, 而第二挡片 31则直接固定于底板 29上; 第一挡片 24的自由端和第二挡片 31的自由端均位于纸币的输出行程 内, 即纸币由出妙输送机构输出后, 可由第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31阻挡。 相 比于将弹性挡片设置为一整片的结构,上述第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31分别固 定,使得整个弹性挡片的固定力度有所提高, 进而能够为纸币提供更大的支撑 力。 同时, 第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31的高度比整片弹性挡片的高度低, 这样 便有利于纸币更顺利通过。具体地, 第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31可由聚酯薄膜 制成, 且第一挡片 24可粘接于钣金上, 而钣金则通过螺丝等紧固件固定于壳 体 25上, 第二挡片 31可直接粘接于底板 29上。
当弹性挡片不受外作用力, 即处于自然状态下时, 上述第一挡片 24和第 二挡片 31可错位设置, 即, 纸币以一定的先后顺序与第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31接触, 但鉴于此种方式中, 第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31无法同时向纸币施 加支撑力, 所以本发明实施例优选为在自然状态下, 第一挡片 24朝向推妙板 28的表面与第二挡片 31朝向推妙板 28的表面位于同一平面内, 该平面根据 纸币的运动轨迹确定, 以使纸币能够同时与第一挡片 24和第二挡片 31接触, 以此为纸币提供更为可靠的支撑力。
更进一步的技术方案中,本发明实施例提供的出入妙机构的出妙输送机构 包括叶轮 27, 叶轮 27上的多个叶片即可输送纸币, 且推妙板 28能够位于叶 轮 27的叶片的侧部以形成挡妙机构。纸币随着叶轮 27的叶片转动并接触到推 妙板 28时, 推妙板 28阻挡纸币随着叶片转动, 并使得纸币沿着底板 29滑动 至弹性挡片上。 相比于采用分妙轮机构作为出妙输送机构, 上述叶轮 27无需 复杂的驱动机构, 仅需将动力源的扭矩直接传递至叶轮 27的转动轴上即可。 显然, 采用叶轮 27使得整个出入妙机构的结构进一步简化。
为了防止纸币受到压板 32的压力作用后自压板 32与底板 29之间的间隙 通过, 压板 32的底部与底板 29之间具有曲线型挡妙缝, 如图 7和图 8所示, 具体地, 可将压板 32的底面和底板 29的上表面均设置为曲线型表面, 以此使 得两者之间能够形成上述曲线型挡妙缝。可以理解地, 纸币的下边沿位于压板 32和底板 29之间的间隙中时, 上述曲线型挡妙缝即可阻挡纸币从两者之间的 缝隙中通过。 同理地,还可使得推妙板 28的底部与底板 29之间的间隙为曲线 型挡妙缝。
具体实施时, 上述曲线型挡妙缝可为波浪形挡妙缝、 锯齿形挡妙缝等等。 为了便于加工, 本发明实施例选择矩形波纹型挡妙缝, 如图 7和图 8所示, 即 压板 32的底部和 /或推妙板 28的底部与底板 29分别设置矩形突起和容置该矩 形突起的矩形 1HJ槽。
优选的技术方案中,压板 32上具有分妙轮容置槽,压板 32位于行程末端 时, 分妙轮 33穿过分妙轮容置槽, 以形成外露于分妙轮容置槽的触妙部。 推 妙板 28、 纸币和压板 32共同移向分妙轮 33时, 压板 32上的分妙轮容置槽不 断穿过分妙轮 33的边缘, 当纸币与分妙轮 33的触妙部接触时,压力传感器发 出信号, 使得压板 32和推妙板 28停止移动。 一般情况下, 在压板 32与分妙 轮 33接触后控制推妙板 28和压板 32停止移动,容易出现由于推妙板 28和压 板 32的移动速度的差别, 以及纸币的数量差异等因素的影响而发生纸币在推 妙板 28和压板 32之间比较散乱的情况。 这种情况下, 即使压板 32与分妙轮 33 接触后停止移动, 纸币的状态并不利于客户取走纸币, 而上述分妙轮容置 预定值时才能停止移动, 显然, 此种方式可使得纸币在推妙板 28 和压板 32 向其施加足够的压力而排列整齐, 从而便于客户取走纸币。 为了提高压板 32的运动精度, 可在壳体 25上设置第一导向槽 23 , 压板 32通过该第一导向槽 23与壳体 25滑动配合, 更优地, 压板 32可通过轴承与 第一导向槽 23滑动配合,压板 32上设置有导向块和导向轴。在驱动装置的作 用下, 压板 32严格地按照第一导向槽 23的轨迹运动, 防止压板 32在运动过 程中发生晃动等情况。 由于客户在进行操作时,难免出现操作超时甚至于忘记 取回纸币的情况,在这种情况下,位于推妙板 28和压板 32之间的纸币则需要 重新被输送至纸币暂存装置中。 据此, 第一导向槽 23末端即可向上倾斜, 以 使压板 32运动至靠近分妙轮 33 的位置时向上抬升一定的距离, 以此在压板 32的底部和底板 29之间形成较大的间隙, 以供纸币在分妙轮 33的作用下移 动至入妙输送通道处。 另外, 上述第一导向槽 23的末端向上倾斜延伸也有利 于与压板 32作用的传感器的设置。
同理地, 壳体 25上可设置第二导向槽 30, 出入妙机构的推妙板 28通过 该第二导向槽 30与壳体 25滑动配合。 推妙板 28同样可通过轴承与第二导向 槽 30滑动配合,推妙板 28上设置有导向块和导向轴。 当出妙输送机构采用叶 轮 27时, 推妙板 28需要倾斜设置以此形成挡妙机构, 因此, 第二导向槽 30 的首端亦倾斜设置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种纸币处理设备, 其包括出入妙机构, 该出入妙 机构为上述任一方案所描述的出入妙机构。由于上述出入妙机构具有上述技术 详述。
明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域 的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若 干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

1、 一种纸币处理设备的出入妙机构, 包括壳体(25)和挡板, 其特征在 于, 所述挡板为弹性挡片, 所述弹性挡片的一端相对于所述壳体(25) 固定, 另一端为自由端, 且所述弹性挡片位于纸币的输出行程内。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述弹性挡片包括 第一挡片 (24)和第二挡片 (31 ), 所述第一挡片 (24) 的固定端和所述第二 挡片 (31 )的固定端相对设置, 且所述第一挡片 (24)的自由端和所述第二挡 片 (31 ) 的自由端均位于纸币的输出行程内。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述第一挡片 (24) 朝向所述出入妙机构的推妙板(28)的表面与所述第二挡片 (31 )朝向所述推 妙板 (28) 的表面位于同一平面内。
4、 按照权利要求 1所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述出入妙机构的 出妙输送机构包括叶轮(27), 所述出入妙机构的推妙板(28) 能够位于所述 叶轮( 27 ) 的叶片侧部以形成挡妙机构。
5、 按照权利要求 1所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述出入妙机构的 压板(32) 的底部和 /或所述出入妙机构的推妙板(28) 的底部与所述出入妙 机构的底板(29)之间具有曲线型挡妙缝。
6、 按照权利要求 5所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述曲线型挡妙缝 为矩形波纹型挡妙缝。
7、 按照权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述出 入妙机构的压板(32)上具有分妙轮容置槽, 所述出入妙机构的分妙轮(33) 能够穿过所述分妙轮容置槽, 以形成外露于所述分妙轮容置槽的触妙部。
8、 按照权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述壳 体(25)上具有第一导向槽(23), 所述出入妙机构的压板(32)通过所述第 一导向槽(23)与所述壳体(25)滑动配合。
9、 按照权利要求 1-6中任一项所述的出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述壳 体(25)上具有第二导向槽(30), 所述出入妙机构的推妙板(28)通过所述 第二导向槽(30)与所述壳体(25)滑动配合。
10、 一种纸币处理设备, 包括出入妙机构, 其特征在于, 所述出入妙机构 为如权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的出入妙机构。
