存取口装置及存取款机 技术领域
本公开涉及自动机械的技术领域,例如涉及一种存取口装置及存取款机。
背景技术
相关技术中的存取款机具有存取口装置、识别装置、暂存装置、循环币箱、回收箱以及分布在多个装置之间的输送装置等。其中,存取口装置用于输入或输出纸币,识别装置用于识别纸币的真伪及面额,暂存装置用于在客户确认存款前临时保存纸币,循环币箱用于存储或分发纸币,回收箱用于存储不再流通的纸币,输送装置用于在上述各个装置之间、各装置与循环币箱以及回收箱之间传输纸币。
如图1所示,相关技术中的存取口装置包括底板7′、分币机构1′、集币机构2′、引导板3′、第一压币板4′和第二压币板5′,其中,底板7′沿水平方向延伸,用于支撑纸币;分币机构1′位于底板7′的第一端,用于将底板7′上堆叠的纸币一张接一张地输出;集币机构2′位于底板7′的第二端,用于将外界的纸币一张接一张地输入并堆叠在底板7′上;引导板3′用于在分离纸币时对纸币起引导作用;第一压币板4′用于在分离纸币时对纸币提供分币压力;第二压币板5′用于在收集纸币时引导纸币移动方向。
在存款时,引导板3′和第一压币板4′相对间隔设置,且与开口6′相对,纸币被通过开口6′放置在引导板3′和第一压币板4′两者之间,第一压币板4′向分币机构1′按压纸币,分币机构1′将纸币分离并送出,当有不合格的纸币8′需要退回给用户时,在分币机构1′将引导板3′和第一压币板4′两者之间的纸币8′继续分离输出的同时,不合格的纸币被送至集币机构2′,由集币机构2′输送至第一压币板4′与第二压币板5′之间,在引导板3′和第一压币板4′两者之间的纸币被全部输出后,第一压币板4′和第二压币板5′夹持不合格纸币8′移动至与开口6′相对的位置,等待用户由开口6′取走不合格纸币8′,如果经过预定时间后不合格纸币8′未被取走,分币机构1′将不合格纸币分离送至回收箱。
这种存取口装置的问题在于,在集币机构2′将不合格纸币8′送至第一压币板4′与第二压币板5′之间时,如果在引导板3′与第一压币板4′之间的纸币剩余量较少,第一压币板4′将距离第二压币板5′较远,因此第一压币板4′不能支撑集币机 构2′输出的纸币8′,集币机构2′输出的纸币8′容易倒伏,倒伏的纸币不利于被第一压币板4′和第二压币板5′夹持送至与开口6′相对的位置,而且即使被送至与开口6′相对的位置,倒伏的纸币也不方便用户取走,另外一旦经过预定时间倒伏的纸币未被取走需要分币机构1′分币回收时,倒伏的纸币也不易被分币机构1′分离输出。
发明内容
本公开一种存取口装置及存取款机,可以缓解相关技术中存在的存款过程中不合格纸币倒伏在存取口装置内的技术问题。
一种存取口装置,包括:机架和设置在所述机架上的分币机构和集币机构,沿纸币堆叠方向依次设置在所述机架上的引导板、第一压币板、支撑板和引导压币组件;
所述引导板邻近于所述分币机构,所述引导压币组件邻近于所述集币机构;
所述引导板和所述第一压币板组成第一夹持部,设置为支撑并夹持存入的纸币移动至所述分币机构;以及
所述支撑板和所述引导压币组件组成第二夹持部,设置为支撑并夹持由所述集币机构进入的纸币移动至所述分币机构。
在一实施例中,所述集币机构包括相对设置的两个辊轮,设置为驱动纸币进入所述存取口装置;两个所述辊轮之间形成供纸币通过的集币口。
在一实施例中,所述引导压币组件包括支撑架和连接于所述支撑架的第二压币板;所述支撑架活动连接于所述机架且可带动所述第二压币板朝向所述分币机构移动。
在一实施例中,所述第二压币板具有第二压币板集币位置,所述支撑板具有支撑板集币位置;
当所述第二压币板位于所述第二压币板集币位置和所述支撑板位于所述支撑板集币位置时,所述第二压币板位于所述集币口的第一侧,所述支撑板位于所述集币口的第二侧,且所述第二压币板和所述支撑板形成设置为堆叠纸币的集币空间。
在一实施例中,所述集币空间呈喇叭口形状且喇叭口朝向所述集币口。
在一实施例中,当所述支撑板处于所述支撑板集币位置时,沿纸币堆叠方 向,所述支撑板与所述集币口之间的距离小于纸币沿移动方向的长度。
在一实施例中,所述分币机构包括踢币辊以及相对设置的捻币辊和阻币辊,所述踢币辊与所述第一压币板相对,所述阻币辊与所述捻币辊之间形成出币口。

一种存取款机,包括:识别装置、暂存装置、循环箱、输送装置、回收箱和上述的存取口装置;
所述存取口装置设置为将用户放入的纸币送给所述识别装置或者将所述识别装置识别的纸币输出,等待用户取走纸币;
所述识别装置设置为进行纸币的识别;
所述暂存装置设置为暂时保存纸币;
所述循环箱设置为存储和分发纸币;
所述输送装置设置为在所述识别装置、所述暂存装置、所述存取口装置、所述循环箱和所述回收箱之间传送纸币;以及
所述回收箱设置为存储不再流通的纸币。
本公开提供的存取口装置,在存款过程中当有不合格纸币退出时,不合格纸币被整齐地堆叠在集币空间内,因此便于第二压币板与支撑板夹持纸币并送出;又由于不合格纸币整齐地堆叠在第二压币板与支撑板之间,因此也便于用户取走;此外,整齐堆叠的不合格纸币再次分币时,能够被分币机构顺畅地分离输出。

图2是一实施例提供的存取款机的结构示意图。一种存取款机,包括存取口装置100、识别装置200、暂存装置300、循环箱400、输送装置500,以及回收箱600,其中,存取口装置100具有与外界连通的开口801,并且在开口801处还设置有用于封闭或者敞开开口801的门802,存取口装置100用于将用户由开口801放入的纸币8一张接一张地送给识别装置200,或将识别装置200识别的纸币8一张接一张地输出,等待用户由开口801取走纸币8;识别装置200用 于进行纸币8检测识别;暂存装置300用于暂时保存纸币8;循环箱400用于存储和分发纸币8,回收箱600用于存储不再流通的纸币8;输送装置500用于在上述各装置之间,以及各装置与循环箱400及回收箱600之间传送纸币8。
在一实施例中,存取款机还可以包括控制器和存储器。本实施例中控制器用于控制识别装置200、暂存装置300、循环箱400、输送装置500、回收箱600和下述的存取口装置100运行,完成纸币的存取操作。存储器可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,存储程序区可以存储操作系统和至少一个功能所需的应用程序。存储数据区可以存储根据存取款机的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括,例如,随机存取存储器的易失性存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器。例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件或者其他非暂态固态存储器件。
本实施例提供一种存取口装置100,如图3至图6所示,存取口装置100包括机架和设置在机架上的分币机构2和集币机构3;还包括沿纸币8堆叠方向依次设置在机架上的引导板4、第一压币板5、支撑板6和引导压币组件7;引导板4邻近于分币机构2,引导压币组件7邻近于集币机构3;引导板4和第一压币板5组成第一夹持部,用于支撑并夹持存入的纸币8移动至分币机构2;支撑板6和引导压币组件7组成第二夹持部,用于支撑并夹持由集币机构3进入的纸币8移动至分币机构2。
本实施例中的纸币堆叠方向为由分币机构2指向集币机构3的方向。
本实施例中,机架包括底板1,底板1用于支撑纸币8,当纸币8在底板1上放置时,纸币8的端面与底板1接触,纸币8沿底板1的表面堆叠。在一实施例中,底板1与水平方向呈预设夹角地倾斜设置。
沿纸币堆叠方向,分币机构2设置在底板1的第一端,且邻近于开口801设置,分币机构2用于将堆叠在底板1上的纸币8一张接一张地输出存取口装置100。在一实施例中,当底板1倾斜设置时,分币机构2位于底板1的低端,如此设置使得堆叠在底板1上的纸币8在重力的作用下向分币机构2偏压,有利于分币机构2分币。分币机构2包括踢币辊21、相对设置的捻币辊22和阻币辊23,踢币辊21与第一压币板5相对,捻币辊22和阻币辊23之间形成出币口20,其中,沿纸币8输出方向,捻币辊22和阻币辊23位于踢币辊21的下游,踢币辊21转动时能够驱动与踢币辊21接触的纸币8向出币口20方向移动,当纸币8移动至捻币辊22和阻币辊23两者之间时,捻币辊22驱动与捻币辊22 接触的纸币8输出,阻币辊23阻止与阻币辊23接触的纸币8输出,从而在捻币辊22和阻币辊23共同作用下驱动纸币8逐张由出币口20输出;沿纸币8在底板1上的堆叠方向,集币机构3设置在底板1的第二端,集币机构3用于驱动输送装置500输送来的纸币8进入存取口装置100,集币机构3包括相对设置的两个辊轮31,用于驱动纸币进入存取口装置100,其中,相对的两个辊轮31之间形成供纸币8通过的集币口30。在一实施例中,当底板1倾斜设置时,集币机构3位于底板1的高端,如此设置使得在集币机构3收集纸币8时,有利于纸币8在底板1上堆叠。
存取口装置100还包括沿纸币堆叠方向依次设置在底板1上方的引导板4、第一压币板5、支撑板6和引导压币组件7。其中,引导板4邻近于分币机构2设置,引导压币组件7邻近于集币机构3设置。
引导板4的一端通过枢接轴41枢接于机架且引导板4可绕枢接轴41转动,具有引导板放币位置和引导板取币位置,其中,枢接轴41邻近于开口801设置,引导板4的自由端向靠近踢币辊21的方向延伸;第一压币板5沿垂直于底板1的方向延伸,第一压币板5与机架活动连接,可沿纸币8堆叠方向移动,第一压币板5具有第一压币板放币位置和第一压币板取币位置。
本实施例中,当引导板4位于引导板放币位置且第一压币板5位于第一压币板放币位置时,如图3所示,引导板4和第一压币板5之间形成放币空间且放币空间与存取口装置100的开口801连通;当引导板4位于引导板取币位置且第一压币板5位于第一压币板取币位置时,踢币辊21探入放币空间且与第一压币板5相对,第一压币板5挤压纸币8与踢币辊21抵接。本实施例中,当引导板4位于引导板放币位置,引导板4与底板1呈夹角设置,并且引导板4遮挡踢币辊21,第一压币板5与引导板4相对间隔预定距离,第一压币板5和引导板4两者呈喇叭状朝向开口801,第一压币板5、引导板4以及底板1三者共同形成放币空间,该放币空间与开口801连通,用户可由外部通过开口801将纸币8放在放币空间内;当引导板4位于引导板取币位置且第一压币板5位于第一压币板取币位置时,引导板4转动将踢币辊21露出,第一压币板5挤压纸币8与踢币辊21抵接。
支撑板6沿垂直于底板1的方向延伸,支撑板6与机架活动连接,可沿纸币8堆叠方向往返移动,支撑板6具有支撑板集币位置和支撑板取币位置;引 导压币组件7包括支撑架71和连接于支撑架71的第二压币板72,支撑架71活动连接于机架且可带动第二压币板72朝向分币机构2移动;第二压币板72通过转轴73与支撑架71枢接,可随支撑架71一起沿纸币堆叠方向往返移动,同时还可绕转轴73转动,第二压币板72具有第二压币板集币位置和第二压币板取币位置。
当支撑板6位于支撑板集币位置且第二压币板72位于第二压币板集币位置时,支撑板6和第二压币板72位于集币口30两侧,第二压币板72与底板1呈锐角设置,支撑板6与集币口30之间沿纸币堆叠方向间隔设定距离,第二压币板72和支撑板6两者呈喇叭口形状朝向集币口30设置,第二压币板72、支撑板6以及底板1共同形成集币空间,由集币口30进入集币空间的纸币8在第二压币板72的引导下移动,纸币8的表面与支撑板6接触,纸币8的端面与底板1接触,在支撑板6的支撑作用下,由集币机构3输入的纸币8不会倒伏。在一实施例中,当支撑板6处于支撑板集币位置时,沿纸币堆叠方向,支撑板6与集币口30之间的距离小于纸币沿移动方向的长度;在一实施例中,支撑板6与集币口30之间的设定距离小于纸币沿移动方向的最小长度的三分之一,例如存取款机支持存取100元人民币和50元人民币,100元人民币的尺寸为155mm×77mm,50元人民币的尺寸为150mm×70mm,由于纸币沿宽度方向移动,因此,支撑板6与集币口30之间的设定距离小于70/3mm,可选地,支撑板6与集币口30之间的设定距离小于20mm;当支撑板6位于支撑板取币位置且第二压币板72位于第二压币板取币位置时,支撑板6位于出币口20一侧,支撑板6和第二压币板72,以及底板1三者共同形成取币空间,该取币空间与开口801连通,用户可由外部通过开口801将取币空间内的纸币8取走,踢币辊21伸进取币空间,第二压币板72挤压纸币与踢币辊21接触。
在本实施例中,第一压币板5、支撑板6和支撑架71均与机架通过齿轮、齿条传动连接。机架沿纸币堆叠方向铺设齿条,第一压币板5、支撑板6和支撑架71的一端均具有与齿条配合传动的齿轮,通过齿轮、齿条传动实现第一压币板5、支撑板6和支撑架71的移动。
下面介绍使用本实施例提供的存取口装置100的存取款机的工作过程。
存款时,如图3所示,引导板4位于引导板放币位置且第一压币板5位于第一压币板放币位置,支撑板6位于支撑板集币位置且第二压币板72位于第二 压币板集币位置,门802敞开开口801,用户通过开口801将纸币8放入放币空间;接着,如图4所示,引导板4由引导板放币位置转动至引导板取币位置,将踢币辊21露出,第一压币板5由第一压币板放币位置向第一压币板取币位置方向移动,将纸币8按压在踢币辊21上;然后踢币辊21转动,驱动与踢币辊21接触的纸币8移动至捻币辊22和阻币辊23之间,捻币辊22和阻币辊23转动,驱动单张纸币8输送到输送装置500,由输送装置500送至识别装置200,经识别装置200识别,被识别装置200判定为合格的纸币8输送到暂存装置300,暂时保留在暂存装置300,被识别装置200判定为不合格的纸币8经输送装置500输送到存取口装置100的集币机构3,集币机构3驱动不合格纸币8由集币口30进入集币空间,不合格的纸币8在第二压币板72的引导下移动,纸币8的表面与支撑板6接触,纸币8的端面与底板1接触,在支撑板6的支撑作用下,不合格纸币8被整齐地堆叠在集币空间内;放币空间内的纸币被分币机构2全部输出后,控制第一压币板5和支撑板6移动至取币位置,并控制第二压币板72随支撑板6同步移动,收集在支撑板6和第二压币板72之间的纸币8被两者夹持同步移动,当支撑板6和第二压币板72到达取币位置时,第二压币板72将纸币8挤压在踢币辊21上,等待顾客取走纸币8;如果经过预定时间用户没有取走该纸币8,控制分币机构2执行分币动作,如图5所示,分币机构2将位于取币空间内的纸币8逐张分离并输送到输送装置500,经输送装置500输送到回收箱600内保存。
取款时,如图6所示,引导板4位于引导板取币位置且第一压币板5位于第一压币板取币位置,支撑板6位于支撑板集币位置且第二压币板72位于第二压币板集币位置;循环箱400内的纸币8逐张分离后经输送装置500输送到识别装置200,经识别装置200识别,被判定为不合格的纸币8经输送装置500输送到回收箱600,被判定为合格的纸币8经输送装置500输送到存取口装置100的集币机构3,集币机构3驱动纸币8由集币口30进入集币空间,纸币8经第二压币板72引导和支撑板6的支撑堆叠在集币空间内,当预取的纸币8全部被送入集币空间后,支撑板6移动至支撑板取币位置,第二压币板72移动至第二压币板取币位置,第二压币板72将纸币8按压在踢币辊21上,等待顾客取走纸币8,如果顾客没有取走纸币8,则控制分币机构2执行分币动作,该分币动作与存款时的分币动作相同。
本实施例提供的存取口装置100包括支撑纸币8的底板1,位于底板1第一端的分币机构2和位于底板1第二端的集币机构3,位于底板1上方且沿纸币堆叠方向依次设置的引导板4、第一压币板5、支撑板6以及第二压币板72,其中,当存取口装置100输入纸币时,第一压币板5将纸币8压在分币机构2的踢币辊21上,此时支撑板6与第二压币板72与集币机构3的集币口30相对,支撑板6、第二压币板72以及底板1三者共同形成集币空间,不合格纸币8被集币机构3退回时在第二压币板72引导和支撑板6支撑两者共同作用下整齐地堆叠在集币空间内。与相关技术中的存取口装置相比,本实施例提供的存取口装置100在存款过程中当有不合格纸币退出时,不合格纸币被整齐地堆叠在集币空间内,因此便于第二压币板72与支撑板6夹持纸币8并送出;又由于不合格纸币整齐地堆叠在第二压币板72与支撑板6之间,因此也便于用户取走;且整齐堆叠的不合格纸币再次分币时,能够被分币机构顺畅地分离输出。
工业实用性
本公开的存取口装置,缓解了倒伏的不合格纸币既不方便用户取走,也不易被分币机构分离输出的问题。

  1. 一种存取口装置,包括:机架和设置在所述机架上的分币机构和集币机构,沿纸币堆叠方向依次设置在所述机架上的引导板、第一压币板、支撑板和引导压币组件;
    所述引导板邻近于所述分币机构,所述引导压币组件邻近于所述集币机构;
    所述引导板和所述第一压币板组成第一夹持部,设置为支撑并夹持存入的纸币移动至所述分币机构;以及
    所述支撑板和所述引导压币组件组成第二夹持部,设置为支撑并夹持由所述集币机构进入的纸币移动至所述分币机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的存取口装置,其中,所述集币机构包括相对设置的两个辊轮,设置为驱动纸币进入所述存取口装置;两个所述辊轮之间形成供纸币通过的集币口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的存取口装置,其中,所述引导压币组件包括支撑架和连接于所述支撑架的第二压币板;所述支撑架活动连接于所述机架且可带动所述第二压币板朝向所述分币机构移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的存取口装置,其中,所述第二压币板具有第二压币板集币位置,所述支撑板具有支撑板集币位置;
    当所述第二压币板位于所述第二压币板集币位置和所述支撑板位于所述支撑板集币位置时,所述第二压币板位于所述集币口的第一侧,所述支撑板位于所述集币口的第二侧,且所述第二压币板和所述支撑板设置为堆叠纸币的集币空间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的存取口装置,其中,所述集币空间呈喇叭口形状且喇叭口朝向所述集币口。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的存取口装置,其中,当所述支撑板处于所述支撑板集币位置时,沿纸币堆叠方向,所述支撑板与所述集币口之间的距离小于纸币沿移动方向的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的存取口装置,其中,所述分币机构包括踢币辊以及相对设置的捻币辊和阻币辊,所述踢币辊与所述第一压币板相对,所述阻币辊与所述捻币辊之间形成出币口。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的存取口装置,其中,所述机架设置有底板,所述底板设置为支撑纸币,所述底板倾斜设置,所述底板的第一端邻近于所述分币机构,所述底板的第二端邻近于所述集币机构,其中,所述底板的第一端低于所述底板的第二端。
  10. 一种存取款机,包括识别装置、暂存装置、循环箱、输送装置、回收箱和如权利要求1-9任一项所述的存取口装置;
    所述存取口装置设置为将用户放入的纸币送给所述识别装置或者将所述识别装置识别的纸币输出,等待用户取走纸币;
    所述识别装置设置为进行纸币的识别;
    所述暂存装置设置为暂时保存纸币;
    所述循环箱设置为存储和分发纸币;
    所述输送装置设置为在所述识别装置、所述暂存装置、所述存取口装置、所述循环箱和所述回收箱之间传送纸币;以及
    所述回收箱设置为存储不再流通的纸币。
