- Each of the left and right energy storage members 16, 16 has a strip shape in which the upper end is integrated with the substrate 3 g and the lower end is integrated with the upper surface of the pressing member 4.
- the energy storage member 16 has a plurality of folding lines 16a along the width direction with a space between the folding lines 16a adjacent in the vertical direction.
- the holding member 4 is configured such that the lower surface thereof is brought into contact with the upper surface 2a of the laminate 2 in a state where the energy storage member 16 is elastically bent at the plurality of folding lines 16a, 16a.
- the right energy storage member 16 is smaller in width than the left energy storage member 16, and thus the right energy storage member 16 is biased to the right by the biasing force of the left energy storage member 16.
- the biasing force of the member 16 is made small.
- the resistance force of the pressing member 4 acts on both sides of the virtual straight line x, but the biasing force on one side and the biasing force on the other side sandwiching the virtual straight line x.
- the power is not equal.
- the pressing member 4 includes a passage hole 17 of the wipe 1 that is long in the left-right direction.
- the hole edge of the passage hole 17 is along the virtual elliptical arc on the right side of the holding member 4 in the middle in the length direction, but the hole edge on the front side of the passage hole 17 is on the left side.
- both of the hole edges on the rear side are serrated edges 18a having a plurality of tooth-like portions protruding inward of the passage holes with a space between adjacent tooth-like portions in the left-right direction. Accordingly, in this third example, the serrated edge 18a is caught on the wipe 1 drawn out on the left side of the passage hole 17 and a resistance force is applied thereto, but such a resistance force is not applied on the right side of the passage hole 17. It is like that. That is, in this third example, the right side of the passage hole 17 of the pressing member 4 functions as the small resistance portion 18 c of the additional resistance applying portion 18, and the left side of the passage hole 17 is the additional resistance applying portion 18. The large resistance portion 18a is located on the side where the resistance force due to the biasing force is large across the virtual straight line x.
- the wipe 1 dispenser D holds the holding member 24 for holding the pressing member 4 in a state of being pulled in a direction against the urging force. It is equipped so that it can be released.
- the fourth example has a configuration in which the holding member 24 according to the first example is added.
- FIG. 11 shows a state before the wipe 1 dispenser D is started to be used, and is a cross-sectional view corresponding to a cross section taken along line AA in FIG.
- the unsealing member 25 is formed integrally with the outlet member 3f.
- a fragile portion 26 having a V-shaped cross section is formed on the outer peripheral portion of the opening member 25 over the entire periphery.
- a pull-top ring 27 that can be pulled outward with a fingertip is formed integrally with the opening member 25 on the surface side of the opening member 25.
- the outlet 3h is sealed with the opening member 25, and if the pull top ring 27 is pulled outward, the fragile portion 26 is sheared and the opening member 25 is removed to the outside. Thereby, the state which can draw out the wipe 1 from the inside of the storage body 3 through the outlet 3h of the outlet member 3f is created.
- a pair of holding members 24, 24 project from the back surface of the unsealing member 25 (that is, the surface facing the inside of the storage body 3) toward the inside of the storage body 3.
- the holding member 24 holds the pressing member 4 in a state of being attracted to the outlet member 3 f against an urging force so that the pressing member 4 is not pressed against the stacked body 2.
- the holding member 24 is formed in a thin rod shape protruding from the back surface side of the opening member 25 as shown in FIG. 12 showing the state in which the pressing member 4 is viewed from the back side.
- the member 25 is continuously provided.
- the holding member 24 shown in this example is formed integrally with the opening member 25.
- two holding members 24 are provided on the front and rear sides, and an engaging portion 24a that is detachably engaged with the back surface of the edge portion along the length direction of the pressing member 4 is provided for each holding member. 24 is formed at the tip.
- the engaging portion 24a is formed in a hook shape in the illustrated example, but other shapes may be used. In the illustrated example, the engagement by the engagement portion 24a with respect to the pressing member 4 is released by elastic deformation of the holding member 24 when the holding member 24 is moved outward by a certain amount.
- the pressing member 4 in the wipe 1 dispenser D is configured so as to be able to be held in a state in which the pressing member 4 is attracted to a position near the back surface of the outlet member 3f, the work process is smoothly performed even in the manufacturing process of the wipe 1 dispenser D. It becomes easy to implement. That is, it is possible to suppress the possibility that the pressing member 4 will inadvertently jump out in the direction toward the inside of the storage body 3 in the work process after the pressing member 4 is brought into a position near the back surface of the outlet member 3f.
- Each process such as the process of fixing the storage body 3 and the outlet member 3f and the process of packing the laminate 2 in the storage body 3 to which the outlet member 3f is fixed can be performed smoothly and easily using an automatic manufacturing machine. It is.
- the holding member 24 may be formed of an adhesive that adheres the back surface of the opening member 25 and the pressing member 4.
- the opening member 25 and the pressing member 4 are formed in a shape (for example, a sheet shape) that can be bonded with an adhesive.
- the wipe 1 dispenser D configured as described above, in an unused state in which the outlet 3h is sealed by the opening member 25, the state where the back surface of the opening member 25 and the pressing member 4 are bonded with an adhesive is present. The state in which the pressing member 4 is formed and pulled near the back surface of the outlet member 3f is maintained.
- the opening member 25 is removed from the outlet 3h, the adhesion between the opening member 25 and the pressing member 4 is peeled off, and the pressing member 4 is pressed against the laminated body 2.
