Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wet tissue package in which a wet tissue laminate is stored in a container structure.
- the wet tissue package is configured by storing a wet tissue laminate formed by laminating a plurality of wet tissues in a container structure.
- Wet tissue is a wet tissue sheet that is made by impregnating a predetermined tissue sheet such as a web sheet with a chemical solution, etc., and is stored in a container structure so that it can be kept wet with the chemical solution. Is done.
- Such a wet tissue can be taken out of the container structure as necessary and used for a wide variety of purposes such as for hand-wiping, buttocks-wiping, and the like.
- the container structure includes a storage container configured by appropriately using plastic or a flexible film material, and an extraction unit configured to have an extraction port for taking out the wet tissue constituting the wet tissue laminate.
- the take-out port of the take-out part is composed of a structure part that opens a predetermined position of the storage container in a predetermined shape.
- the wet tissue laminate housed in the container structure is configured so that the wet tissue taken out before the wet tissue is taken out and the subsequent wet tissue are separated by receiving frictional resistance at the separation part.
- a resistance imparting portion that imparts resistance to the wet tissue when a part of the wet tissue constituting the wet tissue laminate is pulled out is provided at a predetermined position in the extraction portion.
- the wet tissue drawn out first and the subsequent wet tissue are separated at the separation portion.
- the preceding wet tissue is separated from the container structure and is pulled out by the separation unit.
- the subsequent wet tissue constituting the wet tissue continuum has a tip portion facing the take-out port, and slightly protrudes from the resistance applying portion toward the outside of the storage container.
- the subsequent wet tissue can be further pulled out from the wet tissue continuum by picking the protruding portion of the subsequent wet tissue and pulling it out toward the outside of the container structure.
- the wet tissue package since the inside of the container structure is in an unsealed state through the resistance applying portion and the outlet, the tip of the wet tissue protruding outward from the resistance applying portion is dried. Not only the drying of the entire wet tissue laminate is easy to proceed. Therefore, the wet tissue package is usually provided with a lid that can seal the outlet in the container structure (for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
- the inside of the container structure can be effectively sealed, and a chemical solution or the like impregnated in the wet tissue constituting the wet tissue laminate housed in the container structure can be used. Volatilization is effectively prevented.
- the wet tissue package As the wet tissue is consumed, the number of wet tissue laminates in the container structure is reduced, and the bulk of the wet tissue packages is reduced. Then, the space between the surface of the wet tissue laminate in the container structure and the resistance applying portion is expanded. When the wet tissue is further pulled out in this state, the wet tissue is likely to pass through the resistance applying portion, and a delay is likely to occur at the timing at which separation at the separation portion occurs. Then, it is easy to form a state in which the wet tissue following the wet tissue to be pulled out is excessively pulled out and protrudes largely outward from the resistance imparting portion, that is, a state in which the wet tissue is excessively protruded.
- the wet tissue that protrudes greatly prevents the lid from closing the outlet. That is, the container body is prevented from being sealed with the lid, which causes a serious problem that the wet state of the wet tissue laminate cannot be maintained.
- the container structure is configured as a storage container of a bag formed of a flexible film material or the like
- the surface of the wet tissue laminate and the resistance applying portion It is conceivable that the interval between the two is narrowed and the subsequent wet tissue is prevented from slipping through the resistance applying portion.
- the storage container itself is crushed, the storage container is creased and the storage container is easily torn along the fold. And even if a tear arises even in a storage container, there exists a possibility that the sealing property of a container structure may be deteriorated greatly and the progress of drying of a wet tissue may be returned and accelerated.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a wet tissue package that can pick up a wet tissue by picking up the tip portion of the wet tissue.
- the present invention (1) a wet tissue laminate comprising a plurality of wet tissues; A container structure provided with an extraction portion capable of storing the wet tissue laminate therein and capable of drawing the wet tissue to the outside from an outlet capable of passing through the wet tissue; A lid that can freely close and open the outlet from the outside; In the wet tissue package formed by storing the wet tissue laminate in the container structure, Between the take-out part and the wet tissue laminate, there is provided a resistance imparting member that forms a resistance imparting part that imparts resistance to the wet tissue when the wet tissue is pulled out from the take-out port, The resistance applying portion of the resistance applying member is configured to move to the back side of the container structure in accordance with the amount of decrease in the bulk of the wet tissue laminate accompanying the drawing of the wet tissue from the outlet.
- the resistance applying member is cantilevered by the take-out part, The wet tissue package according to (1), wherein the free end side of the resistance applying member is biased toward the back side of the container structure, (3) The wet tissue package according to (1), wherein the resistance-giving member is not supported by the take-out part, (4) The resistance applying member is formed in a plate shape including a curved portion that is convexly curved toward the back side of the container structure, and the resistance applying portion is formed at a predetermined position in the curved portion.
- the gist of the wet tissue package according to any one of (1) to (3) above.
- the present invention also provides: (5) The wet tissue package according to (2), wherein the resistance applying member is configured such that a free end portion is more flexible than a base end portion of the resistance applying member, (6)
- the resistance imparting member is composed of a plurality of resistance imparting member forming pieces, At least one of the combinations selected from two of the plurality of resistance-applying member forming pieces is such that the directions from the base end side to the free end side of the resistance-applying member forming piece are mutually in the plan view of the wet tissue package.
- the wet tissue package according to (2) wherein the wet tissue package is supported in a cantilever manner in the take-out part so as to be reversed, (7)
- the container structure includes a storage container in which an opening is formed and a contact material in which an outlet is formed, and the outlet is located in the opening formation region in a plan view of the wet tissue package.
- a padding material is attached to the storage container,
- the lid can be securely closed and the progress of drying of the wet tissue can be suppressed, and the tip of the wet tissue can be more easily performed. It is possible to obtain a wet tissue package that can pick up the portion and pull out the wet tissue.

- the resistance applying portion 13 of the resistance applying member 4 is provided in the container structure 3 in accordance with the amount of decrease in the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 that accompanies the extraction of the wet tissue 7 from the outlet 12. It is comprised so that it may move to the back side (arrow K direction).
- the resistance applying member 4 is cantilevered by the extraction portion 11.
- the resistance applying member 4 shown in this example extends from the predetermined position on the base end 21 side toward the free end 22 side so as to be inclined obliquely toward the back side of the container structure 3, and the resistance applying member 4 has the free end 22 side
- the container structure 3 is biased toward the back side. That is, as shown by a broken line in FIG. 2, the resistance applying member 4 (T0) is formed in a shape in which the free end 22 is positioned below the bottom of the storage container 15 in a natural state where no load is applied. When pressed against the surface of the wet tissue laminate 6, it is elastically deformed from the natural state to that state.
- the free end 22 side of the resistance applying member 4 is urged toward the inner side of the container structure 3 by the elastic force generated by the elastic deformation of the resistance applying member 4.
- the resistance applying member 4 is generally bent around the periphery of the base end 21 according to the amount of decrease in the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6, and the free end 22 side is Even if the resistance applying portion 13 of the resistance applying member 4 moves to the back side of the container structure 3 by rotating and the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 is reduced, the resistance applying portion 13 is not removed from the wet tissue laminate. The state of being pressed against the surface of 6 is maintained.
- FIG. 1 the resistance applying member 4 is generally bent around the periphery of the base end 21 according to the amount of decrease in the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6, and the free end 22 side is Even if the resistance applying portion 13 of the resistance applying member 4 moves to the back side of the container structure 3 by rotating and the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 is reduced, the resistance applying portion 13 is not removed from the wet tissue laminate. The state
- reference numeral 4 (T1) indicated by a one-dot chain line indicates the resistance imparting member 4 when the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 is reduced
- reference numeral 4 (T2) indicated by a two-dot chain line indicates the wet tissue lamination.
- the resistance imparting member 4 when the bulk of the body 6 is further reduced is shown.
- Reference numeral 13 (T1) indicated by a one-dot chain line indicates the resistance applying part 13 in the resistance applying member 4 (T1)
- reference numeral 13 (T2) indicated by a two-dot chain line indicates the resistance applying part 13 in the resistance applying member 4 (T2).
- the resistance applying member 4 is bent at a predetermined position at the time of elastic deformation to form the bent portion 23, but this is only an example, and the bent portion 23 is formed at the time of elastic deformation. It does not have to be.
- the resistance applying member 4 is cantilevered and supported by the take-out portion 11 as described above, and the free end 22 side is biased toward the back side of the container structure 3.
- the free end 22 side of the resistance applying member 4 rotates around the base end 21 side according to the amount of decrease in the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6, and is pressed against the surface of the wet tissue stack. Therefore, when the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 is reduced as shown in FIG. 5, the resistance applying portion 13 is inclined with respect to the drawing direction of the wet tissue 7. A direction where the portion that passes through 13 and exits to the outside (retreat direction (arrow S in FIG. 5)) and a direction (wet direction (arrow in FIG. 5) where the wet tissue 7 immediately before passing through the resistance applying portion 13 heads. R)) makes an angle.
- the separation portion 10 is largely separated. Since the force is applied, the preceding wet tissue 7 (N1) can be separated from the wet tissue laminate 6 at an appropriate position and separated.
- the reference numeral 7 (N2) indicates the wet tissue 7 that follows the wet tissue 77 (N1) to be pulled out.
- the wet tissue laminated body is provided with the structure which urged
- FIG. 11 shows a modification of the first embodiment, and an elastic body 24 for applying a biasing force to a predetermined position on the base end 21 side of the resistance applying member 4 may be attached.
- the elastic body 24 a spring material made of a plastic material or a metal material, silicon rubber, or the like can be appropriately selected. By attaching the elastic member 24 to the resistance applying member 4, it is possible to effectively increase the urging force toward the inner side of the container structure 3. As described above, any structure that applies a biasing force to the resistance applying member 4 may be used.
- the resistance imparting member 4 of the first embodiment is not particularly limited in the distance between the base end 21 and the free end 22, but the base in a state where the free end 22 is moved to the farthest side of the container structure 3.
- the wet tissue laminate 6 is such that the distance between the end 21 and the free end 22 is equal to or greater than the distance from the take-out portion 11 to the bottom position of the wet tissue laminate 6 until the last one wet tissue 7 is taken out. It is preferable that the resistance imparting member 4 is brought into contact with the surface of the film to suppress the collapse of the laminated structure of the wet tissue laminate 6.
- the wet tissue package 1 is not limited to the case where the wet tissue package 1 is disposed on the placement surface 25 with the outlet 12 as shown in FIGS.
- the wet tissue package 1 when the wet tissue package 1 is configured by storing the wet tissue laminate 6 in the container structure 3 on the casing, the wet tissue package 1
- the surface of the container structure 3 on which the outlet 12 is formed stands up with respect to a horizontal plane whose normal direction is the direction of gravity so that the direction of the outlet 12 is different from the vertical direction. May be placed and used. Such use is referred to as using the wet tissue package 1 upright (vertical placement).
- the laminated structure of the wet tissue laminate 6 is likely to collapse in the wet tissue package 1, but according to the wet tissue package 1 in the first embodiment, the free end of the resistance imparting member 4 Since the configuration in which the 22 side is urged toward the back side of the container structure 3 is provided, the wet tissue laminate 6 is disposed above the wet tissue laminate 6 as shown in FIG. Since it is pressed toward the back direction, the possibility that the laminated structure of the wet tissue laminate 6 is broken is suppressed, and the laminated structure of the wet tissue laminate 6 is securely held.
- the resistance applying member 4 may be used upright so that the base end 21 side is positioned on the upper side of the free end 22 side. In this case, even if the laminated structure of the wet tissue laminated body 6 is broken, the wet tissue laminated body 6 is leaned on the resistance imparting member 4, and the broken structure of the wet tissue laminated body 6 is also suppressed.
- the resistance applying member 4 may be configured to be attached to the extraction portion 11 to form a storage space 26 between the extraction portion 11 and the resistance application member 4 as shown in FIGS.
- the storage space 26 is formed as a space between the resistance applying member 4 and the extraction portion 11 by forming the resistance applying member 4 in a plate shape that is convex toward the inner side of the container structure 3. Specifically, it can be formed. Since the storage space 26 is formed in the wet tissue package 1, the portion of the wet tissue 7 that protrudes outward from the resistance applying portion 13 is more effectively stored between the extraction portion 11 and the resistance applying member 4. be able to.
- the resistance applying member 4 is formed in a plate shape including a curved portion 27 that is curved in a convex shape toward the back side of the container structure 3.
- FIG. 2, FIG. 3, etc. only show an example of the resistance applying member 4, and the resistance applying member 4 may not be plate-shaped. In this case, it is preferable that the resistance applying member 4 is formed with the resistance applying portion 13 at a predetermined position in the bending portion 27.
- the resistance applying member 4 is curved along the direction from the base end 21 side to the free end 22 side to form the bending portion 27, but the bending direction of the bending portion 27 is It is not limited to this.
- an arrow C1 indicates a bending direction.
- the bending portion 27 may be formed in a shape that is curved in a direction (direction of arrow C ⁇ b> 2 in FIG. 15) that crosses the direction from the base end 21 side toward the free end 22 side. At this time, the bending portion 27 crosses the direction from the base end 21 side toward the free end 22 side (the bending direction C1 in FIG.
- the two directions C2 are curved. Since the bending portion 27 is bent in two directions, the strength of the resistance applying member 4 can be improved, and unintended deformation of the resistance applying member 4 can be suppressed.
- the resistance imparting portion 13 is a structural portion that imparts resistance to the wet tissue 7 when the wet tissue 7 is pulled out from the outlet 12 as shown in FIG. 4A, FIG. 4B, and FIG. 8, the resistance applying portion 13 is applied to the wet tissue 7 drawn out when the wet tissue 7 is drawn from the wet tissue laminate 6 via the passage portion 18. It is a structural part that imparts frictional resistance.
- the formation position of the resistance imparting portion 13 is not particularly limited and can be appropriately selected. However, the resistance imparting portion 13 and the wet tissue 7 are formed at the center position of the resistance imparting member 4. Even if the frictional resistance is increased to some extent, it is preferable in that it is easy to suppress the possibility of unintentional deformation of the resistance applying member 4 due to the frictional resistance.
- the shape and structure of the resistance applying portion 13 are not particularly limited, the example shown in FIG. 8 has a long hole portion 28 extending in the left-right direction.
- the resistance applying portion 13 may be formed by the long hole portion 28, but may be formed by further including auxiliary holes 33 and 34 and slits 37 and 38 as shown in FIG. 8. That is, in the resistance applying portion 13, a narrow and long auxiliary is provided at a predetermined position along the longitudinal direction of the long hole portion 28 and at a position slightly separated from the long hole portion 28 along the width direction of the long hole portion 28. Holes 33 and 34 are formed, and a continuous mountain-shaped slit 37 is cut from the elongated hole portion 28 toward the auxiliary hole 33. Further, a slit 38 is also formed between the auxiliary hole 33 and the auxiliary hole 34, and the long hole portion 28 and the auxiliary holes 33 and 34 communicate with each other through the slits 37 and 38.
- the resistance applying portion 13 When the resistance applying portion 13 is configured as described above, when the resistance applying portion 13 is passed through and the distal end portion 6a of the wet tissue laminated body 6 is to be pulled out, the distal end portion 6a of the wet tissue laminated body 6 and the vicinity thereof. Not only can pass through the long hole portion 28 but also pass through the auxiliary holes 33 and 34 and the slits 37 and 38, so that not only the long hole portion 28 but also the auxiliary holes 33 and 34 and the slits 37 and 38 are wet. A frictional resistance can be imparted to the tissue 7.
- the resistance applying member 4 As shown in FIG. 14, when the resistance applying member 4 is viewed with the thickness direction of the resistance applying member 4 as the line of sight, the resistance applying member 4 is provided with a rib 40 so as to sandwich the resistance applying portion 13. Also good.
- the shape of the rib 40 is not particularly limited, but in the example of FIG. 14, the rib 40 is formed in a shape extending along the direction from the base end 21 toward the free end 22. Since there is a stress point of stress acting between the wet tissue 7 in the resistance applying unit 13, there are many opportunities to apply a force compared to portions other than the resistance applying unit 13, and the magnitude and load of the stress are applied. When the number of times increases, there is a risk of deformation in the resistance applying portion 13 or in the vicinity thereof. In this regard, when the rib 40 as described above is formed on the resistance applying member 4, the rigidity of the resistance applying portion 13 and the vicinity thereof is improved, and the possibility of deformation of the resistance applying portion 13 and the vicinity thereof is suppressed. it can.
- the resistance imparting member 4 is different in elasticity from a predetermined portion (base end portion) 41 on the base end 21 side and a predetermined portion (free end portion) 42 on the free end 22 side, and has a free end portion 42 rather than the base end portion 41. It may be configured to be more flexible.
- the resistance imparting member 4 may be configured such that the base end portion 41 has a structure that is more elastic than the central portion 43 and the free end portion 42 has a structure that is less elastic than the central portion 43.
- the urging force elastically toward the back direction is strong on the base end portion 41 side, and the pressing force of the wet tissue laminate 6 can be strongly applied to the resistance applying member 4, while the free end portion 42 has a weak force. Since the wet tissue laminated body 6 is pressed by this, the possibility that the free end 42 side sinks into the wet tissue laminated body 6 is suppressed.
- adjustment of the elasticity of the base end part 41 and the free end part 42 in the resistance applying member 4 can be realized by appropriately adjusting the thickness of each part, and when the resistance applying member 4 is provided with the rib 40. Can be realized by adjusting the height and length of the rib 40.
- the base end portion 41 of the resistance applying member 4 refers to a region on the support portion side when the resistance applying member 4 is cantilevered by the take-out portion 11, and the free end portion 42 refers to the base end. An area on the opposite side of the portion 41 is said.
- the free end portion 42 of the resistance applying member 4 is a portion of the resistance applying member 4 and from the free end 22 of the resistance applying member 4 when the resistance applying member 4 is cantilevered by the extraction portion 11. It is a predetermined portion up to a predetermined position toward the base end 21 side. At this time, the predetermined position toward the base end 21 is specified as a position closer to the free end 22 than the resistance applying unit 13.
- the central portion 43 of the resistance applying member 4 is a portion of the resistance applying member 4 and is specified as a portion excluding the base end portion 41 and the free end portion 42.
- the contact member 17 and the resistance imparting member 4 may be integrally molded by a method such as injection molding, or may be formed by combining each member separately.
- the wet tissue package 1 of the present invention moves the rear side of the wet tissue 7 because the position of the resistance imparting portion 13 moves to the back side as the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 decreases. It is difficult to form a state in which the distance between the separation portion 10 located on the end side and the resistance applying portion 13 is likely to be widened, and the problem that the timing at which separation of the wet tissue 7 occurs is less likely to occur. That is, as the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 decreases, the exit direction S toward which the portion that has passed through the resistance applying portion 13 and has come out to the outside of the wet tissue 7 in contact with the resistance applying portion 13 is directed.
- the approach direction R toward which the wet tissue 7 immediately before passing through the resistance applying portion 13 is directed is gradually different (that is, the resistance applying portion 13 is inclined and the wet tissue 7 is bent and passes), Moreover, since the resistance imparting member 4 is gradually inclined with respect to the surface of the wet tissue laminate 6 facing the take-out portion 11, there is a state in which an appropriate frictional resistance is applied to the wet tissue 7 from the resistance imparting portion 13. Will be kept. Thus, it becomes difficult for the wet tissue 7 to slip through the resistance applying portion 13 without receiving strong frictional resistance from the resistance applying portion 13, and the timing at which the separation of the wet tissue 7 easily occurs. It becomes difficult to occur. As a result, the lid 5 can be securely closed and the wet tissue 7 can be prevented from drying.
- separation part 10 and resistance provision part 13 located in the rear-end side of the wet tissue 7 (N1) with which it preceded was drawn is hard to spread, it is withdrawn ahead.
- the possibility that the wet tissues 7 and 7 are separated before the wet tissue 7 following the wet tissue 7 passes through the resistance applying portion 13 is also suppressed.
- the wet tissue package 1 of the present invention moves the position of the resistance imparting portion 13 to the back side as the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 decreases.
- a space that gradually expands is formed between the take-out portion 11, the resistance applying portion 13, and the surrounding portion with use.
- the tip of the wet tissue 7 on the side separated in the separation unit 10 and left in the container structure 3 is temporarily dropped into the container structure 3. Even in such a case, since the resistance applying portion 13 is inclined and the free end 22 side enters the container structure 3 side, the tip of the wet tissue 7 can be easily picked up with a fingertip and pulled out. it can.
- Communication part 47 In the wet tissue package 1, when the storage space 26 is formed between the contact member 17 and the resistance applying member 4, as shown in FIG. 3, the internal space and the storage space 26 of the storage container 15.
- a communication portion 47 may be formed that communicates with each other at a portion other than the resistance applying portion 13.
- the communication part 47 has a configuration in which the resistance applying member 4 is formed in a convex shape and the internal space of the storage container 15 and the storage space 26 are communicated with each other on both sides of the protruding portion of the resistance applying member 4. This can be specifically formed.
- the wet tissue package 1 is preferably provided with a lid 5 as shown in FIGS.
- the lid 5 is attached to a predetermined position of the container structure 3, and is provided so that the outlet 12 can be opened and closed.
- the lid 5 is attached to the abutting member 17 via the hinge part 5a so that the passage part 18 forming the outlet 12 can be freely opened and closed. ing.
- the lid 5 may be integrally formed with the hinge portion 5a and the contact member 17, or may be formed separately from the hinge portion 5a and the contact member 17, respectively.
- the lid body 5 When the lid body 5 is integrally formed with the hinge portion 5a and the contact member 17, the hinge portion 5a, the contact member 17, the resistance applying member 4, and the cover body 5 may be formed by integral molding.
- the lid body 5 may be formed integrally with the hinge portion 5 a and formed separately from the contact member 17.
- the lid 5 may be formed of the same material as the contact member 17, for example, a thermoplastic resin material such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
- the lid 5 When the lid 5 is attached to the wet tissue package 1 of the first embodiment, in the example of FIG. 1, the lid 5 has a position of the hinge portion 5 a that is more than the free end 22 side of the resistance applying member 4. Although it is attached to the abutting member 17 so as to be a position close to the base end 21 side, it is not limited to this.
- the lid 5 may be attached to the abutting member 17 so that the position of the hinge portion 5a is closer to the free end 22 side than the base end 21 side of the resistance applying member 4.
- the resistance applying member 4 is formed as an integral member, but the configuration of the resistance applying member 4 provided in the wet tissue package 1 is limited to this. Instead, the resistance applying member 4 may be composed of a plurality of resistance applying member forming pieces 44 described later. An embodiment specified by the wet tissue package 1 having such a configuration is referred to as a second embodiment.
- wet tissue package 1 in the second embodiment and the wet tissue package 1 in the first embodiment may be different in the configuration of the resistance imparting member 4, in the description of the second embodiment, the resistance Other configurations except for the configuration of the applying member 4 may be the same as the wet tissue package 1 in the first embodiment.
- the resistance imparting member 4 includes a plurality of resistance imparting member forming pieces 44, and a combination of two selected from the plurality of resistance imparting member forming pieces 44. At least one of them is cantilevered in the take-out portion 11 so that the directions from the base end 21 side to the free end 22 side of the resistance imparting member forming piece 44 are opposite to each other in plan view of the wet tissue package 1. It is supported.
- the resistance applying member 4 shown in the example of FIGS. 12 and 13 is a state in which a plurality of resistance applying member forming pieces 44a and 44b are combined to form the resistance applying portion 13, and a plurality of resistance applying member forming pieces 44a. , 44b are cantilevered and supported by the take-out portion 11 so that the supported end is the base end 21 and the opposite end is the free end 22.
- Each of the resistance imparting member forming pieces 44a and 44b is formed in a plate shape in which a predetermined position is cut out from the outer peripheral end into a predetermined shape and a cutout portion 46 is formed.
- the resistance applying member 4 has the resistance applying member forming pieces 44a and 44b arranged so that the side end face of the resistance applying member forming piece 44a faces the side end face of the resistance applying member forming piece 44b, and the resistance applying member forming piece 44a It is formed by making the extraction portion 46 and the extraction portion 46 of the resistance imparting member forming piece 44b face each other.
- the resistance applying portion 13 is configured as a space formed between the extracted portion 46 of the resistance applying member forming piece 44a and the extracted portion 46 of the resistance applying member forming piece 44b.
- the resistance applying portion 13 is formed by combining a plurality of resistance applying member forming pieces 44a and 44b, but is not limited thereto. That is, in the resistance applying member 4 in the second embodiment, the resistance applying portion 13 is formed on one resistance applying member forming piece 44, and the other resistance applying member forming pieces 44 constitute the periphery of the resistance applying portion 13. It may be a part. Even in this case, the resistance applying member 4 is formed by combining the plurality of resistance applying member forming pieces 44.
- the wet tissue package 1 in the second embodiment even if the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 decreases, the free ends 22 of the plurality of resistance imparting member forming pieces 44a and 44b, respectively.
- the side rotates toward the back side of the container structure 3 (in FIG. 13, the direction of movement of the plurality of resistance applying member forming pieces 44a, 44b on the free end 22 side is indicated by an arrow K), and a plurality of resistance applying members are formed.
- Each of the pieces 44a and 44b can maintain the state in which the wet tissue laminated body 6 is pressed in the depth direction of the container structure 3, and the laminated structure of the wet tissue laminated body 6 is more reliably held.
- reference numerals 44a (T1) and 44b (T1) indicate resistance-giving member forming pieces 44a and 44b, respectively, when the bulk of the wet tissue laminate 6 is reduced to a predetermined amount.
- the wet tissue laminate 6 when the wet tissue package 1 is used while standing, the wet tissue laminate 6 is formed in a container structure with each of the plurality of resistance imparting member forming pieces 44. It becomes possible to press in the back direction of the body 3, and since the wet tissue laminate 6 is pressed in the back direction of the container structure 3 at a plurality of positions, the collapse of the laminate structure of the wet tissue laminate 6 is more reliably performed. It becomes possible to suppress.
- the resistance imparting member 4 is cantilevered by the take-out part 11.
- the resistance imparting member 4 is mechanically attached to the take-out part 11. The configuration is not supported.
- wet tissue package 1 in the third embodiment and the wet tissue package 1 in the first embodiment may have different configurations of the resistance imparting member 4, in the description of the third embodiment, The description of the same configuration as that of the first embodiment is omitted, and the same reference numerals are used.
- this wet tissue package 1 can easily form a state in which the resistance imparting member 4 is placed on the uppermost surface of the wet tissue laminate 6, and is positioned on the rear end side of the wet tissue 7 drawn out in advance.
- it is difficult to form a state in which the distance between the separating portion 10 and the resistance applying portion 13 is likely to increase. For this reason, a state in which an appropriate frictional resistance is applied from the resistance applying unit 13 to the wet tissue 7 is easily maintained to some extent, and the timing of separation between the preceding wet tissue 7 and the subsequent wet tissue 7 is shifted. The problem that is likely to occur is less likely to occur.
- the resistance imparting member 4 has at least a part of the outer peripheral end thereof in a direction along the plane direction of the plane whose normal is the thickness direction of the wet tissue laminate 6.
- the extension part 45 may be extended and formed. Due to the extension 45 being formed, even if the resistance imparting member 4 moves in the thickness direction of the wet tissue laminate 6, it is difficult to move in the plane direction of the plane whose normal is the thickness direction of the wet tissue laminate 6. It becomes easy to form the state and the weight of the resistance imparting member 4 can be increased.
- the wet tissue package 1 described in detail above is just an example of an embodiment of the wet tissue package 1 according to the present invention, and an appropriate embodiment is adopted without departing from the gist of the present invention. It can be.
