이러한 분리막의 인장 강도를 증대시키는 방법에 관한 선행 기술로 대한민국 등록특허 제10-0943235호는 분리막의 기재 필름을 제조함에 있어서 분자량을 높게 한정 조절한 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 이용하여 분리막을 제조함으로써 물성이 단단해진 분리막을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이는 기재 필름의 성분 자체를 특정 물질로 한정시킨다는 점에 한계가 있으며 다양한 기재 필름에 적용할 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 또한, 인장 강도가 증가하는 대신 분리막의 용융 수축률도 증가하여 내열성이 저하되는 문제가 있다.
따라서, 전술한 선행 기술과 같이 단순히 기재 필름의 화학적 조성을 변화시켜 인장 강도를 향상시키는 것이 아니라, 다양한 종류의 기재 필름에 대하여 적용될 수 있도록 물리적인 방법에 의해 분리막의 인장 강도를 높여주는 방법의 개발이 필요하며, 나아가 인장 강도가 높으면서도 용융 수축률이 낮아 내열성도 우수한 분리막의 개발이 요구된다.
본 발명은 분리막의 제조 공정 중 분리막 연신 공정을 조절하여 분리막의 인장 강도를 향상시키고 용융 수축률을 감소시키는 분리막의 제조 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 분리막의 인장 강도는 높이면서도 용융 수축률은 낮게 유지하여 권취 공정성은 물론 열 안정성 또한 우수한 분리막을 제공하고자 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 인장 강도가 높고 용융 수축률이 낮은 분리막을 이용하여 안전성이 향상된 전기 화학 전지를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 분리막의 제조 공정에 있어서, 분리막의 연신 공정을 조절하여 인장 강도는 높이되 용융 수축률은 낮춘 분리막을 제공한다.
구체적으로 본 발명의 일 예에 따르면, TMA에 따른 분리막의 종 방향 용융 수축률(a)에 대한 횡 방향 용융 수축률(b)의 비(b/a)가 1.2 이하인 폴리올레핀계 분리막을 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면, 분리막을 종 연신 및 횡 연신하고, 상기 횡 연신된 분리막에서 응력을 제거하여 횡 수축시키는 것을 포함하며, 횡 연신은 1차 횡 연신 및 2차 횡 연신을 포함하고, 상기 1차 횡 연신된 분리막의 횡 방향 폭을 L이라 할 때, 상기 2차 횡 연신은 상기 분리막의 횡 방향 폭이 1.1 L 이상이 되도록 횡 연신하고, 상기 횡 수축은 분리막의 횡 방향 폭이 0.9 L 이상 1.3 L 미만이 되도록 횡 수축시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 분리막의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면, 양극, 음극, 분리막 및 전해질을 포함하고, 상기 분리막은 본 발명의 일 양태에 따른 폴리올레핀계 분리막인 전기 화학 전지를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막은 인장 강도가 높으면서도 용융 수축률이 낮아 분리막 생산 시 권취 공정성이 우수한 효과를 나타내며, 제조 후 분리막 이용 시 열 안정성이 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 제조 방법을 공정 순서에 따라 개략적으로 도시한 모식도이다.
이하, 본 발명에 대하여 보다 상세히 설명한다. 본 명세서에 기재되지 않은 내용은 본 발명의 기술 분야 또는 유사 분야에서 숙련된 자이면 충분히 인식하고 유추할 수 있는 것이므로 그 설명을 생략한다.
도 1을 참조하여 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 제조 방법에 대하여 보다 구체적으로 설명한다. 도 1은 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 제조 방법을 공정 순서에 따라 개략적으로 도시한 모식도이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막을 제조하는 방법은 우선 기재 필름용 조성물 및 다일루언트를 압출기에 주입하여 압출하는 압출 공정; 상기 압출 후 얻어진 겔상을 캐스팅하여 시트로 제작하는 제막 공정; 상기 제막 후 시트 (분리막)를 종 방향 (MD)으로 연신하는 MD 연신 공정; 상기 종 방향 연신 후 시트를 횡 방향 (TD)으로 1차 연신하는 1차 TD 연신 공정; 상기 1차 횡 연신된 시트로부터 다일루언트를 추출하고 건조하는 추출 및 건조 공정; 상기 건조된 시트를 횡 방향으로 2차 연신 및 횡 수축하는 열고정 공정을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 열고정을 거친 시트를 와인딩하는 와인딩 공정을 더 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 제조 공정은, 분리막의 연신 공정을 조절하여 인장 강도는 높이되 용융 수축률은 낮춘 분리막을 제공할 수 있다.
압출 및 제막 공정
폴리올레핀계 수지 및 다일루언트를 포함하는 조성물을 용융혼련하고 압출하여 냉각 고형화된 시트를 형성한다. 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 다일루언트를 포함하는 조성물을 용융혼련하는 것은 당업자에게 알려진 방법을 사용할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 100 내지 250 ℃의 온도에서 폴리올레핀계 수지와 다일루언트를 포함하는 조성물을 용융혼련하고 이를 이축 압출기에 주입하여 150 내지 250℃의 온도에서 압출한 후, 20 내지 80 ℃의 캐스팅 롤을 이용하여 냉각하거나, 에어나이프에서 분사되는 차가운 공기로 강제적으로 냉각하여 막을 결정화시켜 고형화된 시트를 형성할 수 있다. 상기 에어나이프에서 분사되는 차가운 공기의 온도는 -20℃ 내지 80 ℃일 수 있다.
상기 폴리올레핀계 수지는 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌, 고분자량 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 고결정성폴리프로필렌 및 폴리에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 점도평균분자량(Mv)은 1×105 내지 9×105 g/mol일 수 있고, 예를 들어 3×105 내지 6×105 g/mol일 수 있다. 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌의 점도 평균 분자량은 9×105 이상, 구체적으로 9×105 내지 5×106 g/mol일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 단독으로 사용하거나 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 단독으로 사용하거나, 상기 고밀도 폴리에틸렌과 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 모두 사용할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는, 상기 고분자 수지의 중량을 기준으로 상기 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 30중량% 이하로 사용할 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 점도평균분자량이 1×105 내지 9×105 g/mol인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 70 중량% 이상 및 점도평균분자량이 9×105 g/mol 이상인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌을 30 중량% 이하로 포함하는 고분자 수지를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 고분자 수지는 고강도 분리막을 제조할 수 있어 유리하다. 또한, 상기 고분자 수지를 2종 이상 포함하는 경우, 헨셀 믹서, 밤바리 믹서 및 프렌터리 믹서로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 이용하여 혼합하는 것이 좋다. 상기 폴리올레핀계를 제외한 다른 수지의 비제한적인 예로는 폴리아마이드(Polyamide, PA) 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(Polybutylene terephthalate, PBT), 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(Polyethyleneterephthalate, PET), 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌(Polychlorotrifluoroethylene, PCTFE), 폴리옥시메틸렌(Polyoxymethylene, POM), 폴리비닐플루오라이드(Polyvinyl fluoride, PVF), 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드(Polyvinylidene fluoride, PVdF), 폴리카보네이트(Polycarbonate, PC), 폴리아릴레이트(Polyarylate, PAR), 폴리설폰(Polysulfone, PSF), 폴리에테르이미드(Polyetherimide, PEI) 등을 들 수 있다. 이들은 단독으로 사용되거나 2 종 이상 혼합하여 사용될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 양태에 사용되는 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 다일루언트를 포함하는 조성물은 무기물을 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 상기 무기물의 비제한적인 예로는 알루미나, 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 황산바륨 또는 탈크 등을 들 수 있으며 이들은 단독으로 사용되거나 2 종 이상을 혼합하여 사용될 수 있다.
상기 다일루언트의 종류는 특별히 제한되지 아니하며 압출 온도에서 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 (또는 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 다른 종류의 수지의 혼합물)와 단일상을 이루는 임의의 유기 화합물일 수 있다. 상기 다일루언트의 비제한적인 예로는 노난 (nonan), 데칸 (decane), 데칼린 (decalin), 액체 파라핀 (Liquid paraffin, LP) 등의 유동 파라핀 (또는 파라핀 오일), 파라핀 왁스 등의 지방족 또는 사이클릭 탄화수소; 디부틸 프탈레이트 (dibutyl phthalate), 디옥틸 프탈레이트 (dioctyl phthalate) 등의 프탈산 에스테르; 팔미트산 (palmitic acid), 스테아린산 (stearic acid), 올레산 (oleic acid), 리놀레산 (linoleic acid), 리놀렌산 (linolenic acid) 등의 탄소수 10 내지 20 개의 지방산류; 팔미트산 알코올, 스테아린산 알코올, 올레산 알코올 등의 탄소수 10 내지 20 개의 지방산 알코올류 등을 들 수 있다. 이들은 단독으로 사용되거나 2 종 이상 혼합하여 사용될 수 있다.
상기 다일루언트 중 유동 파라핀을 사용할 수 있다. 액체 파라핀은 인체에 무해하며 끓는 점이 높고 휘발성 성분이 적어 습식법에서 다일루언트로 사용되기에 알맞은 특성을 갖는다. 상기 다일루언트는 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 다일루언트를 포함하는 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 20 내지 90 중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 30 내지 90 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
연신 공정(MD 연신 및 1차 TD 연신)
이어서, 상기 고형화된 시트를 연신하는 공정을 수행한다. 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 제조 방법은 다일루언트 추출 전에 연신 공정을 수행함으로써 다일루언트에 의한 폴리올레핀의 유연화에 의해 연신 작업이 보다 용이해지고 이에 따라 생산 안정성을 높일 수 있다. 또한 연신으로 인해 시트의 두께가 얇아지는 결과, 연신 후 추출 과정에서 시트로부터 다일루언트를 보다 용이하게 제거할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 고형화된 시트를 종 방향 (Machine Direction, MD) 및/또는 횡 방향 (Transverse Direction, TD)으로 연신할 수 있으며, 상기 종 방향 또는 횡 방향 중 어느 한쪽 방향으로만 연신하거나(일축 연신) 상기 종 방향 및 횡 방향 모두로 양 방향의 연신을 수행할 수 있다(이축 연신). 또한, 상기 이축 연신수행시 상기 고형화된 시트를 종 방향 및 횡 방향으로 동시에 연신하거나 또는 우선 종 방향 (또는 횡 방향)으로 연신하고, 그 다음 횡 방향(또는 종 방향)으로 연신할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 연신 공정은 이축 연신법으로 수행될 수 있으며, 구체적으로 본 발명의 일 예에 따르면, 축차 이축 연신법으로 수행될 수 있다. 축차 이축 연신법에 따르는 경우, 종 방향 및 횡 방향으로의 연신 배율을 조절하는 것이 보다 용이할 수 있다. 상기 이축 연신하는 것은, 구체적으로 상기 시트를 종방향으로 T1 온도에서 연신 후 횡 방향으로 T2 온도에서 연신하는 것을 포함한다. 상기 종방향 연신 온도 및 상기 횡방향 연신 온도는 각각 90℃ 내지 130℃일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 횡방향 연신 온도(T2)와 상기 종방향 연신 온도(T1)는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 일 예에서 횡방향 연신 온도가 종방향 연신 온도보다 높을 수 있다. 구체적으로, 종 방향 연신을 90 내지 120 ℃에서 수행하고, 횡 방향 연신을 100 내지 130 ℃에서 수행할 수 있다. 상기 횡방향 연신을 상기 종방향 연신보다 10 ℃ 이상의 높은 온도에서 수행하는 것이 연신 및 물성향상에 효과적이다.
상기 종방향 및 횡방향의 연신 배율은 각각 독립적으로 4 내지 10배일 수 있다. 구체적으로 상기 연신 배율은 종방향이 4배 내지 8배, 횡방향이 4배 내지 8배일 수 있다. 상기 폭방향 및 길이방향의 연신 배율은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있다. 종방향 연신 배율(L1)에 대한 횡방향 연신 배율(L2)의 비는 1.1 내지 1.8, 구체적으로 1.2 내지 1.7의 범위일 수 있다. 상기와 같이 연신 배율의 비를 조정하면 종방향의 수축률과 횡방향 수축률 차이를 감소시킬 수 있어 열 안정성을 개선할 수 있다.
다일루언트 추출 및 건조 공정
이어서, 다일루언트를 추출하고 건조할 수 있다. 구체적으로, MD 연신 및 1차 TD 연신된 필름을 유기 용매에 침지하여 다일루언트를 추출한 후 에어 나이프 (air knife)를 통하여 건조하는 방식으로 수행될 수 있다. 상기 유기 용매는 메틸렌 클로라이드, 1,1,1-트리클로로에탄, 플루오로카본계 등의 할로겐화 탄화수소류, n-헥산, 사이클로헥산 등의 탄화수소류, 에탄올, 이소프로판올 등의 알코올류, 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤, 2-부탄온 등의 케톤류일 수 있으나 이에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 다일루언트로 유동 파라핀을 사용하는 경우에는 메틸렌 클로라이드를 유기 용매로 사용할 수 있다. 가소제를 추출하는 공정에서 사용하는 유기 용매는 휘발성이 높고 유독한 것이 대부분이므로, 필요하다면 유기 용매의 휘발을 억제하기 위해 물을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 예에 따르면, 상기 다일루언트 추출 후 2차 횡 연신을 수행할 수 있다. 2차 횡 연신 후 건조된 시트의 잔류 응력을 제거하여 최종 시트의 열수축률을 감소시키기 위한 횡 수축할 수 있으며, 상기 2차 횡 연신 및 횡 수축하는 열고정 공정을 통해 분리막의 인장강도, 수축률을 조절할 수 있다.
이하, 2차 횡 연신 및 횡 수축을 포함하는 열고정 공정에 대하여 보다 구체적으로 설명한다.
2차 횡 연신 및 횡 수축(열고정 공정)
상기 2차 횡 연신 수행 시 분리막을 횡 방향으로 연신하는 연신 배율은, 1차 횡 연신된 분리막의 횡 방향의 폭을 L이라 할 때 상기 분리막의 횡 방향 폭이 1.1 L 이상이 되도록 연신할 수 있으며, 구체적으로 1.1 L 내지 1.8 L, 보다 구체적으로 1.1 L 내지 1.5 L이 되도록 연신할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 2차 횡 연신 수행 시 상기와 같이 횡 연신한 후 상기 분리막을 다시 횡 수축시키는 배율은, 1차 횡 연신된 분리막의 횡 방향의 폭을 L이라 할 때 상기 분리막의 횡 방향 폭이 0.9 L 이상 1.3 L 미만이 되도록 수축시킬 수 있으며, 예를 들어, 0.9 L 내지 1.2 L이 되도록 수축시킬 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 분리막의 인장 강도를 향상시킬 수 있으며 또한 분리막의 용융 수축률을 낮게 조절하여 분리막의 내열성을 강화시킬 수 있다. 상기 2차 횡 연신을 수행함에 있어서 상기 횡 연신 및/또는 횡 수축은 목적하는 분리막의 인장 강도, 용융 수축률 등에 따라 1회 이상 적절한 횟수로 반복 수행될 수 있다.
상기 2차 횡 연신을 수행함에 있어서 온도 조건은 적절하게 다양한 온도 범위로 조절될 수 있으며, 수행되는 온도 조건에 따라 제조되는 분리막의 물성이 다양해질 수 있다. 2차 횡연신 및/또는 횡 수축(열고정) 수행시의 온도는 110 ℃ 내지 140 ℃일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서 필름의 잔류 응력 제거에 효과적이며, 물성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 예에 따르면, 본 발명의 일 예에 따라 제조된 분리막을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 예에 따라 제조된 분리막은 TMA (Thermomechanical Analysis)에 따른 분리막의 종 방향 용융 수축률(a)에 대한 횡 방향 용융 수축률(b)의 비(b/a)가 1.2 이하일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면, 상기 종 방향의 용융 수축률이 10% 내지 35%일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 15% 내지 30%일 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로 20% 내지 30%일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면 상기 횡 방향의 용융 수축률이 5% 내지 35%일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 10% 내지 35%일 수 있고, 보다 구체적으로 20% 내지 35%일 수 있다.
상기 범위 내에서 내열성이 우수한 분리막을 얻을 수 있으며, 이를 이용하여 전지를 제조하는 경우 전지의 사용에 따라 전지가 과열되더라도 상당한 온도까지 분리막이 용융되지 않고 견뎌주어 전극 단락이나 전지 폭발 현상을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
상기 분리막의 용융 수축률을 측정하는 방법은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 분리막의 용융 수축률을 측정하는 방법의 비제한적인 예는 다음과 같다: 제조된 분리막을 가로 (MD) 10 mm 세로 (TD) 80 mm의 직사각형 형태로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 상기 각 시편을 TMA 장비에 장착하고 0.005 N의 로드 (Load) 하에서 상온 (약 20℃ 내외)에서부터 약 200 ℃까지 10 ℃/분의 승온 속도로 승온하면서 각 시편의 길이 변화를 측정하여 최초 길이 대비 용융 수축한 길이를 측정한 다음 그 평균값을 계산하는 방식으로 수행할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막은 종 방향의 인장 강도 및 횡 방향의 인장 강도가 각각 1500 kgf/cm2 이상일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 MD 방향으로 1800 kgf/cm2 이상일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 TD 방향으로 1500 kgf/cm2 이상일 수 있다. 또한, 상기 종 방향 인장 강도(x)에 대한 횡 방향 인장 강도(y)의 비(y/x)가 0.7 내지 1일 수 있다.
분리막의 종 방향 및 횡 방향의 인장 강도의 차이가 상당한 경우에는 분리막의 안정성이 저하되게 된다. 구체적으로, 분리막의 종 방향의 인장 강도와 횡 방향의 인장 강도의 차이가 큰 경우에는 분리막의 용융 수축률 및/또는 열수축률이 증가하게 되며 분리막의 찌름 강도 또한 저하될 수 있어 분리막의 내열성뿐만 아니라 물리적 강도를 약화시키는 문제가 있다. 따라서, 본 발명은 분리막 제조 공정 중 2차 횡 연신 공정을 조절함으로써 제조된 분리막이 종 방향 및 횡 방향으로 유사한 인장 강도를 나타내어 안정성이 향상된 분리막을 제공하고자 한다.
상기 분리막의 인장 강도를 측정하는 방법은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 분리막의 인장 강도를 측정하는 방법의 비제한적인 예는 다음과 같다: 제조된 분리막을 가로 (MD) 10 mm × 세로 (TD) 50 mm의 직사각형 형태로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 상기 각 시편을 UTM (인장시험기)에 장착하여 측정 길이가 20 mm가 되도록 물린 후 상기 시편을 당겨 MD 방향 및 TD 방향의 평균 인장 강도를 측정하는 방식으로 수행될 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 통기도는 350 sec/100 cc 이하일 수 있으며, 구체적으로 340 sec/100 cc 이하일 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서 전해액이 충분히 함침할 수 있어, 전지 안정성을 확보할 수 있다.
상기 분리막의 통기도를 측정하는 방법은 특별히 제한되지 아니한다. 상기 통기도를 측정하는 방법으로 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있으며, 이를 측정하는 방법의 비제한적인 예는 다음과 같다: 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 통기도 측정 장치 (아사히 세이코 사)를 사용하여 상기 각 시편에서 직경 1 인치의 원형 면적의 분리막이 100 cc의 공기를 투과시키는 데에 걸리는 평균 시간을 각각 다섯 차례씩 측정한 다음 평균값을 계산하여 통기도를 측정한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막의 찌름 강도는 700 gf 이상일 수 있고, 구체적으로 700 내지 800 gf일 수 있으며, 예를 들어 700 내지 750 gf 일 수 있다. 상기 분리막의 찌름 강도를 측정하는 방법은 특별히 제한되지 아니한다.
상기 찌름 강도를 측정하는 방법으로 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있으며, 상기 분리막의 찌름 강도를 측정하는 방법의 비제한적인 예는 다음과 같다: 제조된 분리막을 가로 (MD) 50 mm × 세로 (TD) 50 mm로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, KATO 테크 G5 장비를 이용하여 10 cm 구멍 위에 시편을 올려 놓은 후 1 mm 탐침으로 누르면서 뚫어지는 힘을 측정하고, 상기 각 시편의 찌름 강도를 각각 세 차례씩 측정한 다음 그 평균값을 계산하는 방식으로 측정한다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 예에 따른 분리막을 105℃에서 1시간 방치한 후 측정한 열수축률은 종 방향 및 횡 방향으로 각각 4% 미만이고, 구체적으로 종 방향(MD, Machine Direction)으로의 열수축률이 3% 이하일 수 있고, 횡 방향(TD, Transverse Direction)의 열수축률이 2% 이하, 예를 들어 2% 이하일 수 있다.
상기 범위 내에서, 분리막의 열수축에 대한 저항성이 향상되고 형태 보존성 및 안정성이 우수한 전지를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 분리막의 열수축률을 측정하는 방법은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 분리막의 열수축률을 측정하는 방법의 비제한적인 예는 다음과 같다: 제조된 분리막을 가로 (MD) 50 mm × 세로 (TD) 50 mm로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 상기 각 시편을 105 ℃의 오븐에서 1 시간 동안 방치한 다음, 각 시편의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향의 수축 정도를 측정하여 줄어든 크기를 반영하여 평균 열수축률을 계산한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면, 폴리올레핀계 필름; 및 상기 폴리올레핀계 필름의 일면 혹은 양면에 형성된 코팅층을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 코팅 분리막이 제공된다.
상기 코팅층은 코팅제 조성물로 형성될 수 있으며, 코팅제 조성물은 유기 바인더, 무기입자, 및 용매를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 폴리올레핀계 필름은 본원에 기재되거나 본원에 기재된 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리올레핀계 분리막일 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 유기 바인더는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(Polyvinylidene fluoride, PVdF) 호모폴리머, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머 (Polyvinylidene fluoride-Hexafluoropropylene copolymer, PVdF-HFP), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate), 폴리아크릴로니트릴 (polyacrylonitrile), 폴리비닐피롤리돈(polyvinylpyrrolidone), 폴리비닐아세테이트(polyvinylacetate), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(polyethylene oxide), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 (cellulose acetate), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 부틸레이트(cellulose acetate butyrate), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트 (cellulose acetate propionate), 시아노에틸풀루란 (cyanoethylpullulan), 시아노에틸폴리비닐알콜 (cyanoethylpolyvinylalcohol), 시아노에틸셀룰로오스 (cyanoethylcellulose), 시아노에틸수크로오스 (cyanoethylsucrose), 풀루란 (pullulan), 카르복실 메틸 셀룰로오스 (carboxyl methyl cellulose), 및 아크릴로니트릴스티렌부타디엔 공중합체 (acrylonitrilestyrene-butadiene copolymer)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단독 또는 이들의 혼합물을 들 수 있다. 구체적으로, 예를 들어 PVdF계 바인더가 사용될 수 있으며, PVdF계 바인더는 중량평균분자량(Mw)이 500,000 내지 1,500,000 (g/mol) 일 수 있으며, 중량평균분자량이 상이한 2종 이상을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 중량평균분자량이 1,000,000 g/mol 이하인 1종 이상과 1,000,000 g/mol 이상인 1종 이상을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 상기 분자량 범위 내의 PVdF계 바인더를 사용하면 코팅층과 폴리올레핀 기재 필름 사이의 접착력이 강화되어, 열에 약한 폴리올레핀 기재 필름이 열에 의해 수축되는 것을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있으며, 또한 전해질 함침성을 충분히 향상된 분리막을 제조할 수 있으며 이를 활용하여 전기 출력이 효율적으로 일어나는 전지를 생산할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 무기 입자는 특별히 제한되지 아니하며 당해 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 무기 입자를 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 사용 가능한 무기 입자의 비제한적인 예로는 Al2O3, SiO2, B2O3, Ga2O3, TiO2 또는 SnO2 등을 들 수 있다. 이들은 단독 또는 2종 이상을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에서 사용되는 무기 입자로는 예를 들어, Al2O3(알루미나)를 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 무기 입자의 크기는 특별히 제한되지 아니하나, 평균 입경이 1 내지 2,000 nm일 수 있고, 예를 들어, 100 내지 1,000 nm일 수 있다. 상기 크기 범위의 무기 입자를 사용하는 경우, 코팅액 내에서의 무기 입자의 분산성 및 코팅 공정성이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있고 코팅층의 두께가 적절히 조절되어 기계적 물성의 저하 및 전기적 저항의 증가를 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 분리막에 생성되는 기공의 크기가 적절히 조절되어 전지의 충방전 시 내부 단락이 일어날 확률을 낮출 수 있는 이점이 있다.
코팅제 조성물의 제조에 있어서 상기 무기 입자는 이를 적절한 용매에 분산시킨 무기 분산액 형태로 이용될 수 있다. 상기 적절한 용매는 특별히 제한되지 아니하며 당해 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 용매를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 무기 입자를 분산시키는 적절한 용매로서 예를 들어, 아세톤을 사용할 수 있다.
코팅층 내에서 상기 무기입자는 코팅층 전체 중량을 기준으로 70 내지 95 중량%, 구체적으로 75 내지 90중량%, 보다 구체적으로 80 내지 90중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위 내로 무기 입자를 함유하는 경우, 무기 입자의 방열 특성이 충분히 발휘될 수 있으며 이를 이용하여 분리막을 코팅할 경우 분리막의 열수축을 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용 가능한 상기 용매의 비제한적인 예로는 디메틸포름아미드(Dimethyl formamide), 디메틸설폭사이드(Dimethyl sulfoxide), 디메틸아세트아미드(Dimethyl acetamide), 디메틸카보네이트(Dimethyl carbonate) 또는 N-메틸피롤리돈(N-methylpyrrolydone) 등을 들 수 있다. 코팅제 조성물의 중량을 기준으로 용매의 함량은 20 내지 99 중량%일 수 있고, 구체적으로 50 내지 95 중량%일 수 있으며, 보다 구체적으로 70 내지 95 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위의 용매를 함유하는 경우 코팅제의 제조가 용이해지며 코팅층의 건조 공정이 원활히 수행될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 예에 따른 코팅 분리막의 제조 방법은 유기 바인더; 무기 입자; 및 용매를 포함하는 코팅제 조성물을 형성하고, 본원에 기재된 폴리올레핀 기재 필름의 일면 또는 양면에 상기 코팅제 조성물로 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 포함한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면, 폴리올레핀계 분리막 및 양극, 음극을 포함하며 전해질로 채워진 전기 화학 전지를 제공한다. 상기 폴리올레핀계 분리막은 전술한 본 발명의 일 예에 따라 제조된 분리막이거나 전술한 본 발명의 다른 예에 따른 분리막일 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 예에 따르면, 양극, 음극, 분리막 및 전해질을 포함하고, 상기 분리막은 TMA에 따른 분리막의 종 방향 용융 수축률(a)에 대한 횡 방향 용융 수축률(b)의 비(b/a)가 1.2 이하인 폴리올레핀계 분리막인 전기 화학 전지를 제공한다.
상기 전기 화학 전지의 종류는 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 알려진 종류의 전지일 수 있다.
본 발명의 상기 전기 화학 전지는 리튬 금속 이차 전지, 리튬 이온 이차 전지, 리튬 폴리머 이차 전지 또는 리튬 이온 폴리머 이차 전지 등과 같은 리튬 이차 전지일 수 있다.
본 발명의 전기 화학 전지를 제조하는 방법은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 전기 화학 전지를 제조하는 방법의 비제한적인 예는 다음과 같다: 본 발명의 상기 유기 및 무기 혼합물 코팅층을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 분리막을, 전지의 양극과 음극 사이에 위치시킨 후, 이에 전해액을 채우는 방식으로 전지를 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명의 전기 화학 전지를 구성하는 전극은, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 방법에 의해 전극 활물질을 전극 전류 집전체에 결착된 형태로 제조할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 상기 전극 활물질 중 양극 활물질은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 양극 활물질을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 양극 활물질의 비제한적인 예로는, 리튬 망간 산화물, 리튬 코발트 산화물, 리튬 니켈 산화물, 리튬 철 산화물 또는 이들을 조합한 리튬 복합 산화물 등을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 상기 전극 활물질 중 음극 활물질은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 음극 활물질을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 음극 활물질의 비제한적인 예로는, 리튬 금속 또는 리튬 합금, 탄소, 석유 코크 (petroleum coke), 활성화 탄소 (activated carbon), 그라파이트 (graphite) 또는 기타 탄소류 등과 같은 리튬 흡착 물질 등을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 상기 전극 전류 집전체는 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 전극 전류 집전체를 사용할 수 있다.
상기 전극 전류 집전체 중 양극 전류 집전체 소재의 비제한적인 예로는, 알루미늄, 니켈 또는 이들의 조합에 의하여 제조되는 호일 등을 들 수 있다.
상기 전극 전류 집전체 중 음극 전류 집전체 소재의 비제한적인 예로는, 구리, 금, 니켈, 구리 합금 또는 이들의 조합에 의하여 제조되는 호일 등을 들 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용되는 전해액은 특별히 제한되지 아니하며, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상적으로 사용하는 전기 화학 전지용 전해액을 사용할 수 있다.
상기 전해액은 A+ B-와 같은 구조의 염이, 유기 용매에 용해 또는 해리된 것일 수 있다.
상기 A+의 비제한적인 예로는, Li+, Na+ 또는 K+와 같은 알칼리 금속 양이온, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 양이온을 들 수 있다.
상기 B-의 비제한적인 예로는, PF6 -, BF4 -, Cl-, Br-, I-, ClO4 -, AsF6 -, CH3CO2 -, CF3SO3 -, N (CF3SO2)2 - 또는 C (CF2SO2)3 -와 같은 음이온, 또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 음이온을 들 수 있다.
상기 유기 용매의 비제한적인 예로는, 프로필렌 카보네이트 (Propylene carbonate, PC), 에틸렌 카보네이트 (EC), 디에틸카보네이트 (Diethyl carbonate, DEC), 디메틸카보네이트 (Dimethyl carbonate, DMC), 디프로필카보네이트 (Dipropyl carbonate, DPC), 디메틸설폭사이드 (Dimethyl sulfoxide, DMSO), 아세토니트릴 (Acetonitrile), 디메톡시에탄 (dimethoxyethane), 디에톡시에탄(diethoxyethane), 테트라하이드로푸란 (Tetrahydrofuran, THF), N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 (N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, NMP), 에틸메틸카보네이트 (Ethyl methyl carbonate, EMC) 또는 감마-부티롤락톤 (γ-Butyrolactone, GBL) 등을 들 수 있다. 이들은 단독으로 사용되거나 2 종 이상을 혼합하여 사용될 수 있다.
이하, 실시예, 비교예 및 실험예들을 통하여 본 발명을 보다 상세히 설명한다. 다만, 이들 실시예, 비교예 및 실험예들은 본 발명을 예시적으로 설명하기 위한 것에 불과하며, 따라서 본 발명의 범위가 이들에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실시예 1
중량 평균 분자량이 600,000 g/mol인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 (High-density polyethylene, HDPE; Mitsui chemical 사 제품) 25.5 중량% 및 중량 평균 분자량이 2,400,000 g/mol인 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, UHMWPE; Mitsui chemical 사 제품) 4.5 중량%를 혼합한 혼합 수지, 및 액체 파라핀 (LP)(극동 유화) 70 중량%로 이축 압출기에 주입하여 압출하였다.
상기 압출 후 T-다이를 통해 얻어진 겔상을 냉각롤을 이용하여 시트로 제작하고 상기 시트를 종 (MD) 연신 배율이 4.5가 되도록 100 ℃에서 연신한 다음, 110 ℃에서 횡 (TD) 연신 배율 7이 되도록 1차 횡 연신을 수행하였다.(종 연신 배율에 대한 1차 횡 연신 배율의 비 = 1.56)
상기 1차 횡 연신된 폴리에틸렌 기재 필름을 메틸렌 클로라이드 (삼성 정밀 화학)에 세척하여 액체 파라핀을 추출한 후 30 ℃에서 10초간 건조하였다. 그 다음, 상기 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.4 L (L: 상기 1차 횡 연신된 분리막의 횡 방향 폭) 이 되도록 횡 연신한 후, 이를 다시 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.1 L이 되도록 횡 수축하는 열고정을 수행되었으며 온도 조건은 127 ℃였다.
상기 열고정된 필름을 와인딩 (winding)을 하여 두께가 14 ㎛인 폴리올레핀계 다공성 분리막을 제조하였다.
실시예 2
상기 실시예 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신 공정에서, 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.4 L이 되도록 횡 연신한 후, 이를 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.2 L이 되도록 횡 수축하는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 분리막을 제조하였다.
실시예 3
상기 실시예 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신 공정에서, 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.2 L이 되도록 횡 연신한 후, 이를 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.0 L이 되도록 횡 수축하는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 분리막을 제조하였다.
실시예 4
상기 실시예 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신 공정에서, 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.1 L이 되도록 횡 연신한 후, 이를 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.0 L이 되도록 횡 수축하는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 분리막을 제조하였다.
실시예 5
상기 실시예 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신 공정에서, 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.2 L이 되도록 횡 연신한 후, 이를 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.1 L이 되도록 횡 수축하는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 분리막을 제조하였다.
실시예 6
상기 실시예 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신 공정에서, 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.1 L이 되도록 횡 연신한 후, 이를 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 0.9 L이 되도록 횡 수축하는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 분리막을 제조하였다.
비교예 1
상기 실시예 1에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신 공정에서, 건조된 필름을 횡 방향으로 연신 배율이 1.1 L이 되도록 횡 연신을 하고, 별도의 횡 수축을 수행하지 않는 것을 제외하고는 상기 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 분리막을 제조하였다.
상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1에 따른 분리막의 조성과, 종 연신/1차 횡연신 공정 조건 및 2차 횡 연신/열고정 공정 조건을 하기 표 1에 정리하여 나타낸다.

실험예 1
분리막의 통기도 측정
상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 각 분리막의 통기도를 측정하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 수행하였다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예들에서 제조된 분리막 각각을 지름이 1 인치 (inch) 이상인 원이 들어갈 수 있는 크기로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 통기도 측정 장치 (아사히 세이코 사)를 사용하여 상기 각 시편에서 공기 100cc가 통과하는 시간을 측정하였다. 상기 시간을 각각 다섯 차례씩 측정한 다음 평균값을 계산하여 통기도를 측정하였다.
실험예 2
분리막의 찌름 강도 측정
상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 분리막의 찌름 강도를 측정하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 수행하였다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예들에서 제조된 분리막 각각을 가로 (MD) 50 mm × 세로 (TD) 50 mm로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, GATO 테크 G5 장비를 이용하여 10 cm 구멍 위에 시편을 올려 놓은 후 1 mm 탐침으로 누르면서 뚫어지는 힘을 측정하였다. 상기 각 시편의 찌름 강도를 각각 세 차례씩 측정한 다음 평균값을 계산하였다.
실험예 3
분리막의 인장 강도 측정
상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 분리막의 인장 강도를 측정하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 수행하였다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예들에서 제조된 분리막 각각을 가로 (MD) 10 mm × 세로 (TD) 50 mm의 직사각형 형태로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 상기 각 시편을 UTM (인장시험기)에 장착하여 측정 길이가 20 mm가 되도록 물린 후 상기 시편을 당겨 MD 방향 및 TD 방향의 평균 인장 강도를 측정하였다.
실험예 4
분리막의 열수축률 측정
상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 분리막의 열수축률을 측정하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 수행하였다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예들에서 제조된 분리막 각각을 가로 (MD) 50 mm × 세로 (TD) 50 mm로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작하였다. 상기 각 시편을 105 ℃의 오븐에서 1 시간 동안 방치한 다음, 각 시편의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향의 수축 정도를 측정하여 평균 열수축률을 계산하였다.
실험예 5
분리막의 용융 수축률 측정
상기 실시예 1 내지 6 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 분리막의 용융 수축률을 측정하기 위하여 다음과 같은 실험을 수행하였다.
상기 실시예 및 비교예들에서 제조된 분리막을 가로 (MD) 10 mm × 세로 (TD) 80 mm의 직사각형 형태로 서로 다른 10 개의 지점에서 재단한 10 개의 시편을 제작한 다음, 상기 각 시편을 TMA 장비에 장착하고 0.005 N의 로드 (Load) 하에서 상온 (약 20 ℃ 내외)에서부터 약 200 ℃까지 10 ℃/분의 승온 속도로 승온하면서 각 시편의 MD 방향 및 TD 방향의 길이 변화를 측정하여, 최초 길이 대비 용융 수축한 길이를 계산하고 그 평균값을 계산함으로써 용융 수축률을 측정하였다.
상기 실험예 1 내지 5에 따른 측정 결과를 하기 표 2에 나타낸다.

상기 표 2를 참조하면, 횡 연신 후 횡 수축시키는 것을 포함시켜 분리막을 제조한 경우(실시예 1 내지 6), TMA에 따른 분리막의 종 방향 용융 수축률에 대한 횡 방향 용융 수축률의 비가 1.2 이하로 계산되었고, 이에 따라 열 안정성이 우수한 분리막이 제조되었으며, 동시에 분리막의 인장강도가 향상됨을 확인하였다.
반면, 횡 연신 후 횡 수축시키지 않고 제조한 비교예 1의 경우, 횡 방향 및 종 방향의 용융 수축률이 실시예 1 내지 6에 비해 큰 값이 도출되었고, 이에 따라 종 방향 용융 수축률에 대한 횡 방향 용융 수축률 비가 1.2를 초과함을 확인하였다.

Claims (15)

  1. TMA에 따른 분리막의 종 방향 용융 수축률(a)에 대한 횡 방향 용융 수축률(b)의 비(b/a)가 1.2 이하인 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종 방향 용융 수축률이 10% 내지 35%인 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 횡 방향 용융 수축률이 5% 내지 35%인 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 종 방향 인장 강도 및 횡 방향 인장 강도가 각각 1,500 kgf/cm2 이상인 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 종 방향 인장 강도(x)에 대한 횡 방향 인장 강도(y)의 비(y/x)가 0.7 내지 1인 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막의 통기도가 350 sec/100cc 이하인, 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막의 찌름강도가 700 gf 이상인, 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막의 105 ℃에서 1시간 방치한 후의 열수축률이 종 방향 및 횡 방향으로 각각 4 % 미만인, 폴리올레핀계 분리막.
  9. 분리막을 종 연신 및 횡 연신하고,
    상기 횡 연신된 분리막에서 응력을 제거하기 위해 횡 수축시키는 것을 포함하며,
    횡 연신은 1차 횡 연신 및 2차 횡 연신을 포함하고
    상기 1차 횡 연신된 분리막의 횡 방향 폭을 L이라 할 때,
    상기 2차 횡 연신은 상기 분리막의 횡 방향 폭이 1.1 L 이상이 되도록 횡 연신하고,
    상기 횡 수축은 분리막의 횡 방향 폭이 0.9 L 이상 1.3 L 미만이 되도록 횡 수축시키는 것을 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 분리막의 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 종 연신 배율(L1)에 대한 1차 횡 연신 배율(L2)의 비는 1.1 내지 1.8인 폴리올레핀계 분리막의 제조 방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 종 연신 및 횡 연신되는 분리막은,
    폴리올레핀계 수지 및 다일루언트를 포함하는 조성물을 압출기에 주입하여 압출하고,
    상기 압출 후 얻어진 겔상을 캐스팅하여 시트로 제조된 것인, 폴리올레핀계 분리막의 제조 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 종연신 및 횡연신이, 분리막을 종연신 및 1차 횡연신하고, 연신된 분리막으로부터 다일루언트를 추출 및 건조하고, 상기 건조된 분리막을 2차 횡연신하는 것을 포함하는, 폴리올레핀계 분리막의 제조 방법.
  13. 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 횡 연신은 110 ℃ 내지 140 ℃의 온도에서 수행되는 폴리올레핀계 분리막의 제조 방법.
  14. 양극, 음극, 분리막 및 전해질을 포함하고,
    상기 분리막은 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리올레핀계 분리막 또는 제9항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 분리막인 전기 화학 전지.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전기 화학 전지는 리튬 이차 전지인, 전기 화학 전지.
