Abstract
Description
本発明のリアクトルは、コアが、コイルが配置される磁脚部と、磁脚部の端部同士を連結する連結部とからなることで、上述の目的を達成する。最初に、本発明の実施態様を列記して説明する。
(1)隣り合うコイル間に配置される磁気遮蔽板を備える形態
(2)隣り合うコイルのうち少なくとも一方に、巻ピッチが密な密巻部と、密巻部よりも巻ピッチが疎な疎巻部とを有する形態
(3)隣り合うコイルのうち少なくとも一方に、巻径が小さい小径部と、小径部よりも巻径が大きい大径部とを有する形態
(4)連結部の少なくとも一方に設けられた磁気ギャップ部を備える形態
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の実施の形態を具体的に説明する。各図中、同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
図1は、実施形態のリアクトルの基本構成の一例を示す。リアクトル10は、第1コイル21及び第2コイル22と、これら第1コイル21及び第2コイル22を互いに磁気的に結合する環状のコア30とを備える。なお、図1(A)では、説明の便宜上、コイル21,22及びコア30を高さ方向に略半分に切断した斜視断面図である。
実施形態1では、結合係数調整手段として、隣り合うコイル間に配置される磁気遮蔽板を備える形態を説明する。図2に示す実施形態1に係るリアクトル11は、各磁脚部311,312に配置された第1コイル21と第2コイル22との間に、磁気遮蔽板50が配置されている。磁気遮蔽板50は、非磁性の金属材料で形成されており、例えば、ステンレス鋼、アルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金が好適に利用できる。この例では、両コイル21,22間にアルミニウム板(磁気遮蔽板50)を磁脚部311,312の長手方向に沿って配置している。このように、両コイル21,22間に磁気遮蔽板50を配置することで、一方の磁脚部(311又は312)からコイル21,22間を横断して他方の磁脚部(312又は311)に乗り移る漏れ磁束を磁気遮蔽板50により吸収して抑制することができる。これにより、コイル21,22間の結合係数を上げることができる。
実施形態2では、結合係数調整手段として、隣り合うコイルのうち少なくとも一方に、巻ピッチが密な密巻部と、密巻部よりも巻ピッチが疎な疎巻部とを有する形態を説明する。図3に示す実施形態2に係るリアクトル12は、各磁脚部311,312に配置された第1コイル21及び第2コイル22において、巻ピッチが密な密巻部20aと、密巻部20aよりも巻ピッチが疎な疎巻部20bとを有する。この例では、両コイル21,22において、軸方向の一端側から他端側に向かって密巻部20a、疎巻部20b、密巻部20aが順に形成されており、磁脚部311,312のギャップ材31gを含む中央部分に対応する箇所に疎巻部20bが設けられている。また、両コイル21,22において、両端部分の密巻部20aの合計巻数と中央部分の疎巻部20bの合計巻数は同じである。このように、磁脚部311,312の漏れ磁束が生じ易い部分(ギャップ材31g)に対応する箇所に各コイル21,22が疎巻部20bを有することで、漏れ磁束が増加し、コイル21,22間の結合係数を下げることができる。逆に、磁脚部311,312の漏れ磁束が生じ易い部分(ギャップ材31g)に対応する箇所に密巻部20aを集中的に設けると、漏れ磁束が減少するので、コイル21,22間の結合係数を上げることができる。
実施形態3では、結合係数調整手段として、隣り合うコイルのうち少なくとも一方に、巻径が小さい小径部と、小径部よりも巻径が大きい大径部とを有する形態を説明する。図4に示す実施形態3に係るリアクトル13は、各磁脚部311,312に配置された第1コイル21及び第2コイル22において、巻径が小さい小径部20mと、小径部20mよりも巻径が大きい大径部20nとを有する。この例では、一方の第1コイル21において、軸方向の一端側から他端側に向かって大径部20n、小径部20mが順に形成されており、他方の第2コイル22において、軸方向の一端側から他端側に向かって小径部20m、大径部20nが順に形成されている。つまり、第1コイル21と第2コイル22とでは、小径部20mと大径部20nとの位置が互い違いになっている。また、両コイル21,22において、軸方向における小径部20mの区間と大径部20nの区間は同等である。このように、各コイル21,22が大径部20nを有することで、漏れ磁束が増加し、コイル21,22間の結合係数を下げることができる。
実施形態4では、結合係数調整手段として、連結部の少なくとも一方に設けられた磁気ギャップ部を備える形態を説明する。図5に示す実施形態4に係るリアクトル14は、第1コイル21及び第2コイル22が配置される各磁脚部311,312の端部同士を連結する両連結部321,322の中間部に、磁気ギャップ部32gが設けられている。磁気ギャップ部32gは、磁脚部311,322のギャップ材31gと同様に、非磁性材料のギャップ材で形成されている。この例では、連結部321,322を構成する2つのコア片32mの間にギャップ材(磁気ギャップ部32g)を配置し、接着剤によって一体化している。ギャップ材には、コア片32mよりも低透磁率の材料、例えば軟磁性粉末の含有量が少ない複合材料などを用いることも可能である。その他、連結部321,322のコア片32m間に空間が形成されるように、リアクトル14が載置される板状部材(図示せず)にコイル21,22又は連結部321,322(コア片32m)の下面を例えば接着剤やボルトなどの締結部材で固定し、コア片32m間にエアギャップを設けることで、磁気ギャップ部をエアギャップとしてもよい。このように、各連結部321,322に磁気ギャップ部32gを設けることで、漏れ磁束が増加し、コイル21,22間の結合係数を下げることができる。
実施形態1~4のリアクトル11~14は、例えば、車両などに搭載されるコンバータの構成部品や、このコンバータを備える電力変換装置の構成部品に利用することができる。上記リアクトルは、例えば、通電条件が、例えば、最大電流(直流):100A~1000A程度、平均電圧:100V~1000V程度、使用周波数:5kHz~100kHz程度である用途、代表的にはハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車などの車載用コンバータや車載用電力変換装置の構成部品に好適に利用できる。
例えば、ハイブリッド自動車や電気自動車といった車両1200は、図6に示すようにメインバッテリ1210と、メインバッテリ1210に接続される電力変換装置1100と、メインバッテリ1210からの供給電力により駆動して走行に利用されるモータ(負荷)1220とを備える。モータ1220は、代表的には、3相交流モータであり、走行時、車輪1250を駆動し、回生時、発電機として機能する。ハイブリッド自動車の場合、車両1200は、モータ1220に加えてエンジンを具える。なお、図6では、車両1200の充電箇所としてインレットを示すが、プラグを具える形態とすることもできる。

Claims (7)
- 巻線を巻回してなる複数のコイルと、これらコイルを互いに磁気的に結合するコアとを備えるリアクトルであって、
複数の前記コイルは、隣り合う互いの外周面が対向するように並列に配置され、
前記コアは、前記各コイルが配置される複数の磁脚部と、これら前記磁脚部の両端部に配置されると共に互いに隣り合う前記各磁脚部の端部同士を連結する一対の連結部とからなり、
隣り合う前記コイル間の結合係数を調整する結合係数調整手段を備えるリアクトル。 - 前記結合係数調整手段は、隣り合う前記コイル間に配置される磁気遮蔽板を備える請求項1に記載のリアクトル。
- 前記結合係数調整手段は、隣り合う前記コイルのうち少なくとも一方に、巻ピッチが密な密巻部と、前記密巻部よりも巻ピッチが疎な疎巻部とを有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のリアクトル。
- 前記結合係数調整手段は、隣り合う前記コイルのうち少なくとも一方に、巻径が小さい小径部と、前記小径部よりも巻径が大きい大径部とを有する請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトル。
- 前記結合係数調整手段は、前記連結部の少なくとも一方に設けられた磁気ギャップ部を備える請求項1~請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトル。
- 請求項1~請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のリアクトルを備えるコンバータ。
- 請求項6に記載のコンバータを備える電力変換装置。
