풀롭 인덱스는 반사각을 회전시켜 반사율의 변화를 측정한 값으로, 통상 15 ° , 45° 및 110°에서의 각 반사광의 루미넌스 (L')를 측정하여 상기 수학식 1에 따 라 구한다. 본 발명에서는 플롭 인덱스를 ΒΥΚ社 BYK Mac spectrophotometer를 사 용하여 측정하였다.
금속 질감이 없는 표면의 플롭 인텍스는 0이고, 금속의 플롭 인덱스는 약 15 내지 약 17이다. 한편, 자동차 차체 도장으로 사용되는 금속 질감 코팅의 플롭 인 텍스는 약 11 정도이며, 육안으로 금속 질감올 느낄 수 있는 표면의 플롭 인텍스는 약 6.5 이상이다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 성형품의 플롭 인텍스는 11 내지 25일 수 있다. 상기 플롭 인덱스는 구체적으로 15 내지 25, 18 내지 25일 수 있다.
본 발명의 구현예에 따른 성형품은 금속 입자감이 우수하다. 본 발명에서는 상기 금속 입자감의 지표로서 스파클 강도 (sparkle intensity)를 사용하였다. 스 파클 강도는 하기 수학식 2로 구할 수 있다.

상기 수학식 2에서 AS(x° )는 x°에서 측정한 스파클 강도를 의미하고, AG 는 각 AS(x° )의 확산값으로 금속 입자의 입상성 (graininess)을 의미한다. 성형 품의 스파클 강도 (스^치)는 15° , 45° 및 75° 에서의 스파클 강도를 측정하여 상 기 수학식 2에 따라 구한다. 상기 스파클 강도를 측정하는 방법은 도 2에 개략적 으로 나타내었다. 본 발명에서는 성형품의 스파클 강도를 X-Rite社 MA98 匪 lti- angle spectrophotometer를사용하여 즉정하였다.

<264> 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1 내지 2의 경우, 기재층으로 사용하기 위한 수지 조성물로 부타디엔 고무 입자의 평균 입경이 0.25 , 부타디엔 고무 함량이 20 증 량%, 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 23 중량 %, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공증합체의 중량평 균분자량이 약 200,000g/r l인 펠렛 형태로 제조된 제일모직社 (한국)의 아크릴로니 트릴 -부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 (ABS) 수지를 사용하였다. 또한, 스킨층으로 사용 하기 위한 수지 조성물로 굴절율이 1.48, 3.2mm 두께 시편의 해이즈가 0.7%인 펠렛 형태로 제조된 제일모직社 (한국)의 투명 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 (PMMA) 수지를 사 용하였다. 상기 제조된 각각의 기재층용 수지 조성물 펠렛, 메탈릭 수지층용 수지 조성물 펠렛, 스킨층용 수지 조성물 펠렛을 80°C에서 4시간 동안 건조 후, 통상의 시트 제조용 압출기에서 180 내지 240°C의 온도범위로 공압출하여 기재층, 메탈릭 수지층, 스킨층의 순서로 적층된 다층 라미네이트 시트를 제조하였다. 이후 각각의 라미네이트 시트를 통상의 방법으로 진공성형 및 절단하여 성형품 시험편 (가로 X 세로 X 두께 = 100mm X 150mm X 3mm)을 제조하였다.
<265> 비교예 3 내지 8의 경우, 상기 제조된 각각의 펠렛을 80°C에서 4시간 동안 건 조 후, 60ζ의 사출능력이 있는 사출 성형기를 사용하였다. 이 때, 실린더 온도 220 내지 250°C, 금형온도 100°C, 성형 사이클 시간올 30초로 설정하고, 성형품 시 험편 (가로 X 세로 X 두께 = 100隱 X 150誦 X 3腿)을 성형품 표면에 웰드라인이 발 생하도록 2개의 gate를 갖는 금형을 이용하여 사출 성형하여 제조하였다. 한편, 비 교예 8은 성형품 시험편에 알루미늄 도장을 실시하였다.

<272> 본 발명은 상기 금속 질감의 지표로서 플롭 인덱스 (flop index)를 사용하였 다. 본 발명에서는 성형품의 플롭 인텍스를 BYK社 BYK-Mac spectrophotometer를 사용하여 측정하였다.
<273> . 상기 표 2를 참고하면, 알루미늄 도장 성형품인 비교예 8의 경우 폴롭 인텍스 가 15이다. 실시예 1 내지 4의 경우 플롭 인덱스가 18 내지 24로, 도장을 하지 않 았음에도 불구하고 도장 성형품보다 현저히 우수한 금속 질감을 나타내고 있다.
<274> 반면, 본원의 일 구현예에 따른 금속 -수지 복합 입자가 아닌, 기존의 금속 입 자를 사용한 비교예 1, 2, 6 및 7은 플롭 인텍스가 현저히 낮거나 플롭 인텍스가 높더라도 스파클 강도 혹은 성형품 외관이 만족스럽지 못하다는 것올 확인할 수 있 다.
<275> 실험예 2: 스파클 강도 (sparkle intensity)
<276> 본 발명은 금속 입자감을 나타내는 지표로 스파클 강도 (sparkle intensity)를 사용하였다. 본 발명에서는 성형품의 스파클 강도를 X-Rite社 MA98 multi-angle spectrophotometer를사용하여 측정하였다. <277> 상기 표 2를 참고하면, 알루미늄 도장 성형품인 비교예 8의 경우 스파클 강도 가 10이다. 실시예 1 내지 4의 경우 스파클 강도가 12 내지 18로, 도장을 하지 않 았음에도 불구하고 도장성형품보다 현저히 우수한 금속 입자감을 나타내고 있다.
<278> 반면, 본원의 일 구현예에 따른 금속 -수지 복합 입자가 아닌 기존의 금속 입 자를 사용한 비교예 1, 2, 6 및 7은 스파클 강도가 현저히 낮거나 스파클 강도가 높더라도 플롭 인텍스 혹은 성형품 외관이 만족스럽지 못하다는 것을 확인할 수 있 다.
<279> 실험예 3: 휘도
<280> 본 발명은 금속 광택과 같은 밝기를 나타내는 지표인 휘도를 SUGA社 UGV-6P digital variable glossmeter를 이용하여 60° 각도에서의 광택 (gloss level)으로 측정하였다.
<281> 표 2를 참고하면, 알루미늄 도장 성형품인 비교예 8의 경우 휘도가 90%이다. 실시예 1 내지 4의 경우 휘도가 75 내지 87%로, 도장을 하지 않았음에도 불구하고 도장 성형품에 근접한 휘도를 나타내고 있다.
<282> 반면, 본원의 일 구현예에 따른 금속 -수지 복합 입자가 아닌 기존의 금속 입 자를 사용한 비교예 1, 2, 6 및 7은 휘도가 현저히 낮거나 휘도가 높더라도 플롭 인텍스, 스파클 강도 혹은 성형품 외관이 만족스럽지 못하다는 것을 확인할 수 있 다-

<284> 본 발명의 일 구현예 및 비교예에 따른 성형품의 외관, 즉 플로우 마크 및 웰드 라인 발생 정도를 확인하기 위하여 성형품의 외관을 육안으로 관찰하였다. 성형품 외관의 판단 기준은 하기 표 3과 같이 정하였다.

<286> 상기 표 2를 참고하면, 실시예 1 내지 4의 경우 공압출을 통하여 라미네이트 시트를 제조하고, 상기 라미네이트 시트를 진공성형하여 성형품을 제조하였기 때문 에, 사출성형 공법을 적용할 경우에 발생하는 상기 플로우 마크나 웰드 라인과 같 은 외관 불량 문제가 전혀 맣생하지 않았다:
<287> ' 비교예 1 및 2의 경우도 실시예 1 내지 4의 경우와 동일한 방법을 사용하였으 므로, 사출성형 공법을 사용할 경우에 발생하는 상기 외관 불량 문제가 전혀 발생 하지 않았다.
<288> " 그러나 사출성형 공법을 적용한 비교예 3 내지 7의 경우 성형품 외관에 플로 우 마크 및 웰드 라인에서의 이색이 나타났음을 알 수 있으며, 기존의 금속 입자-
2(D)를 사용한 비교예 7의 경우 플로우 마크 및 웰드 라인에서의 이색이 70 내지 - 100%수준으로 매우 많이 관찰되었다.
<289> 본 발명에 따른 라미네이트 시트를 이용하여 진공성형한 성형품의 금속 질감 , 금속 입자감, 휘도 및 외관 특성을 효과적으로 나타내기 위하여, 도 3에 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 성형품인 냉장고 내상의 사진을 제시하였다.
<290> 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발 명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실 시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들 은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

【청구의 범위】
【청구항 1】
제 1 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 기재층 ; 및
상기 기재층의 일면 또는 양면에 위치하고, 제 2 열가소성 수지 및 금속—수지 복합 입자를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 메탈릭 수지층을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 열가소성 수지와 상기 제 2 열가소성 수지는 서로 동일하거나 상이하 고
상기 금속 -수지 복합 입자는 금속 증착층, 상기 금속 증착층의 일면에 위치하 는 제 1 코팅층, 그리고 상기 금속 증착층의 다른 일면에 위치하는 제 2 코팅층을 포 함하고,
상기 제 1 코팅층 및 상기 제 2 코팅층은 각각 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 금속 증착층은 알루미늄 증착층인 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서 ,
상기 금속 중착층의 두께는 0.01 내지 1.0 인 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 열경화성 수지는 페놀 수지 , 에폭시 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지, 우레탄 수지, 우레아 수지, 멜라민 수지, 알키드 수지, 실리콘 수지, 비닐에스테르 수지 또는 이들의 조합올 포함하는 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 열경화성 수지의 굴절율은 1.45 내지 1.55인 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 제 1 코팅층 및 제 2 코팅층은 투명 또는 반투명한 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 금속 -수지 복합 입자는 열가소성 수지층을 더 포함하고,
상기 열가소성 수지층은 상기 제 1 코팅층의 외부면, 그리고 상기 제 2 코팅층 의 외부면에서 선택되는 적어도 하나에 위치하는 라미네이트 시트.

상기 금속 -수지 복합 입자의 두께는 1.01 내지 100卿인 라미네이트 시트.

상기 금속 -수지 복합 입자의 평균 입경은 2 내지 2, 000卿인 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 금속 -수지 복합 입자의 함량은 상기 제 2 열가소성 수지 100 증량부에 대 하여 0.5 내지 5.0 증량부인 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 제 1 열가소성 수지 및 상기 제 2 열가소성 수지는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 폴리카보네이트 수지, 고무 변성 비닐계 공중합체 수지, 폴리에스 테르 수지, 폴리알킬 (메타)아크릴레이트 수지, 스티렌계 중합체, 폴리올레핀 수지 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서,
상기 제 2 열가소성 수지의 굴절율은 1.45 내지 1.55인 라미네이트 시트.

제 1항에서 ,
상기 제 2 열가소성 수지는 투명 또는 반투명한 라미네이트 시트.

상기 라미네이트 시트는 스킨층을 더 포함하고 ,
상기 스킨층은 제 3 열가소성 수지를 포함하고, 투명 또는 반투명하며, 상기 메탈릭 수지층의 외부면에 위치하는 것인 라미네이트 시트.

적어도 하나의 기재층 형성용 조성물과 적어도 하나의 메탈릭 수지충 형성용 조성물을 공압출하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 기재층 형성용 조성물은 제 1 열가소성 수지를 포함하고,
상기 메탈릭 수지층 형성용 조성물은 제 2 열가소성 수지 및 금속—수지 복합 입자를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 열가소성 수지와 상기 제 2 열가소성 수지는 서로 동일하거나 상이하 고,
상기 금속 -수지 복합 입자는 금속 증착층, 상기 금속 증착층의 일면에 위치하 는 제 1 코팅층, 그리고 상기 금속 증착층의 다른 일면에 위치하는 제 2 코팅층을 포 함하고 ,
상기 제 1 코팅층 및 상기 제 2 코팅층은 각각 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 제조 방법 .
【청구항 16】
제 15항에서,
상기 공압출하는 단계는
상기 적어도 하나의 기재층 형성용 조성물 및 상기 적어도 하나의 메탈릭 수 지층 형성용 조성물과, 적어도 하나의 스킨층 형성용 조성물을 함께 공압출하는 것 이고,
상기 스킨층 형성용 조성물은 제 3 열가소성 수지를 포함하고 투명 또는 반투 명하며
제조된 라미네이트 시트에서 상기 스킨층은 상기 메탈릭 수지층의 외부면에 위치하는 것인
라미네이트 시트의 제조 방법 .
【청구항 17】
게 1항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 라미네이트 시트를 이용하여 제조된 성형품.

제 17항에서,
상기 성형품은 상기 라미네이트 시트를 진공 성형하여 제조된 성형품.

17항에서,
상기 성형품은 냉장고 내상인 성형품.

제 17항에서,
상기 성형품의 플롭 인덱스 (flop index)는 11 내지 25이고,
상기 성형품의 스파클 강도 (sparkle intensity)는 8 내지 20이고,
상기 성형품의 60° 각도에서의 광택 (gloss level)을 기준으로 측정한 휘도는 내지 100%인 성형품
