Definitions
- the present invention relates to a liquid level detection device for discriminating a liquid level position in a container, and a refrigeration cycle apparatus including a container measured by the liquid level detection device.
- liquid level detection device that can detect the position of a liquid level inside a container by attaching a sensor to the outer surface of the container containing liquid (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- the liquid level detection device described in Patent Document 1 has a strip-shaped sensor body configured by laminating a temperature measurement layer for measuring the temperature of the container surface and a heating layer for heating the container. .
- the sensor body is used by being attached to the outer surface of the container such that the longitudinal direction is the vertical direction of the container and the temperature measurement layer is on the container side.
- JP 2008-39726 A pages 6 and 7; FIGS. 1 to 5 etc.
- Japanese Patent No. 4378668 Examples 1 and 2 etc.
- the first cause is that the degree of adhesion between the container and the heating layer differs depending on the sensor, and an air layer with poor heat transfer is interposed in a sensor with poor adhesion.
- As a second cause there is a temperature measurement layer between the container and the heater.
- the third cause is that there is a difference in the adhesion between the heater and the container.
- the fourth cause is that it is affected by disturbances such as outside wind and rain.
- the magnet adsorber described in Patent Document 2 is such that the adsorption surface of a liquid level detection sensor using ultrasonic waves is brought into close contact with the container.
- this magnet adsorber of Patent Document 2 is used for the liquid level detection sensor described in Patent Document 1, it seems that the variation of the liquid level detection sensor can be suppressed at first glance, but in this case, the following problems occur. Arise.
- the liquid level detection sensor is not properly installed (if a foreign object is sandwiched between the sensor unit and the container or between the fixture and the container, the container surface is uneven) ), The amount of heat dissipated from the heating layer to the container is reduced, and the heating layer is in a state of abnormal heat generation. In such a state, there is a possibility that the gas-liquid state is erroneously determined because the measured value shows an abnormal value even if it is not in a dangerous state.
- the second problem is that the heat radiation surface from the sensor heating layer to the container varies. In the case of a heating layer that does not deform, it cannot be brought into close contact with the container and becomes point contact, so that the variation becomes large. Even if the heat conductor to be deformed is sandwiched between the container and the heating layer, the heat conductor may be deformed and protrude from the heating layer, and the heat radiation surface from the heating layer to the container is uniform. It is not possible to achieve this, and variations occur.
- the present invention has been made in view of such points, and in detecting the liquid level in the container using the heating body for heating the container and the plurality of temperature measurement layers, the measurement values of the plurality of temperature measurement layers are measured. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid level detection device and a refrigeration cycle device that can perform gas-liquid discrimination while suppressing variations in the above.
- a refrigeration cycle apparatus includes a refrigerant circuit in which a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator are connected by piping, and a container whose liquid level is detected by the liquid level examination apparatus described above is connected to the evaporator and the compression unit. Connected to the machine.
- the liquid level detection device of the present invention since the container is heated depending on the installation state of the fixture with respect to the container, variations in the measurement values of the plurality of temperature measurement layers are suppressed, and Liquid discrimination can be performed. Further, according to the refrigeration cycle apparatus according to the present invention, since the container whose liquid level is detected by the liquid level detection device is provided, the surplus refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit can be obtained at low cost, with reduced measurement value variation, and easy sensor installation. It becomes possible to detect.

It is.
- the second purpose of the installation of the container 9 is to store the excess liquid refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle apparatus. Since the amount of refrigerant necessary for the refrigeration cycle apparatus varies depending on the operation state and the control state, the refrigeration cycle apparatus normally fills the refrigeration cycle apparatus with the amount of refrigerant that is most required. For this reason, when the amount of refrigerant required is reduced depending on the operation state and the control state, the liquid refrigerant is left. This surplus refrigerant is called surplus liquid refrigerant, and the container 9 has a role of storing this surplus liquid refrigerant.
- the container 9 is made of iron for pressure resistance, and the wall thickness is 3 to 4 mm, for example, and the internal liquid level cannot be visualized from the outside. Furthermore, the container 9 is generally provided with a cylindrical main body. That is, the outer surface of the container 9 is a cylindrical surface.
- the container 9 is provided with two pipes, an inlet pipe 9a and an outlet pipe 9b.
- the inlet pipe 9a and the outlet pipe 9b are arranged in the upper part of the container 9 so as to penetrate the inside and outside of the container 9 in the vertical direction.
- the inlet pipe 9 a allows the refrigerant to flow into the container 9.
- the outlet pipe 9 b allows the refrigerant to flow out of the container 9.
- the outlet pipe 9b as a whole has a substantially J shape when viewed from the front, and an oil return hole 9c is formed at the lowermost portion of the curved portion of the J shape, and the upper end protrudes from the upper portion of the container 9 and is connected to the compressor. .
- tip located in the inside of the container 9 of the exit piping 9b becomes the suction port 9d which attracts
- FIG. This structure is because a certain amount of lubricating oil needs to be returned to the compressor.
- the pressure inside the outlet pipe 9b is reduced by the suction flow rate of the gas refrigerant sucked from the suction port 9d, and the oil is sucked from the oil return hole 9c.
- the oil is returned to the compressor.

- the temperature measurement element 103 uses a thermoelectric conversion element typified by a thermocouple or a resistance temperature detector typified by a thermistor, and is connected to the control measurement device 20 by a signal line 112 and a signal line 113. .
- the temperature measuring element 103 is preferably as small as possible and has a small heat capacity in order to suppress variations.
- the inside of the fixture 108 is covered with a heat insulating material such as a foam heat insulating material obtained by foaming a synthetic resin such as polystyrene foam, phenol foam, or urethane foam, or a fiber heat insulating material typified by glass wool. It is preferable that the heat generated from the battery is not leaked to the outside. By carrying out like this, since the thermal radiation from the heating body 102 to the container 9 can be performed via the heat conductor 101, and it can be made equal by the some sensor 10, a dispersion

- the present invention is not limited to this, and the time until the measured value of the temperature measuring element 103 reaches a certain temperature (depending on the temperature measuring element 103).
- the liquid level may be determined by comparing an index related to the measurement value). Moreover, since there are few wirings, the operation
- the configuration including the heat conductor 101 has been described as an example, but the heat conductor 101 is not necessarily provided.
- the reason why the heat conductor 101 is included is that the surface of the container 9 is considered to be affected by minute irregularities having a height of 0.1 to 0.2 mm that are generated during painting. Abstract
